Hire this company!! Don't hesitate! I talked initially with Mr. Richard Valdez. He said they're a family owned business. The lady who cleaned the house was Ms. Mariela. She did a great job. The sliding glass doors were brought back to life. They were spotless when she finished! The oven was resurrected… I mean that. Initially I thought the flooring just needed a dust mop. Ms. Mariela said, No they needed cleaning. Some companies do the bare minimum. Not Evolution! Hire them. Cleaning and superb customer service!! Great company!

Good help is hard to find and if you go with this company, you will still be on the hunt. I hired this company same day because the were responsive and provided a preliminary quote based on the services requested (standard cleaning plus laundry and upholstery shampoo). He got here on time. I walked him through the house and provided a to do list (Vacuuming, mopping, kitchen bathroom clean up, folding pre-washed and dried laundry, making all the beds, etc). As a result, I received a reasonable quote update based on the scope of work.
I leave because this should take at least 4 hours. After about 2.5 hours, I received a call saying he was done. I was surprised but quickly made my way back. I sent a list of items I would be inspecting and all of a sudden I'm informed they do not do laundry services. I requested this initially and directly from the cleaner that was actually doing the work. The manager then relented and said he would do it. I got there and he was waiting outside with my laundry still undone. Why lie? Why take my service request when you don't do all of the services I requested?
Upon further inspection, the dishes were incomplete and despite having put all of the applicable linens on the beds, he only put fitted sheets on the beds. So after I paid for this service (with a 33% hair cut) I still have to wash dishes, make beds, and fold laundry.

Maira is extremely thorough. My spouse and I recently moved out and the place was a bit dirty from all the in and out. I met Maira and showed her around. She inspected every room, assessed the situation and provided a very reasonable estimate.

I needed a newly built, two bedroom, two bath townhome cleaned because the prior cleaners did not do a very good job. I needed it done last minute! I literally only gave her 20 hours before I was to move in. I simply sent Maira a text explaining my needs. Maira responded quickly and said, "send me the address and I'll let you know the price when I take a look at it" much to my surprise an hour and a half later she sent me a text that she was in my area so I met her at the town home. There was no need for me to negotiate I'm not someone that wants something for nothing I had already read her reviews. Maira quoted me a great price $145 less than three quotes and $75 higher than the cheapest quote. Biggest difference is everybody else just sent me quotes Mira immediately rush to my townhome to take a look and tell me what it would cost that not only save me time and money but earned my respect. Ms. Maira is amazing!!! I sent out messages for quotes on Yelp and she was the first to respond! She gave me a reasonable quote and it so happened we were both available that same day for a walk through around my home. Simply clean did a great job getting my condo ready to sell. Cassandra was on time and did a great job. Recently hired Simply Clean Jax to do a deep clean for a townhouse and the work was outstanding. My son and daughter-in-law are travel nurses and have been working out of state for a while leaving their home vacant. Now they are coming back to stay, so wanted them to return to a fresh and clean house. Originally I thought a standard cleaning would be fine but the deep cleaning was absolutely worth the upgrade. After requesting a quote, the owner Shana offered to meet me at the property to see what really needed to be done and give an specific price. Checking the appliances we noticed they could use a good cleaning. The deep clean included inside and out of the stove, refrigerator, and microwave and they turned out beautiful. I wished I had taken before and after photos because the difference was remarkable. I especially liked how the sink, as well as the bathroom fixtures were polished to look bran new. The windows were all crystal clear. The floors were also impressive with squeaky clean tile and laminate. The entire townhouse was dust free and looked immaculate.
