They did text me when they were in the way,that was good.
They sprayed pre treated,did not let it sit and soak in like it's supposed to.
Then they started the carpet cleaniner after less than 5 minutes of pre treatment, they moved very fast and did not clean the carpets to any level of satisfaction.
After they were done I used my personal carpet cleaner and it was still picking up dirt in high traffic ares.
They offered a reservicing,but I payed for a service to be properly done the first time,not a second or third.
Would not recommend not will waste my money useing them again.
