With 2 large, long haired dogs… my house can get full of hair and dust quickly. They came in and left everything wonderful! I've never felt my floors so squeaky clean. I also liked that my home didn't smell overly perfumed or like cleaning chemicals and they were able to get those nasty toilet bowl rings out of the toilets that I've never been able to get rid of! Cajun maids came about 5 times to our house. It was usually a different person every time. I would say the cleaning was good but not great. Depending on the person some things were missed like wiping down the faucets or moving things on the counter when cleaning. We ended up canceling the service because our stove top was scratched when cleaning. The stove was only a couple months old and there were scratches all over the black metal exposing the silver under. We reached out to the company minutes after the maids left and noticing it. They reached out to us once and then never called back or returned our calls. We only wished they pay for touch up paint and not a replacement part but we have never heard back.
Update: After posting this review Cajun maids has worked with me to resolve this issue.

I have used their service before when I moved out of a home and I called them again recently for the flat rate cleaning of my home. Overall, I was pleased. I only had to do two things myself. The hardwood floors in my living space were swept however they did not sweep under the furniture and the kitchen countertops were not cleaned. Other than this, I was fine with the work that was done because it saved me some time in having to clean it myself. I would use them again.

This is the very best maid service I have ever used. I ordered a deep cleaning due to lots of neglect for over a year. My house had pet hair everywhere (three cats and a dog), heavy dust with dust particles flying through the air like a blizzard, carpet in livingroom and bedroom pet hair buildup, furniture pet hair buildup, etc. The windows and blinds had been sorely neglected as well. A crew of two showed up and shortly after they arrived, I left for errands and appointments.
What I came back to is hard to describe fully. It was magical! No dust blizzard was the first thing I noticed. All surfaces of wood furniture were dust and hair free. The sofas and chairs had been vacuumed. The fixtures on the fans and in the bathrooms had been taken down and washed. The carpet was pet hair free. The kitchen was sparkling clean. Both bathrooms were sparkling clean. All of the mirrors, blinds and windows were spot free. Pictures on the walls and all the floorboards and door frames wiped down and dusted. Squished bugs had been cleaned off the ceilings and cobwebs eliminated. Even the breezeway had been swept. May appliances in the kitchen and utility room looked brand new. And the bed was remade and turned down just like in a hotel. So many other great things, too. You get the picture!
I've signed up for a weekly service for a while.

I ordered a move out cleaning from Cajunmaids.com online, as I am an out of state landlord. While I have traditionally used a property management service, their fees were climbing and I just couldn't afford it. I do not recommend using them at all. We hired them to come in and clean a house we were moving into and we were not satisfied at all. The bathroom were not clean, the blinds were barely dusted, the stove was not cleaned, etc. I had to go back and re clean the entire house. The shower was disgusting as well as the stovetop. We were charged $229 for this. I called the company and explained to them what had happened and they only offered us a $30 refund for some services we had added. I told her still was not ok with paying $200 for the services and we were eventually offered a $100 refund and a discount for the next cleaning. Not only is the service horrible by the office is hard to get in touch with. On google it gives you the owners cell phone number. When you finally get the correct number to the main office nobody ever answers and you have to leave a voicemail. Please do yourself a favor and book a different cleaning company.

The name of the business includes the word Maid – to my knowledge a maid does housekeeping which includes dishes, folding laundry, and picking up things around the house. This company does not do that, they do not wash dishes, do laundry, or pick up anything around your house. You basically have to clean your entire home FIRST before they come, so that they can sweep, mop, and dust- that's about it! I paid over $250 for an initial cleaning and was rescheduled because there were dishes in the sink and toys, etc lying around the house. I was told to clean it up myself before they would return. When they did return, I was at work so I was only able to see the finished product after I got off. The floors were mopped, the tub and toilet cleaned, and I'm assuming the home was dusted. My bathroom sink was not clean, maybe she forgot, I'm not sure. I have a small 3 BR home and excluded 1 bedroom and 1 bath from the cleaning process (my sister's side of the house.) In my opinion $250 to dust, sweep, mop, clean 1 shower, 1 tub, and 1 toilet is NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I do not feel this company should call themselves maids, but rather a JANITORIAL SERVICE as this is what janitors do. If you are a mom that washes your own dishes, keeps everything off of your floors, puts away toys on a regular basis, and all you need is someone to come in and mop and wipe up your bathroom- this is just what you need. However, If you are a busy mom looking for REAL housekeeping services (dishes, laundry, picking up your children's toys off the floor, folding clothes, etc- THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU!) They are janitors at best. I have never written a review on google before in my life, but this company definitely deserved an honest customer review. Maybe they would work better for office cleaning, as that would require exactly what they offer – sweep, mop, and clean your toilet. Do not Recommend to someone looking for actual housekeeping.

Our regular person was not available so a substitute was sent. She did not do a good job. My granite countertops were not cleaned. Her dusting left a lot to be desired. She must have used a swiffer which is not dusting in my opinion. When I dust I use a cloth and Pledge,etc. Also, she was in and out in about 2 hours and my house takes at least 3 hours to clean. Unfortunately I had to be out so I was not there when she left. I expected her to still be there when I got back from the grocery store but she was gone. She had texted me to turn the ac down. I didn't hear the text but the thermostat was set at 70 when I got home. It was freezing. My rug in the living room didn't look like it was vacuumed. I wonder if she'd vacuumed at all. In the future when my regular person can't come I would like to be notified. I definitely don't want this last person to come back. I would prefer to reschedule with my regular person rather than have a substitute. I'm usually pleased with my cleanings but not this time.

Was verbally assaulted in front of my 3 children in our home, lied to, and scammed by the manager Yul. Tried multiple times and left messages with staff Aya, Peach and another girl, to get in touch with Brunson, and 3 weeks later, I still have not heard back.
On top of all that I was told by 3 different maids that came to our house over the course of this time that they don't clean laundry rooms and that that is extra. The website says nothing about this. Yul informed me that this was a miscommunication. However the maids still seem to think they don't do laundry rooms. Also the staff didn't clean on of our 3 bathrooms.
I could write a novel based off how bad this company is.Will be getting in contact with BBB over what happened.

So after a few months, I feel the need to update my review. Our housekeeper was a very nice woman, but a few sessions in our house was definitely not as clean as it was the first few times. I was repeatedly calling her back to come complete tasks, the biggest being dusting – or cleaning the bathroom sinks. Also, she hardly ever showed up at her designated time or date. As a working mom, I'm very sympathetic to having to deal with your kids. But it felt like every other week her son was sick or injured or she was sick or injured and unable to come complete her job — and although she was never on time / on the correct date, the company sure didn't miss billing me on time. Once we decided to cancel and stop our services though Peach was very kind and helpful.

I tried to book online and they gave me a date and time online. I got a call from their office saying they were not available on that date. I reluctantly let them book for the following Saturday and then they told me they could not make it. They charged my card a date ahead of time. They were not rude or snippy just unprofessional. I was going to book an annual if they did good, They just lost $7020 a year. They apparently do get a cleaning but I will never know. I represent new business which is the life blood and any company and they failed.
