Some floor areas were not vacuumed and the odor left was unpleasant. I would absolutely NOT recommend this outfit as a cleaning service.

Lori's Amazing Maids Honest Reviews
Sorry but the owner Lori from Lori's Amazing Maids is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Her latest swindle was yesterday, her ladies came to clean. I had specifically asked for two girls for two hours. Well, like she always does, she sends an additional girl to increase what I will owe her. Mind you I have been paying $30 per hour per girl. This is $60 an hour. Now a third girl is here so now I am paying $90 an hour. I make sure that the girls finish in two hours because they will extend the time to get more money. They are leaving and I ask what do I owe? I am told $240 for two hours!!!! I'm like what? I usually pay $30 per hour and as it is you have already increased by bill by showing up with three girls! Oh I am told the prices just went up. This woman tells me that she has been telling the owner to make the price change up on their website. I was shocked and furious! This is outrageous! I went onto their website and you will not find an hourly rate listed anywhere! I am warning you, even when you specifically ask for x number of girls for x number of hours, Lori will find a way to increase your bill. This is the third time this has happened where additional workers showed up or they conveniently cleaned longer to increase my bill. I will no longer use her company. Quite honestly, she is a thief and has very unethical business practices. Don't get scammed like I have. If I could rate this company as a zero, I would.

We arranged for Lori's Amazing Maids to come in the day after we bought our home in Venice FL. The crew of 3 women did a tremendous job on the house. They worked hard and professionally moving furniture to vacuum or clean behind, cleaned every part of the kitchen including the oven, made the floors, sliders, counters, bathrooms, mirrors and blinds sparkle and shine. Not only did they show up, they braved their way through a tropical storm and downpouring rain after a night with a tornado warning. We fully expected them to cancel but they didn't. When we are down here full time we will call Lori and her crew to come in on a regular basis. Remember, always go with someone who is licensed and insured!

Worst service ever used. It was wonderful until I discovered water spots left by the German on my windows and shower. Pamela is sweet and fast. But she was alone! I decided to give it another try and one girl arrived for my large home. That is unfair labor practice. She had a time constraint and was able to get nearly the entire home done but was too nervous to even have a sip of water in fear of angering Lori, the owner. The German woman named agi came at the end and I refused to give the tip to her as it was meant for Pamela and the last time i used the service agi had stolen the tip! A few other trinkets have been missing since the first time and only from rooms which agi cleaned. The police are slightly involved but i don't have enough evidence to press charges. So I beg other people to use a service called KeeP it KLEAN. Reasonably priced and accept cash credit etc.

When I sent your husband 2 texts with pictures, why did I get crickets? Ignoring a customer after stealing $500 just proves that you are not honest.The initial walk through after you "cleaned" seemed fine, a little deoderizer makes the filthiest of houses smell clean.
After you "cleaned" I had to:
Clean under the bathroom vanities – you didn't even open them
clean the grout in the kitchen – you said that you had an acid was that would clean everything.
clean the air vent grates, they were still filthy – I scrubbed them

Well… the floors were FILTHY, I mean I cleaned the grout with Tilex and a mop; the bathrooms were left filthy, I cleaned them with Tilex and a mop; the doors were filthy, again – Tilex and a rag (no mop this time!). I reached out to Dylan and asked him why he didn't clean… no response. I text him again – silence. They are truly scammers $500 pissed away. There's an old saying that goes The Lord doesn't pay on Saturdays, but by Sunday he has no debts; basically what goes around comes around.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU ARE THERE TO WATCH THEM AS THEY DO NOTHING!!!!

Came to our house on quick notice at a good price to do a deep clean before my wife's surgery. They communicated very well about timing both leading up and the day of. Then the cleaning was very thorough, house looks the best it has in a long time.
And since it's important right now, they were also very covid safe, masks on the entire time while cleaning which was very much appreciated by us.

You've Got Maids is a wonderful company! The ladies that come are so nice and friendly. They save my life once a month!!! The cleaning is very thorough and they always seem to do a little extra. They always leave a little note for me at the end to let me know what they got accomplished. They even clean under and behind the furniture which I am sure is an adventure for them at my house.
