Moral of the story: not worth the money or your time unless you need something small like a once a month mopping of your floors/ bathroom cleaned.
Cleaner #1: BEYOND amazing and we had her for about a year on weekly cleans. Would tidy up after my messy kids and always made our home look "company ready". When she left the company we weren't told that we were losing our regular cleaner until the night before our clean.
Cleaner #2: For 2 weeks we couldn't even tell she had come. After the first week we reached out and they sent a second person with her. We still had no clue they had come if we hadn't seen the floors had been mopped. Don't worry though, we still paid full price.
Cleaner #3: had an issue with my 16 year old daughter being there (spring break) and our farm dog (we have 10 acres – he runs free all the time) was loose and she was scared so she left without even doing our clean. Keep in mind, our file lists that our dog is out free and that he is overly nice, nothing has changed.
While management was attentive and always promised to correct issues (keep in mind we got NO refund for the cleans where almost nothing was done) – they obviously didn't take the time to actually look at our file before they sent the next substandard employee to our home.

THIS is the deep cleaning I wanted and needed.
First: DeluxeMaid is insured and bonded. They hire experienced cleaners, and guarantee the work. They also have high ratings on Yelp, Google and Facebook — so the reviews really seem to jive with service.
They do not require a deposit. Instead, they put a hold on a credit card, and charge the day after the work is completed… once management is assured the job was completed to customer satisfaction.
On the phone, the person I spoke with was professional and friendly, and the estimate and booking process was painless. They agreed to use my cleaning supplies, including my carpet cleaner, as I requested. I was told a crew of three people should take about 4-4.5 hours to complete the work.
The team of three arrived in the middle of the arrival window, and took 4.5 hours to complete the work. They arrived masked and remained that way. They introduced themselves, and paid attention as I showed them around. Dania, Gabby, and Brenda were joined by a fourth person, Ines, after a short while.
They were THOROUGH. They had to go over the slapdash job the gals from Becht Pride did, and cleaned everything properly. By properly:
* They removed all cobwebs and dusted ceilings, walls, chair rails, and floor moulding trim, all light bulbs, light fixtures and vents.
* They removed every item from the shelves, cleaned it, cleaned the shelves, then put it all back.
* They cleaned every surface properly, with the correct cleaner.
* They cleaned the door handles and smudged walls.
* They moved everything on the floor, including furniture, cleaned under it, and put it back.
* They left the bathrooms spotless.
* They cleaned the insides of all the windows, carefully; they removed every spot. They opened the windows and cleaned the sills and tracks.
* If they had questions, they asked me. They showed me their work as they went along. They chatted and laughed as they worked, making the process pleasant and comfortable.
* Afterward, Dania took me on a tour of everything that had been done… and the house sparkled. It's cleaner than it's been since we moved in!
So! I called them and scheduled a regular cleaning. I hope I get any of that team — they were amazing. And Dania was so kind and warm (she worried about my injury, and was careful not to scare our cats).

This was my first experience paying for cleaning services and it was totally worth it! Kathleen was really responsive on Yelp and answered all my questions promptly. Yamayra did a great job cleaning. Overall the experience was easy and the team was really communicative. It was so nice to come home from work and walk into a clean smelling house! The two cleaners arrived on time and were there for about 6-7 hours, wow! We did a walk thru first so they knew my main areas of focus. They were great to work with, and I came and went throughout the day with no issues. We had some NASTY kitchen drawers that made me queasy and they cleaned them up so well! They took their time and really worked on some caked on stains in different parts of the house. They did a decent job. I requested the move in/out cleaning with a fridge clean. There were a lot of places I had to ask them to go back over and the house was already pretty clean to begin with. I was a little frustrated that the doors didn't seem like they were touched and the shower still has hard water spots on the glass (same for the shower head). I guess I just assumed professional cleaners could get that crystal clean. There were other minor items not worth mentioning, but overall a decent value. On the positive side, the baseboards, trim, and floors all looked great. They were there for 4-5 hours.

If you're trying to justify the money, let me tell you, it's TOTALLY worth it! My husband and I were on the fence about hiring a housecleaning service because we thought, "We know how to clean our own house." Lol
We didn't sign up for continuing service, but we did opt for a one-time deep clean. We just moved into a new house and while we want to paint and complete a few projects, we really needed to deep clean the place first. With two little kids, I felt like I was treading water and our plans to start on some projects kept getting pushed out further. We had a crew of two wonderful ladies come to the house for four hours and WOW, did they clean! I personally feel So much more comfortable now living in this house and we are ready to blow through these projects!

UPDATE: After Lindsay & the Operations Inspector (two very nice ladies) came out to assess my claims & the situation, I was given a full refund. They offered to remedy the issue, but I declined because of my schedule.
I'm not happy & I want a refund. I decided to go with this company from the reviews; warning sign #1: 6 reviews all 5 star; yeah, no. I should've known better. I ordered a deep cleaning for a vacant house. The admin side was very polite & responsive. Got me set up but told me that they would only be available to come out for 3 hours; with their holiday cleanings, they were booked. The 2 ladies who arrived were also very polite; that's why this review has 2 stars. My water wasn't on, so they couldn't do the bathrooms or and "deep cleaning". I explained that was fine just do what you can wiping down & vacuuming as much as they could. They called their supervisor to confirm and she told them the same, do as much as you can. I had already started cleaning but stopped when they arrived to let them do what I was paying for. I wouldn't need them for the entire 3 hours I had booked. Warning sign #2: Deep cleaning with chemicals & not wearing gloves in what was a previously occupied house; yuck, but I stood by & kept my mouth shut. I had to leave close to the 2 hour mark, but they told me that they only had 20 minutes left. I stood by & listened to their personal conversation as their work production slowed, whatever. Before I left I inspected what was done & noticed they missed some spots. I pointed them out then left them with the garage door opener so they could leave when done. When I returned to my house smelling of chemicals, I thought okay nice. Imagine my surprise when I put away my first item in the kitchen cabinets & flour debris from the previous owner fell on my face! Now I have to inspect everything and sure enough, they hadn't really done a damn thing outside of the obvious & maybe a little less. I called & left a voicemail. I don't want them back I want my money, all $205 dollars. See photos & learn from my experience.

I've been using Plan B Cleaning for about 2.5 years and I have always been pleased with their service. During that time, I only took a few weeks break (during the virus shut down – at my request) but when they resumed services this week, I remember why I started using them in the first place. Very professional, courteous and I know things are clean when they leave. The cleaning team takes precautions to protect themselves as well as the families they serve. I have used Monica in the past and was thrilled with my service. We asked Monica to do a move in clean for us on our new house and I was extremely disappointed with her services. She tripled her price and said it was because she spent six house at our home but it didn't look or smell like anyone had touched it. Bugs were left in the window sill, she took the cabinets out of our refrigerator and didn't replace them and also didn't clean the fridge. The floor was still filthy, windows were covered in spiderwebs, the cabinets were only wiped halfway up and you could visibly see where she stopped, and the baseboards weren't touched. She was not apologetic about the situation and didn't offer to re-clean or give money back.
**6/1 update: Monica reached out to come back and further clean for 2 hours but we decided not to accept the offer.
