A deep clean this was not. I expected more for my money. Now waiting for someone else to come very poor customer service if there was a 0 rating that's what they would get. Do not use this company you will be let down. Not worth the money charged. So disappointed.

If you are looking for a poor quality cleaning with employees who are inexperienced and cut corners and terrible customer service overall, look no further! I wasted my time and money ($355 to be exact) on this company. What attracted me to this company initially was they were the first to respond to my request for a quote. Their responsiveness at initially gaining your business, is not the same responsiveness you'll get once you've scheduled a service. One of the red flags was during the day of service I received several calls (voicemails) indicating service couldn't be rendered until forms were signed which they JUST sent that morning vs a week or more prior when I scheduled the service. Whatever the case, I signed the forms so they could show up.
My husband was home and let them in. When I got home, I was inconvenienced by them parking in my driveway (most service companies park in the street not in front of your garage in the driveway). I entered my home and met one of the cleaners who didn't even greet me hello. They were done upstairs and were working downstairs. While I was upstairs I noticed they didn't vacuum the carpet in a large area and didn't clean the bathroom counters (my husband's shavings were still all over the counter and around the faucet). I immediately went downstairs to tell them so they could correct the issue on the spot. Once they left, I noted at least 15 or more things they missed from their 49 point checklist (tub tiles not cleaned, surfaces/furniture not dusted, frames not dusted, mirrors/glass not cleaned in bathroom, range hood not cleaned, cabinet fronts not cleaned, lamps not cleaned to name a few). In addition, this was supposed to be a deep cleaning not just some minor spot cleaning here and there. Ultimately, they cut corners, had bad work ethic and were lazy. The areas they did dust, they did not move anything to dust underneath (like pictures); they just dusted around it. In addition, they used a sopping wet mop and left puddles all over the WOOD floors.
I called the office immediately after to schedule a re-clean of those areas and tell of the poor service, which they assured me they'd be here from 11-2 to correct all issues. The next day, 2 came and went. Finally, I received text saying they were late. I called them and was notified they were stuck in traffic and would arrive after 4 (2 hrs after they were to arrive). I told them cancel the service, I no longer want to do business with them. The general manager came on the phone rudely with an attitude and was armed and ready with excuses. Telling me they're human and make mistakes. I responded with over 15 mistakes? I can understand missing a few items but not 15 or more. At that point, I told the general manager I wasn't going to continue an argument with her over the phone since I had already wasted too much time and money with her company. She was highly unprofessional and was unapologetic of the incident; rather, she was full of excuses and claimed to want to make it right but at their convenience and my inconvenience.
Ultimately, I will take the loss and walk away from this company altogether. If you can help it, don't take your chances with this company unless you want a mediocre result with terrible management and customer service.

After reaching out to a number of cleaning services, maidpro got me an estimate the quickest. The woman on the phone was very thorough and was able to fit me in the same day! For a Move-in Deep Clean I was quoted for 4hrs for 2 cleaners at about $285. I gave my CC and was given an ETA of 2-6pm for the cleaners. Also had to sign some paperwork online. So far the experience was great.
The cleaners arrived at about 5:21pm and started upstairs. They finished upstairs and made their way downstairs. We noticed the windows weren't wiped down and asked if that was something they were going to do, as they stated they were done with the upstairs. After some discussion one of the women went back upstairs to wipe down the windows. (I guess they said they don't normally do windows however it did state in the contract I signed earlier that day that the inside of windows were a part of the cleaning.)
At about 6:27pm they were already packed up and walking out the door (after we signed the paperwork and tipped, of course).
After they left we started noticing little things, the floor in the office was still dusty, the stairs handrail wasn't cleaned at all, etc. They did do a great job on the toilets, mirrors, and kitchen though.
In the end I may try them again to see if it was the team that was sent versus the company as a whole. It could have also been that it was the end of a very long work day for them and we were their last home; which was probably the case as it was the week of Thanksgiving. Also, the women were very nice and respectful.
Lastly I sent an email the following day to find out the final amount to be charged. No one responded so I called in. I was first told that they understand the cleaners were here for an hour however they would charge for the 3hrs. After some discussion I was told my final amount would be about $150. Less than what I was quoted, but still unsure if the job done justifies the price.
Wasn't impressed with the level of cleaning or felt the house was really clean after they left, but if I try them again, I will update my review.

$278 Over priced and Not the type of quality. Simply discussed among my family and siblings regarding contracting a maid for a regular twice a month maid service. Well, as stated above is a price that includes the entire stove, sweep/mop, ceiling fan, counters, full deep cleaning bathroom, window blinds and they make your bed. Not exactly as stated! They sent 3 people to-do a 4hour labor, they finished within the hour; surely everything was left dirty and they do not care. Please supervise them and do NOT leave them alone at your house and if you'll like to take my advice find someone else there are independent maids that they'll do a heck of a job ! And much more affordable.

On 12/09/2020, 3 maids came to my vacant residence for 5 hours worth of labor for a move-out cleaning. After 90 min they left and the only things completed in the house were 2.5 bathrooms, all of the rooms (except 1 walk in closet) were vacuumed, and the fans were dusted. None of the baseboards or blinds were ever touched. The cabinets in the kitchen were never touched and all of the tile flooring downstairs was never mopped. Per the contract, baseboards, blinds, windows, and kitchen cabinets were supposed to be included in the cleaning. The time slot for the maids to arrive was 8am-4pm. They did not arrive to the residence until 6:45pm. Considering the house was completely empty (3 bed, 2.5 bath), it was very disappointing to see how poor of a job 3 maids did in 90 min. Being a first time customer with this company, I would not recommend this company to anyone else or use your services again.

The sales person and general manager had terrible customer service And very deceptive in the pricing. They underquote And then get the cleaners in here and need more time to complete the 49-point checklist which maybe only half can get done in the time they quoted. They quote 6 hours but send 3 people in for 2 hours and then charge almost $100 for every 30 minutes more they need. After going from $402 to $495 they called Again and needed more time and of course they leave the main living area flooring for last which is what was very important. I refused to pay the additional which would of put it to almost $600. The cleaners ended up somewhat mopping the floors but they were not that great since they had to rush. Appliances were not polished but just wiped down and left watermarks. the garage entrance counters were still dusty. This was not a deep clean as promises. The baseboards, the blinds, and the cupboards that they were able to get to were cleaned really well. They really do put the cleaners in a bad situation With the pricing scheme. I totally regret using this company and felt like I was ripped off. I work hard for my money and was so upset with the quality of work and customer service I got from this company. I just came home with a new born and wanted a deep cleaning but instead ended up with high blood pressure from having to argue my point to the general manager.

I just had MaidPro clean my house for the first time and I couldn't be more pleased with the work Janet and Gio did for me. If I were to say they were wonderful I wouldn't be giving them the credit they deserve. For example in my bar, they cleaned each individually bottle of liquor maybe 75 bottles and made the cart look amazing. In the bathroom they cleaned everything so meticulously I'm amazed. My floors shine, they look great they smell great I'm very happy.

Kyle has been cleaning my house for over a year, and every time I come home after he's been there, it's the best feeling in the world. Sparkling clean and smelling so fresh.

I'm on roughly an every 3 week schedule- but as with life, things change, schedules are busy, and Kyle always contacts me a few days in advance to see if I need a cleaning on my normal scheduled timed, or need to find a different time. I also work on a cruise ship, so sometimes I'm gone for weeks at a time, leaving my husband home alone to pile up beer bottles and dishes. I can always count on Kyle to come by right before I get home to clean and save my marriage.
I have no hesitation leaving Kyle with a key and having him lock up when he's done.

Kyle cleaned our house for the first time yesterday and did an amazing job! We have two huskies that spread dirt and fur over every surface of the house. Kyle went above and beyond to scrub their footprints off of the floors and walls. The kitchen sink is cleaner and more shiny than the day we moved in and he was able to remove grease and grime from the stove that I had completely given up on.

Trying to get a quote from Michelle was frustrating. Although pleasant, she wouldn't commit to giving an actual estimate. She simply stated that she charged $65/hour and that the maximum she thought she'd charge would be $455 (7 hours). She sent me a checklist, but there was a lot on there that we wouldn't want done. When I asked if she could attend our residence to give me a more accurate estimate, she responded that "I don't do in-home estimates".
I get that we are all wary with the COVID situation, but none of the other companies I contacted had any issues in coming to the house. We observed proper protocols (masks, appropriate distancing, etc.)
Plus if you're going to be coming to a house to clean, what do you do then? Use robots?

Michelle went above and beyond to accommodate the last minute booking. They were on time but they skipped rooms and did a poor job. But when I mentioned it to Michelle she took care of it. She sent a new team and they did a fantastic job. Jessica and Marisol are the best. Ask for them and you won't be disappointed.

This is my first experience using home cleaners and it could not have gone better. From the initial communications with Michelle to the finished cleaning, everything was handled professionally and pleasantly. Seems that my original review got deleted somehow?! Hired them back in December2020 for a Move Out/Move In clean on 2 properties (the one we were moving out of, and the one we were movinginto)… We agreed on a date/time forboth properties however, they didn'tshow up at the "move out" property, so she had to send the team that was supposetocleanthe"move-in" property to the other property?!! As a local Realtor in Lutz and Land O'Lakes, I am often asked to refer companies for service. We seldom refer a company that we have not used prior.
But recently, the seller of a home left my buyer with a bit of a mess. I wanted my buyer, a single mom who already had her hands full, to be able to walk into a move-in ready home.

We have used this company monthly for about 6 months and was cancelled on 3 times back to back. The cancellations were always at the last minute, two hours before the cleaning was scheduled. They are very unprofessional and lack empathy for the situation. The first 3 times the cleanings were excellent which is why we stayed with them. After this we would get last minute calls about family emergencies or sickness regarding the cleaner. We are completely understandable about life situations and things happening but there are never any solutions to the problem.Customer service is absolutely terrible and there are no back up cleaners in case someone cancels so you are out of luck. I wish I could say great things about this company but they are extremely short staffed, unprofessional, unreliable and not interested in keeping long-term customers such as our family. We do not recommend to anyone who is looking for reliable cleaners.

I was very reluctant to hire someone I didn't know to come into my home but I had heard from two other friends who have used this service and couldn't stop saying enough about them so I had to give them a try. My home is over 3000 ft.² and very spread out with upstairs and downstairs and many windows and many bathrooms. Since it was their first cleaning I had to get the deep clean and I added on windows, baseboard and dusting of blinds. First of all, my maid showed up 30 minutes earlier than expected which was nice and she didn't stop workingFor more than eight straight hours until the whole house was clean. She was amazing although I'm going to ask next time they send a team of2 because eight hours is a long time. I have recommended them to friends as well.

We have been fortunate enough to have Marianny as our monthly cleaner for the past 6 months and she has always done a wonderful and thorough job. Extreme Maids has been very communicative when there have been issues with needing to reschedule (understandable with Covid). All the teams we have had assigned for our cleanings have been timely.

I have to say that extreme maids does a fantastic job at coming in and cleaning your house in little time. They are very thorough. The price is fair- not cheap but not outrageous. Just make sure you pick the correct service for your needs. They don't do laundry or deep clean your washer/dryer appliances- that's the only con.

Great company! From start to finish the whole process was so smooth and enjoyable. They were able to work with my schedule and get someone out there right away to take care of a move-in cleaning on a home we just purchased. I needed an apartment move-out cleaning — after all, when you're in the middle of a move, the last thing you have time to do is do a deep clean.
I liked that I could schedule an appointment online, and they thankfully had availability the week of my move out, so I booked them for a Wednesday in the middle of the day. Since I was going to be at work, I called and asked that they give me a 15-minute heads up that they were on their way so I could be there to let them in.
Vanessa texted me and let me know her ETA, so I headed over there and met up with her outside my apartment complex. She brought all of her supplies with her and I showed her around the unit. Since I still had a few things there, she and I moved them out onto the balcony so she could clean the floors.
I had to go back to work so I didn't get to see the end result until that evening — and wow! Vanessa did such a great, thorough job. The place smelled wonderfully and everything was spotless, from the inside of the cabinets and the fridge to the hard water stains in the tub.
Now that I own a house, I'm scheduling a recurring service with Extreme Maids since I was so impressed with their work.

It's almost been a year now and I can say this: Koller is terrific, Vivi is quick and efficient at getting the job done. Her team assistants change from time to time, but that does not affect the quality of work — it's always good.

They showed up on time and did an incredible job. I have a long haired cat and it's nearly impossible to keep our house cat fluff free. They were super nice to my cat and respectful of all my belongings as well while moving them to do a deep clean. Vivienne and Lucia were very professional, diligent, detailed, and worked with my budget and time frame. I will definitely be using them again. Only thing I was disappointed about was logging on to Yelp to see first time customers get $20 off. I was referred to them, so I missed that opportunity. The gals arrived on time and with all supplies. Irena asked to see the extent of the work that I hoped to have done within the scope of the time I had paid for. I asked for the focus to be dusting all flat surfaces (including 6 sets of blinds), then sweeping, then mopping, as there was a great deal of remodel dust that was keeping me from wanting to put our area rugs back down. The gals launched in to their respective tasks and I worked alongside and as hard as they did. I was a bit frustrated with Christina, the second gal, whom i was not able to 'prod' to work a little less thoroughly on the window blinds (Irena finished 4 sets of blinds and most of my den in the time Christina took to do two sets of blinds). She was just a bit more 'thorough' /time laborious all-around, so that Irena needed to work harder and I had to do much more than I'd hoped in order to get 'it all' cleaned in the allotted 3 hours. I liked that Irena kept checking with me as to what was 'next', so that I could keep them both working on my priority items. She was extremely detail oriented and quick, pity there weren't two of her! I was disappointed that, in order to mop their way out of the house I forfeited 7-10 minutes (x 2) of time that could have been used cleaning the microwave out, cleaning a toilet, or sweeping one of the rugs that I had put back down on a mopped and dry (bathroom) floor.
Considering the Angie's 'Big Deal', the $99 I paid was money exceedingly well spent and I am delighted with having things as clean as they are. I was far more pleased (despite Christina's less expedient cleaning style) with this team (& Koller, as a company) than I was with the two maids /service I used to clean out a home my husband & I had rented before moving to this home. As a result, I a) would consider using Koller again and b) have already recommended them (tonight, to our neighbors).
Vivi, the woman who makes/confirms/rescheduled appointments was great. I especially appreciated the company's flexibility, when our remodel guy took an extra 3 days, in getting her team of two (as I'd requested) in as soon as possible 'after the dust settled' (i.e., after the remodel guy was gone but quick enough so we didn't have to live with the dust/aftermath for more than 24 hours).

I called to schedule a cleaning and was told the owner Andrew wasn't there but would call me back to schedule. I waited for a return phone call for 10 days and then called back and let them know that I was still waiting. I did get a call back the next day from an out of state number telling me that the owner was busy but would call to schedule. I got a phone call later from the owner with a phone number from a third state that wasn't Florida and attempted to set up a time for service. I had purchased 3 cleanings on a Groupon. He demanded that I give him my credit card information to cover costs if I cancelled or for parking fees for his cleaners. Since I had already prepaid for three cleanings and live in a private home there was no reason for parking and if I canceled for some unknown reason the cleaning was already paid for in advance. He got very nasty with me and once again demanded my credit card information and since I had no idea who he was calling from another state with no physical address I refused to give him a credit card for a prepaid purchase. He swore at me and said they didn't need customers like me!! Stay away from this company. Want your credit card to upcharge you as I found out from other reviewers. Glad I didn't have to use this company. Not professional whatsoever!!! To respond back to Andrew, he knows full well he spoke to me himself despite indicating he has "no idea" who I spoke with, knows that it took him 10 days and 2 phone calls to his business to even get a call back. That in no way does he state up front that you must provide him a credit card up front as policy when you purchase a Groupon nor did he state this when we scheduled the cleaning. What he did was after the cleaning was scheduled and confirmed have me open the Groupon to give him the transaction number which would have been ok however once you open the voucher their policy is that you can't trade it in nor can you get your money refunded which he knew. He then thought he had me pinned down because if I didn't give him my credit card information I would lose my $245.00 which he told me was my problem. Very rude and waited to tell me his "policy" until much later when I did not have any option to decline or lose the money I paid. Also as to a local address I. The Tampa Bay Area being listed anywhere, that is correct. Per his instructions I went on Sunbiz which is the only place an address is listed and yes it has his home condo in Miami listed. Yes he moved from his one bedroom to a 2 bedroom and changed it on 2/18/21. His address now is 888 Biscayne Blvd #3608. Miami, FL. 33132 not a local Tampa Bay address as indicated. His cleaners may do a very good job however his business practices are not ones that I would deal with even if it means he intentionally cost me to lose money. My review is based on the interaction with the owner/manager Andrew and not that of the cleaning crew as he refused to provide the cleanings that I had already purchased through Groupon.

Recently closed on our home. We obtained services from First Class Cleaning FLA to do a post construction clean for a 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home. The team showed up on time and we walked them through our preferred household products. We were pleasantly shocked that the team came equipped with green and safe products to use in our home. We expected a deep clean to remove construction dust. The team worked for efficiently and was able to get through the house in a bit over half a day. Not only did we return to a clean home but the team went above and beyond to give us a hotel feel. Details were found in every room such as professionally finished bedding, organized spaces and decorative finishes in all our bathrooms. The house smelled clean without the harsh smells of chemicals. The initial clean cost a bit more due to our request for a full deep clean but the cherry on top was the fact that there was no upsell for future cleanings. The team gave us guidance and suggestions for future cleanings which gave us reasonable options for upkeep at a reasonable cost! We definitely found our long term providers!
