I have utilized Prime Shine services to clean my business for the past year. Despite calls to let them know my dissatisfaction, the service has never cleaned everything they promised to clean (and there are many surfaces that they refuse to clean.) So many surfaces were neglected time after time. When I call to complain, I am told that the cleaning staff spent time in the business and that the toilet grime and spider nests and dust bunnies on the baseboards were created in the past few days. I don't think so. I have hired another firm.

[Tues, July 21, 8-ish PM] Oh, I'm sure they do a fine job with the cleaning. But they lack some ethics when it comes to properly disposing of the garbage. I was behind one of their small reddish station wagons driving up Bay Rd. in Saginaw, near McCarty, I guess, when a giant garbage back on the roof rack of the car fell off and crashed to the pavement in front of me.
Garbage EVERYWHERE. I went around it. But I turned into the Ford Dealership on the left, just to see if they were gonna go back and pick it up. It looked like they were. They went into the chevy dealer on the right, and turned around. But by then, the garbage was blowing all over the parking lot of ABC warehouse. I'm sure it must have looked hopeless to them. But they should have at least TRIED.
Furthermore, maybe in the future, don't put the trash on the roof of the car. Yes, it must suck to have the smelly trash in the car with you while you drive, but I think that's got to be part of the job. NO LITTERING. Step forward, Prime Shine, and pay the $500 "no littering" fine. You're guilty, and littering is bad, bad, bad public relations.
If it's an honest mistake, pay the consequences. If it's a normal business practice to dispose of your garbage in this mannor, well, then do nothing. The business community will just know that it shouldn't hire you. (I'm sure the name and address of the business you'd just cleaned was stamped all over the papers in that pile of trash you deposited on Bay Road today.)

Yesterday Prime Shine came and cleaned our home as a gift from my in-laws. I have never been so disappointed! Not only did they come back twice, but the house was still dirty. I also pre cleaned. The bath tub was not even touched, it still had hair in it. Our house isn't even that big!I would NOT choose them for service! My husband called the owner and she hung up on him…… Not very professional!

Rearranged my entire house after they told me they would pick things up, clean under them, and then replace the items. Furniture was moved in bedrooms, kitchen items were moved and rearranged, among numerous other items.
This experience definitely added more stress than we had before. The owner hung up on me when I told him I was dissatisfied, as his wife Terry squabbled in the background.
Worst customer service. The owner said his business had never had a bad review in all their 8 years, which is very hard to believe for me. When you make a mistake you fix it, or attempt to, not blame the customer and disregard their feelings.
Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
