I am writing this as they are cleaning my home. I am utterly amazed at what these girls are doing for the price I paid. I have a 3 bedroom 1 bath 1400 sq foot home that they are CLEANING for only $106!! I am trying to stay out of their way but I had to sneak upstairs and see what they were doing. One girl was on her knees scrubbing the begeezus out of my bathroom cabinet and the other was elbow deep cleaning under my dressers in the bedroom. I will finish this review when they are done. I can't imagine I will be anything less than thrilled!

Two very friendly very thorough ladies came out to clean my house today. I had surgery a few weeks ago and could not clean the way I usually do. They wash the floors on their hands and knees, wipe down all the baseboards, they cleaned the bathrooms, vacuumed, everything that I would want done and more. Price was exactly what I was quoted. I even requested non-smokers because I'm sensitive to smoke. I will definitely use them again.

They showed up on time – One of my biggest pet peeves is companies not showing up on time and not letting me know they are on their way – Referral was on time and communicated every step of the way! On a Friday afternoon, we unexpectedly discovered that a stopped-up furnace/humidifier drain had caused water to seep into a carpeted area of our lower level. Immediately we thought that no one would come so late in the day before a weekend and that the carpet and pad were probably ruined. After a quick visit by the HVAC technician, the drain was opened. I looked on Yelp to get an idea of whom to call about tearing out the water-logged carpet. Referral Cleaning had some good reviews, so I called them; a very helpful lady told me that Alan, the owner, would get back to me quite promptly, which he did, and not to worry–he could probably save the carpet. I was pretty skeptical. It was soaked.
Alan and later Audrey came out a few hours later, were able to extract the water with an amazing machine, and installed giant fans and heaters to dry everything; Alan followed up on Saturday; and by Sunday after he cleaned the carpet, all was back to normal. Whew! They were both so helpful, exceptionally professional, and efficient. And on a weekend, too! I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend Referral Cleaning to anyone in need of their assistance. I can't think of any way that they could improve their service! They clearly care about their business and strive to make it the best.

I had the pleasure of meeting Brent and Greg who did a fabulous job cleaning my very dirty,dog smelling rugs! They also cleaned my stairs which had black GREASE stains on them for about 3-4 years and they all came out. I wish I had taken a before and after pic of my stairs. I have used this service for over 20 years and they are always professional and leave my carpet looking almost new. They are a little bit more expensive, but in my experience you get what you pay for.
My carpet has had stains that most people would never's see on their carpet. Living on a dairy farm and having multiple animals often leaves my carpet covered with things that sometimes can't even be identified! I moved into a house that was constructed over 20 years ago and it was obvious the ducts had never been cleaned. Mr. Francis Gabet came out to give a free estimate and went over the entire job process for me before I gave him the go-ahead. I also had him give me a quote for carpet cleaning of the nasty carpets that came with the house…I just figured I might as well clean them as I wasn't going to be able to replace them until way after the holiday season.
The bid for both services was incredibly reasonable so I asked if they could be done on the same day. Mr. Gabet arranged everything so the ducts would be cleaned in the morning and then the carpets immediately afterward.
I can't believe the difference in the air quality and carpets now….words cannot describe how happy I am. The house smells great and the carpets look as good as new…no need to even consider replacing anything…I just saved $4500 by having Steamatic cleaning.
