Healthy Home Cleaning was amazing!! I am in the process of moving out of my home and Healthy Home was able to easily accommodate my tight schedule. Also when the cleaners showed up there were boxes everywhere (issues with my moving crew) and they still were able to do a fabulous job!! *EDIT: The check did finally arrive. Leora told me she would mail it on Mon and when I didn't get it, she swore she mailed it on Tues. When I still didn't get it, she said she mailed it on Wed. When I finally did get the check, it was postmarked on Fri, so hence the lies.
Also she never showed up for 2nd appt at all. Leora claimed she came at 8:30, a half hour early, and left a little before my 9am appointed time, and that she rang doorbell and called my phone multiple times. Not possible that she knocked or rang doorbell because my dog didn't bark and I received no calls (she said her phone got run over and wasn't working right)
I also sent Leora pictures as proof of a dozen major places that they neglected to dust and when she came back and only dusted 3 missed spots, her excuse was that she didn't receive all the pictures.

This is the first time I have ever had to give a bad review, and I tried very hard to give Allison and her employee Shannon a chance to come to an agreement with me. But after two weeks of sympathizing with excuses and being put off, I have no choice. I engaged Allison to clean my home and she sent Shannon, a very sullen young woman, to clean instead. I was in the process of moving and had hoped to have the home vacant, but there were still a few things upstairs and the downstairs was not ready to clean. I asked her to focus upstairs on the kitchen and bathroom. In the meantime I was dealing with a garage sale.
When Shannon asked for her check of $300. for 3 hours of cleaning I was surprised, but so stressed out and busy that I paid her. Upon entering the home I found that the first floor where I asked her to focus looked untouched. Friends and my real estate agent who were there just before and just after were also confused as to what had been done. I called Allison, and she was lovely. Allison admitted that she had hired Shannon to clean the day after Shannon had worked for me, and had had the same experience–she couldn't tell that much had been done.
Allison assured me that she would come over to check things out and then we'd discuss how to make it right. An hour before Allison was to come she cancelled. She put me off several more times, and I was patient. Almost two weeks later now, and Allison just texted me that there were dead rats in my home and that is why Shannon didn't clean! Shannon took photos of the downstairs where I was still packing and she was not asked to clean to show her boss, presumably to protect herself from complaints. Surprisingly, though, she did not snap a shot of the dead rats, which certainly would have warranted a photo. Kind of creepy to think that your cleaner is photographing your home–especially when she was asked to clean upstairs.
So instead of checking out the situation, phoning me and discussing it with me, Crazy Clean (which has a whole new meaning for me now!) has decided to try to shame me by lying and then walk away with $300.00. I am so disappointed that my effort to work this out and come to an agreement ended like this. I wish Allison had spoken with me on the phone instead of texting me, and that she had indeed come to see my home when she said she would, because then she could have seen that there were no dead rats, but a lot of dusty floor boards and dirty floors and cabinets that had not been touched. Hire them at your peril!

Did not do a deep clean as requested and paid for. Luckily they came back to clean again and it was better but for $275, I was expecting a true deep clean. The walk in closet, walls, ceiling, light switches, baseboard, and windows were still dirty and I had to disinfect and clean it myself. I wished the job was done properly the first time. Given we're living in a pnademic I was hoping to get a really good clean prior to my move it. I'm disappointed by the job. Would not recommend.

I absolutely love Mama's and Mops. They responded to my quote request right away, they were able to get my place cleaned right away. My floors needed some tlc and they made them shine! My bathroom sink had some weird stain that I though was just permanent damage but April was able to remove it. We were also really impressed bc the shower/tub area had a weird yellow to it, I'm assuming the last person who lived there was a smoker, but when April was done my daughter and myself were blown away that it was taken back to its normal color (minus the yellow). Another thing that I was impressed with was how well they cleaned the stove! The previous family left it with burn marks and Aprils crew was able to make it look brand new!
