I live with two men and three dogs… our house gets crazy and I was spending so much time and energy after work on what felt like barely maintaining some semblance of order/cleanliness in my household. I don't need my house to be spotless, but I do want it tidy (my husband & housemate aren't this way to say the least).

My stress level was becoming overwhelming and I felt like I never had time or energy to do anything I wanted to do. This was bleeding over into my relationships with the people I live with and I noticed I was building a lot of resentment. Still, having housekeepers seemed like such a luxury beyond what I could justify budget-wise. Finally, after months (really years) of mulling, I acknowledged that the situation was untenable and I needed help.

Enter Dany Maid: I'm not exaggerating when I say that these ladies have changed my life. They show up every other week with smiles on their faces and quickly/efficiently take care of all the things that need to get done. They do an excellent job and my house sparkles when they leave. Even my housemate (who grumbled about having to pitch in 1/3 of the cost) mentioned that he really loves having them come, and that his our feels "lighter" and more cheerful after they've been here.

– Super efficient – they're in and out in an hour but they DONT cut corners.

– Expertise: I have a German shepherd who sheds a lot and the house is hair free when they leave. They even make a little rose thingy on the TP! It's like living in a hotel! Also, they have a backpack vacuum (like a leaf blower but in reverse) that is genius. I wish I had one. The house feels clean when they're done — I've spent entire weekends deep cleaning and haven't come close to the level of clean they produce. I'm actually embarrassed at how filthy my house was before they came into my life (and I'm good at cleaning!). Bottom line: they aren't just swirling the dust around – they are experts at what they do.

– They go above & beyond: I didn't even know it was included at first and was pleasantly surprised that they make the beds! Definitely not necessary but a wonderful bonus.

– They care: I have a little "shrine" setup with photos of of a loved one who passed aww. They carefully & respectfully work around this which means a lot.

Instead of spending every evening tackling household chores, I get to read a book after work, or watch a show, or even just do nothing & relax! Instead of spending my weekends handling the larger regular cleaning tasks (like vacuuming, mopping, etc.) I can work on long term household maintenance/improvement projects (I built a fence all by myself a few weeks ago!) and even have some energy leftover to be able to go on a date with my husband or hang out with friends once in a while!

I'm resistant to spending money on stuff I can do myself but the payment to Dany Maid every month is one of the easiest checks I write! I consider the money I spend on them to be an investment in myself and in my house.

They are amazing. I can't say enough about how much they've improved my mental health, my relationships with the people I live with, and the state of my home. They deserve a million stars!

Oh my gosh! Promptly at 8 am, three ladies with equipment and supplies in hand came in and went to town! Claudia and her team cleaned this house from top to bottom! They cleaned things in this house that have never been touched before! They took apart my stove and cleaned the bottom of the knobs. They wiped down every baseboard and piece of crown molding. They cleaned light switches and outlets. They pulled out furniture and cleaned behind it all! They vacuumed every upholstered piece of furniture–the back, under the cushions, both sides of cushions! And the bathrooms… Don't even get me started! My tissue was folded into a fan shape! I think every displayed item in my home was picked up and dusted with a cloth by hand. They are so reasonably priced for what they do! It was the best money I've ever spent! I highly recommend Dany Maids! It is a hidden treasure!

I'm super OCD so I noticed a couple of minor things they missed, but no big deal. I was looking for a reliable cleaning group for my parents house since I live far away and I couldn't keep up with their cleaning. Mendoza's cleaning brought a crew of two to my parents house today. My brother called me and expressed how amazing the cleaning was. From what he shared, they did a phenomenal and thorough job! In addition to their long cleaning checklist, they cleaned two of their refrigerators, inside and out.

They delivered great service from the moment I sent a quote out – responsive and scheduled a cleaning the next day. They followed up with me promptly after the cleaning was complete. Completely impressed! They will continue their cleaning for my parents on a reoccurring schedule.

Superb service! I called and was able to schedule a service couple weeks out (based on my convenience). During scheduling, I was asked for the square foot of my home for accurate pricing. I found the cost to be competitive and so I decided to give them a try. Came day of cleaning, I received a call and text, respectfully asking if they can arrive an half hour early and I agreed. A team of four women came to my home and started right away. Two worked on my kitchen while the other two worked on my bathrooms. They were swift and efficient, in and out within 1.5 hours. My goodness, they made my bathroom and kitchen look brand new! I paid the price discussed with no hidden additional fees or costs. My daughter has post covid syndrome and a serious underlying disease with many complications. She needed a professional deep clean done before home health services could resume. Her doctors required that any people coming into her home needed to be vaccinated and wearing masks. It was difficult to find cleaning services that required employees to get vaccinated. Mendoza's Cleaning is one of them snd put our minds at ease.

Alicia responded quickly to my request for an estimate and answered every question I had. She scheduled the cleaning with very little notice.

There were three people on the cleaning crew and every one of them was kind, helpful and diligent. They went above and beyond, helping me to move my daughter's rather heavy oxygen concentrator while I moved her in her wheelchair to another part of the house so they could clean her room. They plugged in her oxygen so I could get her set up easily and quickly in the living room.

They did an excellent deep clean, including the ceiling fan and base boards, and dusting shelves and books. They cleaned inside the toaster and microwave ovens as well as the traditional oven. The kitchen and house looked great.

We would choose Mendoza's Cleaning service again. The price was reasonable, the staff professional, polite, personable and kind as well as responsible about Covid. They even swept the patio (not part of the deep clean service) to avoid tracking in leaves and dirt into the clean house.
After the cleaning, Alicia emailed an easy to pay invoice and I paid online. I recommend this business! (Currently there's no way to tip online, so that would need to be done in cash.)

I arranged a one-time deep cleaning and ongoing bi-weekly cleaning with Mendoza's. The crew came out several times with no problems. Just before Christmas I had holiday cards for each of them with gift cards inside, ready to give them when they came for the scheduled cleaning, but they didn't show up. Strange! So I texted Alicia to see if there was a change to the schedule, and she didn't respond. They didn't show up for the next scheduled date either. I texted again to see what was going on, and she never replied and they have never shown up again. No explanation, no communication at all. Totally unprofessional.

Unfortunately our time was wasted when Mendoza's suddenly became "short staffed" after our first cleaning. There were red flags from the beginning but the good reviews prompted me to try anyway. The owner did not respond to her phone over multiple calls, only responded on Yelp messages and text and was difficult initially to schedule. Once we were in the books, the day of the owner didn't even show up (and of course they don't do in person consultations for new clientele) and half of the staff arrived on time. The cleaning was very surface level and we paid for extras. Most of the work was done well except for the floors, counters and the rug service we supposedly paid extra for. The clothes were not folded per our original greenent. Long story short, we got hustled into a one time cleaning which is not what we wanted. The owner did not seem to care about the feedback and only told me they could not reschedule due to "staff shortages" AFTER I paid. Shady business but decent cleaning (hence the extra star, it's all bad communication from the owner) I would not recommend unfortunately.

My sister hired the girls to come & deep clean my house. It was agreed that 2 bedrooms & 1 bath , living/family area & kitchen would be done . The girls (3) came , not friendly, but that's ok, theyre here to work . They did a beautiful job on the house. What I didn't realize is that they left 1 bedroom & closed the door so I wouldn't notice. My cable was unhooked, Picture missing in hallway, just a nail, fan not turning on. I made the mistake of not checking their work & paid them & left to go to the park with my grandkids …. The house was beautiful. But after calling many times , the owner of the biz, some woman , refused to send the girls back to finish the bedroom that was not done. Said the house was in bad shape. I told her no way. I've been cleaning for my parents return & other than my room (which I agree was messy) the rest of the house was nice & in clean condition.. just needed deep cleaning & again. They did a beautiful job. But failed to do 1 bedroom that was paid for. They refused. I should of stayed & watched them. Made sure they did their job before handing over the money. They lied ! They intentionally closed the door so I wouldn't notice it wasn't done. And the room was empty there wasn't even furniture in there just a very small rug that was also clean they could've deep cleaned it but they close the door even though we paid for it and now they've refused to come back and finish . Don't trust these people … they can sure do a good job, but check their work & check to see what is missing !! I'm very disappointed. My sister was gracious enough to pay for this & I should have stayed & made sure they did their job & found the things that are missing Or fell & broke .

Scheduled biweekly cleaning starting 7/30. The first job was great. My place was cleaned well. I tipped $20, was polite, and stayed out of the house while they cleaned. Today I planned my work around having cleaners here at 8:30 as scheduled. At 8:45am I sent a message asking if the cleaning team was coming. She replied that they'd be here at 10:30, two hours after my scheduled time. I reminded her that we were scheduled for 8:30 and then she apologized saying someone with my same name was scheduled as well, and they made a mistake. After a little back and forth I asked to cancel weekly cleaning, but still have them come at 10:30 because I need my house cleaned. She left me on read for almost 30 minutes. I followed up and then she said they weren't coming. The lack of professionalism is really disappointing. I am flexible and patient but it's really frustrating that they flaked on me today. I run a business and am super busy. I need consistency! 4 stars for the initial cleaning job. Zero for the lack of professionalism and consideration of my time.

I've used a handful of different house cleaning companies for my bi annual deep clean over the years and the times I have used House 2 Om have easily been the best, this would be 5 stars except for one thing and it's as much my fault as theirs, both times they missed the top of the refrigerator, but when I did the walk through with Brittany and Briana this time I didn't look at that myself and it wasn't something I listed in my list of priorities, if I had noticed and mentioned it I have no doubt they would have cleaned it as they still had a few minutes left on the time I purchased and everything else was done and done well. I highly recommend and will use again, but will be more diligent on my part when doing the final walk through.

They were able to get the job done relatively quickly and when my husband did the walk-thru with the landlord, they were impressed at how clean the apartment was. They did an AMAZING JOB! I'm disappointed at the end result of cleaning of my 2 small bathrooms. The cleaners came late and left early. They came at 9:18am for a 9am appt and left at 11:11am. My original request was for someone to "scrub the grout " in the bathrooms. The hall bathroom was clean but there were soap smears on the glass shower doors. It was ok. The worst was the master bath. It had a lot of tile and during the walk thru, I pointed out multiple areas that had black mold still. She spent a few min on one area but most of it was not touched. So I am spraying Tilex now to see if I can get rid of it. We both have physical limitations and lung issues so this was disappointing . I also noticed that no one cleaned behind the toilet in master bath. Honestly, you would think that 2 cleaners for 2 hours in 2 very small bathrooms would give a better result. I guess it's on to the next…

We've just moved into the area and I wanted to get a good clean on the house before we started living in it. Loved the name House 2 Om, so I called. Toni, who I set up the clean with, is delightful, informative, and professional. (she even stopped by to check on the house and the clean!) Contacted Toni and she was so helpful, professional, and kind. She put me on the calendar and sent me an email confirmation with all of the information that was discussed for the cleaning I needed so there was no confusion. The ladies that came out were amazing. Tony in the office, and Breanna along with the ladies she brought with her as a team to complete the initial cleaning of my 3 bedroom home were just fantastic. I hate not cleaning my house myself, but now in my 70s it seems like more bending and lifting than I want to do anymore. I would rather save that energy for my grandchildren. Tony very well explained the overall policy of use of environmentally safe products, and Breanna with her team, oh my did my house ever sparkle, and seemed to keep sparkling for an entire month. My only disappointment was that due to scheduling, covid, etc, I couldn't seem to get Breanna and the same team back for follow up monthly visits. The second visit was to clean only the kitchen darn it. Perhaps its the "times" for a large company such as this one not being able to customize scheduling. If you call, ask for Tony's help with scheduling, and Breanna's team for service.

I treated myself to a deep clean with House 2 Om and it was money well spent. Toni was responsive, flexible and understanding when I had to reschedule multiple times. I live in a 1200 sq. ft. home and was delighted when 5 women – Alacita, Renea, Blaize, Andrea, & Brittany showed up to get the job done. They were all friendly, hard working, and were even able to get some surfaces to a level of clean that I didn't know was possible. I had an area of my bathroom countertop that I thought need to be resealed, but turns out it just needed the attention and muscle they provided. A 6th women even showed up mid-way through for quality assurance and to ensure I was happy with the work being done. After working from home for almost 2 years and having my children home for distance learning, I'm so grateful for their care and the much needed refresh these ladies provided.

p.s. Toni and one of the women alerted me that their vacuum wasn't the most powerful on carpet and offered to use mine. Something to keep in mind if you have a lot of rugs or carpeting.

I have used the cleaning services twice so far and have been very happy about the services. The first time they came out and did a deep cleaning for my rental house. They sent 4 ladies that did an excellent job. The most recent time they came out was today to clean our house from top to bottom. 2 people called in sick on Saturday so we rescheduled to Sunday. They sent Alacita, Andra and Blaize and they were at the house for about 4 1/2 hours. They wore masks and booties. We made sure to move everything out of the way on the cabinets and push furniture out so they could get the baseboards. We will use their services again of we are looking to do house cleaning.

UPDATE after several months of service:

I have been very unhappy with House 2 Om over the last several months. There is very little about this service that can be considered "professional," especially at this price point. I am struggling to succinctly describe my experience, so I will instead simply list the issues I have had:
1. Bleach was used on the one countertop I warned them against using bleach on from the very beginning. The glossy finish was removed from the countertop completely and now the finish is dull and smeared permanently. To top this off, when it happened and I called them on it, I was confronted and it was suggested that I had used the bleach on the countertop, not them. Are you kidding me? I warned you about it in the first place…
2. Don't routinely vacuum behind floor-length curtains.
3. Consistently leaves smears and smudges on all glossy surfaces (see pics). I would frequently have to come home and literally clean up after the cleaners.
4. Opened windows to my house while cleaning during 96F heat and left them open after they departed. My AC ran all day with the windows open.
5. Most recently, they not only left all of the lights on in the kitchen, but they left all of the kitchen items disheveled and out of place, apparently leaving in haste and not finishing the job after they had been here for 3 hrs, as seen on my home security.

There were other issues, but the above were the most egregious. Ultimately the service is run by a nice and responsive person, Toni, but her current staff is made up of early 20-something year old girls who clean the house as if they were cleaning their parent's house instead of a client's house, i.e., unprofessional cleaning with very little attention to detail and apparently no pride in their own work.

I'm not a big Yelp reviewer, but I had to this time. I continue to be impressed with this company! My first impression was based on my interaction with Toni when I called to inquire about services. Not only was she super knowledgeable and helpful, but she's a little firecracker lol. She scheduled a team to come over to my place and the communication was fantastic. There were multiple calls/texts just to let me know the girls were going to run about 15 min late. Then I met the girls: Blaize, Autumn, and Andrea. They are the sweetest girls and so friendly and personable! They weren't even phased by the fact that my ac unit decided to leak all over the floor like an hour before they showed up

The girls were so detailed–Who knew that baseboards could basically sparkle! They even vacuumed my kitties' 7' cat condo. It was a phenomenal job and way more than I had expected. I had maintenance over fixing the ac unit and unclogging the bathroom sink (apparently they are connected ‍) at the same time as the cleaning, and maintenance made a big mess. No problem for these girls! And even when they were walking out the front door, they stopped to "Webster" some cobwebs by the porch light! It is obvious that they take a lot of pride in the work they do.

As far as pricing, House 2 Om is a little pricer than others I was looking at. But it's seriously worth every single extra penny. Please do yourself and your house a favor and check this company out!!

Sorry I don't have before pictures, but I can assure you….the bathroom was gross, the shower was even worse, and I was ready to give up on the floors–between the flooding and my kitties constantly kicking up litter….it was pretty bad.

No weekly cleaning! Contacted them for a quote on weekly cleaning. The lady who answered the phone was friendly, but disorganized and preoccupied. She asked if I was calling for a job. I explained to her I was calling to hire their company, not for a job. She then asked what I was looking for. I explained that I needed 3 bathrooms cleaned in a WEEKLY basis. She kept focusing on the size of my home and the number of bedrooms despite me telling her I don't need the house cleaned. Just the bathrooms on a weekly basis. She didn't seem to listen to my request about special cleaning products that I'd provide because I wanted them used on certain areas of the bathrooms (marble & granite).

At the end of the conversation she finally told me they don't offer weekly cleaning! Had she listened to me in the beginning she wouldn't have wasted my time or hers. Then she had the nerve to say she really wished I was calling for a job! Who does that! Really unprofessional and inattentive.

Figured I'd add more info since the owner responded and sort of left the impression I wasn't being forthright. So I'll give more on the pricing I was offered and what I was told. I called on June 1st at 2:51PM in case they want to know who was working that day that gave me the "wrong" information. I was told No weekly cleaning of any sort was offered. I was told only bi-weekly cleaning (once every 2 weeks). I was quoted $258 fo bi-weekly for 3 bathrooms. Which I had no problem with the price. Just wish she would have offered me a weekly cleaning option. Would be nice if everyone who worked for this company was on the the page as the owner.

I can't say enough about my 1st experience with House 2 Om! After reading their positive YELP reviews, I had high hopes about this cleaning company. And I was definitely not disappointed!
I spoke to Toni to set up my appointment, she was very nice & extremely accommodating. First of all I was so pleased that I could actually speak to a live person over the phone, instead of having to email or communicate through a "chat". Then to top it off, Toni found a crew to send out much sooner than I had expected! She was very patient about answering all my questions and thoroughly explained in detail, the different packages and services that they offered. She helped me find the perfect package to meet my needs.

The 3 young ladies who came out to my home (Myesha, Briana & Bryanna) were absolutely AMAZING! They were on time, professional, very friendly & most importantly thorough! Their attention to detail was quite impressive. My built-in stainless steel microwave it's so shiny that it looks brand new again! (Thanks Myesha!) They were very good about explaining what they would be working on as they went along.
I found Myesha, Briana & Bryanna all to be very positive and respectful throughout their time in my home. These 3 are extremely hard workers & I'm very grateful that they were available on the day of my appointment. (I'd highly recommend requesting them by name!) At the end, they did a walk-through, going over everything they had cleaned. Even pointing out some problem areas that I had worried were "beyond help".
I appreciate that they offered some tips on keeping up with some stubborn areas. One of the things I appreciated most, was how well they worked together & communicated with one another. They all seemed to have a very positive attitudes and took great pride in their work. In my opinion, this is a direct reflection of the company & how well they treat their employees. I love supporting businesses that value & respect those who work for them. Thank you House 2 Om for the best Mother's Day gift, I could've hoped for this year!

Capital City Maids Honest Reviews

This is the 2nd time we hired Capital City Maids this month. First time was a gift from my children from Mother's Day. Today was the deep cleaning of our son's home while he and his wife were on a honeymoon. Just like the first time, the service was exceptional!

We had 3 ladies today (arrived early) and, again, they worked super hard and nonstop for about 3-1/2 hours. Every nook and cranny was cleaned. They were friendly and certainly efficient.

I felt the price, for the quality of service, was very fair and almost inexpensive. I feel we got a lot for the price.

My son and his wife just got home and they are blown away by house amazing their home looks!

Highly, highly recommend! THANKS AGAIN!

Did a deep clean with plan for monthly follow ups

Will agree with a previous poster that:

1. I was told I would get a day prior reminder which ended up being morning of without update that the ladies would be late. They showed about half an hour late. I don't mind/care about this. Traffic/other jobs can cause delays. It happens. I am just noting similar with other post.
2. The baseboards were missed in most rooms.

That being said, they otherwise did a stellar job everywhere else and I am please enough to plan to continue service. I am planning to ask then to help do the baseboards at my next month service. I would recommend them to anybody.

Update: the business owner refunded the cleaning fee, and indicated this is not their typical work quality.

I had an initial deep clean. I was told the arrival time would be between 3-4 pm, but they didn't arrive until almost 4:30. After they left I was finding stuff on the floor still, to the point I went ahead and vacuumed again myself. I noticed there were areas of the floor (such as corners) where they clearly didn't clean, and the baseboards were still dirty. I noticed the tile floor in my shower is still not totally clean. They did not clean behind the faucets in the bathroom. They also did not clean the front of my refrigerator or oven. One thing they did do well was clean all the blinds. They were also friendly and professional. My son had written all over his shower/tub with crayons (made for the tub), they did an ok job getting that mess off.

This is a review regarding their response and honesty. My husband and I were in the market for a new cleaning company. We've tried two others that just did not work out for us in these past two years. I then had scheduled with another cleaning company but they became unresponsive after attempting to reschedule with me when one of their staff became sick.
I ended up contacting Capital City Maids. They were responsive and their pricing is hard to beat. I was given a quote for an initial cleaning and monthly cleaning both which were incredibly reasonable for the size of my house. The cleaner came out and did a walk through of my house with me. All my questions were answered regarding cleaning and the ladies that came understood exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service is wonderful.

Unfortunately my husband and I decide to go another route and did not book them but if I ever do need a cleaner in the future I plan to outreach to them again!

When I used Yelp to get quotes for the service this company was the first one to respond and the owner was thorough in her communication in terms of the price and the kind of service. I contacted Capital City Maids for a quote for deep cleaning and Jesus got back to me very quickly with a competitive quote. I scheduled a date and time and they showed up on time, even though I don't expect them to considering that they might have other work scheduled before mine. Not only did they show up on time, but Jesus texted me 30 minutes before their arrival. He even confirmed with me the day before my appointment.

Marisol and Leyda did such a great job. They are so sweet and worked very hard. They cleaned everything, from carpets to tile floor, to windows and window sills. They cleaned all my furnishings and little knick knacks, under the furniture, refrigerator, stove, oven and even made my bed! I mean they cleaned EVERYTHING and they did a fantastic job!

Are you just tired of cleaning your house, especially all by yourself on the weekend and losing your entire day off to play Cleaning Lady and breaking a sweat? Things need to change, Sista! I have been hiring Capital City Maids since Oct 2021 ~ they come in bi-monthly. The housekeepers show up on time and are positive and productive; they do a very good job with regular cleaning… mopping, sweeping (dog hair), windows, mirrors, wiping down all counters and surfaces, bathrooms including showers, sinks, toilets, bedrooms including beds, take out the trash, dusting, kitchen including wipe down exterior kitchen cabinets and appliances. For a very reasonable price.

They communicate in a timely manner, the housekeepers work independently as a team, they bring their own supplies, and are very respectful of me and my property.

Seriously, I feel like a princess, now I get my "happily ever after."

The owner was quick to respond after I sent a quote request. She was able to come and do an in-home quote estimate on the same day. She seemed very booked on her schedule but she was able to accommodate us to book a cleaning session. However, on the day of the service, she gave us a last min notice 2 hours before she was supposed to arrive and stated she wasn't feeling well and would contact us to reschedule. We never heard back from her ever again. I thought it was unprofessional that she never contacted us back. I felt like Leticia was really unprofessional. I hired her to clean our window tracks, my pantry shelves and the bathrooms before we moved into our new home. I was at the home to get a quote from her and showed her everything I wanted done. I was 3 hours away at our old residence the day of the cleaning and would be at our new home the next day after the cleaning. I was unable to view her work, and so she had told me that she would send me pictures of her work. During her cleaning( while I had movers at my house moving) she text me to tell me it's so hot in the home. I told her she can turn on the AC in the home as long as she turns it off before leaving. I offered her water in the fridge. She text me again to tell me that she's ready to quite the job because it's so hot in the home. Mind you I'm 3 hours away and unable to do anything from where I was at. I haven't even moved in yet. I told her she can quite if she wanted and I would pay for the work she did so far. She refused and said she would finish. She text me when she was done and told me that fast payment was appreciated and she had another job to do, but would send pics after that. I sent payment right away. No pictures were sent to me at all. I finally moved into the home the next day and noticed she didn't fully clean all the window tracts. There was still tons of webs and dust. I ended up vacuuming them myself. The AC was never turned off as well and was running when I got to my new residence.

Leticia did an awesome job. We have two kids under 4 and although we weren't living in a pig sty, we needed a little help to feel like we could spend some time working, time playing, time living instead of just cleaning after our two tornadoes. Leticia is great! She does a great job cleaning and is super responsive to special requests (ex: windows, inside fridge, furniture etc.) She is reasonably priced and efficient so you know you are getting a lot for your money. Very quick to respond and follow up on requests. They were very attentive to details and took the time to get everything cleaned instead of rushing through as I've seen others do in the past.

They missed one small area which was a surprise considering the attention they gave to the details but I can understand considering the quality of work in all other areas. It was a long cleaning job so it was fully understandable. When I brought it up they offered to drop by just to clean that area. That shows that they take their quality of their work very seriously.

Totally worth the money spent and I liked their work for the move in cleaning so much that I decided to sign them up for regular cleaning as well.

Bought a new house and wanted a deep cleaning before I brought my valuables in. The cleaners arrived and there was a language barrier. Via an app I let them know I wanted a deep clean. They finished 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. It was an easier job because I had just purchased the home so there was nothing in there. I left to allow space for them to clean. They let me know they finished so I asked to please lock up and I was on my way back home.

When I arrived back my garage door was left wide open. My 2 bathroom toilets had not been cleaned nor marble counters wiped down. I reached out and they said they had a second job for that Saturday so Monday was the earliest they could come clean my toilets. I hadn't unpacked yet so I had to go buy a toilet scrubber or sit in filth. They came Monday and the employee was short but completed the job. It was frustrating paying $700+ and my toilets etc being overlooked. I will check for better reviews next time or do the job myself. The house smelled better but I am unsure what else was overlooked at toilets were. No compensation or adjustment was offered. I paid full price and waited 2 days for my toilets to be cleaned. Would not recommend.

First off, they were super responsive. I wanted the house cleaned asap and they were able to get us in the next day at 9am!

The ladies showed up on time & they were incredibly nice, efficient, and super professional.

We asked for a deep clean and honestly we didn't know how thorough of a job they'd do but they went above and BEYOND our expectations!! The house looks, feels, and smells amazing!! I'd 1000% recommend them to friends and family!!

Kudos to my youngest son in doing his Yelp research for finding them (I think he takes after me)..

The arrived around 9 am.. (two people).. and didn't finish cleaning until 6ish..

My ex-house is a two story and over 2200 sq ft. Translates into a lot of cleaning!

The house was in need of a very big deep cleaning.. considering all of my ex and two sons enjoying their bachelorhood..

I contacted Chris Cleaning for a quote, they guided me to their site, along with the options. I decided last minute to go with this company & I'm glad I did. The prices are reasonable. We needed a deep clean on hour home, last minute, & I was able to schedule a team to come out within 2 days. Luciana & her team came out & they were so kind & did a great job! I was not disappointed.
Just remember, when booking, to add hallways and/or different little areas of the house that aren't in the options given. They are very specific about what they clean, etc.
I've already recommended their services to friends & would definitely book again.

The ordering process was easy to do. After my submission, the manager called to help me with an alternate choice that worked better for me. When there was a conflict w the cleaning and staging crews, I spoke to the manager and we worked it out. The cleaning crew showed up a few minutes early, and got right to work. November 2021 – I submitted a housecleaning request for Sacramento. I am not familiar with the area but needed a job performed, and Chris Cleaning promptly responded to the yelp inquiry. I have to be honest with you – it is difficult to distinguish what should be included in a deep cleaning. I am the Anita baker pandora station – bleach down everything while washing on a fresh Sunday morning type of person. That is me. When I am looking at the cleaning options – I have to think to myself, "Can they do a better job than I can? And, will this be priced accurately?"
Chris Cleaning provided both a good base for a deep cleaning. We did not get the fresh deep bleach and pine-sol smell that we are used to as kids. But the dust and grime were wiped away. The cleaning fans were wiped and like new. The toilet ring disappeared, and the random spots on the floor? Gone. It was a pleasant experience.
Will they come back? I can see the use of having a reoccurring service but for us? This perfect deep cleaning gave us the jumping off point we need to maintain the home. Yes, use them. Do yourself a favor – assess your space and determine what kind of cleaning you require and THEN ask Chris Cleaning what options would serve your purpose. Do not just assume that they will clean it because they see it. They are not your little eyes – they charge by the hour and have a job to do. Oh, and one last thing – tip them.

I agreed to hire this company because if there extensive list of things they deep clean it included things like wall stains, and my home needed a very deep cleaning, what I got was mediocre and they even came late. I was happy about my home just looking good because it's been so hard lately with covid and kids and more I explained to them the situation she told me not to worry and that I didn't need to get anything ready before they got here but after coming inside and taking a look a lot was overlooked and they took 4 plus hours, charged over $200

Pros- brought own supplies, two people, mop floors, made beds, the kitchen( stove was perfect) around toilet and tub very well, my home smelled good after, they wore masks.

Cons- They missed a lot of other areas, like under bathroom sink, pantry. threw away bags of my things( wasn't trash) my bedroom wasn't cleaned, just bed made but very sloppy, under my couches still dirty.

Not sure I'd hire again, but Thank you!

We called Chris Cleaning to do a full clean of our dad's large home. A move out clean. He was able to schedule us for the next day. His team was right on time, professional and did and exceptional job of cleaning the entire home including the inside windows. We added the rug cleaning too and his guy also did an excellent job. They home has not looked this good and completely and deeply clean in years. They stayed in touch by text during the clean out to make sure all was to our expectations and followed up at the end. I'm a little late on this review but the two women who did a move out cleaning on my home before we moved out were very kind. I wish I had taken photos but to sum it up, we got our security deposit back in full! Of course cleaning doesn't guarantee that but after living their 5+ years I would say it was a big factor! The owner was super responsive. They were a bit late but he let me know ahead of time, and it was totally understandable because it was pouring rain and there were accidents everywhere.

Scheduled a move out cleaning for 1:30, and got a text a little after 12:30 saying they are at the house. I was out of town and scheduled the cleaning around my schedule, so I had to rush there to let them in. What's the point of scheduling when they're gonna show up an hour early to no one there? They also left all their equipment on the step in front of the door.

When they came back the ladies parked in the driveway and didn't really acknowledge me. I told her the front door was open then they started.

I came back when it was done and she walked through with me. It's a big house, so I was pretty lenient with some things that weren't cleaned to perfection. The cleaner pointed some items out– she couldn't clean the oven all the way but tried really hard, some blinds broke off various windows, she couldn't clean the shower floor because it was old (I just did it myself) and she broke a fan panel when she was cleaning it. Mind you– I paid $650 for a house cleaning service.

When getting my payment situated I mentioned the things we talked about during the walk through to the rep that was texting me. I'm assuming the business owner?

I was absolutely surprised and shocked at the way they responded and just layered excuse after excuse. Long story short– the cleaners took a piece of packing tape, slapped it on the fan panel, sent a picture to their boss, and said it was already broken. During the walk through– she told me she broke it and was in there when I took the pic (miraculously without the tape). She told her boss otherwise.

I honestly knew it was a honest mistake and that the cleaner felt really bad. But I couldn't handle the lying and the constant excuses in the messages from the boss. Like, there were so many excuses and the tone was just so confrontational. That on its own ruined the entire experience. The lack of customer service was just sad.

I attached screenshots of the conversation so you can see the excuses for yourself and make your own judgement.

They did offer to come back to fix the fan, but we were out the next day & did not have the time since they ended late evening. What's the point though, how were they gonna fix it? With glue? Or more packing tape??. They did apologize too, but the conversation still doesn't sit well with me. Or the lying. Or the deceit.

Can't believe I paid $650 for that service.

To update: the property manager was so surprised that we payed over $600 for the work. He said it looked like they took a wet rag and just wiped the house down & also thought we were lying about getting the house professionally cleaned.

I absolutely do not recommend their move out cleaning services.

Review on customer service after a conversation with owner Chris. I recommend you be careful of pricing. I wanted only part of my house cleaned, less than half, but the owner would not budge on price and only offered a 5% discount on a quote for the entire 4 bed, 3 bath space. I made it very clear the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms would not be touched. I would still have to pay the close to $400 for a job that's not that much money. If you select specific areas, the quote is $$$. It came out to be $330 for my selected areas. Pricing is flawed.
