This is the worst cleaning company that I have ever used in my entire life. They charge you and don't show up then they tell you they're going to refund you and they don't. I've been trying to get a refund from them since March 2020. Twice they sent maids over here came in move my stuff around didn't even finish cleaning left there cleaning supplies and they left me a note that they had an emergency and couldn't finish. The company is very unresponsive the only time I've ever gotten a response from them at all was via email but never a phone call. And then when I called them they act like they have no idea what I'm talking about. I don't know how they have a five star rating because that is absolutely not true they don't deserve one star.
I never do anything like this but I hope no one ever uses Texas Cleaning Services. They are the worst. I have mentioned this before. They broke things in my house, came left a note and didn't do a thing. They have come and stopped in the middle of the cleaning. Left cleaning supplies and things undone. Promised refunds and never delivered those. Charged my credit card for extra cleaning that I never got. They promised a refund and then provided evidence to my credit card company that I was responsible for the charge after telling me to dispute the charge and they would allow the return of the credit. This has been going on for over a year and now I just got yet another notice that the charges are being reversed again not in my favor. I'm done fighting them so i just want to make sure everyone knows not to use this company.

ZERO STARS. I scheduled a home cleaning for 13 March then it was moved multiple times due to their schedule, however they did charge me on 14 March. Due to them rescheduling multiple times we canceled their services and it is now June 5th and I am still wating on my refund of over $300.00. I have been calling since then to get my money back and I keep getting the run around about some third party handealing the refund, I have also requested to speak to a supervisor, and nothing yet. Hire someone else even if it's more expensive at least your money won't be stolen

They were able to schedule me pretty quickly after calling. But once I called the price is rated if you sign up monthly. We recently moved in so I wanted to see how it went. I signed up to get my base boards cleaned on top of the normal cleaning. 2 women came on time but once I got home after the cleaning they didn't do the baseboards or move things to clean behind anything even when they were in the open.

The company reached out and offered a full refund eventually, which I really appreciate. I wish the initial experience wasn't so bad, but they did rectify it. I think maybe I just had bad luck with a bad cleaner on a bad day, and the company itself did work hard to make it right, so I think overall not that bad and I am grateful to them for fixing it as best they could.
I am removing my original review, as the details are not really relevant since they gave me a full refund. But I will say this: The cleaning was very bad and took too long, the cleaner pretty much did not clean anything they were supposed to, and a few other issues. When I complained, the manager initially offered a partial discount, but eventually after some more back and forth for a while, they did give me a full refund and very much apologized for the initial poor service. Again, very thankful to them for making it right.

We were looking for bi-weekly cleaning service. They came out 2 times. The 1st time was great!! They did everything on the checklist they provided prior to the cleaning. We were impressed and specifically asked for the same crew. We thought we had found our cleaners for the future. The 2nd time was very disappointing. They didn't clean a single mirror or dust. I reached out to the business several times but didn't get any response other than 'thank you'. There might be a language barrier but a simple translation app could have saved this relationship. Ultimately, we have cancelled any future cleanings. We didn't feel confident they heard our issues and would provide an improved service in the future. I really wanted this to work. Communicating and scheduling with Saul was easy (thus the star) but unfortunately the cleaning, not so much. We had also agreed upon the exact services that needed to be performed (such as window sills) and I paid for them accordingly. I also requested and paid for a deep move in cleaning but there was confusion with the people who came to clean as they only thought this would be a "regular" cleaning.
Had three individuals come but unfortunately they were not all equally cleaning with the same level of attention and detail. Only one of them cleaned inside thoroughly whereas the other two did a very superficial sweep (even though this was supposed to be for a deep clean move in cleaning). I will have to have another cleaning service come in and clean everything properly which is unfortunately more time and money I will need to allocate now.
Unfortunately for the cost and level of "cleanliness," I wouldn't recommend nor use them again.

Prices higher than I am used to paying. I have been getting my house professionally cleaned since 2010.
We spoke about one price and when the workers arrived they tried to up the price. I asked them to clean a little less than half the house. The numbers they charged would have equaled $350 – $400 for an entire house. The charge for cleaning a home for a move out is around $250.
I can't speak to the cleaning services as I decided to do the cleaning myself on principal.

I've used This company twice now and had great results both times. The first time was at my old house when I needed a deep cleaning so I could put the house up for sale. The next time was the first deep cleaning at the new house.
We had the cleaners and movers scheduled at very specific times so that they house would be clean when we got there, but the previous owners were extremely behind and they were still in the house when they got there. They were able to come back the next day on short notice and clean around the boxes that stuff we had out while we were trying to move in. Didn't go as planned due to the previous owners behind so far behind, but thanks to the Saul's teams flexibility I was able to have a clean house.
They are great people, really enjoyed getting to talk to them here and there when we were in the same space working. Very fair prices based on the size of the house. I am absolutely using them again

I chose this company based on the reviews and I am very glad I did. I had multiple problems moving from our apartment to our new house and had multiple companies fall through and make this entire experience terrible but one thing I did not have to worry about was cleaning the apartment.
I worked with Saul via yelp and he walked me through the process and gave me a brief rundown. For $180 he cleaned my 1 bedroom apartment top to bottom and even took the trash out. I used this company when I lived in Grand Prairie. Although we did not always have the same cleaners, the overall clean was consistent and refreshing. In addition, they were easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. I have since moved and had to hire another company, and it makes me appreciate Love My Maids even more. My house was a mess due to my being on dialysis, and Juana cheerfully cleaned until everything shines! I can't say enough good about her. We used this business because of the great reviews they had. We needed a move out service cleaning. Our square footage and photos were sent prior to their arrival. Both ladies scheduled for us started late and about an hour in, I received a call they would not be able to finish but we could pay for additional time. I just asked for them to complete what they could. When we arrived at our house at 1:20, one of the ladies was leaving and the other was there. We were informed 2 of our rooms and a majority of the floors were not cleaned. I was frustrated because our cleaning was 350 and I was still going to have to clean half of our house. I asked for half of a refund because only half the house was completed. I was told they were scheduled for a 6 hour clean (and explained to that if you use 2 people it counts as 2 hours per hour, so an 8 hour clean is 2 people cleaning for 4 hours). Instead of offering any refund they offered to send someone else out to "try to finish the cleaning" but I was so frustrated and had wasted an hour of time waiting for them to finish what they were doing, we decided to just finish it ourselves instead of spending even more time waiting. At the end of it they have a 30 dollar charge back for the oven cleaning. I would not recommend unless you have alot of time to spend or the money to pay for additional hours. While I appreciated the communication, I did not appreciate the passive aggressive comments made and the lack of empathy that our expectations were not met. The cleaning the ladies did get done was done well, but I'm very disappointed in what was left to do.

My wife and I have used Love My Maids (LMM) ever since we moved to Grand Prairie, Texas in 2017. Throughout these many months we have had about four steady, wonderful cleaners from LMM work in our home. Chris, "Speedy Dee" and May were five star material. Dee moved on to a new opportunity, which is when we got May. Then, when we needed to adjust the schedule for cleaning our home, it did not work well with May's schedule. So, now we are on our next cleaner, Jennifer, who I am glad to report is also a five star cleaner!
Jennifer is professional, courteous, prompt and asks us for details each time she arrives. For example, we asked her to keep my pillows on my side of the bed and my wife's pillows on Tara's side of the bed. After she was done getting the master bedroom straightened up, she came back around and asked us to look and see if it was the correct way. It was! Jennifer then took a picture of how we wanted our bed done and said that is how it will be done from now on. YAY! I really like it when details get done correctly, and it is clear that Jennifer is the type of cleaner that wants to get those kind of details right for the customer.
Jennifer also introduced our home to her Shark steam mop. It leaves our tile floors very nice and clean without a residue that regular mops can leave behind. Before then, I didn't know we needed to be steam mopped! Jennifer has definitely spoiled us on that.
Tara and I are picky about cleaners because we both work from home. The cleaners we have had with LMM have been so pleasant to work with and have all been very considerate of working around our little projects in our home offices. They have accommodated us by not vacuuming nearby while we are on the phone and by respecting when an office door is closed. When we are out of the home on a cleaning day, if they need details or they need to tell us something of interest, the cleaners have always communicated well via text.

We have tried multiple housecleaning services but Love My Maids has been awesome. They spend all day at the house and really get it clean. Other made services I've used coming in for under two hours and that's it. They really spend the day and get all the small things done. Charletta is our housekeeper and she is amazing! The place was relatively clear when we moved out, but I ran out of time to manage the stubborn grime type of things that build up after several years at a location. I called today to inquire on how to clean an extra room I have and was fostering cats. We didn't know what we were getting into with cats. We have hardwood floors and although we have the litter box in a set place, the cats were using the restroom in the corner of the room and the smell was awful. Hired DFW-Cleaning to handle my move out cleaning, they did the bare minimum. Had to call about mopping restroom, was told they would come back but never came back. Sooooo, we were given a gift voucher for a $125 cleaning for Christmas. My 8 month pregnant wife was very excited, especially since she was having trouble bending and keeping up with our 1 year old.
So, she called to schedule the cleaning day. She told the person on the phone how much the voucher was for and the scheduled day. And made sure her plans were clear that Wednesday it was scheduled.
This is where it goes sideways. The DAY BEFORE we get knock on the door about 9am. When she answers, there's someone there to clean the house. When he looked at the schedule he said oh… Ok and I'll see you tomorrow.
Then we get a Text Message at 6pm…. We will clean your house but it's too big for that gift card. Really?! When my wife had requested off from work, scheduled herself to be home… And been verified multiple times…. Then he blamed the person who answered the phone and said… I never said I'd do it….it was their fault…. Then never texted back….

Read everyones reviews and after speaking with them on the phone as to what was included with the deep cleaning they were offering I decided to go with this company, unfortunately I did not have the wonderful experience everyone else had.
I had to do the dusting of my furniture as I was told they do not dust furniture with decorations on them , they do not move anything. Half bathroom was only done halfway. Master bathroom floor was not done, I had to re do my mirror as you could see the marks to were the toothpaste was, counter was not wiped. I have a shower tub and only the tub floor was cleaned. My sons bathroom counter was also not wiped and floor was not done properly. I picked up dust bunnies from the master bedroom carpet and in the gameroom. I asked several times that my home office be vacuumed and was not vacuumed. My kitchen sink was not cleaned and I had to redo my floor. The dirt that was left on my swifter would make one wonder how the floor was cleaned before
Disappointing that I had to clean my house right after the "deep cleaning" service. I messaged as soon as I noticed all the above mentioned and was told that It would be fix and receive a partial refund. I messaged back that Im ok with receiving the partial refund but no need for anyone to come back out here, as I thought that was fair. I suggested my original check be returned so that I can issue a new check for the new amount. Never heard back and my check was cashed.

Can't say enough good things about these guys! They are so polite, on time, and excellent at delivering their services! Vince regularly come to clean my home and when he is done, you can not only see the difference, but smell it. The counters are organized, the floors sparkle, and Vince even went the extra mile to dust my desk and organize the top of it (it was a mess). Furthermore, I have extremely large dogs who are very nice! They are just in the way! Vince always greets them with pets and make sure they are comfortable around him and it means a lot to my home. Not impressed with the lack of communication. I had to follow up with them to get confirmation of my appointment. I had to ask 2 times for the time I should expect them. Then was given an idea of a window of time. I had to drop my kids at school but I was back 10 mins after the start of the window and when I texted to make sure I had not missed them, they said they had just left and I was given no additional information.
