NuWave is very professional and courteous. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they had to use my water, and had to dump the dirty water in the sink (larger companies don't do this and some people prefer that). But I would definitely use NuWave again. I made a last minute appointment and they accommodated me. They were prompt and swift but thorough. I like the fact that they asked if they could do a walk through first so they could make sure the service they provided was what I was expecting. I have a stain in one of my bedrooms. NuWave warned me that it may not come out with a simple cleaning and in fact it may have to be died. I really appreciated them being forward and tactful. My carpet looks great and smells fresh, it was dry in about four hours just as they said.

I was busy moving in when we first spoke so I couldn't talk to her for very long and when we spoke the next time, she had already looked up the stats to my house so we were able to book an appointment right away! This business is a scam. I was quoted and paid $255 to have my house cleaned for 4 hours this week and the one employee they sent over didn't even clean my bathroom! Requested a deep cleaning for our house. Two people cleaning for 3 hours each were supposed to show up, but only one arrived. After calling the office, I learned the other woman wasn't coming. The one woman who was here did a great job. She was really friendly and very detailed. However, only the lower level of my house got cleaned because I only had half of the workers promised. I left TWO messages at the office the following week, trying to set up another appointment so they could finish cleaning the rest of my house; never got a single reply. I'm very disappointed in their customer service. As a first time customer, they have not made a good impression with me.

Truly, you get what you pay for. Maid pro is a little pricey, but we had 3 incredibly hard workers who worked non stop on my mother-in-law's home. They had many years of layers of dirt and grime to clean to get the house ready to go on the market. They worked wonders and were so cheerful to work with. I like that when they had to go over the estimated time due to the amount of work involved, they made sure I was informed and approved of the new estimate. Use this company for your cleaning needs. They aren't cheap, but you will definitely get what you pay for.

I was beyond disappointed with what happened with our cleaning crew on Friday after a loyal customer to this company for a long time.
I was hosting a party for 100 people at my home with out of town guests who were due in that Friday evening and was expecting the crew between 1 and 3by 3 no one had shown or called. I texted a number I had from the other crew who told me they were no longer my cleaning team (they seem to switch people alot) and said they would get a hold of my team to call me.
I called the office and received a voice mail which I left my concerns there, no return call from the office.
I finally by 330 received the call from the team that said they were short help and would be here by 4 pm which I reluctantly agreed to because I had guests and a huge party the next day.
I sent my guests to dinner to accommodate the crew who promptly never showed up. I texted several texts to the crews who called me from their own cell phone and had called to say they would be there at 4 but no response as I frantically expressed cleaned my home. Several phone calls, several texts (I have screenshots) sent and no response. By now it is 630 pm on Friday night. No response, at all from the crew, the office or any representative of this companyMy 1st issue is that had they have been short that day why did I not get a call right away that they would be late? I could have started cleaning right away if I had known.
My 2nd is the complete disregard to my texts, calls and more.
My 3rd issue is had I have done this to this company and not communicated my cancellation of service and the crew had shown up my credit card would have been billed and debited for the amount of the cleaning.Very un happy. Have had this service for a long time and these problems have been starting to happen over that last few months, late , not calling an now a NO SHOW/NO CALL

Holly and Megan are very kind and work around me (I work from home) as well as my three kids and the Nanny when they are here. Every time they are kind and very easy to work with. So these guys really helped me out. I was trying to get a last minute gift for my mom in Valpo and thought a maid service was a great idea. I called a handful of companies and everybody wanted to do a in home estimate. Brilliant Results was able to send me a quote online, take a credit card and i was set. Mom was happy. I arranged for the deluxe package for my home, which is essentially supposed to be a deep cleaning. In other words, beyond just a standard cleaning. If only I could include photos here, you could see the results for yourself. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed by the number of tasks that just plain were not done, or were done poorly. I had to spend hours going back and cleaning myself. Given the excellent reviews this company has online, I was shocked. To make matters worse, I was very unimpressed with how matters were handled when I emailed in my complaint. Within my email, I said I would like to discuss a discount before my card was charged. I did receive a voicemail the next morning asking me to call them to discuss things, but I wasn't able to call back until the next day. In the meantime, before I actually was able to speak to anyone, my credit card was charged. They did give me a discount, but it was only $40 off a $200 bill which was not adequate, in my opinion. I also felt it was very tacky that I received the receipt for the transaction in my email before even talking to anyone. When I did connect with a staff person by phone the next day, she was very apologetic, so I felt better. She said they'd had a meeting about what had happened and she'd spoken to the owner who had agreed to a discount but didn't want to say how much until they'd had a chance to speak with me. Obviously that's not what actually happened. She asked me a lot of questions and assured me they were going to have further conversations and that she would call me back on Monday (this was on a Friday). That was weeks ago and I never heard anything from them again. Their website says that if a client is not pleased, they will come back out to re-do the job free of charge. That was never offered, although to be honest, it's not likely that I would have accepted.

However, they only clean. They don't do dishes or clean up clutter. So, you have to make sure that your stuff is picked up before they come.

We used this service approximately five times. They were late to almost every appointment, usually significantly so (i.e. 30 minutes up to over an hour). In response to their habitual tardiness, I decided to call the business to express my concerns. I spoke with a woman named Becca. I explained that the crew was routinely late and that we would cancel the service if they were late again. Becca responded as follows: "things happen, sir." I acknowledged her contemptuous retort by immediately canceling the service.
If you're into paying companies to flagrantly disrespect your time, then I strongly recommend hiring the Queen of Clean as your housecleaning service provider.

Dang! We had cleaners cancel on us three times in a row and decided to try a different company. Found Queens and was super happy about how everything went. The owner is a five star woman. She was informative and very much won our trust, and you can tell she runs a tight ship and cares about you being happy with the results. The level of detail is insane- and the cleaners (The Queens- Coco and Katelyn) are awesome. Such great people and they really do seem to care about your home and getting things tip-top. I am so happy we found this company- HIGHLY recommend. They seem reliable and communicative, but we haven't had their services for long yet. I really wanted to love this company but second visit was extremely disappointing.
I will be as as objective and fair as I can. I talked to Becca to get quotes and schedule the first visit, which is a deep clean. Becca was great- informative, helpful, professional, knowledgable and nice.
Deep clean was great. Ladies did an amazing job. In fact, I was bragging to family that I had finally found a great cleaning company.
When I called to schedule the recurrent cleans, I was told the leader from the deep clean was going back to college but that they would always send a familiar face. Totally understand and I was okay with that.
Second visit was disappointing. I recognized one of the ladies who I saw doing most of the dusting and kitchen. The second lady was nice and I saw mostly in charge of bathrooms. I was working on other things at home and taking care of my baby during the cleaning. I also don't believe in micromanaging.
When they left, I went up to my bathroom and immediately saw water stains on the mirror and then noticed that my vanity was dusty. After that I started checking other areas in the bathroom, pink stains in the edge of the shower and on my daughters' tub there was visible soap scum. In short, the bathrooms were superficially cleaned and grossed me out. I attached a picture of how my daughters' bathtub was left after the clean. The rest of the house seemed fine. However, one of the main reasons for getting a cleaning service is the lack of time I have in tackling in detail the bathrooms. I called the office and Tasha, I believe that was her name, said she would call the lead who was at my house and call me back. It's been over 24 hours and I never got a call back. Clearly not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. If I can't get bathrooms properly cleaned, I don't see the point of paying someone to clean them. I was willing to work with this company since it was only the second clean, but it doesn't seem like it's worth it.

I used Queens of Clean to clean my home prior to selling. They came on time…even early, which really helped. The crew did a great job, cleaning floors that were really dirty from repairmen, walking in dirty, salty snow. The house looked so good! One thing that really made a difference to me was that a real person answered the phone when I initially called. No leaving a message for a call back! They went down a checklist of what needed to be done. They answered all questions, texted before to tell me arrival time and texted when finished. It was very helpful during this stressful move!

DO NOT recommend for deep cleaning. Not sure what they actually do besides sweep and vacuum. Our new house is still a disaster. We purchased a fixer upper and I was hoping I could catch a break with some help deep cleaning. Freezer was not cleaned, ceilings & most of the light fixtures were left dirty.. the floors were not even mopped. Or if they were, they were done extremely poorly. NOT professional at all.. very VERY disappointed.
They quoted us for four hours.. we paid extra to have the appliances cleaned as well. If they needed more time they were going to call us. NO call. This was them being DONE.
$500 wasted.

I have not had the queens clean for me yet. My brother has and he says they are very good.
However, you should know that they do not make appointments. You have to wait until the day before for them to tell you when they are coming. This policy is unbelievably unfair to customers!
I will update after they clean next week. I'm desperate for help, and they have very good reviews, but I am in a catch-22 situation. If you don't pay a deposit, they won't hold your day. But, if you work nights and need to sleep during the day, how can you commit a down payment until you know what time they are coming?

Paid a lot of money for a "deep clean" and I got 3 hours of me doing it myself after they sent a second pair of queens to fix all the things that the first pair missed. I sent these photos to them. They gave the photos to the second pair of queens. I had to walk around and point things out and pull out appliances. They were actually SHOCKED that I wanted them to clean the floor under the stove and a refrigerator for. DEEP CLEAN?! They still didn't get everything that I pointed out or what was in the photos. It's been years since I dealt with Queens of Clean, but I am happy to say the lawsuit was a success, despite Laura attempting to shirk all responsibility and even claiming in her response to my original review on Yelp that I "hate women" and that I forced her worker to fix my garage the whole time? So, her solution to fixing a problem is to make up stories, slander a person online, and hope for the best lol. Okay then…
With the success of our original lawsuit against Laura, we are now considering suing her for slander due to making up stories about my relationship and posting it online as "truth." This is very damaging and irresponsible. That being said, we wish Laura good luck and hope she finds it in herself to take responsibility for her actions and treat people with respect and dignity, especially her customers.
If anyone has experienced damages incurred due to Queens of Clean, Laura, or any business for that matter, do not hesitate to seek out legal assistance. To date, they have cleaned 3 times. The first time Molly Maid cleaned my home, my house was spotless! I was so impressed, and looking forward to them coming every 2 weeks. When the estimator came, I was told that the same team would always come to clean my house. That never happened. The second time they came, they completely skipped a room, and didn't wash my hardwood floors. And then yesterday, they left my garage door open and house unlocked when they left, on top of not cleaning. They only dusted some of my furniture, didn't wash the floors and skipped a room…again. Extremely disappointed and will not be having them return.

Ive been using Clayco Cleaning for many months now. She does a wonderful job. She takes the time to carefully clean my figurines and everything else. Other cleaning services have said they would not clean them because they were fragile. My whole house is so neat and clean when she leaves I'm afraid to touch anything. I work from home and she works with me to clean my office at the best time to not disturbed my work. I'd recommend her to anyone.

Great job with cleaning my two bed-two bath apartment that was pretty messy given I have two small children and had not had a cleaner for many many months through the pandemic.
Karladiea was very quick and responsive to all my questions before setting up the appointment and fixed the rate.
She was on time on the day and spent over 5 hours cleaning all the rooms, all the bathroom surfaces, including mirrors, shower cubicle glass doors and panes, and did a great job with the kitchen stove, and mopped all the floors. Very thorough and efficient.
