I would leave zero stars if I could.
Do NOT hire this company. I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism that I've experienced from their owner Karim.
The pictures I'm posting are from AFTER their visit. As you can see, there were still cobwebs, disgusting baseboards, grime on the fridge, and cabinets that he said that his team would clean, but obviously went completely untouched.
I realize that the cleaning needed was extensive, and I told him that when he came to give us a quote.
After bringing up my issues, Karim told me that "maybe I should find who made my house so dirty" When we were just moving in.
Now that I've asked for a refund he has stated that he's going to sue me for the legal fees.

Did not do a deep clean as requested and paid for. Luckily they came back to clean again and it was better but for $275, I was expecting a true deep clean. The walk in closet, walls, ceiling, light switches, baseboard, and windows were still dirty and I had to disinfect and clean it myself. I wished the job was done properly the first time. Given we're living in a pnademic I was hoping to get a really good clean prior to my move it. I'm disappointed by the job. Would not recommend.

I absolutely love Mama's and Mops. They responded to my quote request right away, they were able to get my place cleaned right away. My floors needed some tlc and they made them shine! My bathroom sink had some weird stain that I though was just permanent damage but April was able to remove it. We were also really impressed bc the shower/tub area had a weird yellow to it, I'm assuming the last person who lived there was a smoker, but when April was done my daughter and myself were blown away that it was taken back to its normal color (minus the yellow). Another thing that I was impressed with was how well they cleaned the stove! The previous family left it with burn marks and Aprils crew was able to make it look brand new! My place was very clean, sanitized, and smelled fresh! April and her crew were professional. I will continue to use them and I will recommend them. I already sent out her card to one of my friends!!

The communication was great at first and the pricing was responsible. Cleaner arrived and we walked through our home. Since we had just moved in 2 weeks ago, it was still quite clean. After 2 hours, the cleaner let us know she was done and sent an invoice for payment. It was $10 higher than quoted and when we asked, she said it was due to the Venmo fee charged to businesses. As a business owner, I am aware of the fee but we were charged double what the fee should have been. Upon returning home, we found white fluffs all over everything in the house from whatever towels were used. Our stove was covered it in. Every door face and cabinet and countertop was covered. The home seemed dirtier than we left it. Every surface (stove, microwave, fridge, front door glass) was streaked and had to be re-cleaned. There was still dust/debris along the floor boards and around our garbage can. I reached out to let the cleaner know about the dust and the fluff from the towels and that we would provide our own cleaning towels for her next appointment. (We gave her a 2nd chance because it could have just been a simple issue of not having enough time or us not being clear about how we like our home cleaned).
The morning of our 2nd appt, she texted that she had to cancel due to a COVID exposure and that she would reach out to let us know when she could clean again. Mind you, we had set up bi-weekly cleaning at the start so we should have already been on her books. Our appt was coming up and I hadn't heard from her so I reached out to confirm that we were on her schedule. She confirmed. The morning of our appt, she texted that she had an emergency and couldn't make it. She said maybe we should find another cleaner. Uh, yeah, I think so.
From Swept Away we were overcharged for a subpar cleaning and then led on for over a month about future cleanings. If she didn't want to clean our home, she should have just said so and stopped wasting my time. Very poor service and very poor cleaning quality.

I was looking forward to my first professional cleaning ever and gave my family strict orders to clean up their clutter. The house already looked good so I was thrilled to get a deep clean in!
I had been told when I scheduled that they took pride in their work and to let them know asap if things weren't done right and they would make sure to make it right. Advanced Cleaning cleans for a neighbor of mine who has high cleaning standards. I have walked into their home right after a cleaning and been impressed.
The crew came in, and I showed Helenita around the house and what I wanted done. They went to work as I pushed the kids out to a neighbors house and set out to do some yardwork. I noticed they had the windows open, and I heard a crash and glass breaking. I winced, nervous about what it was, but I assumed they'd tell me when they finished.
When I came back, I was hoping to chat with them since this was our first cleaning and I heard something break but they were turning off lights, said bye to me, and out the door. I then turned on the lights and looked around. The floor was visibly dirty. It looked like it had been mopped, but then someone with dirty shoes walked around on it. That was a bummer but I thought that's where the disappointment would end.
The bathroom on my main floor and basement looked great, most of the blinds had been clean, and the baseboard up the stairs had been wiped. I got to the landing and was shocked. It was dirty, clearly not vacuumed, and I saw visible glass and a wrapper. I had no idea where the glass came from, and assumed it was what I had heard, but I didn't know what had broke. My kids bathroom was shocking. The tub and toilet had been cleaned well, but the countertop hadn't been wiped, half the mirror had spray marks on it, and the faucets hadn't been touched.
I went to the master bath. Again, shower was glorious and clean. The tub had been cleaned, but they neglected to do the last rinse and the bottom of the tub was covered in silt. It was still wet so I was able to wash it down easily. I looked up and saw what had broken, a bulb in the lights above the sink. No one had said a word about this. I was surprised that they had literally broke something in my home and didn't tell me.
Among other things, parts of the home were dusted really well, but little things hadn't been done, like the base of a floor lamp was clean, but not the bar up top. The shutters in my room had been cleaned, but they had been opened and shut against the wall and scratched the new paint.
My husband and I spent the next 30 minutes sweeping, vacuuming, and wiping things down. I was surprised that what they had done was 10 man hours. It felt more like 4-5. Upon further inspection, I realized the hand towel holder in my main floor bath was partially pulled out of the wall. It was out enough that it required pulling it completely off, patching the wall and anchoring it in another place. We still have more work to do with touching up the scuffed up paint.
The next morning I anticipated I would hear from them, as I hadn't paid. I texted and asked for the Venmo so I could pay what we agreed on. I sent the payment and then sent pics and told him what happened. I got a "yikes, I'm sorry, thanks for letting us know" text, but no offer to make it right. I thought for sure they'd offer something, a slight discount on the next cleaning, an offer to come back and finish, or at the very least reimburse me for the lightbulb. Nope. Nothing. Maybe they have too many clients they don't care about retaining new ones.
I was excited and looking forward to hiring a monthly house cleaner. But Advanced Cleaning was not worth what I paid. For the next week I was picking pieces of glass out of my carpet, and that's not okay.
Disappointed doesn't even begin to explain how I feel. I know they've been great for some people, but this was a definite miss. I wish them the best, but I would be cautious in hiring them. You might be left with more work to do in your house in cleaning up after them, and repairing/replacing things in your home.

We recently bought our first home and wanted everything cleaned before moving in. We hired Advanced House Cleaning to do 20 hours of cleaning. I was impressed that because they use such a large crew they were able to accomplish the 20 hours of cleaning time in just a few hours. After they left I was very happy about most things but noticed a few spots that needed retouching. I brought this up to Steven and Hekenita and they went over the top to take care of the situation. They personally returned and took care of everything I asked. You can tell that they sincerely want to make their customers happy and have a good experience. Best cleaning job I've ever had. I'm a huge clean freak myself and clean the house to brand new standards every week, top to bottom. This week, I just needed a break so I hired Steven and Helenita (and their team). They checked in continually from the start to make sure I was satisfied. Wanted to hire cleaners to help my parents clean their sold house because I'm out of state and couldn't help. They were very easy to work with, told me how much/ how long a deep cleaning (which is intense) would probably be but that was too expensive for me so I just paid for a certain number of hours and they just did the things my mom really wanted done. We recently built a new home and like every anxious new home owner, we checked on the progress almost daily. Because of this, we had a chance to see our work in progress house in all sorts of disarray, construction mess, and filth. We also had a chance to meet the cleaners. Senga and his team were hired by our builder to clean our home twice–once for the preliminary walk through and once for our move-in. They did such a great job.
