We had some light renovations done and scheduled an appointment with this company, giving them the heads up that there was construction dust., so we were okay with it taking longer to really clean it up. We were just disappointed with how they cleaned our floors knowing the situation.
I don't think they had the right mop, as they used more of a sweeper mop. They also didn't change the water at all in the bucket, so they were just moving dusty water around our floors.
The worst part is they swept all the debris into my garage and just left it there. I had just pressure washed the garage the day before. The company did try to make it right by sending another team, but they didn't seem that interested in mopping/changing out water like it was needed. I ended up spending several hours after they left doing it on my own.
I understand they probably do a good job on light cleaning, but we expected better since we told them we needed a heavy cleaning due to renovations when we booked it.

I have had a very mixed experience with Two Maids and a Mop, but overall, I would recommend them. We have a monthly cleaning booked and they are super responsive and easy to reschedule if needed. Our first ever cleaning (I think we have had around five now) was awesome, the next three were not good- lots of obvious things missed, trash not taken out, mirrors left dirty, shower was not clean, etc. I called to complain and a women was apologetic but not very helpful- just offered to add my "preferences" to my profile, aka she was going to add that I wanted my shower cleaned? It was weird. I then left them some harsh feedback on their internal feedback option. After every clean you get to rate your cleaners and this determines their pay. After leaving that feedback, I got a call a couple weeks later from a manager- I think his name was Christian or Christopher- basically begging forgiveness and offering to make everything right. He was very kind and helpful. He offered to do extra cleaning for free when we had our next regularly scheduled clean, which I happily accepted. We also requested that a specific cleaner that we liked always come. They honored this request and the clean was great! I am hoping this will continue to be the case!

Great experience. The team was very efficient and got straight to work. I've never had a cleaning service before and wasn't sure if I needed to give direction or not. When I said that, they just told us to not worry and they would handle it… and they did.
The only comment I have is I would recommend that the company let us know the team members names beforehand.

With four kids, I really can't explain how much of a help this is to me. I am able to go out for a family day and come come to a clean house that smells amazing. I can relax the next day, even take a nap, because everything is clean!

There isn't a Negative Rating option so here is my experience with this scam of a company.I exchanged messages with the owner Anthony to set up a 3.5 hr cleaning for them to come out and clean my mother's home. My mother has been in a nursing home and in and out of hospitals all year having contracted Covid and a mild stroke.I wanted her home cleaned prior to her returning home from being away so long. I don't have a lot of money as a single mom myself but made sure to save for this service as a gift to help my mother. This was VERY important to be done and done right. Since I knew the home was filthy and crowded, I only requested the maids focus on several key items that needed the most attention-floors swept and mopped,2 bathrooms and kitchen (Mind you…they only had to clean no more than 600 square feet of home. This is a small place. 4 hours with 2 people and they cleaned drumroll…..2 tubs)
My appt was set for 2pm and I took off from work to meet the maids at my mother's home. By 2:30-3pm I hadn't heard anything so I reached out to them and was told by a employee that the 2 cleaners were running behind and should be there in a hour. Then I get a call from Anthony telling me that he wants to do business with me and is afraid I will leave a bad review because they are late and he told me his best team will come out and he will add a extra 30 min to clean 4 hours for the inconvenience. He said they wouldn't be there until 5pm and I told him I couldn't wait that long because I had to get back to work so he said I could leave a key and they would let themselves in. I asked him what happened to the other team that was on their way and he said he did not trust them to do the job correctly lol What?! Once again he was worried about me leaving a bad review. Almost telling me without saying it that I have to agree to not leave a bad review before he sends his team out. I left the key and then stopped back by to check on the maids while they were there and when I arrived one was cleaning the tub while the other one was watching her doing absolutely nothing. The
Maids were very rude to me when I requested they focus on the kitchen and floors the remaining time since I saw they were already halfway through the time and hadn't touched it yet.They were 2-3 hours in and I noticed nothing had been cleaned besides one bathtub.I then left to go back to work out of town and returned to find the home filthy! In 4 hours time with 2 people they managed to clean 2 bathtubs!
They didn't touch the floors,kitchen…NOTHING. The bathroom I saw them in them in when I stopped by was not cleaned either. They didn't even clean the mirrors! That's the easiest thing to clean! When I contacted the owner with photos from the filth and told him that his "best" team didn't do their job and I wanted a refund or some sort of resolution because my mother's house looked exactly the same besides 2 tubs.
The owner Anthony immediately started threatening me saying that his team is the best and he's not going to let someone like me come in and destroy what he has built. I told him his team was incompetent and lazy and did not do their job and that's when he started telling me to say that to his face over and over. He wanted to meet up with me for me to say this to his face. At that point I told him I felt threatened and would contact authorities. I asked him why he wants to meet me in person to say that to his face and he kept saying that he won't let someone who sounds like I didn't finish high school amongst many other insults, bully and ruin his business.
He called me after midnight 2 times in a row and mass texted me over and over asking me to meet him and to " NOT TRY HIM!" And he kept saying he knows who I am.
I literally feared for my safety and my mothers safety since he knows where we live. What competent and rational business owner talks to and treats a customer like that? It's truly astounding. I've NEVER experienced this level of crazy before.This man Anthony sent text after text until 3am and then into the following day/night. He even asked me to bring my mother out to dinner and meet him which makes me wonder what his intentions are! This man not only shouldn't be in business but he's a disgusting person. Threatening a woman?? He is Vietnamese and started to preach to me about his struggles as a immigrant and I told him yes my mother is Vietnamese and my parents met in the Vietnam war so I get that. He then told me that he's ashamed to have me as a half Vietnamese! Unbelievable. This business is a scam and the owner should be in jail. Needless to say now I have to clean the house myself (I would have done it to begin with but I have severe back problems) or hire another cleaning service. I am out 3 hours pay for taking Time off work to meet the maids when they did not show up.This whole ordeal has been a nightmare and I will not be bullied by this man. I intend on taking him to civil court. Do you not deal with this company!

Cleaning is always stressful for me, on top of my busy work schedule. With my mom visiting from out of town, I wanted to make sure my house was and comfortable, but just couldn't dedicate time to properly cleaning.
Jess and Arica came to the rescue right when they said they would, wearing masks and all the cleaning supplies you could ask for. They were extremely gracious and pleasant and liked my dog, who is a friendly lad though he barks a lot. I wanted to make sure I gave them ample space to work so I packed up my laptop and left to work elsewhere. Before I did, they asked me what areas I wanted focus on and were very thorough in understanding my concerns. I trusted the house was in good hands!
When I came home about 3 hours later (they texted and called), I felt like I was walking into a new place. My townhouse wasn't only clean, but also bright and beautiful. I didn't even want to go inside less I mess it up! I didn't realize what a lovey experience it is to come home to a house free of clutter and full of natural light til Jess and Arica.
They walked me through my place and explained some of the things they did. I truly can't thank them enough!
Pictures don't really do their work justice, especially considering I don't have a before/after comparison. Instead, I've posted the "after" picture with my dog after I told him not to go on the freshly vacuumed carpet (he already had!!!)!

UPDATE: I'm posting again because I mistakenly posted my review under the Oviedo location & the company had the review removed. After posting my original review I was inundated with calls, texts, and emails from both the owner and office manager "trying to make it right", but I found it to be disingenuous and the office manager basically tried to re-tell the story in her own untrue way to invalidate my feelings about the situation and her poor customer service.
This business charged my card for almost $100 more than I was quoted. Let me start this review by saying the ladies did a clean, good job- nothing stellar, but what I expected for a $140 quote…. My frustration is with the office manager who booked me for an incorrect service and then tried to place blame on me saying that I got what I asked for and that if there was miscommunication, it was my fault. The ladies arrived and let me know that they were here for a deep clean so I corrected them and let them know that I opted out of the deep clean because of the price.
They told me they understood, there was no language barrier or reason for them to misunderstand as I made it very clear that I did not sign up for the more expensive service. They stayed for 2.5 hours, and later in the day my card was hit with a $220 charge.
I figured it was a simple mistake since the office manager booked me the wrong service and the deep clean was NOT conducted. But after calling and having to speak with 2 different reps at the company, the office manager tried to argue that I got what I asked for and refused to accept or admit that she misunderstood – placing blame on me.
After putting up a fight and threatening to dispute the charge, the office manager did agree to refund me $80… I am shocked with the poor customer service at this business and they should do better moving forward and learn from their mistakes. Moving forward when other customers deal with being charged over quote and poor customer service, just take OWNERSHIP for the mistake and say sorry & OFFER a refund, immediately.
The office manager was extremely unprofessional and was clearly not honest with her boss (the owner). She sent me a text basically saying that she agreed with me from the beginning – the right thing to do would have been to say sorry and maybe this review wouldn't have been posted in the first place. I do not want this business to continue emailing, texting, or calling me. I will not be removing my honest review. Just making others aware to ensure they call and make it very clear what service they are signing up for.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received.I just moved into this home 2 months ago so there was no extreme deep cleaning necessary, most things just needed a good wipe down. After purchasing the premium package I expected at minimum that the appliances would be wiped off, floors swept, mirrors cleaned and beds made. None of this was done. A light layer of dust is on almost every surface that a 2 second wipedown would correct. I was shocked to find the completed finished product today. I specifically asked they make the bed and left the linens fresh from the dryer in a basket and neither were touched at all. The only thing that was done was mopping (without sweeping because floor still has crumbs), cleaning toilets and vacuuming. Highly disappointed! The pictures were taken less than an hour after the cleaners left.

I would highly recommend searching for a different cleaning company. I looked at the reviews for this one and figured I'd give it a shot because they looked good but those must be from fake account or something because the experience I had with this company was terrible. Not only did they not do a good job cleaning when they were here, They consistently missed appointments, showed up on wrong days, and gave multiple appointment confirmations where they never showed up at all. Update: Two Maids and a Mop called and wanted to make things right after reading my review. They sent out Mary and Jessica and I couldn't have been happier when they left. They were thorough and understood why I left the review that I did. Thank you, now our family can enjoy our nice new clean home and unpack our things without worrying about having to clean.
I'm leaving one star off for having to take the time to come back out to the house instead of packing and doing what needs to be done when you're moving.
We had a move in clean today. Two maids and a Mop sent 3 girls. One girl had a grey shirt and two of them pink. All 3 girls were nice. However if we need a cleaning service we will probably look for another one.
We paid $400 for everything on the move in list. At first I noticed the girl in the kitchen wasn't cleaning out the appliances, inside the cupboards. I brought up the list and asked her if she was going to clean inside the cupboards/drawers/appliances. She said "No, we normally don't do that". I told her about the list and she said "I have never seen that". However she did comply and she did it. And not so great I might add. There's streaks everywhere, I had to ask for the fridge to be cleaned 3 times.
When they were done they asked if I would check the house and tell them what needed to be done. There was a laundry list that was on the move in checklist that was not done. The blinds weren't dusted/the baseboards weren't dusted/ the windows weren't cleaned/ the tracks for the windows/sliders weren't cleaned/ inside the cupboards and drawers in the bathrooms weren't cleaned/ there was no stepstool to clean anything. This is all listed on the move in/ move out checklist. They obliged and went over everything that was missed. I had to spend an hour pointing out things, chasing them around, asking for things.
I am not really one to complain and felt bad for things to be redone/or just to be done but I was upset. I bring this up because there is still window streaks/ cupboards/ tracks/ streaks on the mirrors/counters. And I had already asked them to stay an hour past when they were going to leave, and let them go. At one point I told them that I would just do it when they left because after pointing something out for a 3rd time, it gets to the point that you don't want to be a nag.
I will say the girls in the pink shirts really did try. One of them did wipe out the fridge and helped and the fridge was clean when they left.

UPDATE: Minutes after posting my three star review, I received a call from Fadia from Two Maids & a Mop. She was concerned about my review and lack of satisfaction so offered to send a different crew out today, the day following my original service. I agreed. This morning I received a call from Stephanie. She informed me she was one of the managers and she was taking two of her other employees, Angel & Marc to my house. I texted her pics of what I was not pleased with.
On this trip I received much more communication along with photos of their progress. Stephanie said she saw what I was unhappy about. Not only did they clean the shower scum, counter water stains, streaked mirrors and downstairs windows (everything I complained about) but they also vacuumed upstairs which wasn't expected. My only gripe, and know it was pure accident, is that they must have taken my shower squeegee with them as it's no longer here.
I've updated the rating to a 4 and do to all of the communication and previous challenges, I can't change it to a five. I do appreciate their follow up and willingness to make things right.

I was debating on 2 or 3 stars since 2.5 wasn't an option. This is only my second time using a cleaning service, I just am not as impressed as my last cleaning.
First of all I get a text on Friday reminding me of my time on Monday morning. This would normally be fine, but from the time I received my quote via email until then, I had not talked to anyone. I called them and reviewed the details over the phone since I would not be home for their cleaning and was advised to leave a prioritized list for them.
Monday morning, I get a text they are running late. No problem, since I wasn't at home. That was the only communication from them until I texted them 3 hours later to check on and they said they would be leaving in 15 minutes. That was it. I didn't get a message that they were leaving or what they did/didn't do on my list.
I get home and didn't walk in to the "fresh clean" smell that I got last time I used a service. That's ok, I didn't need a chemical smell of it looked nice. I could tell they had been here. Things were clean and some items shifted, so know they dusted. My list was still on the counter where I left it.
My biggest concern is my number 1 item was to clean the master bath. Honestly that is probably the room that I was least impressed. The shower door still has soap scum. The counter still has water stains around the faucet. The mirror is streaked and the floor didn't look totally cleaned. (See photos)
Did they do a bad job? No. Will I use them again? Probably not. I know they have a lot of great reviews which is why I picked them for the price, but the actual service will have me thinking again next time I need a cleaning service

5 Stars! The ladies showed up 20 minutes early. They were wearing mask and gloves as advertised. They did not waste any time cleaning but before they did, they asked if I had any specific requests. It took them about an hour to clean my apartment. When I took a look around, I was amazed that things I thought they wouldn't touch, such as the microwave, was cleaned. This was definitely worth the money and I will be using them again soon.

Stephanie and Angel were absolutely phenomenal. I had no idea my apartment even had the potential to be as clean as it is right now!! They even organized my desk, which I totally didn't expect them to even touch my desk considering how messy it has become with finals week this week. Honestly before today I thought my apartment was fairly clean- in fact I only wanted to schedule a deep clean to get those hard to reach and time consuming tasks like cleaning the ceiling fan and windows and door frames done- but stephanie and angel really went above and beyond today. I spoke with Brittany and Nicole and we agreed that our first service would include two maids for a minimum of three hours and if needed, we'd add more time. The maids arrived 2 hours late, and upon their arrival, I was told to prioritize what I wanted done since they had another job and had to leave after three hours. I proceeded to prioritize and then watched as one maid took the full three hours to wipe down kitchen cabinets and countertops and mop the kitchen and dinette area. As she completed mopping, I walked into the kitchen to throw something in the garbage and it moved slightly, only to reveal that she didn't move it to mop underneath. I asked if she could spot clean the area and she did. However, I later noticed she did this throughout the kitchen.
The other maid cleaned the guest bathroom, foyer, dining room, living room and family room. She didn't dust a couple of shelves in the family room even though she told me she did. She also didn't wipe between leather couch cushions or vacuum in the corner behind the couch. I was quite disappointed since this was supposed to be a deep clean.
I left a voicemail message a couple of days later but no one called back. I then called again and spoke with Christian. He seemed appalled by what I told him and said he was going to speak with the owner and call me back before the end of the day. He asked if there was anyway to win my business back and I told him I'd be open to suggestions. I really wanted this to work but was also looking at other options.
It's been 1.5 weeks and I haven't heard back. The maids were kind to me but seemed overworked and unhappy. I would be weary of working with this company as they don't appear to be well-managed and trustworthy.

I am so glad I called Two Maids and a Mop. Brittany and Nicole were absolutely amazing. My house is so clean that I am so happy! I just want to walk around and touch every non dusty surface and have a tea party on my floor. Like a huge weight has been lifted after guilt tripping myself about not cleaning the house enough. I'm moving out of the apartment my boyfriend and I lived in and really needed help cleaning. I'm pretty unorganized so moving is always a daunting task for me. The women who came to my place did an excellent job working around me while I finished gathering the last of my things. They really did every last corner, counter, cabinet – excellent job. I truly hope they are compensated very well. I didn't know until later that the company itself only pays the maids 18-20% of what you pay for the service-something that's not mentioned on the "pay for performance" page.
Overall I'm blown away at what an amazing job these ladies did!

Needed a deep clean, and because of COVID, if someone was coming into my house, I wanted a professional. And that's what I got from Two Maids & A Mop. They're on the pricey side of mid-range, but they do such a great job that it's well worth it. Thorough, polite, friendly, and great at adhering to COVID safety guidelines.

Two things that were added bonuses, the team that came were incredibly sweet and went straight to work cleaning the space as if it was their own. I truly felt like they cared about my home the way I care about my home.
The second is that I was so surprised how when they left, every little item that had been lying around on a countertop or the floor had been put in its place. And everything they moved to clean was placed exactly back where it was when they started.
We'll definitely be using them again!

I recently moved into my grandparents home and they have not been in the house for 2 years so there was a lot to clean. Spiders basically took over and made it their own. The 2 ladies that came had such a great attitude and personality and cleaned all the things that needed cleaning. They were very thorough and thoughtful with their work. Asked for quotes from cleaners on Yelp to get a relative's house back in shape after a prolonged illness. Not only was WillCleaning able to offer a reasonable quote, they were also able to schedule us on fairly short notice. Most importantly, the team that came arrived early, stayed late, and took on a pretty tough job (three pets in the house!) with kindness and efficiency. And they did a really beautiful job–they don't seem to have missed a spot. Very impressed, we're looking forward to having them back regularly in the future.

Keylis and her team are amazing! I just started a BnB here in Orlando and needed a trusted team to help keep things clean, as I am not local. Keylis took the time to come in and do a walk through, the scheduled me for a deep clean. Keylis and her team took the time and care to go through every nook and cranny in the condo, cleaning things I didn't think to even ask about. She was very meticulous and took the time she needed in order to get the job done right. One of the glass shower doors was caked in soap scum and lime from the previous owners, and I never though it would be clear- when I came home, the glass looked brand new. Not only did she do an amazing job, she was able to schedule me in right away, as well as be flexible with my current needs for services, according to when I have renters. I am so happy to have GOCS as my dedicated service, and c an not recommend them enough.

Hello Yelpers! I recently used Greater Orlando Cleaning Services to do a move in/out and carpet cleaning for one of my rental properties. Unfortunately, the tenant that recently vacated left the place is horrible conditions. Needless to say, it was left nothing like how they moved in. Long story short, I needed to hire a cleaning service to do a deep clean on the condo.
I came across this company on Yelp and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The move in/out service and a carpet clean was priced at nearly $400. I hired them anyway because the place was in desperate need of cleaning. It was very disappointing to say that it was nothing spectacular and even I could have done a much better job at cleaning the condo.
Anyway, during the clean their carpet cleaner broke so they could not finish the job. They did agree to finish the job the following day and were paid in full when the job was complete. My mother ended up having to clean the place in addition to the services we hired for, which was what I was trying to avoid, as she is much older now.
The company did communicate quickly and did respond in a very prompt manner. However, it was definitely not worth the money spent for the services rendered.
The condo is finally up to renting standards; however, will not use this company again nor would I recommend them.

Agatha and Fragrance Cleaning was recommended to me by a friend. It had been a while since I have had my home cleaned professionally since my other service closed due to COVID. It is hard for me to clean the house due to some chronic pain issues and no matter how hard I tried, between work and life, it was just not enough.
So I called and honestly, am still AMAZED at how clean my house is. It is incredible! She even managed to get the crusted burnt bits off my glass top stove, I had tried everything and nothing had worked in getting it off. Now I don't even want to cook on it, it's like new.
Every surface I look at has been dusted, cleaned, and shined. Places I truly didn't expect her to go, she went. I cannot recommend this business enough.
