Super happy with the job done by the girls with Tranquil Home! They were here right on time and arrived with all the equipment and cleaning supplies needed for a deep clean. They both worked very hard the entire time they were here. I had some "challenging" stains in my oven and along my window frame and they did a great job erasing them.
The office had excellent communication and answered any questions I had fairly quickly.

Their service may be good for a weekly or bi-weekly dusting/cleaning of your home, but definitely not good if you need to get a real cleaning job done. I needed a move-in "deep clean" service, but the job that two people did each for 4.5h I could have done myself in 1-2h. The staffs needed to be supervised to actually do some work and at the end, the state of the home was not much different compared to what it was. They basically do not use any chemicals, so you can imagine how much work can be done by a simple brush and mop. After much argument and request for refund, I was still charged about $250 for a 1200sqft home (original bill was close to $500). For comparison, my previous landlord (Irvine Company) charged me $160 for a real cleaning of the 760sqft apartment (and I did not do any cleaning before vacating), and based on my and others experience, they do a really good job of cleaning down to the last stain/dust because they it is their policy to want the next tenant to have a brand-new looking home.
In short, I do not recommend their service for major/extensive cleaning needs.

Erica from Tranquil Home completed our first deep cleaning service, and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the cleaning was absolutely ten out of ten. I requested quotes from multiple companies via Yelp before selecting this company. They were prompt in their reply and competitive with pricing. I was able to set up an account through their website and I received multiple emails and texts regarding my service, both before and after, which were nice reminders and summaries of work.
I requested a move in/out deep clean. Note that there is a 30-minute arrival window for the cleaner. I didn't know this, as a lot of the texts I received said a precise time. Unfortunately, the cleaner was a no-show during the entire window. Nobody answered the company phone after multiple attempts, either, which was frustrating. They eventually got back to me and apologized for the inconvenience. They tried to get a cleaner to cover ASAP, but I ended up having to wait 3 hours to get somebody out there to complete the job. They comped the cleaning, which was the right thing to do. The work itself was of good quality.

We needed a deep clean and after getting quotes and looking at reviews we chose Tranquil. We liked that they used cleaner products and the prices were fair. For 3.5 hours it was $375 without tip and a discount for a review on Yelp.
Few things to note: skip the request on Yelp and just go to their website. That's where they direct you anyways.

The cleaners were on time at 8:00 am which I appreciated but they don't notify when they on their way. I have a dog that I have to put in the cage so a 10 minute heads up would be nice.
Overall they were super friendly and did exactly as asked. I wanted them to prioritize dusting and the bathrooms and they did a great job.

I booked Tranquil Home after seeing the great reviews on Yelp. I was relocating to the San Diego area from Cincinnati and knew after a 36 hour drive I would not want to clean upon arrival. The previous tenant had a cat and I'm allergic so thought it was worth the spend to hire for a deep cleaning. I just got here and to be honest it doesn't even look like the cleaner came. There are still clumps of cat hair throughout the house, the microwave wasn't cleaned, the fridge wasn't cleaned, the oven was not cleaned, I can run my finger across the metal countertop and you can see where I left a mark in the dust. There's human hair and soap marks left inside of the drawers. Looks like I now need to go head to Target when I was looking forward to a relaxing first evening in my new place. Beyond disappointed and frustrating.

Shortly after posting this review, the owner gave me a call and offered to refund me the entire cleaning fee and also scheduled time for another cleaner to stop by.
The second cleaner did a great job and was able to help me scrub a lot of grease off the oven and cleaned the spots the previous cleaner did not get like the bath tub. We also did a walkthrough before the cleaner left which I didn't get to do last time.
Great customer service. I believe I just had a bad apple as a first impression, but the owner was able to immediately correct the situation.

I was very happy with the communication, cost, and overall value of services provided. Our cleaner arrived promptly at the start time which was appreciated. She was friendly and flexible when I pointed out particular things I needed help with. She brought all her own cleaning equipment and was able to dust our ceiling, clean our oven and stove, vacuum carpets and furniture, and do all this while constantly having to work around our two very curious cats. I scheduled a deep spring cleaning for today and they sent two cleaners to my home. I was very happy with one of the cleaner's work, and fairly disappointed in the other's. The place was pretty clean to start with so I was hoping for a deeper and very thorough look at everything. I was pleased to see the kitchen afterwards when I pointed out specific areas I wanted focused on. But some basic areas in the bedroom and bathroom such as the bed frame, ceiling fans, and mirrors did not get dusted. I also specifically asked for them to mop the floors, but it was evident that they did not cover everything. I have a lot of respect for cleaners because it's a chore that I hate (hence hiring someone) and I can understand how spots get missed, but for the price I paid for this service I felt that, overall, it was rushed and probably wouldn't book with them in the future.

Blanca and Jasmin were right on time and did a fantastic job! Our bathrooms sparkle and the soap scum on our glass shower doors is nowhere to be seen. Jasmin did a fantastic job in the kitchen and our fridge and stove look spectacular. She even re-organized our condiments in the fridge door by type and size. How thoughtful! Everything actually fits better in our fridge now. lol.

Absolutely Clean Agency gave me great service for a reasonable price while detailing everything they planned to clean. Since my house had been recently renovated, there was a lot of construction and paint spots on tiles, and the cleaning crew took care of all of that!
I also had Absolutely Clean Agency clean the windows, they did a decent job for a fair price.
I would 100% recommend and hire this company again. Great communication, ease of booking an appointment, quality of work, and professionalism are all big reasons why this review is a 5!

Yelp's Request a Quote did me right, yet again! I used the function to hunt for a new house cleaner, with my first request being a deep clean in prep for my new baby arriving. I'm in full nesting mode and I wanted no spec of dust anywhere.
I'll start by saying this was the most responsive out of the 4 businesses I began to speak with. Absolute Clean's owner, Oksana, was very attentive to my questions with very quick turnaround (within minutes) using Yelp's Messaging feature.
They showed up within the window provided with all their own supplies.
Although not the cheapest quote I got, I picked this agency because they priced out the service itself for me, rather than responding with an hourly rate. They have a deep cleaning list on their website, and the price covered all the actions listed and supplied two cleaners. The quote was focused on my square footage and on the job itself, not how long it would take (which likely depends on how dirty things are). To me this equaled a win because I felt the cleaners would be fast and focused, rather than pacing to fill up the time booked.
My thought process was correct: I've had cleaners in the past booked for 2.5 or even 4 hour blocks of time, and they seemed to move with a lack of sense of urgency. Oksana's team was the total opposite. They were super detailed, fast and focused on the checklist. My home took them a little over three and a half hours to deep clean, and it was such a better result than other agencies I've dealt with on a hourly basis.
After the service, Oksana followed up via text requesting feedback for any concerns (I had none) and even while the cleaning was happening the cleaners checked in with me to see if I was happy or had anything I wanted them to go over again (I didn't). They were both professional and presented themselves as trustworthy.
I'm probably going to use this agency as my regular cleaners going forward and cancel my other service – It's a better functioning business than the handful of others I've tried and as for the clean, I'm perfectly happy!

We called them for deep cleaning, 2 nice ladies did an ok job, I wouldn't call them again though.
On top of the base deep cleaning price they charged extra for windows & blinds. I was fine but didn't expect blinds to be still dirty after the job. Insides of the shelves were still dusty, my wife had to wetwipe before putting the goods. After running your finger you can easily see a dirt layer inside the cabinets, blinds etc.
Anyway I won't coming back and won't recommend them for deep/cleaning.

Oh my gosh! This is the most incredible housekeeping/super powered cleaning service in San Diego! I can't possibly say enough about them. They replied to me on Yelp almost instantly about an emergency deep clean for my son who is going thru chemo and and needs a clean environment. They cleaned my rental and when I reviewed the floor it looked like they just did a quick mop. I found some circle that was sticky and was able to look near the floor by the door hinge and see we're they missed cleaning the floor. The counters have dusty white powder still on them. The lady that was translating was frustrated she just said that is how your counters are. Wow. Ceiling fixtures were not dusted. Will not be using them again. Only reason I gave 3 stars was they were organized for scheduling and prompt to come back and try to clean.

I have a busy schedule, so it can be hard for me to schedule with most cleaning services. Finding myself with a couple of random open days, I messaged Absolutely Clean. They got right back to me and got me in the next day! Not sure if I just got lucky, but that was the easiest time I've had scheduling a cleaning ever.
The crew came on time, and the cleaning was no drama. They knew what to do, and they neither left things dirty nor over-cleaned. (Some services try too hard to clean things they shouldn't and end up wrecking things. These folks wrecked nothing.)

I searched Yelp for cleaning services and chose this company because it had so many 5-star ratings. Perhaps my expectations were too high. I also just moved from the east coast and I am missing my previous cleaners. On the east coast, I paid a $200 flat rate for one or two cleaners to clean a 2,000 square foot house with furniture as needed, which was usually once every 3 weeks-4 months. They cleaned it like to was their own home. They even cleaned inside my microwave and the coffee pot. Windows and even cat towers were included upon request.
Things Absolutely Clean did well: The quote and scheduling process went smoothly. They were able to find cleaners for me very quickly which was important to me. They sent enough people who arrived early within the arrival window which is much appreciated. They were flexible with changes to the cleaning plan.
This was my first time working with a cleaning agency as opposed to directly with the cleaners. I learned that a move-in cleaning was different than a deep cleaning and they can only do either or. They were flexible with changing my deep cleaning to a move-in cleaning as my stuff was still in transit across the country. I also learned that changes to the plan usually meant changes with the price and it goes through a process of me asking the cleaners, the cleaners asking the agency, and the agency confirming with me. More steps, but being on the same page about plan and price is appreciated. Windows were add-ons and not included, which I was aware of. I really wanted my house absolutely clean and I was willing to spend the money.
It was a lot of money though. $935! $575 flat rate for a move in clean, 15 windows inside at $6 each, 12 windows both sides at $12 each, 8 blinds at $12 each, and 2 glass doors at $15 each. I was surprised there was a "two step ladder, no reach" cleaning rule for safety which is understandable. But who do I need to call to clean the high ledges and chandeliers?
My greatest disappointment during this experience was that I had to ask them to clean the tops of door frames again and I got push-back from one of the cleaners. It was still dirty. It was within the two step ladder rule. For all the money I paid for windows and blinds, the top of the blinds were still dirty. I got push-back from one of the cleaners who said they cleaned it but it was just so dirty it's going to require more cleanings in the future. Yes, the tops required more than just wiping a couple of times. Is it too much to expect wipe until clean these days?
At first, I thought this 2,600 square foot house is a big project and I made some additions at the beginning, so maybe I'll just clean above the doors and blinds, which I was able to do for the master bedroom. But then I got tired and was really hoping they would help with the rest. One of the cleaners did help but the others were ready to go. This is different from how I imagined a flat rate project worked. I didn't even check the floorboards. I was too tired.
The bathrooms, kitchen, and windows looked amazing afterwards. I really appreciated their help with cleaning out the old empty cupboards and storage shelves (which are included in a "move in" clean since they're empty but not in a "deep clean").
I don't like micromanaging. I just started micromanaging these kind of services because I had a recent terrible experience with Pack & Load Services.
I wouldn't say Absolutely Clean made my house absolutely clean. They did a good initial cleaning. I'm not sure it was worth the money but I was too tired from moving across the country to look for a better deal.

I had a deep clean last month and a team of 3 people came. It was very easy to book and they were super responsive over email. They did a very attentive job, yet no couches were touched, which I found odd. In any case, a couple weeks later i realized one of my oven doors would not open properly. I have a double oven so hadn't used that particular oven since the clean and no one else in my house had. I contacted them and it's been radio silence. No one noted that they had broken the oven door at the clean and the company has never responded. Just beware that if you do get a clean (a very expensive clean, I may add) and something goes wrong, there will be no care or consideration given to you.

My prior housecleaner rescheduled on me last minute twice and I knew I needed someone reliable.
So I called Green Frog and they picked up immediately. Luckily they had a cancellation the next day so they could come clean my house at my preferred time! For the quote, they gave me a large range for my 3 bd, 2bath 1400 sq ft 1 story home – i think it was from $250-350+ depending on how many hours it took to clean.
My house is pretty tidy (no kids, no pets, with one of the bathrooms rarely being used). So I was a bit surprised the cost after the service was on the higher end. But ultimately it was still well within the quoted range and I was very satisfied with the level of clean they got the house.
They arrived on time and I was able to show them around and point out areas that I wanted extra attention paid to. After they finished the gave me a quote for monthly cleaning and it was super reasonable! I like how they brought their own eco-friendly supplies and vacuum.

The attached pictures say it all, as far as I can tell they didn't take out a single bag of trash in the *three* hours *three* of them were there. And the rub is they had to pass two GD dumpsters on the way to their cars when it was time to leave. So 3 hours and $589 dollars later they stick me with 4 bags of trash to take out by myself, when there were three of them an we could have each carried a single back. And maybe after 15 years in San Diego i still haven't adapted to the housekeeping culture here which is perfectly to clean your house using you're trash bags. But asking the snowflakes to carry a single bag of trash to the dumpster might impinge on the TikTok video they're filming on the way to their cars, and they obviously need one hand to hold the phone, and the other to toss their hair this way and that as they bitch about the cleaning company that just hired them and expected them to actually clean a toilet during their first week on the job when they were still taking in the vibrations. And then the waterworks come as she describes being told not once, but twice, to get in there and clean that toilet. And I was so traumatized by the way they *told* me to do something. DId you get that, they actually told me to do something, as if they owned me. And I can already feel the PTSD coming on, and I am pretty sure i will never be able to clean a toilet again after this, so that's what i am going to tell the boss when we get back, and he's just going to have to live with it.
3 hours, 3 "cleaners", 4 bags of trash, $589, and ran out of time in a 1,000 sq. ft. condo to even enter the Guest Bedroom, the Guest Bathroom, The Master Bathroom, or the floor in the Master Bedroom. And I hired them in anticipation of showing my place in the interest of selling it, but they did a lot more sweeping and wiping than actual cleaning, and there's just no way I could recommend them in good conscience.
I did bring these concerns to their attention, including sending them the same photos, and their response was to offer me a $30 refund, which I told them to go ahead and keep so they could buy all their superstars lunch.

After the wonderfully thorough deep cleaning by Nataly's team in their first visit, I literally spent the rest of the day singing and dancing through my sparkly home because it made me so happy … then woke up again and did it the next day, too. (If you could hear my singing voice or see my dance moves, you might avoid using this service! Please don't let that dissuade you!)
I waited to write a review until our second cleaning, just to be sure the service was consistent and I'm pleased to say it went just as well! Jacqueline did a great job and was even patient and kind while being introduced to our wee hairy beasties.

I will never use this service again. They deserve a negative star! I wanted to do something nice for my son who is disabled and who has a caretaker. I ordered a deep clean. They sent over a newbie who walked off the job and told my son he was new could not do the job, and then he lied to his employer about what he saw in my son's apartment, i.e. syringes! My son called and was appreciative about the guy's honesty until I told him what he said! My son and his caregiver are highly upset as there has never been anything like that ever near them! I had the caregiver call and tell the company the worker lied and now my son won't talk to me because he thinks I thought he would be the type of person to use syringes! Everyone is upset! Instead of sending an experienced cleaner over to rectify the situation to ameliorate the damage their worker created They did not honor their agreement! Not only are they unprofessional, they did real damage to people. Stay far away from these people! On top of that I paid good money for a deep professional clean and the guy was new and did not know how to clean, then lied, and walked off the job, making some excuse! Now my son will not talk to me because he thinks I thought badly of him and it has turned into a giant mess!

Absolutely horrible. I used this company for a move in/out cleaning for a 400 square foot granny flat. They sent three technicians, which I thought was excessive, but I figured three would get the job done faster. After two hours of cleaning by three people, these photos show what was left when I came to inspect. "Move in/out" was marked by the technician on my receipt, so there was no miscommunication. The job was for a deep clean. It is my understanding that when a cleaner comes to prepare a living space for someone to move in, it should be move-in ready in terms of cleanliness. This is clearly not what I got. Over $300 is what I spent for this. Because this was a rental, someone was moving in the following day and I had to quickly find another cleaning company to come in and do the job correctly. When I asked Green Frog for a refund, they apologized and sent me half of what I paid. Completely unacceptable. Horrible cleaning and customer service. I would like to give a shout out to Coastal House Cleaning who came out same-day and did an amazing job fixing the inadequacies of Green Frog's "work."

Just had Green Frog do our initial deluxe cleaning while I was at work and my husband was home. The representative first quoted him $260 for the work to be done. During the process, she called for additional help without our knowledge and did not communicate there would be additional charges for the extra person. My husband was shocked to see the invoice had jumped to $398 due to her calling in someone on her own accord.
Once they left I personally felt like we were overcharged and began to look at the house. When looking at the house compared to their check list I see that items that were said to have been done were not. Dusting was my main concern so I was pretty bummed to see each fan/light fixture was skipped over and there were still cobwebs in the hallway.
Personally I feel like they took advantage of my husband trusting that they would do their job without having to hover over them and I won't be recommending Green Frog to family and friends. My house is clean but not $400 clean.

The two technicians who came were very friendly and communicated what they would be doing throughout the visit. The issue I have is the price point I paid for the amount of work that was done. I contacted Green Maids and reached an actual person in San Diego. He gave me information about pricing and availability and booked my appointment immediately. The cleaners arrived exactly on time. Their prices were VERY reasonable (the price for 4 people to come and clean for 90 minutes for what other services tried to charge me for a single person cleaning my apartment for 2 hours). And as for quality, 5-star cleaning all the way. Things I hate doing are done. Ceiling fan blades shiny, baseboards clean, that burnt on stuff under my favorite stove top burner all gone!!!, giant mirrored closet doors that always seem to streak when I clean them… not a streak in sight, window sills that get all grimy in the corners… clean and sparkly, and I didn't know my sink could ever get this white again! All green products. Everyone was masked. Everyone was polite. I thought I kept it clean here, but my place hasn't been this clean since … well… ever … it is cleaner now than when I first moved in. I booked them on the spot for a recurring cleaning. This is the company you want to hire.

Two women arrived at the house 5 minutes early, which was great because the negative reviews I saw were based on them being late. They came with all of their own supplies.
My house was in need of a deep clean so they clearly needed to spend a good amount of time on some problem areas which they did a great job on. Because there were some areas that needed deeper cleaning they couldn't get to some other areas like windows and wiping down the walls (NEITHER OF WHICH DID I SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR, SO THAT IS NOT A KNOCK ON GREEN MAIDS).
I will gladly request their services again to get to some of the other cosmetic parts of the house next time. They are greatly priced and showed up on time and did a tremendous job. Very satisfied.

I booked them for a move-in clean after finding my new place pretty dirty…Maria gave me a quote within minutes (that ended up being very accurate) and better price than other places I had looked at. For move in cleans you need to read the fine print because even if the initial quote seems similar, some places will charge added fees for things like windows, blinds, walls. Green maids had all of this included in their estimate which made it much easier and the clear best choice.
They were able to come on short notice, within a day, and performed an amazing deep clean (~3 hours) that had everything sparkling–they even got out stains on walls. I am so impressed and will definitely book them again. The best part is the products are eco-friendly, and my new home smelled AMAZING.

I was lucky- late one Friday night last week, mighty maids and a few other cleaning companies responded to my inquiry for cleaning services. What stood out to me is that the mighty maids company is efficient! They provide two maids instead of 1 maid. With this, they do have a minimum spend of at least two hours pay, even if they finish the work beforehand which is good with me.
I needed help with just two areas of my apartment: bathroom, kitchen and living room windows if they had the time. Surface clean (not deep clean..since I believe that I live very neatly). They blew me away with their cleaning skills and left the space a lot nicer. My cleaner's name was Gladys, and the admin's contacts were Victor and Andre. I told my friends they should use them if they needed help- worth every penny.

Dust everywhere, not a good look. So Víctor answered and provided me an estimate which I thought was reasonable. I'm happy I hired them , because they did a fabulous job and now I feel at home again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND if you want an actual clean house and no damage to your house. Not sure how they got 5-star ratings but the cleaning for our house was less than subpar. We were scheduled for deep cleaning and it was more surface cleaning if anything.
When we got home we discovered:
– floors not mopped
– inside windows dirty
– kitchen backsplash dirty
– Oil stains on the kitchen countertop
– Dirty kitchen fan
– dusty doors, side panels
– bathroom tiles, shower heads, faucets not cleaned
– 1 bathroom was completely left uncleaned
– did not dust the bathroom
We contacted Victor about the issues and he said "Why didn't you come back when the cleaners were done?" He didn't apologize for any of the items not being cleaned. Instead, it felt like he was blaming us. We were never made aware we had to be there when it was done. They made it seem like an optional thing. We work full-time jobs. This is why we hire a cleaning service. We had to leave work and come back to "inspect" the house. We thought we could just trust a cleaning company to do just that – clean.
Victor was nothing but unprofessional and rude. Instead of trying to fix the problems, he just sent the cleaners back after 1 hour, he said we had to wait for them. They didn't speak English well and it was hard to communicate what to tell them clean. The cleaners called Angelica and asked her to translate. I'm not sure she called the cleaners back to translate. It was a lot of pointing at places and asking the cleaners to clean them. Basic obvious things like oil stains are still on the kitchen counter. The kitchen fan was dirty still. The cleaner's response was that kitchen fans vary so they didn't clean it. Not sure why that is an excuse for not doing their job.
They refused to sweep the empty garage and clean the outside of the windows. We spoke with Victor – he said they don't do outside windows – which is fine but the inside windows were dirty with fingerprints and dust. He also rudely said, "we are a cleaning company, not a window company."
We told the cleaners to mop, they said they had already done it. However, the floor still felt dusty and our security cameras show no mopping equipment was even brought into the house. Not sure why they are lying about mopping when it is part of the service.
The cleaners also use the same rag to clean the bathroom, and toilets to then clean the rest of the house. That is just spreading germs around! Also, they wore their dirty shoes and walked all over the house. They stained our rugs with their shoe marks. What is the point of cleaning if you will just wear your dirty shoes around? Our pest control company does a better job – they always wear shoe covers to not dirty the house.
Also, note our house is a brand new renovated 1-year-old house with minimal buildup. The cleaners did not want to clean the tiles when we asked. They said "too bad" and pointed at the tiles that had minimal grime on them from normal everyday showers. We kept asking them to clean it because it is their job. Their response was to pour Ajax powder on it and not even scrub it off. Our shower floor is just full of Ajax powder which we will need to scrub off ourselves.
The cleaners also didn't bring their own sponges or cleaning spray. They used our brand new sponges from under our sink without permission and they are ruined. Also, they used our own cleaning spray to clean our backsplash. We were told they would bring their own supplies.
It was also such an awkward experience that we were told to stay at the house and babysit the cleaners to do their jobs. We thought we could trust a cleaning company to actually clean. When you pay hundreds of dollars for a cleaning service, you should not have to supervise the cleaners yourself.
When we told Victor that 1 bathroom was completely uncleaned, his response was "well you should have been there to give a tour upon arrival. You know your house best" – Does he think we don't have jobs? Again, blaming us for his company's mistakes.
With Victor's continued rudeness, we talked to Andre who was a bit nicer. He said that Victor is inexperienced and needs help sometimes. However, we also noticed the cleaners scratched our unused flat stove top attachment and our marble kitchen countertops. Andre's response was that "I don't know what to say." Now we are down hundreds of dollars for this unsatisfactory cleaning AND we have to replace our flat stove top and fix our marble countertops AND clean the rest of the house ourselves.

First time I used them they were great. I got a last min appointment for move out. Last week I inquired again for a cleaning for my boss. Set up a appointment with confirmation email and everything. On the day of they did not show or call.

This is my second home and we were coming back after a few months. So needed a service to quickly come and clean the house. I looked up a few options. Some of them had longer wait times or did not respond on a timely basis.
The Mighty Maids was responsive and sent me a fab duo. Maria and Carmel were thorough and quick. They were pleasant and friendly not chatty because both my husband and I were working from home. They were really amazing and left even hard to get to places clean. Without prompting they thoroughly cleaned the kitchen hood etc.
They are not cheap. For a 2000 sq ft deep cleaning cost around $400+ including a fairly generous tip. It could be lower for a repeat clean because it may take less time. Overall we are very happy with the quality of work and value for money this time. They left it so clean that my husband who is usually oblivious to his surroundings walked indoors with his shoes on, felt bad and brought a mop and cleaned his shoe print.
If you are on the fence, go with them. They are great. I would totally hire them again.

I contacted Mighty Maids to do a *deep clean* of my studio apartment. I called and spoke with Victor on the phone and he said he would text me right away to confirm my appt. He didn't text me so I texted him. He then confirmed the wrong day via email after our texts clearly stated another day.
I texted a couple of times and he replied to confirm he would correct it. Nothing major.. just a bit frustrating to start the process.
The day of cleaning, the maids come and I sat outside while they cleaned. When they were done, they were already taking their supplies out into the hallway and sending me an invoice. I didn't have time or an offer to inspect my unit before they left. I clearly should have asked for that. My mistake.
After they left and I paid (tipped more than 20%), I walked around and inspected my studio apartment. The kitchen, bathroom and floors looked good but everything was was covered in dust. My dresser, nightstands. TV stand, desk, wall shelves, etc… all dusty.
I contacted Victor who offered to have them come back tomorrow but I had already dusted everywhere they missed. So nothing for them to come back to do. I sent him photos of some of the areas/dust. He was argumentative with me when I explained I'd already cleaned the areas they didn't clean. I tried to be fair and say "thank you for replying to me, have a good evening, take care," etc.
Moral of the story, inspect the unit before they leave. This was clearly my error. And this was the most expensive deep cleaning I've ever paid for and the most disappointing.
Worth noting that the owner texted me after posting my review asking me to change it, then telling me to erase it and eventually threatening me legally for sharing my experience. He also started asking me for personal information. Overall, a negative experience.

Consider reading this before you hire them: I tried to hire them based off of their good reviews and they tried to scam me when it came time to pay. I was quoted $85 an hour for standard cleaning for 2-2.5 hours, I asked them to do it in 2 as it had just previously been cleaned and it's not a lot to do, this should be $170. When it came time to confirm everything Victor tells me it's going to be $220 minimum – completely disregarding his prior estimate. I tried explaining and even sent screenshots of the first quote, wondering what's going on and why the price is being changed, he completely blew me off and said "if you can't afford our services I can recommend you someone else". What most bothers me is the clear disrespect in communication, I would have understood a clear "no, we can't do that" but don't just change your price and then act like I'm wrong. This interaction was gross.

I scheduled a "deep cleaning" with Mighty Maids, based on the positive reviews here. Based on the cleaning alone, I was initially going to give 3 stars.
– Lots of communication leading up to appointment. It took a lot of back and forth to find a time that would work for me and they helped schedule a time

– Areas that they did clean, they did an amazing job (my oven was shining like when it was new!) I was extremely impressed with the areas that they did clean.
– One of the cleaners called an hour into my scheduled appointment time to cancel and reschedule. So I rescheduled for the following week. Then one hour later I got a text saying they were on their way. Very strange but I was just happy to get it done because I had rearranged my schedule to accommodate that time. They sent 3 cleaners and finished in 1 hour.
– Though the areas they did clean were sparkling, many areas were left untouched at all. Picture rails, cobwebs left all over, inside refrigerator which I had requested, etc.
As had been communicated in the company's initial email, I contacted the company the next day to see IF it would be possible to schedule them to return to clean areas left untouched. The contact informed me I needed to send pics to prove areas uncleaned by 6pm that day. I informed the contact that I wouldn't be home and could not send pics by 6pm so I told them they could just go ahead and cancel the claim. This is when things got REALLY inappropriate and unprofessional. The contact immediately threatened me with legal action if I wrote a negative review. When I responded that I wouldn't be threatened to not write an accurate review, they proceeded to attempt to gaslight me via text. After being threatened, I told them to stop messaging me and they continued until I finally blocked the number. THIS is why this company gets 1 star and I stand by my review.

This company did a move out cleaning for an apt that I vacated. They showed up on time, the cleaning was fine, and there were no issues initially. Once the cleaners left I discovered that $40 of quarters that I kept in a nice box had gone missing. They were next to my laundry bag, laundry key, washing detergent, and dryer sheets – which were all still there.
I do not know how they managed to leave with my $40 of quarters, put them in a bag of trash from a different apt, and manage to not take anything else from my apt.
*EDIT* After some back and forth, the owner contacted me and apologized following this review. The cleaning was done very well.

I called on a Sunday with a last minute request for a Monday (next day booking). Victor, who took my call and also owns the business, was absolutely wonderful and professional and so helpful in making this happen! They were very booked for this Monday date but he was able to get a cleaning crew scheduled for this last minute service within minutes. Incredible if you ask me!
I was given an arrival window upon booking and the cleaning crew called me with their ETA day of which is always helpful. They were very pleasant and did a wonderful job.
From start to finish, if ever I had questions, as I was not there when they were cleaning, I was able to text Victor and the cleaning crew which was so very appreciated. They were so accessible, helpful and easy to work with.

I was tasked with handling the move out of my daughter from her 2 bedroom condo. She's not the best housekeeper and she has a big dog so it was pretty dirty. Fernando and his team are amazing!! He was so patient with my particular situation, hiring cleaners for my dad's house, which I hadn't seen in a long time.
