Great Work!!! Olya and co-worker came early morning and never looked back. She went through the house, came up with a plan and went to work!!! Her co-worker was just as hard working, and together they were awesome.
Olya has a high personal standard for her work set on quality and service! The kitchen cabinets have not been this clean in years!

I was quoted $280 for a deep cleaning of 2000 square foot home with no pets.
I asked Olya if they come to the house to provide proper estimates to see what needs to be done and she told me no, they don't come to the house.
Since she said no, I asked her what that estimate included because it seemed a little high. Which I'm sure every client would like to know what services they are paying for.
Instead of letting me know, she told me I may want to shop around.I guess she doesn't need any business if this is how rudely she treats her clients! With this kind of response, how is she even being hired?!

Olya and her team are amazing! I needed to book immediately under short notice and received fast communication and booking. I was stressed from having so many other appointments canceled/constantly rescheduled due to the virus and running out of time but this was by far the most stress free service I received from any company.
My appointment was early morning (6:30am) for an empty 3 story townhome move out deep clean and the team showed up on time and called to check in. The home needed a thorough cleaning and took longer than expected (based on what was needed, not team's fault) but the team went above and beyond, even taking care of items I told them they didn't have to worry about. When I did a walk through I was instantly relieved of all the other stress I dealt with. I wasn't present when the team showed up or during cleaning but I didn't need to be–no micromanaging needed, Olya and team take pride in their work and covered all the details. I will be recommending to anyone needing cleaning!

We've been using Minit Maids for almost two years and are very happy–they are professional, friendly, reliable, and (maybe most importantly) are always sweet to our dog Toni (even though she often tries to "help" them). They're quick to respond and very accommodating whenever we need to adjust our cleaning schedule. While we haven't had any issues that would require them to come back and re-clean anything, I'm confident they would handle it appropriately if needed. We'll be moving in the fall and look forward to continuing our service with them in our new house.

It was good until it was bad…..After being a long time, 6+ years, client of Minit Maids, they rode the show right into the wall. Over the course of six years, I used the team on a regular basis at my home in NoDa, a condo in uptown and an apartment while having our home renovated.
I booked a "Move In Clean" for our home, to say it was sub-par would be a gross understatement. I called the company, spoke with owner Rick, and said we would need it redone. Then, to my dismay, saw I was auto-drafted $395.00 for a piss poor job. Bear in mind, I was originally given a quote of $200-225. When I brought this up to the owner, Rick, one of his many excuses for the poor job and over charge was, and I quote: "well, I figured if you paid that much money for a reno this isn't a lot [$395.00]." And, that's when the show hit the wall.
I ended my 6 year relationship with Minit Maids and will not have them return to our home. If you choose to deal with this company, speak directly with Catherine and have everything in writing. Know that their team of cleaners are professional and do a good job; however, the owner, Rick, is the weakest link in the chain of command.

I highly recommend Minit Maids. We were moving into a rental home that needed a deep clean. The first appointment, scheduled on a Friday, didn't go as expected- the power and water were turned off that morning! I couldn't get either turned on until Monday, but the movers were coming with our things on Tuesday. The office was completely understanding and rescheduled us for Tuesday morning no questions asked. The team got here first thing in the morning and finished about 45 minutes before the movers arrived.
The team did such a great job with the clean that we are now regular house cleanings. Rick, the owner, personally came out to asses the house and give us a price.

We have used Minit Maids 3 times. First time, it went great. Second time, we got a bad team. Third time, we requested a different team, and still got a bad team. On top of that, we were threatened with a cancellation fee. I understand fees are there to preserve volume, and they are really reasonable generally speaking. But in this instance, we called to set up an appointment, received a return call requesting appointment confirmation, I called back to change the appointment . . . and then we never heard anything back until the day before confirming everything. Wait, what? Yes . . . they signed us up without our approval. Well, the appointment went through as (they) planned because we didn't want to eat the fee. When we returned home, the apartment was clean, but not $230 clean (AND WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN INVOICE FROM THEM)! On top of that, they didn't wash the windows (we ordered a DEEP CLEAN), and here's the kicker: one of the women brought their kid! His or her greasy fingers and forehead smear are plainly spattered across my living room windows.
If you MUST contract for their service, make sure you STAY AT HOME WHILE THEY CLEAN.

Since writing this review, they reached out to my fiancé, noting that they wanted to avoid me because they thought I was being unreasonable. The psychosis runs deep.

Rick, the owner, came personally to check out my apartment shortly after I called. He made suggestions for a first-time deep cleaning and helped me set up subsequent cleanings.
My schedule is particularly erratic (I rent out my place on Airbnb and often need to schedule cleanings at short notice), but they've been able to accommodate me each time.
The office staff is responsive and courteous, and the cleanings themselves are thorough and detailed. The value they provide is absolutely worth the money. 5 stars all around!

The only reason I give 4 stars rather than 5 is to clarify the difference between an old-fashioned "maid" than a cleaning service. This grows from a conversation I had with an older woman who expected that every object in her home be individually wiped off as "dusting". There are more limits with a cleaning service. That said, I am very happy with my MM crews. I prefer one regular team, but when another team comes in, I enjoy their apparent focus on slightly different tasks. The folks are friendly, thorough. Hello folks. I scored major "adulting" points when I booked my first ever home cleaning recently. Usually, I have to clean up after myself. Yikes ahah. Anyway, I was scrolling through services one lazy Sunday afternoon and came across "We Clean 4 U!" As well as other companies. I chose this one for many reasons. I felt safer knowing this was a family company rather than some major company that employs "anybody." A smaller company, I feel, would take more pride as there's more to lose when you're small. Also book them because I was able to do a same day booking. I booked for them to come that same day with about 4 hours in advance. Also, the pricing was reasonable and not too egregious. The time I booked was moved up which was asked not forced. They had finished earlier and could come sooner for me so why not. They were communicating the whole way. I appreciate that.
At time of appointment, Tony? (I hope I'm right) came knocking and to get a glimpse of my tornado of an apartment. Asked what I needed, told me what the standard cleaning entailed, and I went for ice cream. Also was lovely that his wife was accompanying as I feel families just know best.
I wish I'd taken before photos. I do. I had papers ALL over the counter top, all over the dining table (I don't eat at), and just crap cluttered. I said oh lord what are they going to be able to clean if all surfaces are covered. Well well well! They organized it all for me. Even set up the kitchen appliances in a much better way than I had. I haven't moved them since. They know where things go ok. Clearly I don't and I live here. This was a surface clean but I think for just that, they did amazing.
The whole house smelled like super clean and disinfected when I returned. I have a 1BR/BA apartment so it took maybe 1.5 hours. I'm happy with the service.I know they don't (or maybe just my package) do bedding and what not. But hey, after feeling just lazy and down. They helped me so much that I didn't mind the laundry or making the bed. A load was lifted off of my shoulders. One day, I shall be back as a treat and I'll get a deep clean. I used this company for a move in clean (deep clean). It was not done to my satisfaction. I chose not to continue any services with them. There were areas that were easily accessible and left unclean that I had discussed in detail with them. In addition, they were very late to the appointment, which delayed me for another engagement.
They are very polite. Jamily did adjust the price once I sent her many pictures of the unclean areas. I would have preferred a clean home though.

I recently moved into a new home and hired Fiv5 Star Cleaning for a deep clean. To start the process of booking was incredibly easy. The owner was incredibly reponsive and gave me a very reasonable quote. Then the morning of my cleaning was finally here. Dolores and Luz arrived on time. We started with a walk through of my home to discuss my biggest concerns, which I loved because it made me feel like they were committed to doing an excellent job. Then they started the cleaning. The attention to detail and cleaning could not have been more spot on. They cleaned very corner of my home. They wiped down the baseboards, washed the inside and outside of every window, removed everything from the fridge and washed all of the shelves by hand, just to name a few things. Quick response, easy to schedule. I had them come and clean my house once, everything was great so I decided to have them come a second time. Me and my husband just moved so I needed some help with organizing clothing. An extra $100 but totally worth it in my mind.
The clothes were folded extremely messy, and not put away correctly. I could have done a better job myself and saved the extra money. The dishes that I cleaned were not put away, and there was a lot of inconsistencies.
I reached out to the manager and she was very apologetic and asked if they could come fix it but my husband didn't want to deal with it anymore.

I started using this service back in Feb. 2021 everything started off with no problems. Then in April they accused me of not paying for a service that I didn't have. They canceled a service due to staff being ill but didn't check before saying I didn't pay. Then in May, their staff didn't fully clean the floors in the kitchen, living room and dining area. Then in June, their staff took something from my house. I noticed it missing about 8 hours after they left. When I informed them it was missing, they said the staff person accidentally took it and they would get it back to me. The following day, I had to contact them twice to get my item. Each time, I contacted them, they responded as if I was bothering them. They said "if this happens again, we will return it right away." The staff person returned the item almost a full 24 hours later. When I answered the door, she just handed me the item and walked away. Not "I'm sorry" or anything. Their response to a staff person taking something was wrong. This shouldn't happen in the first place. Then to make excuses as to why it wasn't returned ASAP was wrong too. I'm no longer using their services. I've used other housekeeping services in the past and have never experienced something being taken from my home.

This company was hired a detailed cleaning service with no reorganizing needed. Some of the cleaning had to be redone by the manager on the day after services were rendered. Ie baseboards. vents, interior of my frig, top of my ceiling fan, the ceiling Corners where dust or webs were noticed.
To add on to the repeat of cleaning, which I appreciate being done since my services were not completely done I noticed my food being eaten and some of my things missing ie my kids juice boxes(12pk), snacks opened and hidden as if it was never opened, chips and salsa eaten, and my stepping stool now missing (which I saw the maids with when I stopped by prior to my son's game to pick up the team snack I had laid out. Please be aware as I do not know if there is any additional items missing from my home. Pictures were taken and provided to the account manager who sent the manager out to rectify the issue of items that were not cleaned and to hear about my missing or use of personal items. I never received a formal apology from the person I had been in contact throughout my service setup after the incident was reported.

Beyond impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail and overall meticulous cleaning service that Fiv5 Star Cleaning has provided. I initially met with Jamily in our home. She was organized, providing me with references, insurance documentation, pricing and frequency. I arrived home after the first scheduled cleaning service and couldn't believe how amazing the house looked! This was a deep cleaning but let me tell you (having used other services in the past), this far exceeded our expectations! We decided on a bi-weekly schedule and after the second service, I now know that they are the REAL DEAL! Immaculate, once again!! I must add that we have a dog and while she is fine in a crate, the staff at Fiv5 Star is fine with her, even letting her "hang out" with them while they are here! That means the world to us! I cannot begin to explain the thoroughness and professionalism this company displayed on our first cleaning. We were not able to be at home and left them a key. We come home after a Monday work day and walked into pure bliss. My wife says all the time that a clean house is the best feeling to come home to. While I agree, I think coming home to a clean house that we didn't have to clean, is the best! Anyway, we are now on a monthly schedule with them and count down the days I think they return. Disappointing experience; if you're looking for a dependable cleaner in Charlotte this is not the service for you. Most of us depend on cleaners to show up on a regular schedule as we live our busy lives. After breaking a glass in my house, multiclean paid for the damage but then decided to stop responding to my messages and cancelled cleaning visits right before house guests arrived.
They made up an excuse about not having a cleaner available on the morning they were supposed to come, leaving the house uncleaned before out of town visitors arrived. Embarrassing. They said they would reschedule, and then did not and stopped responding to messages. I wasted 3 days waiting on their response. Luis decided to ignore my calls and polite messages. Frustrating and unprofessional.
Why did they disappear? They said that one of their cleaners didn't want to clean because she was afraid of breaking something and having to pay for it. When I hired this company, they said (and brought papers supposedly proving) that they had insurance. I'm skeptical of that claim. They make their front-line workers pay for minor damages that could happen to anyone, instead of the company taking care of the employees.
I have found another cleaner, and recommend you do the same if you're looking for honesty and dependability. Time is precious and MultiClean will waste a lot of your time if you entrust them with it.

We love Sonya and Luis! They always do a fantastic job, even going the extra mile by loving on our dog, bringing the garbage cans in from the street, and leaving air fresheners behind. We look forward to coming home from work after they have come by – the whole house is squeaky clean and fresh. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Incidentally – while I see one poor review below, MultiClean has worked with us for years, and they have never been slow to respond to us. They have even connected us with other service providers – electricians, plumbers, etc. – who have also been great to work with.

The service provided by Multi Clean Services was outstanding, efficient, and punctual. Jackie was here on time, had all her supplies ready to tackle the DISASTER that was my home. I found James from a Groupon about 5 years ago and after the first visit, i would never use anyone else! Not only is he professional, extremely nice but the service he offers is impeccable. I have 3 dogs and a ton of stains on my new carpet. Not only was he able to clean the stains but also got the odor out. It smelled like a new home again. James did a phenomenal job cleaning my carpets! He arrived as scheduled, was very courteous and professional. He's also just a heck of nice guy. It was pleasure having him and his associate (sorry for forgetting his name!) in my house.
When searching for a dry cleaner, the first two I found wanted to charge $350 and $425. It had been a while since I contracted carpet cleaners; but, I thought I'd gone mad. One gentleman explained their service was "superior" and the carpets would be "done right." Not a chance. I called Hubert Steam Cleaning and was quoted $170 for the same work (carpets plus huge sectional). James quickly set up an appointment that worked with my calendar and kept me informed of his arrival via text the day of. My carpets were in rough shape and now look like new! Same with the sectional. I couldn't be happier!

I had the pleasure of having Hubert Steam Cleaning come to my home on Monday and provide excellent carpet cleaning services. Our carpet had several stains from our 6-year old son and his buddy, KoKoa our family dog. Hubert Steam Cleaning was able to get all of the stains out of the carpet. They even inquired about the areas KoKoa liked to visit and treated those areas immediately. Hubert Steam Cleaning arrived 15 minutes prior to our appointment and completed a walk through of the areas to be cleaned. They were professional and the prices for their services are very affordable. I found Hubert Team cleaning through Groupon. I initially contacted the company to get a quote before I purchased the Groupon. I found Hubert Team cleaning to be super responsive and friendly. Scheduling appointments is super easy through the website (if you hate talking on the phone to schedule appointments like I do). They also send constant appointment reminders. I was moving this past weekend so it was great. Otherwise, I would have completely forgotten.
Now the good stuff. They were scheduled to show up at 2 and showed up punctually on time. It was really nice to not have to be waiting around. I showed him my two couches and he quickly got to work. I was in the room working the whole time and was not distracted by the noise or anything. He was quick, efficient, and above all, friendly. My couches look fabulous. One couch had horrible stains that no one could get out and he succeeded. Afterward, I asked for a recommendation on how to remove paint from my carpet and he gave me some excellent advice and help that actually worked (at no cost). It is so nice to have professional, helpful advice without being exhorted. 100% will use again to keep up my carpet warranty 😉

Cant say enough great things about this company. James the owner was extremely friendly and flexible for scheduling. The first time they came out they cleaned a huge sectional that was dirty from dogs wear and tear. It looked brand new fresh when they left. They came back the following week for a touch up – they stand behind their work 100%.
