I closed on my new (very old) house on Friday. Sent request on Saturday to have the carpets cleaned ASAP and in less than an hour Tyler responded that he could do it on Sunday!! I did compare his quote to the other companies that responded later and he was very reasonable. Also compared to Stanley Steamer and same price. Tyler is one of the owners and was prompt and professional. He does take longer than what I am used to but he does all the work himself and I was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend!

I purchased a living social deal for 3 hours of house cleaning with this company. I have been attempting to contact the business via phone, email and on line scheduling since Feb 2013 and either the mail box is full and can't leave a message, or I leave a message and no one ever calls me back, and their on line scheduling is inactive. My voucher expires tomorrow – how am I supposed to schedule an appointment if the business does not call me or email me back? Or never answers the phone or the mail box is often full so I can't even leave a message. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a business. To further add insult to injury – living social is stating that I do not qualify for a refund and suggests I keep trying to contact the company. Living social phone support is now turned off as well due to high call volume. Not happy. I am going to follow both of these issues up with the BBB as well.

Had a team that I liked very much. Then was given 2 new people. They mopped the floor to my mud room and put the dirty rugs back down on the clean floor. Dusty and rocks and all. Missed part of the floor. Didn't vacuum everything. Missed some mirrors. Called and complained. The next visit, same thing dirty rugs put down on semi clean floor. They couldn't even move the shoes to mop underneath. Didn't move anything just mopped around stuff. I was with them for years. Called to say that I will no longer use them and was not even asked why or what happened. Just ok. So there's that.

If there were a way to leave a negative number of star ratings, this company takes the cake, at least the Pueblo office. First, the company called to schedule a house cleaning, then cancelled and rescheduled, then no call no show, then when , lastly after finally sending a girl to come they call First and let me know that only one girl will come to clean and that she would be available for four hours at $50 an hour. The girls showed up at your post time and came inside and said she did not wash dishes she does not clean bathrooms she does not organize she mostly dust and does Windows. I said whay do you do? She said it was too much work for one person and she doesn't organize pantries. She said she was going to call her boss and ask for help she goes outside drives off never comes

My family and I just moved to Colorado into our new house. It was very dirty. We contacted Merry Maids, and they arrived just yesterday and they charged us $325 for out three level house. The cleaning they did was NOT worth that large amount of money. There was still grime in my shower, our window blinds were only half cleaned, there is still dirt and dist in my window sills, and things are still dusty/dirty around the house. I feel ripped off and that I should get a refun. They only did a surface clean at best; their time was only worth 40% of what I had paid. Never using this service again and I will be informing anyone who asks about using them how bad a job they did. Very disappointed.

First of all, they called back. If you can get a business in Pueblo to answer the phone or call you back, then they are already a step above the rest. The team cleaned 3 rooms and the stairs in my house. In one of the rooms, I was planning on ripping out the carpet. They were able to get all of the stains removed and it looks like new. They were quick and courteous. Also they use nontoxic products, which is important for my family's health and the health of the heavens best employees since they use it every day. I would hire them again.

Purchased a house new to us, but had tenants for 5 years. Lots of really bad looking stains from front door to kitchen. Our realtor suggested we rip out the carpet as it was so gross. However, I could see it was a good quality carpet. Hired Heavens Best and Matt cleaned and disinfected. Carpet looks new, all the stains and grime came out, and smelled great! I will hire these guys every year from now on as long as I have carpet. Matt arrived on time and the cost of job was very reasonable.
