THE most professional and reliable company I've ever worked with! Aren and his team were on it from the very beginning and they were extremely flexible and understanding when our own schedule went completely off track. Aren and Joshua came on time and spent a lot of time doing detailed work – way more than we expected them to do. They steam each part and then clean very thoroughly. The baseboards, windows, appliances, vanity and tub looks super clean.

The deep cleaning service I purchased was not up to my expectations. I would say my house was only 60% cleaner after they were done. They did not use my own mop and broom as requested even though I told Nina my concerns about using their's that had been used in other homes. I had to leave for work shortly after they arrived and was disappointed when I got home to see dust bunnies everywhere, soap scum still in my bathrooms, incomplete dusting/wiping, and the provided new mop and broom unused still in their packaging.
Nina showed up at my door without a mask even though the company advertised that employees wear masks. I was wearing a mask but she said "do I need to wear a mask?" in a tone that clearly did not invite me to request her to. But I let her in after she told me her and her helper were vaccinated because I really wanted to get my house cleaned that day and was trusting the great reviews about the company that I had read on yelp, and I had already submitted a deposit I didn't want to lose. It just seemed unprofessional to me that any home service company employee would show up at somebody's door and expect to be let in without wearing a mask with COVID still an issue.

So we had our house cleaned by this company and though they did an OK job. Firstly, it was hard to communicate our needs and/or concerns with them because of a language barrier. Though they did a great job at the basic cleaning elements but we paid for a deep cleaning and didn't get that. They missed our entire mudroom , baseboards weren't cleaned, cob webs were still around the house, ceiling fans were not cleaned and much more. We had to go behind them and do a lot of cleaning, especially since they put dirty rugs on top of everything (tub, toilet, etc.), which made them dirty again. The house was neat when they left but not clean. We didn't have time to go back and forth with them via translation with the phone so we let them leave.

First time using a cleaning company for residential and I'm happy I did. It did take a little longer to schedule a cleaning as everything was mainly through text. I recommend replying to their text with a call. Employees arrived on time, didn't rush & did a pretty go job. The price was very reasonable & that's with an included carpet steam cleaning (1/2 the price of a recommended competitor). They don't clean refrigerators, but they clean microwaves & toaster ovens but not actually inside an oven. I did notice a few things after they left: some dust, baseboards could have been cleaned better, items stacked on my bed to clean floor & not placed back. I'll speak to them next time to see if we can move things to a different area then placed on the beds. Overall I'm happy with their service & plan to use them again.

Started my search for a service on Yelp and started a conversation thread with the owner. Owner of the company was willing to come out to my house and give me an accurate quote per my request.
Had a deep clean since I recently moved into a newly constructed rental. About 2000 Sq Ft.
2 cleaners came out and spend a few hours and cleaned everything from windows and blinds to bathrooms and floors. Afterwards they asked us to check the rooms to see if anything needed additional cleaning. We requested a few areas be addressed a bit further and they were to our satisfaction. Will be establishing regular monthly cleaning with this company.
Workers used shoe covers, masks, and gloves. Brought their own cleaning supplies. Felt safe.

I found this company through Google and Yelp reviews. I like most of you was extremely skeptical because we all know how hard it is to find great cleaners. I mean nobody can clean your house as good as you can, right? But I mean just to find someone DECENT was a challenge. After experiencing so many disappointments with several other large well known cleaning companies, we decided to give this one a chance. We had sworn off cleaning companies overall but were in a bind with time and needed to hire someone quick. We found this company and they had a spot open for Friday. Perfect! Even better, the customer service agent called me back and said they had a set of cleaners finishing up in a home in my neighborhood and could come the same day of my call! I was thrilled! You know a company is excellent when they can do a great job and clean around your mess! Normally,I clean before the cleaners but I literally didn't have time to do that and I'm so glad I didn't! The two cleaners from ATL Clean did a phenomenal job and I would not hesitate to hire them again! And did I mention they were very fairly priced!? My goodness! I'm so grateful! I will definitely be setting up my next cleaning soon! P.S- people please don't forget to tip these hardworking people! He answered all of my questions and was super friendly and professional about our interactions. My mom raved to me about his process and how well he cleaned the carpet. I love my Maid Right crew! Pam and her helper come every other week and make my house look and smell great! This is my first experience with a cleaning service, but I've had individuals in the past. The main thing I like over the individuals is the piece of mind that if something ever went wrong, there's someone to call and hold responsible.
I was a little skeptical about the initial deep clean, but I quickly saw the difference between what was being done before and how much cleaner my home is now. You get used to seeing things a certain way and stop noticing them. My baseboards and blinds have never been this clean!

I used this service for over a year. Originally I dealt solely with Shawn and he was good about responding and handling any issues. Then over the past couple of months there was always a little issue with my cleaning. Corners not swept etc.
The last "cleaning" I was billed for was a joke. I think they vacuumed the one room with carpet and that is it. My hardwood floors still had visible dirt my sinks were obviously not cleaned. When I contacted the service (via text as I always have) I was told to call before 5pm. My response was that I would not be able to call before 5. I let Lisa know I couldn't. She said I would need to contact her by phone before 5 during the week. This isn't possible with my work schedule. My schedule is the whole reason I use a service.
Since this wasn't resolved and since I was charged for a service I didn't receive I cancelled my services.

This company is highly unprofessional and I would warn against doing business with them. I started using The Chore Experts a few years ago on a bi-weekly basis to clean my personal residence. I was familiar with my cleaning crew but recently new people have been coming to clean my home because his regular staff was quitting. People I do not know. When I asked if they still do background checks I was told I should find a new cleaning service. The owner told me he was personally insulted that I would ask if they do background checks. I thought it was a pretty fair question. Big red flag!! I was also told that I'm "mean" when I follow up after a cleaning when something was not done properly; That I shouldn't expect everything to be perfect every time; That I only talk to the lady I know and not the new people I don't know (they're working – not sure what they needed me to talk to them about); That when they give an arrival window and then arrive outside of it that's my problem, and so on. I also know that I was charged extra if I missed a previous appointment (a rare occurrence over the years) but they do not charge other customers extra. Maybe I am hard to please, this could be possible. The expectation level was set at the initial consultation appointment so that's what I expected. I was usually the one standing up for them when my husband consistently found reasons to find a new cleaning service, and he has a pretty reasonable level of expectation. If it weren't for the one cleaning lady I really liked (who quit because she could no longer take working for the owners) I would have fired this company a long time ago.

In response to Shawn's comments regarding my negative review, I find it quite interesting that the accusations he is making about me were the exact accusations his staff used to make about working for them. They felt under appreciated and I was shocked at how little they got paid compared to what I was writing checks for. The ladies were always so grateful for the tips and cash bonuses I gave after each cleaning. I had a great relationship with the cleaning ladies which is the only reason I didn't leave sooner. I would even help them with their work! Calling me "mean" is childish. I should've listened to my husband and parted ways a long time ago instead of defending them all these years.

Helped us out last minute for an airbnb maintenance cleanup job for only the bathroom. Charged us $50.00 an hour with an minimum of 2 hours. Did not send any pictures or verification that clean was done for the $100 we spent. Guests checked in and were very upset that bathroom was still left a mess , we were extremely disappointed.
Only resolution we were given, was to have them come back out and pay again with an "discount". Insult to injury.

I was apprehensive about using a cleaning service for organizing my closet but decided to give it a try because I was overwhelmed.
Long story short, my closet looks AMAZING! Angel made great use of my space and the storage items I purchased! I didn't realize how much space I was wasting and I still have room for future purchases. All items are organized by type and style, even down occasion and material!
Angel was prompt, professional, and listened to my wants and concerns attentively. More importantly, I felt comfortable with her in my home. Her only request is that you have a large number of hangers on hand and all clothes are clean (completely understandable).References are also available upon request.

I scheduled cleaning for a 600 sq feet rental that I manage remotely and was quoted $135 on the phone. At the spot, the lady told me it would be an extra $35 to move appliances, which she told me would be included on the phone. I agreed on the extra and asked to confirm the total price, she said would be $325. I was astonished and told her she quoted me $135. She agreed and said she was looking at the wrong client. Before I responded, she just walked out and said it is not worth her hassle for $170. Pathetic business ethics and horrible service. I'm glad I asked to confirm the price before she proceeds though.

I chose this service because it seems more affordable than others and she seems fair.
About the services. She did an amazing work in my house, not complains she clean deep and great. It is like I just to a new house. Not complains about it.
What I do not like is the following. She had my address for a week before the appointment, but the morning she was supposed to arrive, at 6.44 a.m she texted me adding $15 dollars for transportation. Following what she told me, she only navigate where she has to go the morning of the service. Apparently my area is too far away.
After that, she told me she was bringing 2 persons to clean but she come alone. After that she spend, of course, more time on my house that she wanted to charge. When I refuse she was honest and did not charge, but she seems angry. I am pretty sure that in case that she brings somebody else the work wouldn't last that long.
Besides of that, she charged $75 more for cleaning my carpet. She did a great work in a really dirty rug, but I was looking for that in her website and it is not specified how much is the charge for a deeper/longer. It just says that they could charge you more, but how much exactly.
So I am so happy with her work but I think she could improve those things to do a better services because form 125 I was supposed to pay I finish paying almost 100 more.
I would recommend her, but I think those things could be better.

Angel is the best! She is so nice and does an exceptional job in our home. I've been using her services since November 2019 and have never been disappointed. I love that she has different tiers of cleaning, as I like to do some things myself like dishes and laundry. I also love that I can text her and add on services as needed. I used Ansley Home Cleaning for about a year and a half, with scheduled cleanings twice a month for a two bedroom apartment. I have nothing but good things to say. They kicked it off with a deep cleaning that left my place sparkling, after which the maid would drop by every other week. They have always gone above and beyond. No better feeling than coming back from the office and the place is spotless, they even dusted my collection of bourbon bottles.
My initial cleaner ended up taking another opportunity and I received a very kind heads up from her, as well as the manager, that someone new would be dropping by for the next cleaning (they were both fantastic).

Ansley Home Cleaning is incredible. We needed our house cleaned on very short notice (under 24 hours) and Ansley came to the rescue. Steve (the owner) contacted me within the hour after I requested a quote and said he could be at our house the next morning. He came over and introduced Miguel who would be cleaning our home. Miguel was extremely thorough, quick and left our kitchen literally sparkling clean! It smells sooo good!! And trust me, I live in a house with 5 art students, and our kitchen was pretty bad. Miguel cleaned all of the hard to reach crevices. It looks like a completely different kitchen. They were even able to get paint off of our hardwood floors! I have never regretted spending my money as much as I did today when I spent 300$ for these people to "clean" my home. Have you ever had a maid leave your sponge on your kitchen floor?!? They didn't even vacuum my area rug, mop, or sweep under my couch. I paid for baseboard cleaning and window cleaning and it looks the same as when I left. You all should be ashamed taking peoples money with this lackluster service. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!
Update: they reached out and offered a refund and a rescheduled cleaning at a later date. I will update if/when they repair the damage they did to my home, but I don't know that I would allow them back in for a reclean.

The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because their customer service was decent. The team that cleaned did nothing. I was getting a move-in clean and added additional services like floorboard cleaning, cabinet cleaning, oven, etc. The place was already cleaned once by the previous owner, so it wasn't going to be anything more than a little once over and some detailing on the extras I paid for. I went out of my way to make it convenient for them by changing my schedule so they could get in 2 hours earlier, doing it before anytbing was moved in so they didn't have to move and rearrange furniture or household items, and signing their paperwork before I left (do NOT do that!). They did nothing. Absolutely nothing. I have been cleaning my floorboards, the window still have bugs in my when I opened my shutters, shower was not touched, etc.
I sent photos as requested by customer service, and they decided to just give me a refund. I had to be on top of them a little, but they got it done (which is why they got the extra star).
I don't know if they're bad but it may just depend on the team that gets assigned to you. Cross your fingers they're good.

I admit don't use cleaning services often. I hired Atlanta Green Maids to do a move-in clean since I am 8 months pregnant and wanted to have someone do get us 80% there knowing the house had sat idle for a bit and really needed some love. I was EXTREMELY let down. I only know they showed up because my husband was there to let them in. The only thing that looks cleaned is the fridge and oven (which I paid extra for).
My #1 goal was to have the baseboards dusted/cleaned so we could paint (which I called out in comments). I paid extra for baseboard wet wiping, which NO WAY happened. My parents arrived to paint this weekend and we had to spend the first day cleaning and dusting the chair rail and baseboards so the blue tape would stick to edge the rooms. They obviously just didn't do it. Mind you, the house is empty so this, mopping, and vacuuming is really all we needed.
I know the house is dirty but they also left 1 hour early (which I was still charged for) so I know they just didn't care and ripped me off.
I paid $500+ to lose a day painting with my family and crawling on my hands and knees 8+ months pregnant. You should NOT book with them.

I hired green maids to come clean my house on a Friday before having weekend guests. As usual, on the day prior I shampooed my carpets and when they were dry I put arm and hammer's carpet extra strength odor eliminator on the carpets and vacuumed it after the allotted time. When the maids arrived on Friday I was having to take my son to the pediatrician and then CHOA for a medical emergency. I received a voicemail saying that the maids couldn't complete the cleaning because of the odor. So if you want to use Green Maids don't bother using any odor eliminator as the staff is too sensitive to handle it.

Because I was placing this request for my elderly parents, it was important that certain precautions be taken to ensure that they felt safe having a service come into their home. Initially I was unhappy with my cleaning from the first team they sent out. I called and told them and they immediately fixed it with no pushback and it was effortless to reschedule. Now I have a new team and they are great! They do a great job cleaning and they are in and out in about 1.5 hours. They also do these really pretty toilet paper folds on the rolls in the guest bathrooms and it is so cute! I would recommend them to anyone! Cassandra J's team is the best!

Friday afternoon I was thinking how much I really didn't feel like cleaning our home after a long week at work.
So I went to Yelp and found Atlanta Green Maids. Low and behold, they had a spot open for me the very next day (I was skeptical thinking a good cleaning service would be booked out)! The team of 2 showed up right on time and were very friendly and personal, which made me feel comfortable to have them in our home. 2 hours later? I had no more dog hair and a clean and fresh smelling home! I am very sensitive to strong smells, and all the powerful cleaning agents they used were very mild (amen) and left the place 100% better than just two hours prior! Thanks for the great thorough job!
