Ok, so, here it goes. Very friendly ladies.. however, they do not know what a deep cleaning is. After they had "finished" cleaning, Kayley, did a run through with me of the house. So say the least, stainless steel appliances were left unclean. The mirrors in every room weren't clean properly, the garbage was not picked up in every room, the dining room table was not clean properly, there was food particles and dust left behind, the beds were not going to get fixed unless told to do so. In their deep cleaning description they stated that the inside and out of the dishwasher and refrigerator would be clean, and that the doorknobs and blinds throughout the house would be cleaned but that was not done. After we went through the house, they did come back and fixed what I just mentioned. After they left my home, I was doing my makeup to leave the house and my husband side of the sink counter in the master bedroom had hair. Again, the ladies were very nice but they lack experience in the expectations after charging 405.00 for the "deep cleaning" of my home. Unfortunately, will not be using them again

BLUF: I wouldn't hire this company again.

I hired this company to do a move-out clean of my house to prepare for my new tenants when I moved out of state for work. The work was poor enough for my property management company to call them back out two additional times until the house was cleaned well enough (total of 3 times to clean thoroughly). In addition, the cleaners for some inexplicable reason took both garage door remotes I left on the counter for the tenants. It may have been an accident but regardless I was a little dumbfounded when the property management company called asking where the remotes were. It took a few weeks for Ultra Clean to drop the remotes back off but they also took the lock box which the property management company provided and still have not returned it as of the date of this posting.

Finally, if you look at their google reviews the names of some reviewers are the employees so I wouldn't trust those reviews.
