Patrick was very friendly and honestly so patient with me, he gave me a step by step explanation of the process and how my appointment would go. He was very punctual and brought all materials/equipment for the job.After the job was finished we were called for a final walk through, and all I can say is…WOW! Details, details, details! Recently I moved into a new apartment that was left unkept by the former tenant. Moving is frustrating as is, but I was happy to come across Elite's service in my search for a deep cleaning company. The reviews were all positive so I figured I'd give it a chance.
I reached out to Patrick to discuss the various packages and my needs. We agreed that the Fresh Start package would be the best fit. He was so friendly while answering all my questions (I had A LOT!) and gave great insight on the best approach to my deep cleaning needs. The booking process was also pretty frictionless which I appreciated during the otherwise chaotic transition into my new place. They were punctual and brought all the required equipment to do the service.
In the end of it all, I found this experience to be exceptional from beginning to end. Patrick and his assistant, Yana, completely transformed my new apartment into something I'm now proud to show off! I booked the Elite Premiere Package which was the best fit for my deep cleaning. Patrick was extremely professional and puctional . He arrived at the scheduled time with all the materials and products needed to complete the job . I was very pleased that Patrick and his assistant wore masks and gloves during the entire service.

Patrick and his team were incredibly thorough and detail-oriented in their cleaning process. I just purchased an apartment and asked that he make it feel like no one has ever lived there…he definitely accomplished that! No vent, crevice, or spot was overlooked, and his clean of my new apartment definitely made it feel more like home.
I was hesitant to book due to the lack of any critical reviews and the Venmo payment process, but Patrick is trustworthy and has a great business. He is communicative and clear throughout. The cost of the cleaning was definitely on the high side of the quotes I got, but worth every penny.

I have to say that Elite Supreme Cleaning company is the only one for me. Like most people, I hate cleaning the apartment for a move out it is such a hassle. I was so busy and a good friend of mine recommended Elite Supreme Cleaning company to me. After going on Yelp and looking at his reviews I was impressed and decided to go further.
I left a message for them to give me a quote. Patrick was prompt in his responses and super warm and inviting. I told him that I was a chef and to pay close attention to my kitchen and bathroom. He asked if I was available for a telephone conversation. While on the phone he discussed all the services that he offered; he assured me that his company was insured Incase anything were to be damaged.
Patrick and his crew showed up early to the job. They had all of their equipment in tow, and all I had to do was allow them ample time to give the space a deep cleaning. The products they used weren't strong, and left my space sparkling like no one lived there.
When it came time to pay he accepted various types of tender. He was very detailed and organized in what he was charging me, and why. When Patrick and his crew finished cleaning my apartment he explained what was done, and he insisted we do a walk through to make sure it was up to my liking. He even wanted to look at the lease agreement to make sure I wouldn't be charged any fees if he had missed anything

They love asking you questions about where to put things and what you want done. This is super important for me as many things in my apartment aren't mine and can be ignored. The cleaning took about 6 – 7 hours – my apartment was seriously messy. They bring their own tools and are super friendly! I am definitely referring them to my mom and bf.

Choosing a business/service online can always be a crapshoot, but I am so glad that I found Elite Supreme Cleaning. Spoke with Jasmine via Yelp first who was incredibly quick to respond. Then spoke with Patrick on the phone who was able to get me a more precise quote after our conversation.
Patrick was very communicative throughout the entire process, prior to and during the cleaning – not to mention, also patient and polite. I couldn't be there in person, but he gave me updates via text the entire time. He and his associate arrived promptly, with all their own supplies, and he sent me before and after photos of almost everything they cleaned. I gave him a pretty specific list of things that I wanted him to tackle, but he even cleaned things I didn't even think to do. His attention to detail is above and beyond.
As for price, after comparing quotes from a few different places for a move in/out deep cleaning of my 1 bd/1br apartment, I found Elite to be pricey, but reasonable – especially for the quality. Patrick will be my go to person in the future.

100% would recommend!! When they say it's a detailed clean, best believe they're getting into all the corners, windows, and stains. No dusty moulding is too dusty for Elite Supreme. The amount of detail, care, and love our apartment was given is phenomenal. I'm so happy I chose Elite Supreme!
Patrick handled my inquiry all the way to actually cleaning the apartment. I called him to clean my boyfriend's apartment, which was considerably grimy, dusty, and dirty. It had never gotten a deep clean since he moved in a couple years ago.
Thankfully, Patrick was so easy to talk to and was an amazing help in getting a quote and scheduling the clean just 2 days from calling him. For a deep clean of a 225 sqft 1 bedroom, it was $325 with an $80 deposit. Very fairly priced because of how DETAILED and THOROUGH Patrick was in the bedroom, kitchen, living room, AND bathroom. He did the floors, sinks, toilet, tub, windows, and mouldings as part of the deep clean. On top, I also asked for 2 cabinets, 3 appliances, stovetop, and oven to be cleaned. All of these were done perfectly! He also cleaned all the counters, tabletops, and dressers we had! All the old grease, dust, and grime were gone. Patrick exceeded my expectations all around.

This company is unprofessional. They might provide good cleaning services if you manage to confirm a booking, but I would never know because they wasted 24 hours of my time and then ghosted me as I was confirming the booking! I wish I was kidding. Is this dating?

I reviewed all quotes overnight and messaged back that I'd like to book
She tells me great, I need to Venmo a 50% deposit (this is 2 weeks out)
I ask if there are any other methods for a deposit like PayPal that have purchase protections in case no one shows up
She says it's her company and it'll be her doing the work, so she'll be there
I say ok, your reviews are good, so I'll Venmo. Let me know the info.
Then she….blocks me without responding!
……..I'm a little confused and give them the benefit of the doubt…maybe Yelp messaging is acting up. So I send an email…crickets. I try to call and a gentleman picks up (Patrick?), says he'll speak to Jasmine as Yelp can act up and he'll call me right back….crickets again.
….Here's the kicker! I send a new quote request from my husband's account to confirm my suspicions. Same exact details of the job. What do you know? Jasmine replies immediately and quotes $500! And the time slot I discussed just hours prior is not offered. I have screenshots of all this as I assume they'll try to cover their tracks.
The only conclusion here is that they decided to accept a different job where they made up a higher price, which is actually fine. What isn't fine is wasting 24 hours of my time, blocking and ghosting me instead of simply letting me know they booked another job. I'm sorry, this is immature and unprofessional, especially by a company on Yelp with good reviews.
Their pricing structure is also suspect. How does the same job cost $200 to some and $500 to others within hours?

We had a fantastic experience with Elite Supreme Cleaners.
My wife and I are moving soon. We tried to clean out the new place by ourselves before we moved in. We really tried. But it didn't take long for us to realize that we needed professional help.
We called ESC, and Patrick showed up and saved the day.
Patrick was able to clear out greasy stains on the tops of the cabinets that I thought would outlive my grandchildren. He absolutely scoured the oven. I think I can actually see my reflection more clearly in my oven door than in my bathroom mirror at home (sidenote: I should ask him to clean my bathroom mirror at home).
When Patrick was done, our new/future apartment was gleaming and smelling of Pinesol. He did a great job and kept us posted with updates throughout the day.
We will definitely, 100% be calling ESC again.

Patrick was a pro from start to finish. He is personable and easy to work with. Our space is a new lease for a 6,000 sq ft office — his quote was well thought out, and he worked with me on price to make it happen. We needed a deep clean desperately.
He was early on the day of the deep clean, dealt with obstacles with ease (the elevator was broken), and worked diligently with his associate. He gave me updates throughout the day, did AMAZING work, and left the space looking brand new. He was also communicative about places they wouldn't be able to reach.
I highly recommend Elite Supreme, and we will absolutely contract them again. If they can do this for a super dusty and dirty commercial space, I'm sure their residential work is just as immaculate.

We are return customers with Irene's Cleaning for their regular cleaning option and have been very pleased with their service.
We book cleanings through Yelp and they confirm through text. They are flexible with scheduling and we are always able to book within one week of request. They provide a one hour window to arrive and begin services, and they arrive on time, within the window.
Irene's Cleaning has many employees so different team members have been scheduled for each of our cleanings. Each team member has been thorough, efficient and professional. Our last cleaning was with Marlen and Irma and we were very happy with the results.
It is always so refreshing to have Irene's team transform our space into a spotless and organized home and we will be booking another cleaning again soon.

Update: they came back to redo the service which I was very appreciated. They did a decent job second time so I wasn't sure what happened the first time. Just make sure you tell them where need to be cleaned before they come in.
I was not happy with the service. First, they arrive late but they told me in advance which i was okay with it. I asked for a deep cleaning for a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. After the cleaning, there are still thick dust on clothes hanging bars in some closets. They removed the stuff from under the sink for cleaning but never put it back. They never clean inside fridge or oven because they only do it when customer requests which I was not aware at all. But they did tell me when I booked the appointment that deep cleaning includes fridge and oven. The apartment is empty and I'm about to move in. I now need to clean again myself.

I really wanted this to work out well, and had heard such good reviews. HOWEVER, when I returned home after my apartment was cleaned by Irene's Cleaning team it was obvious my floors were not mopped properly. There were white spots all over that are from my baby's bottle dripping. The spots are very easy to wipe off – I do it when I clean myself. I was disappointed to pay so much (I was quoted $69/hr for min 1.5 hrs back in March) to have to mop the floors myself.

Don't waste your money. I was not happy with the services. I have used multiple different cleaners before, but this is the worst and most expensive I have used. We hired them for deep cleaning our home before moving in, but was very disappointed with the services. The cleaning was very superficial and expensive, and there were a lot of miscommunication about hours (since they charge by hour). If at the price, it was done well, I would not complain a single word. We came back after a few hours and found that some of the kitchen cabinets inside (which is the most basic thing for cleaning) were not touched at all (still dirty inside, see pictures), and most of the cabinets were not completely cleaned, still with dusts in the corner. The hardwood floors were still dusty, and cleaners were wearing their shoes walking around on the floor when they were cleaning. Overall, I would not recommend them or use them again.

Need deep clean due to a recent renovation at home. I don't need to clean the inside of fridge, oven or microwave, no need to clean any fabric furniture, only asked for cleaning the dust in the entire house and windows (cuz the renovation people was cutting wood and tiles inside).
The cleaners showed up on time, and were doing an okay job with some guidance. But they do not speak or understand English, so communication is very difficult. And they refused to clean the windows though it is what I asked for specifically. Talking to the company about it, they said since it is a raining day, it would be too risky to have the cleaners clean the windows, and there is no price change cuz their window clean is complimentary. Despite the fact that all my windows are removable, i agreed not to have the cleaners clean the outside of the window since it is raining. However, the cleaners are not cleaning the inside or the frame of the windows at all.
Overall, i am not happy about the service, and won't recommend them to others. It is more like a normal clean instead of a deep clean which is what i was seeking.

Communication was easy and they could confirm me for the same day which was great and gave a time window.The cleaners arrived around that time.
Coming to the actual cleaning,one of the two girls did a great job but the other one was meh.
She skipped a few things,it was like i had to check and tell her that she missed that.
Didn't do a great job with the shower.Did not wipe the outside of kitchen cabinets properly (or may be she didn't at all) .

Alex generously spent almost an hour with me when I stopped in at the THC office to ask questions and arrange for cleaning my son's new place before their big move. (I had started with a phone call which had been promptly returned, but found myself in their neighborhood and decided to stop in since I had so many questions about timing and coordination.) I was very happy with the plan we worked out and on the appointed day the crew of three arrived exactly when I expected them and got right to it. They were so pleasant and hard-working! They confirmed the three areas to be cleaned (condo, storage room, and garage) and when they were finished, that place looked new! One of the young ladies completely took the refrigerator apart to clean every nook and cranny. We are all very happy with THC!

This place is a farce. No one should use them. The owner bullied me to not post photos (demanded me to take down photos) about their low end cleaning and products on their website. No one's house is so disgusting that their "Alex" person quotes $360.00 for a 1,800 sq. Ft. Home to clean first time. Yes, three ladies came. They were much too busy speaking amongst each other and I have photos to share how they sorta cleaned. Not very professional. Anyway, yes, the owner and I finally came up to $180.00 after a heated argument. This place is not training or vetting their employees, period. Yes, I can provide photos that the owner threatened me to not place online. Why do business with these people. Not sure, if they have liability insurance; why hire. Who needs three people to clean an 1,800 sq. Ft home? Makes no business sense unless paying the employees off the books. Have no idea how the owner is running her business. After my endeavor, we agreed to $180.00 but she threatened me to take down photos on her website. No one threatens me. Cleaning services do not rule the world; they did not cure cancer or diabetes …. arrogance. The U.S. government should audit this business.

Total Home Cleaning is AMAZING. To be honest, was reluctant to get a home cleaning service since I try to clean 1-2X week myself because of my girls however after the first time they cleaned our house, I was amazed at how thorough they were — dusting light fixtures, cleaning windows (inside and OUT) and they even wiped down our molding when requested. It wouldve probably taken me an entire day to do the job their team did so well worth it! Do think it makes a difference though on the team that comes to clean — there are definitely some teams that do better jobs than others — we usually request Team 6 as they are awesome. Couldn't be happier!

I allowed my husband to convince me to try this service, despite the issues I had with the scheduling department. (The scheduling department is completely separate, and out of state, so we thought maybe the service itself would be okay).
Cleaning one: they forgot to clean my finished basement (which is the entire length of the house, and a large proportion of the square footage that they're charging me for), BUT they charged me as if they had cleaned it. I called and complained, and there was no offer of a re-clean or refund, just an assurance that the girls "would be reminded to do it next time.
Cleaning two: they forgot to clean the basement (again) and they put something on my travertine marble countertop which left a HUGE white stain. I called to complain and was told that the girls would come back that morning before 11am to do the basement and they would bring a special polisher to remove the stain from the counter (which is less than three years old, btw). They didn't show up to do either job. Three days later, three different girls came to clean the basement and claimed no knowledge of the damaged counter and indicated they didn't have a polisher. Then one of them said someone was coming later. I called the office and was told that someone would call me "later". Ugh.
So now I have had two bad experiences (three if you count the trouble with the scheduling department) plus a ruined countertop. I'll be stopping payment on my check and sending them a bill for the countertop. Oh yes, and I'll also be firing them! Hopefully this review will help others avoid a similar fate.
UPDATE:
I have just received notice from my bank that after I canceled my check, Total Home Cleaning fraudulently charged my credit card! I have disputed the transaction and have filed a police report. AVOID THIS SERVICE AND THEIR ILLEGAL BILLING PRACTICES!!

THC cleaned a new home I just bought and I paid $500 for a 4000sqft cleaning. All the big things were clean – floor, counters, large window sills, but as I moved in a saw how much was totally left untouched. I had significant dust piled from previous renovations on all areas of the house that were out in the open to include he master bath mirrors! When I called I offers to use heir recurring service if they offered a discount on the first one to "right the wrongs" of the sub-pat cleaning. I received the run around with pricing and how often the cleaning should happen and I just let it go. I should have used someone else for $500.

Inc. was founded in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, in August, 2006, to bring together immigrant women to create a women-run, women-owned, eco-friendly house cleaning business. I was put in touch with Valeria who organized a team to deep clean our renovated empty home before we moved back in. She arranged for 3 women for the whole day to clean our 4 story home. I asked that they use non-toxic cleaning supplies and Bona (which I provided) for our wood floors. They arrived promptly and worked from 9 am to 5 pm, with one woman staying close to 7 pm to finish. They deep cleaned our previously used appliances which had accumulated dirt and grime over the 2 years of renovation. When Valeria came to look at the house the following day, she wasn't pleased with how the window was cleaned on the front door and asked that the worker return to do touch-ups.
As they did such a great job, I arranged to have a cleaner come to clean the empty apartment we were leaving. We were running late and Valeria called from out of town to make that adjustment. Again, the woman did a great job, leaving especially the bathroom and kitchen very clean. We got our entire deposit back, as the apartment was in such good condition.
I would definitely use this service again. I love that it is run by women and that the pricing is transparent. The women receive $30 an hour which seems reasonable for the work that they do and Si Se Puede gets an additional percentage of the fee.
Valeria is very responsive and checks to see that one is pleased with the service.

My apartment was "cleaned and painted" by my landlord but it was disgusting, it was only painted not cleaned. Ines came in and saved THE DAY

2 women presented late to our home this am. After a surveying our home they determined in a brief conversation between themselves that the job was too much for them! I offered to decrease the work for the same price but they still declined. Well, at least one person did. Not sure why? There were no surprises here.
I had completed an on line survey of our home (# of bedroom and bathrooms etc.) and spoke to a representative on the phone about the job. I got a base estimate and understood that the price would /could be more. Initially they did not have a team but after being on a wait list for 2 days I was given an appointment. Yeah!
Well, moving on. I will continue to seek a housekeeping service.

Can't say enough great things about this service. First off, the estimate would appear to be on the high side, but considering the time spent on the job, which in my case was 5 hours, I felt it was a great deal.
They are punctual, organized, and the booking process is incredibly easy. You submit your housing situation or the size of the job, you hear back within 24 hours, and then a cleaning person is assigned to you. A list of supplies is recommended or you can let them know you don't have any of that stuff and they will provide for you.
On the day of the cleaning, my assigned person was on time and communicated very clearly to me how long she would need. I was not initially prepared for a 5-hour job, but she insisted that because I was a first-time customer, she wanted to do as thorough of a job as possible, which leads me to my next point…
My apartment was ***glistening*** when she was done. Glistening. Capital G. I am not someone who likes to clean, but it is obviously necessary, so hiring a service was a no-brainer and I do not regret my decision of reaching out to Si Se Puede. They are a woman-owned co-op (!) so it is money incredibly well spent. Oh, and she wore a mask the whole time, so they are COVID-conscience. Hire them today!

We contacted We Can Do it on advice of a family memebr. They were right. The Coop sent Ines G Serrano and Griselda Ubera. They arrived on time and ready to work. On this initial visit, they cleaned for at least 5 hours, leaving the place cleaner than it's ever been during our residence. The price seemed high initially, but proved quite reasonable based on the effort and results. We recommend Ines and Griselda and We Can Do It Coop.

Anastasia Ochoa is a GIFT. My boyfriend and I are, you know, a littttle messy. Once a month Anastasia comes and does a thorough deep clean. She's meticulous and always spends several hours getting our place in tip top shape. She's also super communicative and does a wonderful job on spots I didn't even know needed cleaning. It's always such a treat to come back home once she's finished. I can't say enough about this service (or Anastasia!)

Out freaking standing. I've used MyClean (just OK) and Handy before finding Si Se Puede.
I used myclean 2-3 times. All were just OK. The worst was that they sent me a TON of emails asking for feedback. I sent back detailed feedback of things I was unhappy with and they wrote back basically saying to pound sand – can't recommend that.
Handy is hit or miss based on who you're assigned. I think of 5 cleanings, 2 were amazing, 3 were horrible. That's not a good track record. Plus, they barely pay their cleaners.
Enter Si Se Puede.
Holy. Crap. In what Handy would try to rush through in 3 hours with one person, SSP sent 2 people and they spent ~5 hours. I had to insist they were done so they could leave.
They left my 2b/2br SPOTLESS. We SEARCHED for dirt after they left and it was impossible to find any.
I love how easy it is to schedule. Call the office for your first visit. They send you a cleaner (and maybe a +1!) If you're satisfied, just text the main cleaner in the future to set a date. Rates stay the same!
Things I love about SSP:
* Of the cleaning services I've used (agencies like MyClean and Handy) this is BY FAR the best clean I've had. Nothing came close.
* This blows my mind – this is CHEAPER than the other services. How? I don't know. I tip INSANELY well and it's STILL cheaper than the base rate of the other services.
* My cleaner + helper keep all the money – they make a good living doing this — and they freaking deserve to. They're pros far better at cleaning than I can do — or that people signed up for the apps can pull off.My assigned cleaners are Tarsila and Anna. They are amazing. They are like family. After my first clean I just point out a few things that I'd like them to focus on, show them where cleaning supplies are and get out of their way.
With ONE text to Tarsila I have an appointment locked in. They arrive early to stand around so they can ring my bell right on time – this is SO impressive. They don't rush, do an amazing job, and are well paid.
What's not to love about Si Se Puede? I can not recommend them higher than I do.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Absolutely exceptional – I thought I did a decent job keeping my 1bd/1bath clean and would use SSP for a more thorough deep clean. I am absolutely blown away by how thorough and detailed the cleaning was. Two lovely cleaners arrived at 11 and are still here at a little after 5pm. I would absolutely hire again and have already texted my friends in Brooklyn about SSP. I can't believe the price is $120 for this level of cleaning – I will be tipping extremely generously.

My regular housekeeper got into an accident and couldnt come clean my apartment in Bed-Stuy. I came across this yelp listing and saw that it was women owned and that all proceeds go directly to the cleaner. The reservation was super easy and organized, they email you with all the details and instructions on how to safely have someone come to your house in a COVID world.
I really appreciate that they give you your cleaner's contact before they come in case if your schedule changes. I was assigned to Maria and she was amazing. She came at 9AM and left at 4PM… she did such a spectacular job, going into every nook and cranny, and even organized my pantry shelf. She was so detailed and my apartment was looking spic and span! I really appreciate all the hard effort she took.
One mishap was that I didn't mention it was a 2 bed / 2 bathroom duplex .. I don't know why on the reservation system it was put down as 1 bathroom, but Maria was able to stay an extra hour to clean the other bathroom.

We hired some wonderful women through Si Se Puede several times, and keep coming back.
First they cleaned both our old and nee apartments during a move. Since they cleaned before we moved in and after we moved out there were no supplies, but when I let them know they brought everything they needed. For just a tiny bit extra they even cleaned a stove I thought would never look white again! Great!
That experience was so positive I asked the woman to come back and clean our new apartment. Unfortunately she wasn't able to return due to a pregnancy, however she handed me off to another cleaner who has come a few times and done a really great job. They clean everything thoroughly and are eager for feedback if there's anything I want more cleaning or anything different. Always cheerful and very hard working.

It is with a heavy and reluctant heart that I write this review. I was a customer for many years of this establishment. I love their mission. Everybody who worked for me from Si Se Puede worked hard. But I had two experiences in which two different cleaners stole valuable things from my home, and when I contacted the agency, they could not have cared less. No follow through, no apology, no consequence–nothing. I don't know how they screen their workers, but they need to do a better job. And there should be some sort of protocol for situations such as these. I should say that I am a good employer. I paid the cleaner who was cleaning for me throughout the lockdown. I gave outrageously high tips. I even paid extra during the holidays. I am not a nitpicker, and I am not a suspicious person. This makes me so, so sad to write this. Beware.

We used si se puede for a post construction clean, and overall we were very happy. Four women came to clean and spent the entire day cleaning out very dirty house after a full gut renovation. They were really nice and easy to schedule with. There were some things that we realized were missed, including parts of the basement, but not enough to rate them below 5 stars. I would recommend them, but would recommend doing a thorough walk through, as you probably should with any cleaning like this.

Called them yesterday and they came today!! My parents decided to come visit at the last minute and my guest studio had not been used for a month. It was filled with dead bugs and dust. It hadn't been properly cleaned since Christmas, I'm sure! I let my grown boys stay down there for a few months, so you could only imagine. I had just returned from an overseas trip and was jet lagged, so could barely see straight. Thank goodness for Delores and Erick coming to the rescue. It's now fit for picky old Asian people. Eric was great. Responded right away to give me a quote for a deep cleaning for a new apartment. I used the quote feature in the Yelp app.
We discussed what areas I wanted him to focus on and we reviewed them when he arrived and walked through the apt. He and his crew arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. I was surprised he was able to accommodate me since it was short notice and a holiday weekend.

I recently got a deep clean. It wasn't the cheapest option, but they definitely made it worth the money. And the price was less expensive than some other Yelp cleaning services.
They spent more than three hours here and cleaned everything from floors to walls to cabinets to garbage cans to my toilet brush holder! All the stains and dusty parts I couldn't get to are clean, including under the lid of my stove.
They brought their own supplies and machines (some cleaning services make you supply cleaning supplies) – an operation that was reminiscent of a band loading and unloading its gear.
One thing to note, when they show you your apartment after, double check that they got everything. My toaster-oven and my cabinets under my kitchen sink were missed, and I didn't look closely enough to point it out at the time. They would have totally taken care of it. I'm also mentioning this so you know it's a real review.
That being said, there's not enough room to list all the items they cleaned phenomenally. I will definitely use them again.

Update: Needed move out cleaning services, had a great experience 1st time around & decided to use them again. It went great! Highly recommend this business. They were able to fit me in on relatively short notice for a deep clean of an apartment I just moved into. It wasn't in terrible shape to begin with, but I explained that I was looking for a very thorough cleaning and they did not disappoint. The cleaners were very detail oriented, which is exactly what I was hoping for. They showed up on time and were polite and professional. I was able to work from home while they were cleaning without being interrupted. The pricing was extremely fair with amazing value for money. This was such a great service! I had a team of great professionals, Karen and Ramiro. They cleaned with such detail and thoroughness while also being done rather quickly. They arrived right on time, had all their supplies, split up the apartment, and went to work. They were also able to coordinate with me as I worked from home and had all sorts of meetings while they were around. It was the best cleaning service I've had maybe ever, and I am keen to rebook.
