BEWARE!!! Do NOT use this housekeeping service. The owner is extremely unstable emotionally and will bring her personal life into her work. The owner never showed up for the move out clean and expected me to have someone available to unlock the apartment AFTER the leasing office closed and 5 hours before the lease was up. She was 2 DAYS LATE to the appointment and refused to give me the deposit back. She stole $153 by not returning the deposit and refused to do the work because I didn't have to tolerate her NOT SHOWING UP FOR 2 DAYS! The owner has a handful of arrests and has been deemed unfit to have dependents. She constantly sent long erratic messages being angry one minute and sad and apologetic the next.

My parents had a pipe freeze that backed up leaving 6-7 inches of water in their basement. Having gone through the floods of 90' and 93' this brought back terrible memories. My mom called Actually Clean based on a referral from a neighbor. The receptionist was very sympathetic and could not have been kinder. With my parents being in their 70's they needed assistance moving the water damaged items upstairs to the garage. The receptionist went above and beyond seeking additional approval from the owner. 3 gentleman were there within hours, pumping the water out, moving the water damaged items up to the garage, and cleaning and sanitizing the basement. I live 6 hours away and by the time I got home they had the situation taken care of. I could not recommend this company enough.

I found an ad that they were looking for a cleaner helper, I went in; dressed nicely, professional resume in hand, was very well spoken, I used my manners and made myself at their dispose. I was offered to do a ride-along (a free day of work to see if I would make the cut) with them the following day (a Friday) and was there on time, PROMPT at 7:15am. I went in and gave them a harder days work than the guys helper did. I was very thorough, asking questions to get a feel for things, I was quick, I have a GREAT work ethic. I was doing more work than their helper was doing PERIOD. He was even annoying to the driver, always talking about drugs and trashy subjects, the driver would roll his eyes when the helper spoke. The driver was very nice to me, seemed to enjoy my company much more than the other fellow, he was teaching me things, I felt like I had the job bagged. I worked for 11 hours without pay or promise that it would ever be on a future check. We went back to the shop, I helped put everything away as I was supposed to and clean the truck, all the while never losing an ounce of energy. I literally did NOTHING that would make these people dislike me, I am VERY likeable. I was told I would receive a call about my schedule and once the cleaning and putting things away was done I went home. The weekend passed and I didn't worry too much, I called on Sunday evening and the guy told me if I didn't recieve a call Monday morning then to call them in the evening. Was never called Monday morning, I called them in the afternoon and left two voicemails, one for that line and one to the line that the voicemail refered me to if I couldn't get a response. I was never given a call back on Monday- mind you this is a professional carpet cleaning company… What if I were a customer? So I chalked it up to "maybe they are deciding". On tuesday I tried to reach them again by leaving a voicemail to both in the same ways, very polite voicemails with my callback number. I got a QUICK callback and they hungup. So I called again- no answer. Eventually I reached someone on their phones on Wednesday and I asked the guy what was up and he told me that they had a few ride-alongs during the week and that they may have hired on of them and that he would call his boss to figure it out and he would call me right back. I said "please call back either way, I need to know if I have a job or not". Was never called back. Here's my WELL PUT TOGETHER ASSUMPTION about this company. This company scheduled ride along after they already hired someone that week, someone was already being paid and didn't want the hassle of reversing it. ONE THING IS FOR SURE, they have TERRIBLE communication and wasted my FUCKING TIME WITHOUT A THANK YOU OR THE CURTOUSY OF CALLING ME TO LET ME KNOW THE JOB HAD BEEN FILLED. I was never paid, I bust my whole ASS for NOTHING. I wonder if they take people on ride alongs for the free labor like this all the time. They seem EXTREMELY shady.

ALSO I WILL ADD that the driver/cleaner ONLY "inch-by-inch" cleaned (HIS WORDS) "if the home-owner is there watching"- "because that's how O get my bonus". Otherwise he would run through the cleaning quickly and not very professionaly.

Horrible experience, stood me up twice. Then when I called I was told I wasn't on the schedule. Though they apologized and made a new appointment they never showed for that one at the appointed time and was a horrible experience. Plus I left two messages and no one even called me back. What a joke!! I would not recommend.

They have cleaned my carpets twice and do a FANTASTIC job! My carpet is almost white, so it shows stains very easily, and they make it look brand new! The staff is friendly and attentive, we even had the owners (husband and wife) clean our carpets once! Highly, highly, highly recommend! They probably are not the cheapest in town, but the quality they provide is worth it!

I would not recommend this company for water extraction services. We were never given rates or quotes upfront and when we asked the owner on numerous occasions, he would never provide answers. Secondly, there were 2 days where no one checked on the progress and I was not able to get a hold of the owner by either text or phone call. Finally, the workers removed a section of carpet and instead of disposing of it, left it on my patio.

When the guys arrived begin the work on my flooded basement, they told me they would take care of every thing and return my finished basement back to its original state before the flood. It took them 3 days to dry everything out and they did not need to do any demolition like they thought they would have. They kept coming back each day to ensure my walls were completely dry and even did some other tests to confirm there was no moisture behind the drywall. Once my basement was all dry they recleaned my basement top to bottom. Each member of the Servpro team were professional and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend Servpro to all my friends and family!! I requested a quote from ultimate cleaners as I have two large dogs and a toddler along with working and going to grad school full time and a husband that also works full tome we're having trouble finding the time to keep the house clean. Anyway, the manager called half an hour before our appointment for the free estimate and told me she was meeting with somebody else and would be late. When she finally arrived she was so rude and made me feel terrible about the state of my house (which for the above reasons is messy but not filthy) then she quoted me an outrageous price, which for a house our size and not even including the basement should have easily been half of what she quoted. Will not be using this company.

I can't believe my eyes and my nose. This place is clean and smells great. It definitely did not when I handed it over. Joni and Noamah went above and beyond my hopes. The house had an old wood smell, quarter inch dust and decades of handprints on the kitchen cabinets. The fridge and bathroom needed a sandblasting (I thought). Please tip them. They are worth it!
