They are okay, the just need more cleaners on a job. I had a deep cleaning done in my home they took 6 hours and they still didn't get to clean the house they way I wanted it to be clean. There also was a language problem.

So we had our house cleaned by this company and though they did an OK job. Firstly, it was hard to communicate our needs and/or concerns with them because of a language barrier. Though they did a great job at the basic cleaning elements but we paid for a deep cleaning and didn't get that. They missed our entire mudroom , baseboards weren't cleaned, cob webs were still around the house, ceiling fans were not cleaned and much more. We had to go behind them and do a lot of cleaning, especially since they put dirty rugs on top of everything (tub, toilet, etc.), which made them dirty again. The house was neat when they left but not clean. We didn't have time to go back and forth with them via translation with the phone so we let them leave.

First time using a cleaning company for residential and I'm happy I did. It did take a little longer to schedule a cleaning as everything was mainly through text. I recommend replying to their text with a call. Employees arrived on time, didn't rush & did a pretty go job. The price was very reasonable & that's with an included carpet steam cleaning (1/2 the price of a recommended competitor). They don't clean refrigerators, but they clean microwaves & toaster ovens but not actually inside an oven. I did notice a few things after they left: some dust, baseboards could have been cleaned better, items stacked on my bed to clean floor & not placed back. I'll speak to them next time to see if we can move things to a different area then placed on the beds. Overall I'm happy with their service & plan to use them again.

Professional Cleaning Service.
Started my search for a service on Yelp and started a conversation thread with the owner. Owner of the company was willing to come out to my house and give me an accurate quote per my request.
Had a deep clean since I recently moved into a newly constructed rental. About 2000 Sq Ft.
2 cleaners came out and spend a few hours and cleaned everything from windows and blinds to bathrooms and floors. Afterwards they asked us to check the rooms to see if anything needed additional cleaning. We requested a few areas be addressed a bit further and they were to our satisfaction. Will be establishing regular monthly cleaning with this company.
Workers used shoe covers, masks, and gloves. Brought their own cleaning supplies. Felt safe.

I found this company through Google and Yelp reviews. I like most of you was extremely skeptical because we all know how hard it is to find great cleaners. I mean nobody can clean your house as good as you can, right? But I mean just to find someone DECENT was a challenge. After experiencing so many disappointments with several other large well known cleaning companies, we decided to give this one a chance. We had sworn off cleaning companies overall but were in a bind with time and needed to hire someone quick. We found this company and they had a spot open for Friday. Perfect! Even better, the customer service agent called me back and said they had a set of cleaners finishing up in a home in my neighborhood and could come the same day of my call! I was thrilled! You know a company is excellent when they can do a great job and clean around your mess! Normally,I clean before the cleaners but I literally didn't have time to do that and I'm so glad I didn't! The two cleaners from ATL Clean did a phenomenal job and I would not hesitate to hire them again! And did I mention they were very fairly priced!? My goodness! I'm so grateful! I was looking for a good and reasonable company to clean my mom's home. Jaime was one of the company's I contacted, he was super professional from the beginning to the end! He answered all of my questions and was super friendly and professional about our interactions. My mom raved to me about his process and how well he cleaned the carpet. I used Ansley Home Cleaning for about a year and a half, with scheduled cleanings twice a month for a two bedroom apartment. I have nothing but good things to say. They kicked it off with a deep cleaning that left my place sparkling, after which the maid would drop by every other week. They have always gone above and beyond. No better feeling than coming back from the office and the place is spotless, they even dusted my collection of bourbon bottles.
My initial cleaner ended up taking another opportunity and I received a very kind heads up from her, as well as the manager, that someone new would be dropping by for the next cleaning (they were both fantastic).
Top notch, could not recommend them enough. Had I not been moving I would've gone on using their service as long as they'd have me.

Ansley Home Cleaning is incredible. We needed our house cleaned on very short notice (under 24 hours) and Ansley came to the rescue. Steve (the owner) contacted me within the hour after I requested a quote and said he could be at our house the next morning. He came over and introduced Miguel who would be cleaning our home. Miguel was extremely thorough, quick and left our kitchen literally sparkling clean! It smells sooo good!! And trust me, I live in a house with 5 art students, and our kitchen was pretty bad. Miguel cleaned all of the hard to reach crevices. It looks like a completely different kitchen. They were even able to get paint off of our hardwood floors! Ansley Home Cleaning is truly one of the most top notch companies I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with…but that may be because I've had the opportunity to not only work with the owner, Steve, but working with the most amazing person ever, Kim, who brings my place back to life after bachelorhood truly places it on life support. The company began by Steve, personally, coming to my house for a complimentary consultation and thoroughly assessing my entire domicile. He quoted me an exact price and that price remains to this day with no change in quality of service.
Billing is even top notch as Steve will send an email invoice after completion as to keep for one's records.
Then there's Kim…she's magnificent and incredible. She goes above and beyond to make sure that my house is impeccable upon my return. At first, I was worried about the level of mess and the humiliation I felt she would think in my head, but now the comfort level grows with each visit and I'm to the point to basically let her do any magic she deems fit. In addition, she does the little things that truly make me value the company even more such as whenever I leave notes for her of things I'd like her to assess, she even writes back which lets me know her personal attention to detail. Absolutely wonderful! I was recommended this company from a friend, and I couldn't be happier. Amber, who is our regular cleaner, is absolutely incredible. She's meticulous, precise, and so thorough. She really has a knack for her job. I am beyond impressed– she really knows how to make your home shine. She vacuums our bathmats, folds our towels, and even cleans my small handheld mirror I keep in the bathroom. She's also very good at picking up on details; she remembers exact how the kitchen items were arranged and puts them back exactly as how you left them (but cleaner!). I called and scheduled an appointment with this company. They came and cleaned for me. So I can say…
Whatever you do – NEVER use Tonia's House Cleaning. When I say never I mean NEVER. Not only was the service much less than promised. The owner's attitude is THE most disgusting attitude I have heard in years. In fact, I literally cannot even recall an owner aggressively yelling, but the owner does. I've literally, personally, been bullied by this Company but I'm no longer going to remain silent… you have to stand up to bullies…. YELP– you should too. It's not right to be bullied.
**THE WORK://
I watched them do the work. They made the house look better, but did less than half the time promised. They promised 10-2pm or later if needed. They started at 11:15 and left at 1:15. They also took 3 smoke breaks.
Angela the main housekeeper could not keep up and did much less than her assistant. Billy her assistant did the kitchen, he did the heavy lifting. Angela unfortunately should not be cleaning houses for a living. At the last minute she refused to do two rooms — the walk in closet and a bedroom because it was too dusty. I've never heard of a professional housecleaner being afraid of dust. Even after every single piece of furniture was removed she still didn't do it.
They have very low standards on what is acceptable for clean.

The owner has been harassing me, literally. She has personally cursed me out via text… its quite shameful.Future potential patrons of Tonia's Housecleaning, you will have a tough job talking to her if anything goes wrong. She doesn't care about how bad of a job they did or not honoring the price given. She doesn't care about the customer.
**SUGGESTION://
In my opinion — You shouldn't patronize them, but if you do for some strange reason— have them do a walk-through of what they can do and get everything in writing first. Make sure it's very clear what they are going to do, record it if needed. In fact, do that for any housekeeping service.**CONCLUSION://
I've had some bad experiences at businesses, but this is now on my top 10 worst businesses in Atlanta list. I also don't like how they have now posted fake reviews… again Yelp, not cool.My persona, first-hand experience with Tonia's Houscleaning was so not good… never patronize this business.

I found Tonia on Thumbtack when I was looking for someone to help me with a move out and move in clean. She quoted the best value by far, and I loved that she was really specific about what was included and what wasn't. She spent about 10 hours between the 2 houses, did a perfect job and impressed me with her attention to detail and general work ethic. I've tried several house cleaning companies over the past few years that have ranged from good enough to awful, until I found Tonia, who is the absolute BEST. She did a move in cleaning for my first house and it was like new. For several months since she has been working it and I can't overstate the quality of her work. She goes above and beyond, working around my three floors of remodels, unpacking, and general chaos. She just does a fantastic job, as well as I would do and that's saying something (I'm pretty OC about my place).

We confirmed a time. The day of, I got two requests to move the time back by more than a couple hours. After 30 minutes of waiting, I left and told them it was too late. In the 5 hour delay, I cleaned the apartment myself.
I get it that things happen. This was a scheduled move-out cleaning. I don't recommend scheduling a service due to the unreliability.

I made appointment with Nae-Nae's cleaning Service to go clean one master bedroom on Tuesday April 12th 2022. The appointment was made on Friday April 8th 2022. She asked for the address, I gave it to her. I begged her to please not disappoint me. I told her that if for any reason she should not keep the appointment to let me know so that I can find someone else. She promised me that she will be there at 9am. On Tuesday Nae-Nae didn't show up, didn't even call me or text me that she will not be coming. I called her but she didn't pick up. Around 1pm I texted her that was when she replied that my place is too far for her. Well, I gave her the address on Friday and she has all this days to find out the distance. But she didn't say anything about the distance. She can never be trusted. I will not recommend her for anyone.

The cleaner that I expected to show up did not show up. Her husband did – 3+ hours late. In his pajamas and bonnet w/ a dirty string mop wrapped in a Kroger bag, small bucket, and a couple of other products. His behavior the whole time was strange and not like someone who does this for a living. I paid over $300 for a move-in cleaning for my very first home and was *sorely* disappointed. SORELY. Will never, ever use this service again.
Update: Was never contacted as the owner claims in her below response. Never. Not once. I never talked down to him. Never. Not once. I was curious who this random man was showing up at my house when I was expecting a woman & was cautious, considering I hadn't been notified of the change & live alone. Areas that were cleaned were done well, however there were a number of areas that were missed. To their credit, we were unable to be there at the time to make sure they did not miss these things, however a lot of the areas that were missed, I'm not sure how they would have been overlooked.
