The owner cares about her business and will take calls and return them as well. Something we have other services that did not. I've used Rosie Cleans a few times now. First for a move-in cleaning as the prior owners left a bit of a mess and I'm now on a schedule to have them clean bi-weekly. Their prices are a bit steep compared to what my boyfriend was used to with cleaners in his old home, but in my opinion, it is worth it. I'm super picky about cleaning my house and thought the cleaners my boyfriend had at his old place didn't do as thorough of a job as I would have liked. But unfortunately, in our bigger home and with all of our work responsibilities, we just didn't have the time to do a full house cleaning as often as we would like. So I found Rosie Cleans (I actually found them a year ago when I was in Summit but we were out of their zone).
So far, I've been happy with Rosie Cleans. The manager, Cecilia, is very open in communication, letting us know when something comes up that needs to be rescheduled, checking in to clarify instructions, following up post cleaning, etc. She also was able to squeeze us in for our initial cleaning when online it had looked like there was no availability for months.
In terms of cleaning, the ladies who handle our home seem pretty thorough so far. They take everything off the tables and countertops to clean (versus lazily dusting or wiping around things) and I've seen them actually on the stairs cleaning between the railing balusters. This past week, my mom was in town and even she was impressed.
Finally, I also really like their online scheduling system. So far it has been pretty easy to add and remove certain items for individual cleanings which is something we're definitely going to be taking advantage of going forward.

Horrendous experience.
This was my FIRST cleaning (a time when most companies want to make a good impression).
Scheduled to arrive at 2:30. I made it very clear that I had to leave my home at 2:50 so they needed to be on time, which they assured me they would.
At 2:40 I texted to find out where they were. They informed me that they wouldn't be able to arrive until 4:30 (meaning they would be at my house cleaning until almost 10pm). I reluctantly agreed because I needed my house cleaned ASAP. I said I wouldn't be home but would leave the door unlocked.
They arrived at almost 5 to start my cleaning. After getting back home I had to keep my 3 young kids entertained in a separate area of the house until their bedrooms were finally finished 3 hours later, so I could put them to bed.
My power went out right as they finished the bedrooms and they left because they couldn't do anything with no light or power. The scheduler began texting me to find out whether my power had come back so they could return and finish my cleaning. 20 minutes later it did come back, which I informed them. Apparently 20 minutes was too long and they were already too close to home to return (20 minutes of their time was too long for them to waste but wasting 2.5 hours of a brand new customer's time is totally fine, apparently).
Would NOT recommend and would not use again. If this is how my very first cleaning ever went I can only assume that being hours late is the norm.

Rosie cleans certainly isn't, "rosy." We scheduled a clean which took several weeks to get on their service calendar, as we requested a morning clean. The day before we were notified that they couldn't come in the morning, and would arrive early afternoon. They arrived around 4 pm. Their late arrival prohibited me from going to a scheduled event that I had for that evening with my family.
Their clean was pretty good, however, they broke a few items in my house. They must have sprayed cleaner on the LED of my Keurig, because it was completely dead the next morning. I was forced to purchase a new one, which was around $135.00. They scratched my living room hardwood floors somehow, and chipped stones from the floor of the shower in the primary bedroom. These are all expensive issues to repair.
They did not wear masks, and had 3-4 workers at my house. We are still in a pandemic, and my physician husband questioned the manager. They are entering multiple houses daily, and interfacing with many people. All maskless, while doing a physical job. I know it's tough to wear masks all day, but those in medicine performing labor-intensive surgeries do it for 12+ hour cases every day.
When my husband brought these issues to the manager of this cleaning service, money was refunded due to the above-mentioned issues.
However, the manager then brought it to my husband's attention that their crew had worked overtime, and now they found it "cost prohibitive" to ever clean our home again.
My issues with this company are that it is their responsibility to estimate their jobs appropriately. They set their prices, not the customer. We would have paid more, had they been upfront with needing more money to complete the job. We don't expect the service to lose money on the job. We expect a fair price, and for our household items to remain unbroken. The cleaners never mentioned breaking the items, which is the worst part. Accidents happen, and they should have been honest and upfront. We received a text informing us that due to other incidents, and after doing a strategic analysis they did not hit the profit margin for us as a client. Who tells this to a customer?
They broke our household items, got angry because we brought it to their attention, then dumped us for future cleans. Where I come from if you break something, you buy it. We are left paying for the repairs of the wood floor and the shower floor. Now, we are left to search for a new cleaning service. The saddest part is that 1/3 of our house did not have to be cleaned as it is under construction from damages due to Ida. That in addition to my office, as I asked them to refrain from cleaning it. They had approximately 4,000 sq ft to clean, yet damaged items, and could not "strategically maintain their profit margin."
If you're underestimating your jobs, fire your manager and give estimates on site before you agree to take a job. Wonderful clean for what they did do, but very shady and unprofessional business practices. We hired them because they gave quotes on the size of the house.

Incredible job. From the booking process Cecilia communicated so well with me keeping me updated and walking through any issues. She was even able to schedule me in a day sooner than requested. Team Consuelo removed all rust stains and soap build up in my bathroom. Smells wonderful and clean. Will definitely work with Rosie Cleans again. They do good work but are way overpriced and slow. Before I moved into my 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home I had them come and do a cleaning. There was literally nothing in the house, new floors, new carpet and the kitchen appliances were clean. They took 4.5 hours to do the cleaning so they charged me for an additional 1.5 hours. It was a strait forward cleaning job and not worth the more than $500 I spent.

I am in awe. As a business owner this is the kind of service you want to shout at the top of a mountain about and tell the world. Above and beyond, great! I needed a place cleaned last minute and they were completely booked. I spoke with Cecilia who jumped through hoops to figure out how to get me taken care of (and I am not easy to deal with). The place was a rental for a couple of my employees and oh man was it a mess. They figured out how to squeeze me in and and then went to work! The before and after photos were UNBELIEVABLE. Alex generously spent almost an hour with me when I stopped in at the THC office to ask questions and arrange for cleaning my son's new place before their big move. (I had started with a phone call which had been promptly returned, but found myself in their neighborhood and decided to stop in since I had so many questions about timing and coordination.) I was very happy with the plan we worked out and on the appointed day the crew of three arrived exactly when I expected them and got right to it. They were so pleasant and hard-working! They confirmed the three areas to be cleaned (condo, storage room, and garage) and when they were finished, that place looked new! One of the young ladies completely took the refrigerator apart to clean every nook and cranny. We are all very happy with THC!

This place is a farce. No one should use them. The owner bullied me to not post photos (demanded me to take down photos) about their low end cleaning and products on their website. No one's house is so disgusting that their "Alex" person quotes $360.00 for a 1,800 sq. Ft. Home to clean first time. Yes, three ladies came. They were much too busy speaking amongst each other and I have photos to share how they sorta cleaned. Not very professional. Anyway, yes, the owner and I finally came up to $180.00 after a heated argument. This place is not training or vetting their employees, period. Yes, I can provide photos that the owner threatened me to not place online. Why do business with these people. Not sure, if they have liability insurance; why hire. Who needs three people to clean an 1,800 sq. Ft home? Makes no business sense unless paying the employees off the books. Have no idea how the owner is running her business. After my endeavor, we agreed to $180.00 but she threatened me to take down photos on her website. No one threatens me. Cleaning services do not rule the world; they did not cure cancer or diabetes …. arrogance. The U.S. government should audit this business.

Total Home Cleaning is AMAZING. To be honest, was reluctant to get a home cleaning service since I try to clean 1-2X week myself because of my girls however after the first time they cleaned our house, I was amazed at how thorough they were — dusting light fixtures, cleaning windows (inside and OUT) and they even wiped down our molding when requested. It wouldve probably taken me an entire day to do the job their team did so well worth it! Do think it makes a difference though on the team that comes to clean — there are definitely some teams that do better jobs than others — we usually request Team 6 as they are awesome. I've had this cleaning service clean my house for about four years and have been very pleased. They are in and out quickly, are consistently thorough in their cleaning and pleasant to deal with. You may find a cheaper service, but Total Home delivers what I want, that being a clean house, peace of mind that everything about the service is legal and above board and reliability. I allowed my husband to convince me to try this service, despite the issues I had with the scheduling department. (The scheduling department is completely separate, and out of state, so we thought maybe the service itself would be okay).
Cleaning one: they forgot to clean my finished basement (which is the entire length of the house, and a large proportion of the square footage that they're charging me for), BUT they charged me as if they had cleaned it. I called and complained, and there was no offer of a re-clean or refund, just an assurance that the girls "would be reminded to do it next time.
Cleaning two: they forgot to clean the basement (again) and they put something on my travertine marble countertop which left a HUGE white stain. I called to complain and was told that the girls would come back that morning before 11am to do the basement and they would bring a special polisher to remove the stain from the counter (which is less than three years old, btw). They didn't show up to do either job. Three days later, three different girls came to clean the basement and claimed no knowledge of the damaged counter and indicated they didn't have a polisher. Then one of them said someone was coming later. I called the office and was told that someone would call me "later". Ugh.
So now I have had two bad experiences (three if you count the trouble with the scheduling department) plus a ruined countertop. I'll be stopping payment on my check and sending them a bill for the countertop. Oh yes, and I'll also be firing them! Hopefully this review will help others avoid a similar fate.
UPDATE:
I have just received notice from my bank that after I canceled my check, Total Home Cleaning fraudulently charged my credit card! I have disputed the transaction and have filed a police report. AVOID THIS SERVICE AND THEIR ILLEGAL BILLING PRACTICES!!

THC cleaned a new home I just bought and I paid $500 for a 4000sqft cleaning. All the big things were clean – floor, counters, large window sills, but as I moved in a saw how much was totally left untouched. I had significant dust piled from previous renovations on all areas of the house that were out in the open to include he master bath mirrors! When I called I offers to use heir recurring service if they offered a discount on the first one to "right the wrongs" of the sub-pat cleaning. I received the run around with pricing and how often the cleaning should happen and I just let it go. I should have used someone else for $500.

Great cleaning service. Found them through Angie's List and I am so glad that I gave them a chance. My house was a mess due to me having to cancel my prior bimonthly cleaning service during the pandemic. Eliana came out the day after I called and gave me an estimate for a deep cleaning and then a price for bimonthly cleaning. The price was fair but a bit higher than my prior cleaning service. I have no complaints, though, because you get what you pay for. Rainbow's service is immaculate and very professional. All the dust under the furniture, beds, and even behind boxes and other objects on the floor are gone. My house has never been cleaner. I am keeping my fingers crossed that they keep doing such a spectacular job, but so far definitely worth the 5 star rating.

Been coming to Rainbow Cleaners for the past few months, and they always do a great job for very reasonable prices. It is run by a very charming couple who are always smiling and make you feel welcome! Honestly feels like I'm just dropping off my work clothes at my aunt and uncle's house. As my week is usually pretty packed, I only have time to stop by on Satudays, and I believe they are open until 3pm, and closed on Sundays. Location is also great as it's in the midtown shopping center, in case you want to pick up some quick food/amenities.

This might seem crazy, but I really was impressed by this place. I've never been there before but I was in the area and needed some shirts and pants cleaned. I drop the stuff off, come back 10 days later (my doing, not theirs), and the lady remembered my name! That's just crazy, especially since we didn't have a conversation or anything.

Please think twice before using their service. The owner reached out to me through ad on Care.com. I decided to go with them even though I received a lot of applications just because I'm a working mom with a one year old toddler. They seem to be a legitimate company and I wanted to have somebody that I could trust come clean my house. I took their weekly service and as with any housekeeping I would text to see if they could do a special kind of service (fridge cleaning or organize cabinets- NONE WAS EVER DONE) and if they would have the time to do that. I believe in respect between both parties that's why my previous housekeeper I for almost a year before they moved away. Their service is not top quality. They're just a commercial cleaning company and they don't ask questions or put any special thought in maintaining weekly cleanliness of a house. I still kept them just because of the safety but the week prior to today's cleaning one of the cleaners decided to let their driver in to use the bathroom without asking me and only got caught cause I came downstairs. They said the driver had to use the bathroom and they will clean up again. This definitely gave me a weird feeling and the cleaners would have the doors open letting in bugs everytime. One of them does not speak English and the other one stays on the phone. I decided to try them one more time for the service today and asked the owner if they could clean the basement which really involves sweeping and mopping. There is no furniture but some luggage and few items scattered. The cleaner who let in the driver took pictures and sent it the owner complaining my basement is too big and there are things in it. Mind you I asked the owner if they could do it since it's not part of the regular cleaning. The owner decides to call me disgruntled that I always have something extra every week and it takes long time. They were charging me $150 a week without tip (I always tipped $20) and they never cleaned for more than 2 hours. That comes to 42.5 dollars each cleaner since they normally sent two. This kind of unprofessionalism should not be tolerated. We as working parents keep housekeepers to help assist and maintain the day to day cleanliness of the house not to be chastised by a service we are paying for. Please think twice about using them.

I live in a secure building that only tenants have access to. However, someone decided to sneak in with a tenant entering the building and slip fliers under our doors. We do not appreciate the violation and will absolutely not be contacting for services. If you want to properly advertise your business this is not the way to do it. You must ask the leasing office to place fliers in the clubhouse. Very unprofessional.

I contacted Tim shortly after a remodeling contractor made a complete mess of my home. There was sheet rock dust everywhere, on the walls, ground into our new floors & it was everywhere. I was heartbroken. See Before & After Tim pictures.
After getting numerous estimates Tim was the ONLY one who actually took the time to come out & look at the mess.
His prices was better than Anyone else ( & they weren't organic like his company) & he had proof of insurance, his reviews were a plus too.
Though I almost didn't call because of his review from 5/11/21 but would have to say DO NOT pay attention to that review, if he stays his doing your job then he IS doing it – On Time too
He was very patient waiting for me to schedule around my crazy life &
agreed to come out to Warren.Even thought there was an extra charge for the deep clean on the floors, it was still much, much cheaper than Anyone else especially since there were no extra add-ons once he arrived to do the job. EVERYTHING is agreed upon in advance – no surprises.
His workers are honest (I even left them alone in my house) and VERY thorough and ask if you are happy before they move to the next area, because it was my first cleaning they were he a VERY long time.I can't wait for them to comeback, it was a pleasure. I am picky but know what I want and would Very highly recommend them.

Tim and his team did a great job! Setting up my appointment was easy and Tim was responsive and easy to communicate with. The team cleaned beyond my expectations and in a timely manner. Had a phone consultation with Tim where he wanted me to agree to use his company. I stated that I was outside of his area and he agreed but that there would be a surcharge. The day of the cleaning he calls me at 9:30 am to say I'm a little outside of his area and that he won't come. Very unprofessional way of dealing business and way of communicating with a client. So happy we found Tim! He was punctual, professional, friendly, and transparent throughout the whole process. He just finished cleaning our newly renovated apartment that was covered in construction dust. I told him one of the major concerns was air quality from the dust. We hired LG Home Cleaning to clean the upstairs bathrooms in our new home after reading a lot of positive reviews. Personally, I have never hired a cleaning company before. They were responsive to my call, and came to my house the same day to generate a quote for me. I specifically asked them just to do those bathrooms because there was mold and mildew present, but they said they would only clean the whole house. Fine, I thought–they offered a reasonable price for a 5 hour cleaning, especially with all the work we spoke about in the bathrooms.
They were able to schedule me quickly, but I never received any notice via e-mail/phone call that they had finished.. or even showed up for that matter. I returned to the house over the weekend. The floors were shiny, and all the dust was removed! They did a great job in the master bathroom, but in the second bathroom it seemed like they didn't even address the extremely visible streaking in the shower/tub combo (I pointed this out during their quote visit, and at that time was assured they could get it out without issue). When I reached out to the company, the response I was met with was along the lines of, "we had our best crew there, they stayed two extra hours to scrub the grout downstairs.. this would normally take multiple cleanings.." etc.
I think if I was told day-of that this was the case, and if their response to my complaints was more professional, I would have given a higher rating. They, however, didn't focus on fully addressing my needs for hiring them in the first place.

I've had a great experience with LG Home Cleaning. They are extremely professional and courteous. I have had times where my request could be very demanding or hard to meet but they have been very flexible with me. In addition, their communication with their customers is very timely and transparent. The company also emphasizes using environmentally friendly products that arent harmful to your health and has a nice clean smell once the cleaning is done.
