We just purchased a new home in Las Cruces and needed it thoroughly cleaned before we move in. I got an estimate from Victor that was reasonable and thorough. I got reminder text messages the day before and the day of the cleaning, and updates (including pictures) as the cleaning was done. I appreciated that they were honest and gave us a refund because our estimate included cleaning around/ behind the fridge but we don't have a fridge yet. Maggie's team was fantastic. I called them last minute to clean two of my homes. She had members of her team over the next morning making sure that everything was immaculate.. Their prices are very fair, and for the level of service, I would say more than fair. There was no request that they were not happy to accommodate. HORRIBLE Maggie stood me up in breech of contract without even the courtesy of a call! To say I am upset, is an understatement! Maggie's cleaning service was recommended to me by my realtor as a professional service. I called for an appointment for an estimate and Maggie came on time as promised. My contract states a date and time, yet her team showed up a day early in the midst of my moving company packing and moving my household. I told them they were there on the wrong date, so they left and I promptly called Maggie. She said that she had to send them early because she had so much work and that they had to finish that day. I explained that that was impossible because the house wasn't empty until the next day as scheduled. She said she would call me back and I left 2 more messages with her voicemail and never heard from her again! That is the worst thing she could have done. She decided not to call me, no response to my texts or calls and pulled a NO SHOW on the scheduled CONTRACTED date and time which we both signed and dated. What is to be done about that? Maggie's home cleaning was recommended to me through our property manager whom had used this company previously. Today I called to inquire about Carpet Cleaning period with no response I followed up with a text message stating I had found someone to clean the carpets. Maggie then responds and tells me to find another cleaning company as well. I called because I was shocked with her unprofessionalism. When Maggie came to my house to give us our estimate she was kind as can be today I saw a different side of her and unstable unprofessional rude woman. Keller Williams Realty and our property manager will not be using this company anymore. I highly recommend you find a more reliable stable cleaning company. As a military family when it comes time to PCS we need a professional reliable company to clean our homes. Maggie's home cleaning is none of the above. Terrible experience for us and I am shocked she is still open. Do not let her fake her way into getting the job. I found this cleaning service on yelp and decided to try it to clean a home we were vacating. Maggie returned my call and we met promptly to discuss the pricing to clean the house. Beware. She has really great reviews so I was extremely excited that Maggie was able to come out and give me an estimate the same day I called her. I really liked her the day I met her and we set an appointment for the following week. She told me to call her the day before just to confirm. I did and there was no answer. So I called again the morning of the appointment and no answer. I text her and call several more times throughout the day. No response. Finally 2 hours after the appointment time she calls me back. She gives me some lame excuse as to why they never showed up. No apologies nothing. I waited over 1 week to post this review expecting maybe a call from her apologizing and to reschedule. Still nothing. I'm bummed because I thought I finally found a good cleaning company that speaks English that I can use regularly. She might be really good but with my experience I could never recommend her services to anyone.

I would give these guys 3.5-4 stars. I needed to get someone local that could go to my mom's home to wash her Murano.
The good:
SUPER responsive and communicated both when they were on their way and when they had completed the job.
The exterior of the car looks fantastic
Most of the interior looks greatI wouldn't say this is bad necessarily but it's also not great:
#2 package is $60, got a bill for $90 as there were some add ons. I didn't approve these as my plan was to do some of this myself (ceramic spray and leather conditioner). For me, fine not a huge issue, but for others an additional $30 charge might not be in their budget. Given that I was the one requesting some service some additional communication would have been great to ask if this was something I wanted.
The interior :

However the windows and dash look a mess. The windows are so filmy and foggy that it's hard to see through them and the dash screen was also like this. I'll have to clean the windows at some point in the next day or so but it looks like they used a cloth that they had used for the seats or dash and it left a pretty thick and oily layer.Was the wash good? Yes. We're they responsive? Yes

So I had requested their services to deep clean my kitchen for a move out. We confirmed a day then they had to reschedule to another day. I confirmed with them three days before they were suppose to come, they told me everything was good to go. Then I confirmed again with them the day before the service told me that everything was good to go. To only call me a few hours later to let me know that the people who we're supposed to come clean our kitchen tested positive. How convenient the day before to test positive for covid, which if it true that's fine. But as a business owner to call a customer who is willing to pay for a service the day before the cleaning day with no other solution. I had to ask him if he had other staff that can come to clean and it was nothing but excuses. He kept telling I'm confirming if so and so can go. No confirmation that anyone was coming so I ended up cleaning my kitchen myself, because after what I experienced today with the incompetency of the owner or whoever I spoke to I can't trust to keep them accountable to show up when they said they would. Don't @ me, I said what I said.
Ok, since the "owner" wants to clap back. First of all this is my husbands email so that why it is under his name. So instead of accusing the customer for being a troll, take into account what is being written by the customer and do better! Homie Thanksgiving was Thursday, the service was gonna be preformed on Saturday. If "The Holidays" as you so mentioned was going to be an issue, you could have mentioned that to me instead of guaranteeing that a service was going to be performed when you knew that you could not fulfill the task. As a business owner "transparency" is key, so now all of sudden you want to use the excuse "it's the holidays, what did she except!" When I first reached out to you, I STATED that I needed my kitchen clean out because I was moving. It isn't like I needed my kitchen clean after a Thanksgiving meal. So that's where you messed up assuming. I confirmed with you three days before the day of service you told me everything was good to go. I confirmed yesterday the day before the service. You told me everything was good to go, only to call me an hour later to tell me that. I had to be the one to ask you if you had anyone else, instead you coming up with a solution before you picked up the phone to call me. It was the day before the service, how would I be able to find another company on short notice. I'm in the middle of moving and needed an extra hand so I contacted your company based off of the reviews, to only be disappointed and more stressed. You never gave me a clear answer that anyone was going to show up. So yeah I canceled because I wasn't about to wait around to only then receive another phone call saying you can't make it. After countless times reaching out to you confirming the day of our appointment, to only be met with "my people tested positive for covid sorry I have no one else I can send to you."I had to be the one to tell you how urgent this was and that I needed someone. Instead of taking into account what is written, you're clapping back."oh I have proof I can show texts blah blah" So yeah I stand by my review. You need to work on your communication and professionalism.

I had the good luck to see their truck in front of me on Upper Valley Rd today. I had this kind of service in Los Angeles for many years but was unable to find anyone doing it here in EP. I dialed from my car, the number I saw on the truck and left a message that I was interested. Approx 40 mins later I got a callback and the guys said, we're in your area we can stop by today in around 5-10 mins!
Woohoo! excellent, prompt, courteous service. The guys were very engaging to talk to and didn't charge me extra to watch! steam cleaned deodorized and totally spic and span clean cans in about 20 mins.
