We hired Gloria Cleaning after our tenants left a ghastly dirty apartment. A thorough scrubbing was needed, especially the bathrooms and kitchen.

We retained Renotex's services for a basic cleaning on a split level house. They sent one housekeeper who did everything for the basic cleaning in the time alotted and at an acceptable level. We liked todays work enough to schedule Renotex's services for future cleanings. They cleaned our kitchen, living room, dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms and closet removing all the excess debris, giving everything a proper wipe down and had all necessary foldings and organization also take place. The housekeeper they sent appeared meticulous, cordial, and exercised an appropriate level of care on necessary areas to be cleaned. We recently went through two other home cleaning services both of whom were fired in November and December and Renotex did a much better job than both of them.

Ricky and Earl came from Renotex yesterday afternoon right on time and in 1.5 hours the wall-to-wall carpeting in my two bedroom apartment was transformed. They took their time – first moving the furniture themselves and vacuuming with an industrial vacuum (which they lugged up the stairs uncomplaining to our fifth floor apartment). Then Ricky took his time shampooing the wool carpeting with their water-based, PH neutral cleaner that is safe for children (and our two cats). They were both friendly and worked with focus and evident expertise. When the carpet was done, they laid down paper throughout the apartment so that we could walk about freely in the 6+ hours it would take to dry. The carpet is glowing and all this for $139 – their standard price. (They'll give you an estimate before they begin work.) Truly an awesome company – been around for many years – Ricky has been with the company for 18 years and Earl for 14. Ask for Noel and he will set up up. Recommended to us by our good friends and I am happy to keep passing the word.

Very highly recommend- very easy to communicate and schedule and the ladies that came over were so sweet, efficient, and covid conscious.
I scheduled a deep cleaning move-in/out service. Afterward, I could see my reflection on the bathroom sliding glass doors and the kitchen sinks and floor were so pristine- I could eat off them.
I also have a dog and even if I vacuum every day there is always some stray fur- all the spare dog hairs were also gone. I am honestly really really happy!
They also bring their own vacuum if you don't have one which is awesome and their own cleaning supplies.

My old cleaner had to stop work for health reasons so I tried a corporate cleaning service for the first time today and found Homey (on Yelp) as Wizards of Homes were not taking on new clients).
I made the booking online on Sunday night for a Tuesday cleaning appointment, and I had 3 Venezuelan women (they only speak Spanish) come punctually today. Luckily my dog walker popped by and was able to help translate, but tbh we would have been ok even without a translator. The 3 ladies were an excellent well oiled team who went straight to work after a very brief orientation.
I have 2 dogs that shed (a lot) and the ladies made my apartment sparkling clean. They were efficient and it took 4 hours (x 3 ladies) to clean a 3 bed/ 3 bath/ 2000SF – this included mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and making 2 beds and cleaning out my vacuum cleaners at the end.
Cost was $240. This included a 20% discount for signing up to having a weekly service. Tips are optional and can be paid in person or through the Homey online platform.
Mariella was also very helpful on the phone and by text, and any extra instructions can be texted to her (eg if you wanted laundry folded, this could be added for an additional cost).
After today's experience, I'm 100% going to use them regularly going forward.

fantastic experience start to finish. I had a hard time finding short notice service and they were able to accommodate & be flexible. it was easy to book, and a real human (!!) texts with you to coordinate details about the service, like if they should bring vacuum, nuances of timing etc. they also messaged after to make sure I was happy, and coordinate payment. the woman they sent, Yadi, did such a stunning job – truly 10/10. I have to say that Elite Supreme Cleaning company is the only one for me. Like most people, I hate cleaning the apartment for a move out it is such a hassle. I was so busy and a good friend of mine recommended Elite Supreme Cleaning company to me. After going on Yelp and looking at his reviews I was impressed and decided to go further.
I left a message for them to give me a quote. Patrick was prompt in his responses and super warm and inviting. I told him that I was a chef and to pay close attention to my kitchen and bathroom. He asked if I was available for a telephone conversation. While on the phone he discussed all the services that he offered; he assured me that his company was insured Incase anything were to be damaged.
Patrick and his crew showed up early to the job. They had all of their equipment in tow, and all I had to do was allow them ample time to give the space a deep cleaning. The products they used weren't strong, and left my space sparkling like no one lived there.
When it came time to pay he accepted various types of tender. He was very detailed and organized in what he was charging me, and why. When Patrick and his crew finished cleaning my apartment he explained what was done, and he insisted we do a walk through to make sure it was up to my liking. Choosing a business/service online can always be a crapshoot, but I am so glad that I found Elite Supreme Cleaning. Spoke with Jasmine via Yelp first who was incredibly quick to respond. Then spoke with Patrick on the phone who was able to get me a more precise quote after our conversation.
Patrick was very communicative throughout the entire process, prior to and during the cleaning – not to mention, also patient and polite. I couldn't be there in person, but he gave me updates via text the entire time. He and his associate arrived promptly, with all their own supplies, and he sent me before and after photos of almost everything they cleaned. I gave him a pretty specific list of things that I wanted him to tackle, but he even cleaned things I didn't even think to do. His attention to detail is above and beyond.

Patrick handled my inquiry all the way to actually cleaning the apartment. I called him to clean my boyfriend's apartment, which was considerably grimy, dusty, and dirty. It had never gotten a deep clean since he moved in a couple years ago.
Thankfully, Patrick was so easy to talk to and was an amazing help in getting a quote and scheduling the clean just 2 days from calling him. For a deep clean of a 225 sqft 1 bedroom, it was $325 with an $80 deposit. Very fairly priced because of how DETAILED and THOROUGH Patrick was in the bedroom, kitchen, living room, AND bathroom. He did the floors, sinks, toilet, tub, windows, and mouldings as part of the deep clean. On top, I also asked for 2 cabinets, 3 appliances, stovetop, and oven to be cleaned. All of these were done perfectly! He also cleaned all the counters, tabletops, and dressers we had! All the old grease, dust, and grime were gone. Patrick exceeded my expectations all around.

Then she….blocks me without responding!
……..I'm a little confused and give them the benefit of the doubt…maybe Yelp messaging is acting up. So I send an email…crickets. I try to call and a gentleman picks up (Patrick?), says he'll speak to Jasmine as Yelp can act up and he'll call me right back….crickets again.
….Here's the kicker! I send a new quote request from my husband's account to confirm my suspicions. Same exact details of the job. What do you know? Jasmine replies immediately and quotes $500! And the time slot I discussed just hours prior is not offered. I have screenshots of all this as I assume they'll try to cover their tracks.
The only conclusion here is that they decided to accept a different job where they made up a higher price, which is actually fine. What isn't fine is wasting 24 hours of my time, blocking and ghosting me instead of simply letting me know they booked another job. I'm sorry, this is immature and unprofessional, especially by a company on Yelp with good reviews.
Their pricing structure is also suspect. How does the same job cost $200 to some and $500 to others within hours?

We had a fantastic experience with Elite Supreme Cleaners.
My wife and I are moving soon. We tried to clean out the new place by ourselves before we moved in. We really tried. But it didn't take long for us to realize that we needed professional help.
We called ESC, and Patrick showed up and saved the day.
Patrick was able to clear out greasy stains on the tops of the cabinets that I thought would outlive my grandchildren. He absolutely scoured the oven. I think I can actually see my reflection more clearly in my oven door than in my bathroom mirror at home (sidenote: I should ask him to clean my bathroom mirror at home).
When Patrick was done, our new/future apartment was gleaming and smelling of Pinesol. He did a great job and kept us posted with updates throughout the day.
We will definitely, 100% be calling ESC again.

Patrick was a pro from start to finish. He is personable and easy to work with. Our space is a new lease for a 6,000 sq ft office — his quote was well thought out, and he worked with me on price to make it happen. We needed a deep clean desperately.
He was early on the day of the deep clean, dealt with obstacles with ease (the elevator was broken), and worked diligently with his associate. He gave me updates throughout the day, did AMAZING work, and left the space looking brand new. He was also communicative about places they wouldn't be able to reach.
I highly recommend Elite Supreme, and we will absolutely contract them again. If they can do this for a super dusty and dirty commercial space, I'm sure their residential work is just as immaculate.

This company was professional, punctual and very detailed . Patrick was able to fit me into his schedule for a same day appointment, as I was in need of a serious deep cleaning of my studio apartment. The amount of dust & cat hair had accumulated over some months and I really some professional help to clean the space. Looking for cleaning service can be very stressful. I had to contact multiple companies before deciding on one. Elite is a very professional company who will arrive on time, with a huge load of cleaning supplies and very detail when it comes to cleaning. They will aim for all the cracks, edges and gaps. So detail they even went into the dryer's lint screen. The previous tenant obviously careless about their hygiene. I had attached some photos. Definitely give Elite a try!!!

My basement was flooded very bad after Ida storm. I contacted them to clean my walls, windows and floors in the basement. Which included 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen. From the back of the house to the front. They answer me back right away, the charge one flat fee for 5 hours. I was very impressed with the before and after that Gia performed on my basement. Lady's maid was An amazing service!! We were supposed to move into our apartment yesterday and the place wasn't cleaned from previous owners and was left A MESS. We called lady's maid and within 20 minutes they found a time they could come that day! Gia came promptly and with all supplies. She scrubbed every surface, especially our kitchen which was most needed. She took her time and detailed every crevice. She stayed for over 4 hours helping us get the place to move in shape. After contracting to clean an apartment for a move-in, with specific requests to focus on cleaning and wiping down cabinets and drawers, the "final product" resulted in the photos below. Despite countless emails, phones calls and texts, the job was not completed to any level of satisfaction.
They offered to help fix the issue, but not in a timeline that was convenient for work purposes and stated that "they did the job asked".
I had to hire a new cleaner and requests for a reasonable refund were ignored. I would NOT recommend.

Lauren and Mike were phenomenal. They worked hard for the entire time and checked in with me to ensure they hadn't missed any spots that I had expected them to get. They were also very receptive to feedback regarding products, equipment, and any spots I had concerns about. They went above and beyond for my basement flood clean up and spent extra time working (for free) to clean some of the spots that I wasn't even expecting them to do!
Overall, I am very satisfied with the job that they did. I do believe that they needed slightly more equipment than they had to complete the job in the time frame they intended to which is the reason for the 4 stars. However, they completed the job in a timely manner and ensured it was to my liking before they left!

I used Sir Clean Service for a recent move out clean and I was extremely happy with the service.
At first I was a little reluctant to hire them for job because they did not have many reviews on Yelp. Federico, the owner responded to my inquiry almost immediately with a quote and explained that it is a new business. I found the quote to be fair and decided to give them a try. Sir Clean Service did not disappoint.
Lauren, the worker showed up to the job early and was very thorough. She worked very very hard and efficiently. It honestly was quite impressive and she left the place spotless.
Overall I'd give Sir Clean Service a 10/10. I was very happy with everything from beginning to end.

Seriously just the MOST amazing. My apartment flooded due to the rain Hurricane Elsa is bringing in and no one – not a single cleaning service in NYC – was able to see me until tomorrow. I called Sir Clean and Federico sent Lauren down to our apartment and WOW. Lauren has cleaned up the entire mess. She is so sweet and friendly, I cannot recommend her enough. This is a solid company. I called a few other places to get quotes and the owner, Brigador, called me back right away. This was important because everyone has been scared to work during Covid. I was able to go through what I needed on the phone and then she came the next day for a walk through. The 700 sq ft apartment was filthy from a previous tenant, and I didn't know where to begin. She came in, told me what I needed, and her price was extremely fair and competitive. Brigador also walked me through the entire process and it took less than a week to finish the hoard with all the paperwork, etc. I highly recommend her and her team. Very pleasant people to work with.

I was helping a relative move out of state. She had been in New York for over 50 years and had accumulated more than her fair share of stuff. Her 1 bedroom apartment was filled to the brim and also had a storage unit piled with things. In the end even after giving away furniture, boxes of dishes, books, chairs, etc, we still had about 2 dumpsters to hold 50 yards of stuff.
I spoke with several different clean up companies and because I was coming from out of state arranged to meet with three clean up crews I interviewed over the phone. Brigador, the owner, seemed flexible and easy to work with. Most of the companies said they would move/throw everything out in one day. When I asked about looking through the stuff, the other companies felt they could do it as we are cleaning up. Brigador came with another plan of going over things the first day. On the second day,more going over things and throwing/moving out. I believe she tailored a planned based on my needs.
During the review process, Brigador proved to be extremely valuable as whenever I had a question of whether to keep something, she gave good points to help us keep moving forward. The first day was mostly her team bringing out things from storage and showing me the contents of the boxes. I would then say keep or throw away. At a certain point they would know what things I wanted to keep and things to throw. But I saw everything before a decision was made. Most of the stuff I wanted to look through was her old files and paperwork. At first, I wasn't sure how this would work, but basically I would tell them paperwork I'm looking for and which ones I didn't need . They woul look at each piece and save pictures,address books, bank statements,etc. If they came upon a new category of paper they would ask for my opinion. They also knew where to search for hidden money or valuables. They checked the contents of each pocket or empty bag, just in case. Seeing the time they spent with me to go through my relatives stuff was very emotional and her team made me feel comfortable through out the process.
One thing that strikes me as most important was that they would always review stuff while I'm there. In one case, she found a few hundred dollars of cash and immediately handed it over to me. The company is built on strong ethics where I developed great trust in their people.
What I learned – Cleaning out a hoarders stuff is very difficult. It would have been more difficult if my relative (the hoarder) was there. It took a total of 5 days, I spent a day before prepping, a day sorting with them, 2 days of more sorting and giving away stuff on my own and 1 last day of sorting and moving stuff to dumpster with them. If I was less involved, I think they could have moved faster, but they made sure we went at a pace that I was comfortable with. Be prepared things don't go always as planned. Things can change because it depends on your hoarder what type of things you had to sort. My relative did a great job of packing things in and Brigador had to order a second dumpster. To give her credit she smooth talked the dumping company to provide another dumpster the same day. All I can say is that she tries very hard to get the job done and kept things on track. Because my relative did pack in more and of the extra dumpster the price did go higher. She didn't give but kept it very transparent the way she handled it.
I felt extremely fortunate to have this company in my corner as I would have taken several weeks had I tried this on my own. Thank you again NYC Hoards for the awesome job!

This is the best cleaning service in New York! There are not enough accolades to describe someone who has gone above and beyond the call of duty when I was in dire straits looking for someone to clean a relative's apartment while he was in the hospital undergoing cancer surgery. He mentioned that his apartment was a pigsty and there were plumbing issues. I knew I needed something more than a housekeeper. Also, I have COPD, did not have his keys and needed someone to take the ball and run with it. After calling a few companies and leaving voice messages, Brigador was the only person who called right away. We spoke and as soon as my relative's keys were in my hands, Brigador came to my house and got the keys and went over to access the situation. She sent me photos and videos of the condition of the apartment and then called me to discuss what would be done followed by an email including a list activities and pricing. The cost of all that had to be done was extremely reasonable. I immediately felt a sense of trust. As the job got underway, Brigador sent numerous photos and video describing in detail what was done, and then followed this up with multiple calls and texts to make suggestions and discuss what would need to be done. Operating as a general contractor, Brigador reached out and got bids and interviewed numerous plumbers and painters to obtain reasonable pricing for the jobs. For each job, she was there to let the workmen into the apartment and locked up after them each workday. The painting included smoke remediation as well and Brigador carefully interviewed the painters to make sure they knew their craft. Additionally, she found someone to steam clean his couch. As the transformation of his apartment proceeded I sent numerous packages of items he would need when he returned to his apartment. Brigador collected, opened and staged his whole apartment with the new items which included a bed, curtains, towels, cleaning supplies and miscellaneous necessities. I am so grateful to Brigador for all she has done. She saved my sanity and provided my relative with a sanitary and beautifully arranged apartment. When he arrived home, he told me, "This is beautiful". I intend to continue to use Brigador's services by having weekly housekeeping services for him.
