We requested cleaning for a sofa, sectional, and rug at our office, and they did a great job! The tech was nice and finished within an hour. Miracle Cleaning was by far the best priced out of other companies charging at least double (contacted 4), so I was willing to overlook a few things which others may consider issues:

1) when scheduling an appointment, understand that it is meant to be a window of time. Even though we were the first appointment, they arrived 50 minutes after the start time but completed it within that window of time. Just be ready to wait around 1-2 hours prior or after your scheduled appointment. I spoke to someone there who explained all that to me after our initial appointment had to be cancelled because the tech left the premises after he arrived almost 2 hours early. I was willing to try again, because they acknowledged the situation and communicated with me via text/phone. 2) if your front door is really far from the location of cleaning, you'll want to make sure with them that their hoses will reach; luckily our office had a back door (again, didn't realize it would be an issue until they showed up).

Knowing all these nuances now, we would definitely use them again!

They just were at the house yesterday for the first "Deep Clean" before they start their bi-weekly service. I got a text saying they were on their way…they were on time…and they did a great job. I really did not know what to expect but the girls that were sent did a FANTASTIC JOB and when they left, there were places that were cleaned that I am embarrassed to say that have not been cleaned in a very long time!!! Maids 2 Match did a great job cleaning my mom's house, which needed a LOT of work. I chose the "deep cleaning" option when I booked the service based on what I thought the house needed, but when Maids 2 Match arrived, they called me right away to say that it actually needed the more intensive "heavy duty" cleaning and let me know the updated price. I appreciated that they let me know ahead of time so I could confirm that I was fine with the different service. With the heavier cleaning, they needed to call more employees to help, which resulted in them starting much later in the day. However, I was impressed that they still managed to complete the cleaning the same day despite the changes. The house looked SO much better when they were done! Very happy and no complaints.

I read your response and you left some very pertinent details out. Your representative came back with the $15 pet fee AFTER quoting me $570. Once again, I would not advise anyone to use this service. If you can't even reason with the person or people on the initial phone consultation(s) due to language issues why would you want them in your home? Completely unreasonable liars. Making me out to be prejudiced because of your accents. This has absolutely nothing to do with race or where your employees originate from. It was clearly a communication problem from the get go. Make the recorded conversation public. I think it will be very clear as to the issues I faced with your "Team".

The bottom line is that you chose to forgo $570 over a $15 pet fee. If you do the math that's a discrepancy of 2.6% when I assured you that there were no pet stains, no pet hair , NO PET DAMAGE….Period! The only carpet in this house was on the staircase, just beautiful hardwood floors throughout. I have attached four photos of the house you were being hired to clean and detailed in each photo what I needed done.

So to sum this up , 1) communication skills of the first person I interacted with were sub par. 2) when the "superior" called me she was mildly ornery and lacking interpersonal skills. She refused to even consider my particular circumstances and that we had lived in this home for 51 years and probably had a minimum of 5 dogs throughout the years however there hadn't been a pet there in months and we never allowed our home to be ruined by our pets nor did we ever have pets that shed due to allergies in our family. 3) and lastly most absurd to me, is the fact that you were so rigid and prideful in your refusal to forgo $15 that you lost a nice gig. I was willing to go ahead and use your services for $571. It became more an issue of principal than anything else. Again, look at my photos. This home was for all practical purposes pristine. $570 was overkill and way over priced for what I needed done.

I had gotten a "deep clean" from this company for my mothers house over a year ago. It was ok. They didn't dust. Got there a little later than the windows they stated. They didn't clean one whole room because "they ran out of time" and some of the cleaning done was subpar. But 85% of the job was done right.

So I rebooked on 12/15/21 for another deep clean. Booking was confirmed, and everything was a good. They were supposed to come between 3-4 pm. I was already headed to my parents house to be able and let the cleaners in around 2:15pm.

Cindy sends me a text at 2:22pm stating that the cleaner (veronica) is delayed "due to unforeseen circumstances" and would be arriving between 4-5pm.

I told Cindy this was fine. But something told to me ask about her help (the invoice stated only Veronicas name as the "assigned team" to clean). It's a big house, and ONE person could NOT DEEP clean a house that big in the time allotted.

Cindy replied that "she believed her husband would be accompanying her". *record scratch* Is he bonded? Did he have a background check? Does he do this all the time? Is he an employee of Maids2Match?!

I chose to cancel, because I had to leave to get my Mom, and no one would be there, and letting in a cleaner and "her husband" in my house with no one home…didn't sit right with me.

They didn't attempt to offer an apology, a discount, an alternate way to make it right…nada.

They just wanted to make sure I didn't write a bad review.

Go figure. Not a good way to do business. Wouldn't recommen.

I paid for a "DEEP CLEAN" and it wasn't anymore than a regular cleaning I've had in the past. Nothing special. I don't like the fact that my place didn't get a proper mopping or have the baseboards cleaned. This was supposed to be included and was less than a swifter would even do. Floors and baseboards are still pretty dirty. I also paid extra to have my garage cleaned and that didn't happen. Overall I overpaid and got a basic cleaning service. The cleaning lady also showed up saying she was here for a "move out clean" which was wrong. She was confused to see my place furnished. I feel bad because it was only 1 person doing the entire job. I believe if there were more of a crew things may have possibly turned out better???????? I would recommend if my floors got a good cleaning but I feel bad for the woman who did all the work as well. I had the team of Vernoica, and they were great! Showed up in the window provided, and worked very quick! They asked me what exactly I was looking for, and they did everything I asked and more. We are new to the area and hired the Maid Place based on the great reviews. The maids themselves are great, but the owner lacks some very basic customer service skills. The Maid Place was hired for a move in clean on 12/1. They were to deep clean the entire house plus carpets for $1,131,21. The cleaners arrived on time, and I was mostly satisfied with the job, with the exception of the the ovens (pictures below). I found it odd that the owner never reached out to see if we were happy, but I contacted them to set up biweekly service. At that time I mentioned that the oven was missed, and asked if that could be addressed at the next clean. David asked if Wednesdays would be good, I said that was fine. David then asked if Thursday Dec 16th would work for our next cleaning. I double checked with the date (since it was a Thursday)and was told the maids were coming on Thursday Dec 16th. Given the busy holiday season, I assumed they needed to fit me in where they could. Yesterday, Wednesday Dec 15th, my husband called to let me know the maids were here. I was surprised, but it wasn't too big a deal to me. I then get a call from David that my furniture (which had been in storage) was too dusty and something about needing to charge me a different rate, the call dropped. I attempted to call David back, and he texted that he was on another call. In text he stated that my house typically had 1 hour allotted for the job, but today would require 1.5-1.75 hours. I messaged David to please call me back. David called me back. When I mentioned my concerns about the oven still not being completed and the team arriving on the wrong day, he grew very hostile. I had to ask David to please stop talking over me, so that I could express my concerns. I told him that I did not feel him and I were professionally compatible and that I would be cancelling my contract. After all of that, the crew only ended up staying 45 mins. Everything looked great except my oven. When I went to text pictures of my oven, I could see that my phone number was blocked. I e-mailed the pictures and a btw the team was here 45 mins. I received a very sarcastic response and assertion they spent 1.5 hours here. I have a ring doorbell, security system, and husband that state otherwise. PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME & SANITY. (Please note: I had to shorten this review greatly because of the character limits, so I am just going to post my cliff-notes version. Here's the overall takeaway: this husband-wife duo over-committed themselves when they said "yes" to doing a post-construction cleaning of our new home, and I don't think I'm grasping at straws when I assume that they were just blinded by the dollar signs. It's absolutely unacceptable that they charged what they did for the horrendous experience that we had, and the unprofessionalism we experienced with them that day is honestly unparalleled. I have never had a company dish out the amount of excuses for poor service as these people did, much less have I EVER had a contractor pull out mid-job (yes, they pulled their crew out mid-job because I was apparently being "hateful" and "not extending enough grace" while bringing up my big, legitimate concerns over the service we were receiving).

From the moment the cleaners arrived late and frantically scrambled in so underprepared, I just had a gut feeling the service was going to be a disaster, and boy was I right. But, let me stress that this is NO reflection of the cleaning crew. It is 100% a reflection of the mismanagement and unprofessionalism of the owners.

I am ticked to even having to be taking this much time to write this review, but I am doing it in hopes that you can avoid having a possible awful experience with this company. I am saddened, because we have used Maid Place multiple times before this instance (one great experience, and the rest pretty mediocre), but I would have never guessed that this last experience would play out the way it did. I am still stunned to this day.

Lastly, I want to point out that I have read some of the other negative reviews of the company (as you may have too) and seen the tacky responses the owners shoot back with. I am sure mine will elicit the same. I was skeptical of the negative reviews I read because they seemed a little dramatic/extreme, but now I know better having experienced what I experienced. Please just find someone else to work with–someone who will respect your home, your time and your hard-earned money.

We've been using The Maid Place twice a month for nearly 7 years at our home. To say we've been 100% completely satisfied is quite an understatement. They are very thorough in the cleaning service itself, and we've found them to be very flexible with us when we've had to adjust our schedule. The Maid Place is okay. After hearing about them from word of mouth, I opted to give them a shot since I was looking to have my home cleaned regularly. They were really quick to respond to my online inquiry and answered all of the questions I had. Even better, scheduling was easy. They were available exactly when I needed them, and the gentleman I spoke to (I think they're a husband and wife duo) was friendly and communicative. When cleaning day came, Ulie and Victoria arrived juuuust outside their arrival window, no big deal, but after that… eh, things seemed a bit off.

While 1/3 of Americans are vaccinated, we're still in the middle of a pandemic, so when I answered the door in a mask, Ulie asked if they needed to wear one as well. I said yes and she seemed irked by that, saying that they're vaccinated and it's not needed and then walked off so I didn't hear the rest. I explained that we're vaccinated too but have a visitor in our home who isn't so we want to keep everyone safe. She didn't seem to care, so that was awkward, but she wore the mask as requested.

When it came to the actual deep cleaning, they didn't mess around with — I've had people play with my gym equipment instead of cleaning, so I appreciated that they respected my home. When it came to the floors, they sprung on us that they'd use Fabuloso instead of the agreed upon Bona. That ended up being fine, but notice would've been nice since I recently sealed my tile's grout and was concerned about that. Whatever the case, the cleaning itself was okay. They put things back for the most part, but missed a few things. The base of the toilets and behind faucets weren't cleaned, some things weren't dusted, cabinets weren't wiped, and none of the glass was windexed (mirrors, windows, glass doors, etc.). I didn't bother mentioning this to the owners — then again, they never followed up — because I was caught up on something more important: the overcharge.

While I will prefix this and say it was resolved, it was kind of sus. The cleaners showed up after 2, left well before 5, and yet charged me for the full 3 hours instead of a prorated rate for the 2hrs and 28mins they were here. When I brought this to the owner's attention the next morning, they asked to see the doorbell footage with time stamps, and while I was happy to oblige, it put me off since I then got the impression that maybe they thought I was trying to rip them off. Fortunately, my house has cameras everywhere so I had multiple angles of the receipts. Once they saw the time stamp, saw the 30min difference, and got Ulie/Victoria's side of the story, they agreed that what I was claiming was correct. Again, we got it sorted out and had this not happened, I would've considered using them again (with a different team, of course). But because of the overcharge and regardless of if it was an honest mistake or something else (that's not my call to make), I can't proceed with supporting their business.

I don't know where to start, the owner insulted me saying my home was basically disgusting, they did NOT clean the floors that was "included" in the price over $500. When I said something about wanting money back he said "I figured this was about money for you" how insulting to a customer? Then I said I'd leave a review and he said he'll post pictures of my place. Well post em babe! Also called me unempathetic because the cleaner got a cut at my home. How is that my fault? Called last minute due to a previous cleaning service cancelling on me same day and the owner was super nice and helpful and got me on the schedule within two days and really saved me. I opted for the deluxe cleaning since it included the drawers and was not much of a price difference from the standard. The whole beginning from phone call to payment was super easy, quick and professional.

However, as a whole, I was a little disappointed with the communication through the process. There was a cancellation ahead of me and I was asked by text if we could move the time up. It really wasn't a problem but I didn't see the text and a follow up was never sent to confirm I got it. So on the day of, the cleaner assigned to my apartment called me and said she was at the apartment but the door was locked. Of course it was I had stated I would meet her there – so I had to leave work to meet her at the apartment because I had planned for a later meeting and was also told I would receive a text when the cleaner was on the way/30-min out which I did not.

The cleaning was supposed to be 4ish hours for a 1bd 1ba 900sqft apartment but it ended up taking the cleaner almost 6 hours to clean and she didn't notify me that she wasn't done and needed extra time, I had to reach out to her several times for an update. I was not charged for the extra time which I very much appreciated that but the communication was very lacking.

As for the cleaning – it was decent. The apartment looked nice but it wasn't anything I couldn't have done myself and it didn't look like the bathroom was mopped. I was really looking for a super polished almost brand new feeling which is why I hired a service and it just felt like for the time she was in the apartment the cleaning could've been better.

I think 2-stars is fair because it was a decent experience but very lacking in many ways and the cleaning was very underwhelming. For the money I should've just taken a day off and cleaned myself. Would recommend if you're in a bind and need someone to clean quickly and decently inexpensively but if you have choices, there are probably better.

I've been remiss in not leaving a review. After trying other maid services, I've used the Maid Place for years. YEARS. The service is easy and accommodating with changing schedules and the people that they send are nice and hard working. There have been only a few hiccups along the way but this is consistently the best maid service in the area. The prices are reasonable, the cleaning is good, I have never had things go missing or get broken. The owners are nice and responsive. I'll continue to use them as long as I'm in the area.

The Maid Place did a phenomenal job on my initial deep clean as a new client establishing recurring business-weekly cleaning service. David was extremely professional and pleasant and provided a thorough walk through of services in response to my request for a quote. He explained everything in detail and explained how scheduling works and we agreed to move forward. He committed to getting back to me to identify a first available for a deep clean but in the midst of our conversation there was a last minute cancellation, life happens, and he verified with the team and confirmed they could squeeze me in that slot. I was excited to get on the books so fast and the value/cost is perfect and in line with others. He provided a 30 minute window for arrival and Laura and her team showed up ready to work. Laura and her team did an amazing job starting top to bottom and did not miss or cut corners. They were extremely pleasant and you can tell they take care and are passionate about what they do. Everyone does not clean well because most feel it's not something they want to do. Laura and her team is opposite. It was so pleasing to hear the sounds of light singing come from the rooms. I am just amazed at the site and smell of cleanliness that permeated through my home, I love it! I have been using cleaning services for 16 years, very consistent client and The Maid Place rank in my top 3 overall but rank #1 since I have lived in Texas! Thank you so much Maid Place for accommodating the deep clean cleaning I desperately needed before my new mattresses came in and after bug fogger was used (3 days after). Place looks great and dishes were done too (should of taken a before and after picture). But yay can see my kitchen counter now and the bathroom and rooms looks great.

This was my first experience with a maid, and unfortunately, I was not completely happy with it for what we paid. For Christmas, I asked my husband for a deep clean service so I could start my winter break with an extra clean home. When I first saw the house, I was impressed. Everything looked great. But as I looked further, I noticed they missed a lot of the details…the main reason why I wanted a deep clean over a genera clean. Behind the toilets were not cleaned/dusted, the lamps in the bedroom and bathrooms were not dusted (all of these are reachable with a step stool), the corners of rooms seemed to be missed in several places, and the carpets didn't seem to be vacuumed thoroughly. They also only cleaned one side of our kitchen sink. It seems like we received a general clean at the price of a deep clean which is pretty disappointing.
I can see that they do have some great reviews from others, but they missed the mark with us.

We had a deep cleaning done on our new house before we moved in, including the oven and fridge. Everything turned out great. I can't believe how clean they got the fridge and oven. We also had them clean and reseal the grout in the kitchen and master bathroom – what a massive improvement! Now I wish I had had them do the tile in the rest of the house. Finally, we had the carpet steam cleaned, which looks good as well.

The price for the deep clean was very reasonable. The price for the tile and carpet was higher, but I think it was reasonable for the labor involved, as they were there for hours, and for the quality of work. This company is very responsive both before and during the process. Highly recommended.

Horrible cleaning service. They talked me into upgrading to a deep cleaning but they barely did a regular cleaning. They missed cleaning a toilet, did a horrible job on baseboards, vacuuming and dusting. I'm extremely disappointed with this service and posting this review so others hopefully won't get ripped off.

They sent only two people who worked for less than 2 hours to clean my 4000 sq ft 4 bedroom, 5 bath house. It was not a deep cleaning as advertised but they charged me for a deep clean.

Updating review after using tidy maids for almost 2 years now. Unfortunately, the results are inconsistent. When you have a good crew, the results are great. But sometimes they send different crews and the results can be very poor. I have had several months where the cleaning service I received was not acceptable. The good news is that management does try to make it right, but I just want the job done correctly the first time. We have to plan our work schedules and conference calls around the cleaning, so having a crew come back out to re-do the job is not convenient. I really don't like to complain but it's not an insignificant amount of money that we are spending. Sadly, I am going to be looking for another another service.

I used Tidy Maids for the first time to deep clean our house after a massive renovation project in our home. We had construction dust everywhere and they came right out with a team and they worked very quickly and thoroughly to clean walls, baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans. Tidy Maids did an outstanding job for us. The maid crew of three thoroughly cleaned the entire home. I watched them clean and scrub and vacuum and they work very hard and cleaned things like the blinds that I wasn't expecting. Then the shampoo/steam cleaning crew showed up and was able to thoroughly shampoo all the carpets in the house, including a creative way to get the shampoo hose up the 2nd floor rooms so whole has was cleaned. After several requests for them not to use Fabuluso- (causes bad headaches) remaking the beds, making shapes with our towels( we hang them to dry and when they are folded in shapes they do not dry well, making designs with our kleenex and TP- they squirt cleaner on the tp to hold designs- who wants to use bathroom cleaner on your nether region?? I canceled services today. There were notes on our account for all of these, but obviously they fail at communicating properly with their staff. Blinds were wiped down and dusted along with baseboards. They gave me a straight forward price quote and charged the same amount with no hidden fees or surprise after the cleaning.

The cleaning crew did a fantastic job of cleaning my house. The crew followed my instructions and did a thorough cleaning of the areas that I specifically requested. The staff were extremely detail-oriented and were able to get rid of mold that we weren't able to do so for months. When we returned home, the house smelled fresh, and every corner is spotless. We are very, very satisfied with the service and have decided right away that Tidy Maids of Frisco will be our go-to place for all of the future cleaning.

I paid Susy and her crew to clean an over 2000 sqft 2 story home which I had just bought. This home had been relatively well-kept but was quite dirty, smelled, and had plenty of nooks and crannies to clean. Susy and her crew did a FANTASTIC job doing everything I asked and more, the house looked brand new when I stepped back in and smelled so much better! My girlfriend now can step inside the house without recoiling in horror!

I never thought I would be one to use a house cleaning service for our little apartment, but after a year of living in our new place, there was definitely some neglect. I used the trusty Yelp to look up places for quotes and this was the company we chose.

When I called to get a quote the owner text me back and we conducted the entire transaction via text. From the quote, to scheduling, to getting the crew to our apartment.

My BF was home to let the crew in. We were quoted $190 for three ladies for three hours. That included cleaning the four glass doors to our patio. They did a fantastic job. They did miss some spiderwebs in the bedroom that unfortunately my BF didn't notice, but I did when I got home from work. I text the owner and he sent a girl out that night to clean that area again, which was great!

The only thing I would have done differently is ask for a checklist of what is to be cleaned. I would have thought the outside doors of the cabinets would have been cleaned, but I was pleasantly surprised that the inside of the fridge and toaster oven was cleaned! So it was a win-win. They also straightened up the bedding on the bed, rolled our towels like burritos and gave it that hotel clean feel that I have not been able to duplicate.

We would definitely use this company again.

We've used Ruben's services a few times to get our yard cleaned. It's a small space that isn't large enough for a true landscaping job, but more work than a working mom can handle (too many weeds to pull). I had a very good experience with this company. I left them a message through yelp with details of the service I needed, location, and phone number. Ruben followed up with me through text message, set-up the service for that same week (which I needed), gave me an initial estimate and once he was on site a final one. The ladies did a very good job. I never personally met anyone, as I only was able to check their work after the fact, but I was happy with the end result. The property was vacant and I wanted it clean to start showing it. I used Finest Cleaning Service for the move-out cleaning on my home that I was selling. I'd already left the state by the time they came, so I had to coordinate remotely and have my realtor be the 'enforcer' to make sure everything was done well, but I did get pictures.

I guess I will start with the negatives. They are not a bargain brand by any stretch of the imagination. ( I didn't choose them based on price, and frankly they were the highest bid that I got. However, I chose them because they could do steam cleaning service as well as the regular cleaning, no one else could do that, plus they are licensed, bonded, insured which was required for my realtor to leave a combo lock for the cleaners to use. ) The main other negative was that they forgot to clean the oven on the first pass, my realtor noticed and the team came back the next morning to catch that miss.

On the neutrals side – it turns out that if you have cats that barf under your bed for several years, you can't "just" have a steam cleaning; they have to do some kind of neutralization treatment first to avoid stinking up your house when they steam clean. Which costs a couple hundred extra dollars. Eek. Honestly, I have no idea whether cat barf really requires this, or only cat pee would, or whether it's all fiction – but in the situation I was in, I didn't really have much choice or time to research this myself.. I had to just authorize the extra charges. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that this is actually the right thing to do, but I recommend that you do your own research first if you're in a similar situation with bulimic cats and a bed too big to get under on your own.

Now, onto the good things. They are EXCELLENT with respect to communication. Caio is extremely responsive, clear, and detail oriented. Scheduling the appointment was extremely easy, they have a well-built portal you can book through. They are flexible as far as payment methods, there is a surcharge for credit card, but being able to accept them is a big plus as I didn't want to leave a check when I was no longer in the state.

Aside from the minor hiccups described above, they did a great job cleaning the house. When the job was done it was spic and span based on the pics and my realtor's checkup. They are very professional and reliable.

So all in all, I do absolutely recommend them if you're someone who wants a hassle-free experience and is willing to pay bit extra to get it.

We recently had our light colored berba type carpets cleaned. We had multiple pet stains which we were told would likely not come out. Unfortunately those areas are worse than before. Though they came out multiple
Times to try and correct we have bands of yellow all along the perimeter of our hallways,
most of which did not have pet stains to start with. I have subsequently had the carpets evaluated independently by a master cleaner who has determined that the wrong method was used to clean the carpet and that the damage is irreversible. Though Ciao compensated us for a quarter of the cost of the cleaning, this is of little value considering the unfortunate situation we are now dealing with. I'm sure they do fine cleaning basic carpet but if you have any speciality or difficult carpet issues I would go elsewhere.

My family recently purchased a home in Tx. We wanted to have a move in clean before all our stuff arrived. I called 4 different cleaning crews and NOT a single one responded. I found Finest Cleaning Service online and first they had an impressive website that clearly lists out exactly the services (with price) available.

Then I was able to book an appointment on their website directly. Almost immediately, someone reached out to confirm the appointment time. I had to leave some instructions about our appointment and they were able to coordinate it all with me with professionalism, courtesy, respect and so so on time. The level of communication offered was just out of the world first class!

I was also very impressed with the service received. My home was very well taken care of and the clean comprehensive. they didn't cut corners when doing the move in clean.

They noticed a few dings around the house and were kind enough to take pictures and send them to me so i was aware that they existed (and that the cleaning crew didn't cause it).

I wasn't charged until AFTER the cleaning crew had completed the service and left. The owner is super considerate and after I had moved in, even texted me to check in on me and make sure that I was moved in alright.

Once I get more of these boxes out of the way, I will definitely have them back to do a clean again. Great people, great service.

I was visiting family in Frisco and although they had attempted to tidy up during my short visit, there was dirt everywhere and I am highly allergic to dust particles. I needed a cleaning service to come immediately and Finest Cleaners answered my call. They arrived promptly, I explained the areas for them to concentrate on the most, then left the home so they could do their jobs. When we returned 3 hours later and opened the door all of out mouths dropped open in amazement. It was a total transformation. My family could see the difference in a tidy place and a clean place including ceiling fans and counter tops.

The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because I requested a deep cleaning and the job was basic. There were a few spots missed like grubby light switches and dirt on topof doorways, dirt along the baseboards, none of them hidden, dirt and grime visual. Fernanda and Rene are terrific. They arrive on time, with all of their supplies and equipment in tow, and they get to work quickly. A few hours later, my apartment looks, feels and smells "move-in ready" – baseboards have been dusted, every surface wiped, and the floors have been vacuumed, swept and mopped. I started using this service when I was working full-time and in school full-time – they were a god send! Because they did so great while I was in school, I've continued their services even after I've graduated. They're great at keeping up with special requests/notes and my cats never seem too bothered by them.

They keep a copy of my key so I don't have to be home when they come over – so nice to come home to a clean apartment! Some of my "special requests" are to not put my trash outside (we have valet in my complex, but it can only be out during a certain timeframe) – to leave closet doors open for my cats so the sneaky little suckers don't get locked in – to make my bed from sheets in the dryer (which they'll also put the sheets from the washer to the dryer to then make the bed before they leave – so amazing!)

They also leave cute notes occasionally and a lot of times it's something silly about one of my cats!

Our doggie daycare didn't work out at the last minute so my husband came home to make sure the dogs were outside when the workers came. Turns out, he was late and the ladies took care of the dogs perfectly. They let them outside and said the dogs were not a problem at all. That was a huge relief! I contacted them for a "deep cleaning." I was recovering from a long lasting case of mono. Combine that with three kids and I had neglected the deep cleaning kind of stuff around the house. They sent out three women to my house. I requested a "green cleaning." The seemed uninformed of this (and it was listed on the website as an option) and they tried to talk me out of it, but I insisted and they agreed. I had all the kids and guests at the house, so I had them clean one room and then we all hid out in there until it was done. When they left, I realized they did not take the trash out, sweep or mop the kitchen or bathrooms. Upon closer inspection, I realized that that they did not do about half of the items on the list, wiping baseboards, kitchen cabinets etc. The kitchen counters had crumbs on it. The sinks in the kitchen and the bathrooms were dirty.
I contacted the owner, who apologized and sent someone out the next day. I ran out to run an errand and came back to find that my house reeked of bleach. So no green cleaning. I asked the (very nice) woman to stop using bleach in my home, and she did, but the reason I wanted a green cleaning is because bleach and other chemicals are migraine triggers for me. The damage was done, I had a terrible migraine that night. Again, the woman was kind and she did a much better job that the people who came before, but it wasn't what I paid for. And it was a lot of money. $165. In the end, I never did get everything on the original list they sent me done and I would have rather paid a babysitter and cleaned it well myself.
The owner did seem very kind and the woman she sent out the second time was super nice and did a good job with the time she had, but I did not get what I wanted out of the situation.

I hired Bit A Bliss to clean my house for my youngest daughter's high school graduation party. I bought a Groupon and my expectations were low. That daughter is now a senior in college, I'm still using Bliss and my expectations have soared.

In the three plus years I've been using them, I have had maybe five of their team members clean my home – that illustrates how well they are able to retain good talent. Not only do they do everything on their check list proficiently they are willing to do extras and sometimes at no additional cost. For instance, in my home I have two huge glass doors and when I asked Scarlette to clean those along with my other services, she said they would add that for no additional cost. That's no guarantee that you'll get the same deal! I take good care of their staff (tips) and I'm flexible with my scheduling. All this to say, I've been able to build and sustain a great relationship with Bliss – they know the importance of happy customers.

Scarlette and Jennifer are always so accommodating and professional. The few times that I've had a concern, they have addressed it immediately. I trust their team explicitly and am very rarely home when they come. One time, I got a call from Jen that their team member had accidentally broken a glass and by the time I got home, the glass had been replaced.

Recently, I forgot to put out a set of sheets and was amazed when I got home, that my favorite Bliss associate had folded the laundry in my dryer, transferred my sheets from the washer to the dryer, dried the sheets, and then placed them on the bed. Come on! That is an amazing service and it wildly exceeded all of my expectations.

If you don't have someone cleaning your house regularly and you can afford to do that, you should definitely hire it done. I can't recommend Bliss highly enough to really do them justice. They are simply the best. Every other week, it's like coming home to a hotel – everything professionally clean.
