I found The Cleaning Maids through a Yelp Service Request & they got back quite promptly! I was texting with a live person which is what made me eventually decide to go with them over the other services that reached out.
I want to address the -1 star immediately, this is due to price alone. In Miami, I booked a Move-out Clean and it was $315 – they were amazing and the home was about 1,700 SqFt (3 BR 2.5 Bth) – Move Outs cleans are ROUGH for sure.
Here I booked a Move-in Clean, mostly for construction clean up and it was $370 for a 1,017 SqFt (2 BR 2 Bth) IMO the work was way lighter and I was quite shocked but they did do a great job. Some of the cleaners left steaks on the bathroom floors which easily show footprints but other than that I think the house looks amazing, I am still just getting over the sticker shock I guess.- I do apologize for the -1 star but I can't seem to get over the huge price difference for the home size and work required.
The Cleaning Maids were Phenomenal – clear, concise communication, got in and out – sent me photos, and payment was a breeze – I would definitely use them again however, I think I would be shopping around first – again this is solely due to the pricing of services but maybe this is a higher-priced area…for cleaning….. I'm not sure so I can't say for certain.

I am very impressed with Daniel and his staff. Daniel is the right combination of friendly and professional. He has followed through with every commitment he has made from the first visit to discuss scope and terms, to the initial cleaning, to six more cleanings (and counting). The cleaning is always thorough and efficient. My home is large (a master bed and bath, a large living room, dining room, kitchen, two additional rooms, and a second bath; there is a long, wide hallway too). Each visit a separate window is cleaned, inside and out. The cleaner always asks on her way out if everything is okay. I found Daniel's sales process to be challenging relative to the other cleaning services advertising on Yelp. He was slow on responding to request for quote. He initially inflated the quote to 2.5 times that of two other respondents b/c he needs to see the place first before he can give a specific quote even though I explained to him exactly what he was in for with my place. We took time to meet so he could assess, so the quote came down to 70% higher than the other two but he was available so I decided to bite the bullet. Day of, good outbound communication of his arrival time but when he arrived he could not follow instruction (I had a situation inside my apartment that I needed to manage). I asked him to leave without performing the service – after all this, I felt more comfortable to just deal with it myself. Daniel seems to be caring of his employees and my initial impression is the work would have been acceptable.

Amazing!
Daniel and his crew was able to make my parents' house shine when we were about to give up. Our house is old and had decades of accumulated grime that just couldn't be cleaned. Or so I thought!

I can not say enough about the amazing job that Miss Essie and her team do when cleaning my house. It is amazing the focus on detail that she personally, and all of her well trained employees display. I have to admit that I'm a bit particular about my house and many times I have found I've needed to "touch up" after previous cleaners, but this is absolutely not the case with CRP Cleaning Services. After they complete the job I can just sit back and enjoy a clean house.
I also must say that Miss Essie and her team are FUN!! I find myself having such a good time chatting with her that I have to remind myself to get out of her way to let her clean, and get myself back to my own job!

Jacksonville!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! When Essie came to my home she let me know she would only be working on my home for two hours which was not mentioned when i booked her services. if i knew she was only going to spend two hours i would have booked other services. $240 for two hours is way too much. Then she mentioned she was getting to the appliances which was fine because we agreed she was not going to clean them and open ups my refrigerator door and comments that my house is dirty!!! weird because you are a cleaning service, if my house was clean I would not have needed the service!!! and then she mentioned that she was not going to get the baseboards and then I mentioned how in the invoice it mentions ALL baseboards. Two hours later Essie called me and mentioned that they were able to get to everything but the living room and it would be an extra $100 to finish cleaning that. ahh no, thank you. The next day my roommates and I went to check the house and were surprised at how dirty the house still was. The kitchen did not look like it was cleaned at all. Even though I was unhappy with the service I decided that I would not make a big fuss about it and let it go. BUTTTTTTTTTT not even one week later iI received $2600 – TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS – in charges from this company!!!!!!! I immediately try to contact Essie to get my money but have received nothing but radio silence. I have already disputed the charges to my credit card will be reporting her to BBB and letting all of Jax know to not use this scamming service. STAY AWAY!! no clue how they have such a high google reviews. SCAMMERS

I had just purchased a house. It was completely empty. Due to not needing to move furniture I would have expected this job to have been easier and all parts of my home flawless, given the price I paid. There was still dust on my blinds and counters and floors were not thoroughly cleaned. The toilets did sparkle and the house smelled clean, but other than that I was underwhelmed with the cleaning job.
I paid for the move in cleaning service with an additional carpet clean. The service was $450 dollars, which was not cheap. I do admit there are several hard to reach places in my home; I wish during the estimate I was told these wouldn't be able to be cleaned and that I could have paid a lower price.
I'd like to once again bring up that she did tell me if I was unhappy to tell her. I appreciated that comment, but I'm the type of person who wants something to be right the first time and not the second.
I would use their carpet cleaning services, but not their house cleaning services again.

Essie was nice, however, the cleaning was not up to snuff. Was quoted an outrageous amount for a deep clean.
