Availed Robin's cleaning services while moving into my house. They were both extremely courteous and very diligent at their job. Although they started close to 2 PM, they stayed on till 10 PM to finish their job. They did not leave a stone unturned, carpets shampoo cleaned, appliances squeaky clean, and all surfaces and floors dusted and moped. Would not have expected anything better. I will hire them anytime for smaller cleanings from time to time. Very reasonable prices.

We hired Robin for a one time deep cleaning ! We have used Merry Maids, Saylay Cleaning, and several others ! All I can say is this girl don't play !!! She is a work horse and she actually enjoys her job! She is fit as a fiddle and knows how to deep clean and can get into all the tight and small areas too ! We also used her a few times after that for general cleaning and have never had any issues ! Your house will sparkle when she leaves and smell so fresh ! They are insured and leave phenomenal handmade gifts such as these! They made us a @chattwhiskey vase with flowers , handmade organic lavender soap, and a boil in a bag potpourri sash! No show. Made an appointment with this company and she called the day before to confirm for 10:00 am the next day. By 10:30 I called because she had not shown up. She said she was running late and to expect her in 1 1/2 hour. Never showed up. I wanted to have my new house cleaned before my furniture and belongings arrived the next day. No way I could get it all done by myself. Thanks for nothing. Now my furniture will arrive to a dirty house. If you can't keep appointments you should at least have the courtesy to call or not accept the job in the first place.

I looked at several different cleaning services before selecting The Cleaning Authority. Their services and process are comparable to most, but their prices beat the others.
It was just over a week from when I submitted my initial inquiry until they completed the first clean.
It took a little back and forth to get the specifics of which rooms I wanted cleaned on alternating times – they were incredibly accommodating. I didn't want my upstairs rooms cleaned every time, so they gave me 2 prices for alternating weeks. Every member of their team I have spoken with has been incredibly friendly and helpful, regardless of the circumstance.
The cleaning was outstanding! Very nice, professional, and thorough!! I felt very comfortable with their team in my home. And they have a very easy to use online portal for payments. I've recommended the service to my mom. 🙂

I saw the great Yelp reviews and made Cleaning Authority first on my list to try now that the sweetie and I have decided we're over trying to keep up with our house AND our one year old! It's time to hand it over to a professional.
I made an appointment for an in-home estimate using their online form and got a follow up email to confirm the time. Time comes for the appointment and nobody shows up. No phone call, no email, nothing. Very disappointed. If you can't show up for the estimate, we certainly don't have much confidence in them showing up for anything else.

Well, Management is inconsistent and you never know what kind of quality you will get. Honestly, after hearing how they treat their employees, I'd rather just pay some of them to come in on their own to do the work. Their employees actually work hard but management screws them up because each manager does things differently then gets mad when the employees don't do it their way. Seriously, I don't care if you scrub my toilet to the left or to the right as long as it is clean.

I know when Rebecca is a part of TCA's team, my house is going to be thoroughly cleaned. There's always one or two ladies with her, but she's the one I've seen most often. When she's not a part of the team, it just doesn't look as complete. If she accidentally breaks something, she'll leave a note with instructions for how to have it replaced. If I leave special instructions, she pays attention and assures that I don't have to repeat them. She's kind and doesn't want to spend too much time chatting – I like her professionalism.

Since 2007, I've been getting my house cleaned every other week by The Cleaning Authority. I was really looking forward to having someone come clean our house before we welcomed our baby to the world. Based on the reviews I was expecting to have a great experience, however that was not the case. Kayla and her coworker did show up to do the deep clean, however I was told they would be here for 3-4 hours and I was given a quote I felt was fairly reasonable for 2 people. (This was after a $120 discount.) Scheduling was not easy as we agreed upon a date and I told her the time we would be home. She said that wasn't a problem. I texted the day before to confirm and she informed me she would be coming over while no one was home. My husband then had to work from home as we have a dog who doesn't do well with strangers. After just under 2 hours (per our ring doorbell) and my husband who was home, they left. When I got home I found that decor on the walls and counter spaces were not dusted. Light fixtures weren't dusted, the oven wasn't cleaned, the top of the refrigerator was still covered in dust as well as the kitchen cabinets. I could go on. I wouldn't even consider this a basic clean given the places I found dust. I am very thankful she came out, however this was not the clean we agreed upon. I contacted her and she sadly made excuses and said she would be happy to come out and finish the job. We scheduled another date and my husband again took off work early. She did not show up and never contacted us until we reached out. We rescheduled AGAIN. This time she was a no show and has now ghosted us! We have requested a partial refund and have not heard anything after calling, texting and even my dad who had previously used her tried calling and nothing. I am very disappointed and gave her the benefit of the doubt after the first cleaning but that was a mistake.
