Joel has been wonderful, so far we've had three cleanings, every time he has done consistently excellent work. We have a resident here who is particularly vulnerable to covid, Joel has no problem wearing a mask throughout his work session, I don't even have to ask. There was one small strange scheduling thing once, I think it had more to do with changes in the online software they are using to manage requests and appointments, but they got it resolved quickly. Very happy to recommend and continue using this service.

I have to update this review because while they did an excellent job when they came the first time, scheduling became a nightmare and they never came back. I signed up for monthly cleanings after their first visit but for my second scheduled cleaning no one called or came but I was charged (I did eventually get a refund). When I called them about this it was rescheduled but again a no show. They asked for another chance but on the THIRD time still a no show. Then one random Saturday someone shows up–no call or anything and I just declined the service. They did ask for another chance to get it right but I declined. Everyone was apologetic and kind but at the end of the day I didn't get the service I wanted on a regular basis. If they can get their scheduling piece together they'd be great.

So I try to use this cleaning company for my parents house. Initially I was led to believe that they would do some sort of deep cleaning with multiple people cleaning the home but when the day came a single woman with her own products came to clean. Not a big deal. I let her clean the top floor which equated to living room dining room kitchen two bedrooms and one bathroom. A lot of surface cleaning but no real deep cleaning. Something that I could've done.
Three weeks later my parents house gets robbed. The footage from my neighbor across the street look like a similar SUV this person was driving. My parents have lived in that home for 20 years and have never had a situation like this. This was the first time we have ever used a cleaning service in the coincidence level is mind-boggling. The person that was driving the car dropped off 2 to 3 individuals who ransacked the home while the driver left then came back 30 minutes later to pick them up with items on hand. Shame on me to think like this but I wish I had done more research with regards to background checks. I hope they catch the person that robbed my parents home but I will tell you I will never use a cleaning service again. This company even though the responsive overpromise and under delivered. I guess my emotions are high because it's just happened recently but I feel coincidence is not a reasonable answer.

Fast, friendly and professional. Quick response to inquiries, informative, affordable and accommodating. I had move-in cleaning services of my bathrooms and kitchen with a cable guy, family members and some personal belongings in their way and they weren't at all phased by my hectic new household that was a move in mess! (I informed them prior that we would have some boxes and items in the home when they arrived). Cleaning was done within the time frame promised, no super strong chemical smells (pregnant client) and the rooms they cleaned were immaculate after! Update- she called three times after I posted this review… then proceeded to tell folks not to work at my house. she cares more about reviews then anything. Attached is a pic of the work… here is why they get followed around. I pay a lot of money and expect good work… I think anyone would… right? Also in her comment she said she would call back and bc this issue didn't matter she never called me back. Proves her own review of not to use this individual.
I highly recommend looking for another cleaner. Last Friday Betsy sent two complete strangers to my home for the first time to clean my home without any heads up and without any guidance and proper tools. I texted and called her multiple times as I did not feel comfortable with strangers in my home for the first time without anyone there but got no response from her. I ran home from work to supervise them and they did an awful job with dust left everywhere. Somehow after all these she has not once apologized and has made it seem like it's my fault and said the crews don't actually like to work here… news to me first time after so long I'm hearing this from her… after this incident!? If you like strangers in your home with no heads up then sign up with Betsy otherwise I would not recommend.

Completely unreliable. Called 40 minutes after the ETA only to find out that there was a family matter and noone was coming.
*** In response to Total House Cleaning's comment – The promised time was between 8:30 and 9. To quote the owner, "8:30 is the time, but allow up to 30 minutes for us to find you since it's the first time". I waited until 9:10 ( not 9:05 ) to call YOU to find out that one of the two employees had a family emergency. It took another half hour for you to call me back and you offered to pick up another team and bring to my house. Based on where they live, it would have taken another hour before you even got to my house and I had a prior scheduled commitment. I'm a mother as well and my heart goes out to any mother whose child is not well, but as a business owner I would have been at your house myself, making sure my customer is happy.

We have been using Total House Cleaning to clean our house for a couple of years now, and we are very happy with the job that they do. When we initially contacted Betsy, the owner, she made an appointment to come and meet with us in order to size up the house, and figure out exactly what she and her team could do to help us. We went through each room and discussed any special requests, and Betsy made notes in order to pass them on to the team that would be handling our job. We then sat down, and Betsy went over the entire process with us, provided us with a list of recommended cleaning supplies to keep on hand, and we were put on the schedule. If we ever have questions, special requests, or scheduling changes, it is easy to get a hold of Betsy to facilitate. The two ladies who come to our house always do a great job, and this past week, it was exceptional! They are always polite, professional and focused on providing a great service. I have to admit when I received a call from one of the team members the day of my appointment, I was a little skeptical, only because before my appointment, I had not heard much from the business. Despite that, Ivan showed up about 20 minutes before my appointment time and was fabulous!!! I booked Breeze Carpet Cleaning because I recently purchased a new townhouse (and dog!), and as you can imagine, my new pup hasn't been properly potty trained just yet! Therefore there have been too many accidents in the guest bedroom to count. Because of this, I decided to get a few quotes from local places, and I'm very thankful I chose Breeze Carpet Cleaning to get the job done. Though I was quoted $130 and paid $203, I still thought the service was well worth the price. The bedroom that once had a lingering dog (pee) odor is now completely gone!

After a disappointing experience with an alliterative competitor, I was gratified to find this local family-owned and operated business on yelp.
Ivan, the owner, did a meticulous job shampooing, steam cleaning, and sanitizing all the wall to wall carpeting in my home, as well as an expensive wool oriental rug in my living room (can I say that, or is it racist?)Breeze has a four-step process utilizing the most modern equipment and biodegradeable, environmentally-safe detergents, which left my carpets looking almost new. The results were quite satisfactory. Most of the stains that I never thought would come out are gone.
Their pricing is reasonable, and customer satisfaction is guaranteed. And, unlike SS, they didn't try to upsell me ridiculous stuff like deodorizer spray. Why would I need deodorizer AFTER you clean my carpet?

Although my carpet was not especially dirty, it had never been professionally cleaned. I vacuum it regularly because I have a cat and it isn't stained.
I contacted Ivan at Breeze Carpet Cleaning and we discussed prices based on the number of rooms, type of steps (full or half), and we decided on a date. He explained the difference between a full step and a half step; fully carpeted riser and step vs only carpet on the step…I learned something new! I moved all furniture from the room…making it easier for complete cleaning. Ivan arrived promptly at the appointment time, quickly assessed the condition of my carpet, and began to work. He treated the carpet and agitated it with a rotary brush. I don't recall if he used an extractor but the carpet was not very wet when he finished. He said it should take a few hours to dry but it's not very hot here today so I hope it's dry by this evening. He finished in approximately 45 minutes and charged $180 for 1 room, 12 stairs, two landings and a short hall. Ivan was pleasant to talk with, professional in the work, and respectful of my home. I'm happy with the service and would recommend Breeze Carpet Cleaning.

He was going to charge for full rug size but only clean half.
Rug was not fully extracted. It took over three days for the rug to dry and I turned the heat up to 72 in the house. I was able to use my shampooer to extract the rest of the water out.
I vacuumed the rug when it was fully dry and have included the photo of the canister.
The rug had pink stains as a result of chemical reaction that I had to have treated again.

They picked up and cleaned an area rug with blood stains… from a stubbed toe, promise. The more i cleaned it the worse it got. The carpet came back perfect. The service was quick and easy. I had never sent a carpet to be washed and this didn't disappoint. I think they are negotiable, so it's worth the ask. I could have had more done at a lower price but didn't need it. It was a bit pricey; but it was exactly what I needed. Sometimes a carpet can't be cleaned as well in place so trust them. I get the sense they actually care. Do not ever use Stanley Steamer. They are the worst and you'll regret it more than you'd think, especially with the hard up sell and tip pressure. This was truly a "Breeze" of fresh air.

I have a love seat that my cat urinated on and I have tried everything to get the smell out. It hasn't gone away for months despite my feverishly desperate attempts to get rid of it. I hired Breeze to come in and try to remove the smell. The gentleman who came (who was the owner) spent about 2 full hours cleaning and inspecting my couch to try to remove the smell. Unfortunately he wasn't successful. The urine had penetrated the love seat way too deeply to be treated. So why the five star review? After I insisted that I pay him something for his troubles he REFUSED to take a penny of my money. He even sent me the ripped check back in the mail. I don't think there are too many businesses left out there that operate under this magnitude of integrity. Aside from the cat odor my couch was so clean that it could have went right back into the showroom. Sky high recommend for furniture cleaning.

Good experience. Sally was prompt, polite, accommodating, and communicative and was able to work with me on short notice. I've had issues with paying Yelp Private Message Tag in the past and hearing back from someone in less than 15 minutes was one of the reasons I chose Sally's over other options.
My cleaning experience was professional and satisfactory and you can't really ask for more than that. In addition to doing a great job in a surprisingly short amount of time, the cleaning person (I forgot her name, I'm so sorry) invited me to review her work in case there was something she missed.

Alex generously spent almost an hour with me when I stopped in at the THC office to ask questions and arrange for cleaning my son's new place before their big move. (I had started with a phone call which had been promptly returned, but found myself in their neighborhood and decided to stop in since I had so many questions about timing and coordination.) I was very happy with the plan we worked out and on the appointed day the crew of three arrived exactly when I expected them and got right to it. They were so pleasant and hard-working! They confirmed the three areas to be cleaned (condo, storage room, and garage) and when they were finished, that place looked new! This place is a farce. No one should use them. The owner bullied me to not post photos (demanded me to take down photos) about their low end cleaning and products on their website. No one's house is so disgusting that their "Alex" person quotes $360.00 for a 1,800 sq. Ft. Home to clean first time. Yes, three ladies came. They were much too busy speaking amongst each other and I have photos to share how they sorta cleaned. Not very professional. Anyway, yes, the owner and I finally came up to $180.00 after a heated argument. This place is not training or vetting their employees, period. Yes, I can provide photos that the owner threatened me to not place online. Why do business with these people. Not sure, if they have liability insurance; why hire. Who needs three people to clean an 1,800 sq. Ft home? Makes no business sense unless paying the employees off the books. Have no idea how the owner is running her business. After my endeavor, we agreed to $180.00 but she threatened me to take down photos on her website. No one threatens me. Cleaning services do not rule the world; they did not cure cancer or diabetes …. arrogance. The U.S. government should audit this business.

Total Home Cleaning is AMAZING. To be honest, was reluctant to get a home cleaning service since I try to clean 1-2X week myself because of my girls however after the first time they cleaned our house, I was amazed at how thorough they were — dusting light fixtures, cleaning windows (inside and OUT) and they even wiped down our molding when requested. It wouldve probably taken me an entire day to do the job their team did so well worth it! Do think it makes a difference though on the team that comes to clean — there are definitely some teams that do better jobs than others — we usually request Team 6 as they are awesome. I allowed my husband to convince me to try this service, despite the issues I had with the scheduling department. (The scheduling department is completely separate, and out of state, so we thought maybe the service itself would be okay).
Cleaning one: they forgot to clean my finished basement (which is the entire length of the house, and a large proportion of the square footage that they're charging me for), BUT they charged me as if they had cleaned it. I called and complained, and there was no offer of a re-clean or refund, just an assurance that the girls "would be reminded to do it next time.
Cleaning two: they forgot to clean the basement (again) and they put something on my travertine marble countertop which left a HUGE white stain. I called to complain and was told that the girls would come back that morning before 11am to do the basement and they would bring a special polisher to remove the stain from the counter (which is less than three years old, btw). They didn't show up to do either job. Three days later, three different girls came to clean the basement and claimed no knowledge of the damaged counter and indicated they didn't have a polisher. Then one of them said someone was coming later. I called the office and was told that someone would call me "later". Ugh.
So now I have had two bad experiences (three if you count the trouble with the scheduling department) plus a ruined countertop. I'll be stopping payment on my check and sending them a bill for the countertop. Oh yes, and I'll also be firing them! Hopefully this review will help others avoid a similar fate.
UPDATE:
I have just received notice from my bank that after I canceled my check, Total Home Cleaning fraudulently charged my credit card! I have disputed the transaction and have filed a police report. AVOID THIS SERVICE AND THEIR ILLEGAL BILLING PRACTICES!!

THC cleaned a new home I just bought and I paid $500 for a 4000sqft cleaning. All the big things were clean – floor, counters, large window sills, but as I moved in a saw how much was totally left untouched. I had significant dust piled from previous renovations on all areas of the house that were out in the open to include he master bath mirrors! When I called I offers to use heir recurring service if they offered a discount on the first one to "right the wrongs" of the sub-pat cleaning. I received the run around with pricing and how often the cleaning should happen and I just let it go. I should have used someone else for $500.

I've used Rosie Cleans a few times now. First for a move-in cleaning as the prior owners left a bit of a mess and I'm now on a schedule to have them clean bi-weekly. Their prices are a bit steep compared to what my boyfriend was used to with cleaners in his old home, but in my opinion, it is worth it. I'm super picky about cleaning my house and thought the cleaners my boyfriend had at his old place didn't do as thorough of a job as I would have liked. But unfortunately, in our bigger home and with all of our work responsibilities, we just didn't have the time to do a full house cleaning as often as we would like. So I found Rosie Cleans (I actually found them a year ago when I was in Summit but we were out of their zone).
So far, I've been happy with Rosie Cleans. The manager, Cecilia, is very open in communication, letting us know when something comes up that needs to be rescheduled, checking in to clarify instructions, following up post cleaning, etc. She also was able to squeeze us in for our initial cleaning when online it had looked like there was no availability for months.
In terms of cleaning, the ladies who handle our home seem pretty thorough so far. They take everything off the tables and countertops to clean (versus lazily dusting or wiping around things) and I've seen them actually on the stairs cleaning between the railing balusters. This past week, my mom was in town and even she was impressed.
Finally, I also really like their online scheduling system. So far it has been pretty easy to add and remove certain items for individual cleanings which is something we're definitely going to be taking advantage of going forward.

Horrendous experience.
This was my FIRST cleaning (a time when most companies want to make a good impression).
Scheduled to arrive at 2:30. I made it very clear that I had to leave my home at 2:50 so they needed to be on time, which they assured me they would.
At 2:40 I texted to find out where they were. They informed me that they wouldn't be able to arrive until 4:30 (meaning they would be at my house cleaning until almost 10pm). I reluctantly agreed because I needed my house cleaned ASAP. I said I wouldn't be home but would leave the door unlocked.
They arrived at almost 5 to start my cleaning. After getting back home I had to keep my 3 young kids entertained in a separate area of the house until their bedrooms were finally finished 3 hours later, so I could put them to bed.
My power went out right as they finished the bedrooms and they left because they couldn't do anything with no light or power. The scheduler began texting me to find out whether my power had come back so they could return and finish my cleaning. 20 minutes later it did come back, which I informed them. Apparently 20 minutes was too long and they were already too close to home to return (20 minutes of their time was too long for them to waste but wasting 2.5 hours of a brand new customer's time is totally fine, apparently).
Would NOT recommend and would not use again. If this is how my very first cleaning ever went I can only assume that being hours late is the norm.

Rosie cleans certainly isn't, "rosy." We scheduled a clean which took several weeks to get on their service calendar, as we requested a morning clean. The day before we were notified that they couldn't come in the morning, and would arrive early afternoon. They arrived around 4 pm. Their late arrival prohibited me from going to a scheduled event that I had for that evening with my family.
Their clean was pretty good, however, they broke a few items in my house. They must have sprayed cleaner on the LED of my Keurig, because it was completely dead the next morning. I was forced to purchase a new one, which was around $135.00. They scratched my living room hardwood floors somehow, and chipped stones from the floor of the shower in the primary bedroom. These are all expensive issues to repair.
They did not wear masks, and had 3-4 workers at my house. We are still in a pandemic, and my physician husband questioned the manager. They are entering multiple houses daily, and interfacing with many people. All maskless, while doing a physical job. I know it's tough to wear masks all day, but those in medicine performing labor-intensive surgeries do it for 12+ hour cases every day.
When my husband brought these issues to the manager of this cleaning service, money was refunded due to the above-mentioned issues.
However, the manager then brought it to my husband's attention that their crew had worked overtime, and now they found it "cost prohibitive" to ever clean our home again.
My issues with this company are that it is their responsibility to estimate their jobs appropriately. They set their prices, not the customer. We would have paid more, had they been upfront with needing more money to complete the job. We don't expect the service to lose money on the job. We expect a fair price, and for our household items to remain unbroken. The cleaners never mentioned breaking the items, which is the worst part. Accidents happen, and they should have been honest and upfront. We received a text informing us that due to other incidents, and after doing a strategic analysis they did not hit the profit margin for us as a client. Who tells this to a customer?
They broke our household items, got angry because we brought it to their attention, then dumped us for future cleans. Where I come from if you break something, you buy it. We are left paying for the repairs of the wood floor and the shower floor. Now, we are left to search for a new cleaning service. The saddest part is that 1/3 of our house did not have to be cleaned as it is under construction from damages due to Ida. That in addition to my office, as I asked them to refrain from cleaning it. They had approximately 4,000 sq ft to clean, yet damaged items, and could not "strategically maintain their profit margin."
If you're underestimating your jobs, fire your manager and give estimates on site before you agree to take a job. Wonderful clean for what they did do, but very shady and unprofessional business practices. We hired them because they gave quotes on the size of the house.

They do good work but are way overpriced and slow. Before I moved into my 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home I had them come and do a cleaning. There was literally nothing in the house, new floors, new carpet and the kitchen appliances were clean. They took 4.5 hours to do the cleaning so they charged me for an additional 1.5 hours. It was a strait forward cleaning job and not worth the more than $500 I spent.

Professional, courteous, thorough, and she also checked that I was happy with the job when the cleaning was completed. She was so kind to leave us a housewarming gift for our new home. I was looking for a cleaning service that was reasonable to clean my house before moving in. Crystal Clean Solutions responded to my inquiry right away and Richelle was so professional but also so nice! They did a great job cleaning my house and it was so reasonable. After a lengthy search for a cleaning service I found Crystal Clean Solutions and booked a deep cleaning session for today. The team of 3 arrived promptly and energized to clean our townhouse and I am very pleased with the results. They went above and beyond in certain key areas ( like the dreaded bathroom ) that were of concern to me and ensured I was happy with the work. My floors were sparkling clean without any residue and the inside of my refrigerator was restored to brand new!! They were efficient ( finishing the job in 2.5 hours ) and thorough with cleaning each space and even dusted areas other cleaning companies in the past have missed. My husband returned home and he immediately commented on how pleased he was with the results.

It was so easy dealing with this company when my tenants moved out of my condo for the move out clean. The online booking and payment is so easy and I got a personal call from the owner to answer my questions that I submitted online. They did a great job cleaning and took care of special requests like behind the refrigerator. The price was fair and I would certainly use them again.

Richelle and her crew were professional, thorough and prompt. We hired them to do a "move out" house cleaning in anticipation of a house sale. I don't think the house was EVER as clean as it is now! I cannot say enough about the service except that I wish other contractors were as professional and quality oriented. They take pride in their work and it shows. Do not hesitate to hire them!
