NuWave is very professional and courteous. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they had to use my water, and had to dump the dirty water in the sink (larger companies don't do this and some people prefer that). But I would definitely use NuWave again. I made a last minute appointment and they accommodated me. They were prompt and swift but thorough. I like the fact that they asked if they could do a walk through first so they could make sure the service they provided was what I was expecting. I have a stain in one of my bedrooms. NuWave warned me that it may not come out with a simple cleaning and in fact it may have to be died. I really appreciated them being forward and tactful. My carpet looks great and smells fresh, it was dry in about four hours just as they said.

We used this service approximately five times. They were late to almost every appointment, usually significantly so (i.e. 30 minutes up to over an hour). In response to their habitual tardiness, I decided to call the business to express my concerns. I spoke with a woman named Becca. I explained that the crew was routinely late and that we would cancel the service if they were late again. Becca responded as follows: "things happen, sir." I acknowledged her contemptuous retort by immediately canceling the service.
If you're into paying companies to flagrantly disrespect your time, then I strongly recommend hiring the Queen of Clean as your housecleaning service provider.

Dang! We had cleaners cancel on us three times in a row and decided to try a different company. Found Queens and was super happy about how everything went. The owner is a five star woman. She was informative and very much won our trust, and you can tell she runs a tight ship and cares about you being happy with the results. The level of detail is insane- and the cleaners (The Queens- Coco and Katelyn) are awesome. Such great people and they really do seem to care about your home and getting things tip-top. I am so happy we found this company- HIGHLY recommend. They seem reliable and communicative, but we haven't had their services for long yet. I really wanted to love this company but second visit was extremely disappointing.
I will be as as objective and fair as I can. I talked to Becca to get quotes and schedule the first visit, which is a deep clean. Becca was great- informative, helpful, professional, knowledgable and nice.
Deep clean was great. Ladies did an amazing job. In fact, I was bragging to family that I had finally found a great cleaning company.
When I called to schedule the recurrent cleans, I was told the leader from the deep clean was going back to college but that they would always send a familiar face. Totally understand and I was okay with that.
Second visit was disappointing. I recognized one of the ladies who I saw doing most of the dusting and kitchen. The second lady was nice and I saw mostly in charge of bathrooms. I was working on other things at home and taking care of my baby during the cleaning. I also don't believe in micromanaging.
When they left, I went up to my bathroom and immediately saw water stains on the mirror and then noticed that my vanity was dusty. After that I started checking other areas in the bathroom, pink stains in the edge of the shower and on my daughters' tub there was visible soap scum. In short, the bathrooms were superficially cleaned and grossed me out. I attached a picture of how my daughters' bathtub was left after the clean. The rest of the house seemed fine. However, one of the main reasons for getting a cleaning service is the lack of time I have in tackling in detail the bathrooms. I called the office and Tasha, I believe that was her name, said she would call the lead who was at my house and call me back. It's been over 24 hours and I never got a call back. Clearly not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. If I can't get bathrooms properly cleaned, I don't see the point of paying someone to clean them. I was willing to work with this company since it was only the second clean, but it doesn't seem like it's worth it.

I used Queens of Clean to clean my home prior to selling. They came on time…even early, which really helped. The crew did a great job, cleaning floors that were really dirty from repairmen, walking in dirty, salty snow. The house looked so good! One thing that really made a difference to me was that a real person answered the phone when I initially called. No leaving a message for a call back! They went down a checklist of what needed to be done. They answered all questions, texted before to tell me arrival time and texted when finished. It was very helpful during this stressful move!

DO NOT recommend for deep cleaning. Not sure what they actually do besides sweep and vacuum. Our new house is still a disaster. We purchased a fixer upper and I was hoping I could catch a break with some help deep cleaning. Freezer was not cleaned, ceilings & most of the light fixtures were left dirty.. the floors were not even mopped. Or if they were, they were done extremely poorly. NOT professional at all.. very VERY disappointed.
They quoted us for four hours.. we paid extra to have the appliances cleaned as well. If they needed more time they were going to call us. NO call. This was them being DONE.

I have not had the queens clean for me yet. My brother has and he says they are very good.
However, you should know that they do not make appointments. You have to wait until the day before for them to tell you when they are coming. This policy is unbelievably unfair to customers!
I will update after they clean next week. I'm desperate for help, and they have very good reviews, but I am in a catch-22 situation. If you don't pay a deposit, they won't hold your day. But, if you work nights and need to sleep during the day, how can you commit a down payment until you know what time they are coming?

Paid a lot of money for a "deep clean" and I got 3 hours of me doing it myself after they sent a second pair of queens to fix all the things that the first pair missed. I sent these photos to them. They gave the photos to the second pair of queens. I had to walk around and point things out and pull out appliances. They were actually SHOCKED that I wanted them to clean the floor under the stove and a refrigerator for. DEEP CLEAN?! They still didn't get everything that I pointed out or what was in the photos. What a waste of money.

It's been years since I dealt with Queens of Clean, but I am happy to say the lawsuit was a success, despite Laura attempting to shirk all responsibility and even claiming in her response to my original review on Yelp that I "hate women" and that I forced her worker to fix my garage the whole time? So, her solution to fixing a problem is to make up stories, slander a person online, and hope for the best lol. Okay then…
With the success of our original lawsuit against Laura, we are now considering suing her for slander due to making up stories about my relationship and posting it online as "truth." This is very damaging and irresponsible. That being said, we wish Laura good luck and hope she finds it in herself to take responsibility for her actions and treat people with respect and dignity, especially her customers.

I recently hired Region Cleaning Services to clean my new North side Chicago apartment before I moved in. My new apartment was left a mess by the previous tenants and worst of all it had a lingering cigarette smell that was saturated into the carpet and walls of the apartment. Please DO NOT HIRE this company. The crew was 2 hours late with no initiated communication from them. One cleaner spent an entire hour just in my shower and the other sat on my tub and talked to her while she was cleaning. When I asked that they leave the bathroom to do my kitchen and common areas, they assured me they could finish it all in 1 hour. My carpet still had particles not picked up by the vacuum, my tile floors were still dirty, counters were cleared but not wiped and a full sink of dished was left (even though the dishwasher was available for use). Worst experience ever.

CCMS regularly calls at the beginning of the week to reschedule our weekly cleaning to a different time to suit their schedule, rather than ours. I was referred to this company through our realtor… she had recommended them to others in the past and got positive feedback. That is until this experience..
Called and made an appointment to have their estimator come out and view our home and provide us with a bid for services. Prior to the scheduled appointment time, received a call from the owner that their estimator was unable to come out , but he was sending someone who was in training to become one of their estimators. This person arrived and gathered the information she needed and would back to the office and have it reviewed. I asked when someone would get back with me, she said 24-48 hours. I expressed the time frame I had since it was being listed with the realtor. She understood, but reiterated that she was in training.
I completely understood that, and appreciated the time spent.
At this point, I felt confident about this company, even before I received their bid.
That confidence was short lived. I never heard back from them. After a week and several voice mails and messages left to return calls went unanswered… one last attempt was made. Finally after over a week one final phone call was made , the estimator (Pat) answered .I shared the scenerio with her… even mentioning that I were told she had something unexpected occur that prevented her from coming out. She said she would get back with me. Pat did call back and said she had nothing from the person that came out… although they took pride in their customer service – she couldnt explain what happened. Then asked… what do you want us to then? I was puzzled thinking your now going to provide me an estimate over the phone without having information on the property? You wasted my time and your employees. I shared shared my frustration with her.. stating this was unacceptable… she said then asked… what do you want me to do?
I said what your company said they were going to do when I initially called. I then asked to speak to the owner… she got sarcastic and said he wasn't there… I don't keep track of him. WOW… is what came out of my mouth… as I ended the conversation thinking ..they take pride in their customer service???
Within ten minutes I received a phone call from the owner… I shared my frustrations with him… shared how I was treated by his employee… all he said was you need to move past this.. Move past what? The fact that I called your company initially… hearing how great they were… spend time waiting for them to arrive… agree to the timeframe they told me when they get back to me… never hear back from them after a week , and several attempts reaching out to them… then get told we can't explain why but we don't have any information from when our employee came out… can't explain why we never called you back after receiving your calls… and then to have someone be rude and sarcastic when I shared my frustrations… and now to hear you tell me I need to over it. I called these people a month ago and they were very professional on the phone. A nice lady came out to give me an estimate. They sent two ladies out right away to clean. The ladies did a nice job and I was so excited to have someone clean my house, as my husband and I work all the time.
So, that said, hubby and I agree that I need to be home for them to come over and we decide on twice a month, just to have them dust and mop and clean the bathrooms.
The first initial "appt." time, I wait and hover around the front door and they never show up. I call, after about a half hour, because now, I'm pressed for time. The woman on the phone says, "Didn't someone call you to tell you that the work orders got mixed up?" No. She says she'll call and find out where they are, but by this time, I can't stay home because I have other appts. to get myself to. I cancel.
Two weeks go by and I'm again hovering around the front door at the appointed time. A half hour goes by and I have the house all ready to go for them to do everything. I call again. They screwed up and went to a different house first. I cancel all future appts. They say, "Okay. Thanks and goodbye." Not even an apology. (I know that I wasn't talking to the owner, because they were much more attentive than that.)
I guess if you're going to use them, give them a key and they can show up whenever.
I have an appt.-based business and I am fairly punctual. If I wasn't, I wouldn't be in business. If you're going to promise someone an appointed time, then honor that time. Otherwise, don't offer it.

The company was very responsive to our last minute request, and a team of 3 cleaners came out to get the job done quickly. Overall, everyone was extremely nice, and basic cleaning was accomplished. However, we asked for the complete cleaning service advertised on the website for new home owners, and the "extras," like vents, behind refrigerators and under counters, that were promised were not completed which is why I gave 3 stars. If I wanted basic cleaning, it would probably be higher.

My father handled selecting them out of about 3 or 4 local services.
He said the owner was a very nice gentleman and seemed to be an honest businessman.

BEWARE!!! They make promises on the phone that they don't intend to keep. I moved into a new place and asked for a cleaning service. I was promised that a list of items that would be cleaned….however, it's really based on how long it takes. If they send out 2 people, that means that it is 2 hours worth of work. If they don't clean everything on the list as promised, they won't come back or finish the list. The owner reports his cleaners are guaranteed. This is not true!!! They had to come out twice, at which point the owner Bob told me that they would be there for an hour more!! I paid the company $250 for what?! Nothing!! TERRIBLE!! BEWARE! I will be contacting the better business bureau as I sent at least 30 pictures showing the owner how dirty it still was and he refused to acknowledge that he didn't fulfill his promise! I would compare this company to a used car salesman…great on the phone and tell you everything you want up hear, but when it comes time to produce or back up their promises…they are no where to be found!

I called Constant Clean because I have been on bedrest and my husband has been in charge. The house wasn't cluttered or anything… it basically needed a good floor cleaning and dusting, he does a great job keeping it picked up. I called because my family surprised me and called saying they would arrive in 5 hours from out of town and wanted my house to look nice (my husband was at work). I asked that they clean the kitchen (all newly remodeled and cabinets/counters/back splash, just installed so never used and not dirty at all!), the living room, 2 bathrooms and only sweep the basement floor and my sons room. Bob quoted me $80 over the phone and said they would send 2 ladies, he was very nice at this point.
The ladies arrived and I introduced myself…then had to ask their names. Showed them what needed done..no problem. I sit down to do work on the laptop and I hear giggling and chatting, which is fine.. if they were doing their job I was PAYING for. A bit later one of the girls comes up and says "we're mopping out. Here's the work order are you paying cash? Do you plan to have us back on a normal basis?" I say yes, probably because we both work a lot and will have two kids" and pay her, expecting them to go thru a checklist of what they did and have me look over things… without even saying goodbye they walk out! I start looking around and they didn't sweep the big area rug, there was even a wrapper still laying on it! There was dust still under all the stands that was visable as you walked in a room, my bathroom floor looked as though it wasn't touched and I walk into my sons room and I picked up THREE HANDFULLS of cheerios that he had spilled and they didn't sweep!! I go into the basement and there was a giant baby jumperoo on the clean bed and a baby swing!!
I was upset and called Bob back to tell him that I would not need them on a regular basis and he asks why. I begin telling him and he starts blaming it ON ME!! He said they probably needed more time, I explained I paid $80 for them to basically clean the floor and dust in 5 rooms and they couldn't even accomplish that.. I should NOT have to clean after they leave since I PAID for a service, the whole point in hiring someone is because I shouldn't be doing it!! If they needed more time they should have said something but if you are a professional, cleaning the floor and dusting shouldn't be rocket science! He kept talking over me and I wasn't trying to get a refund, just explaining and he kept standing up for them. I would NEVER suggest using this very UNPROFESSIONAL and very POOR SERVICE company! My money will be going elsewhere.

I had them come to my house to clean before a house showing. It was a last minute request and they squeezed me in. I was very excited. I got home after them cleaning and they charged me $80, which I was fine with but my downstairs bathroom toilet was not cleaned, the 2 sinks upstairs were not cleaned, a glass table was full of fingerprints and I had stuff under my kitchen table. When I contacted them they told me that my house was a mess and they did not have enough time to clean it. Mind you our house is 80% moved out and EVERYTHING was picked up. It's a small townhouse!!! It just needed the basics done. The guy that runs this place was extremely rude to me and made me feel that my house deserved to be condemned or something. They were there maybe an hour and charged me $80. RIDICULOUS! I will NEVER use them again and no one else should either

Wow, where do I start?!! My initial call was with Christie (sp?) who is THE most friendly person I think I've ever spoken to on the phone! I was busy moving in when we first spoke so I couldn't talk to her for very long and when we spoke the next time, she had already looked up the stats to my house so we were able to book an appointment right away! Melisa and Ashley came today to clean and I'm so appreciative of their detailed work! They left a list of items they did, additional notes, and the cutest darn stickers that brought a smile to my face every time I found one! Thank you, Maidpro

This business is a scam. I was quoted and paid $255 to have my house cleaned for 4 hours this week and the one employee they sent over didn't even clean my bathroom! They need to work on time management skills. I will never use this service again, way over priced and they will lie to you on the phone about what your cleaning will include!

Requested a deep cleaning for our house. Two people cleaning for 3 hours each were supposed to show up, but only one arrived. After calling the office, I learned the other woman wasn't coming. The one woman who was here did a great job. She was really friendly and very detailed. However, only the lower level of my house got cleaned because I only had half of the workers promised. I left TWO messages at the office the following week, trying to set up another appointment so they could finish cleaning the rest of my house; never got a single reply. I'm very disappointed in their customer service. As a first time customer, they have not made a good impression with me.

Truly, you get what you pay for. Maid pro is a little pricey, but we had 3 incredibly hard workers who worked non stop on my mother-in-law's home. They had many years of layers of dirt and grime to clean to get the house ready to go on the market. They worked wonders and were so cheerful to work with. I like that when they had to go over the estimated time due to the amount of work involved, they made sure I was informed and approved of the new estimate. Use this company for your cleaning needs. They aren't cheap, but you will definitely get what you pay for.

I just want to say that customer service is a big thing with me and they truly restored my faith in superior customer service. i am truly thankful for people like Kellie and her staff that they actually do care about the environment. I never really believed in all of the "Go Green" hype until this service showed me a better way and a safer way to clean your house. I have allergies and i would say with using their service they have reduced 95 % of the allergens that are in my house. I CAN ACTUALLY BREATHE! I just want to say that Kellie has really brought out the "Going Green" in me. I was a doubter before but now i can honestly say, I am a believer! Also i want to add that whenever they come over they make you feel comfortable and relaxed that you can go about your day while they take care business.
You would be surprised how much your house is dirty even if you clean regularly. We are oblivious of the germs and bacteria that may collect in certain places of our houses that can contribute to downward spiral of our health. Since i started using their services it has been such a blessing that i can say that i am totally not the same person i was before experiencing what being clean is in your humble abode.
