Mat Su Valley Cleaners Honest Reviews
You won't find a better cleaning service in the Valley. Mat Su Valley Cleaners have a combined 40 plus years of experience in cleaning work, and are very customer-focused. They were able to get the job done within a reasonable time frame and did a better job than I could have done myself.
When it comes to hours of operation they were flexible and they were able make an appointment within an hour of calling them. I would definitely call them again.

Tesmann cleaning service Honest Reviews
Tesmann came to my home today for a deep clean and it looks amazing! They tended to every detail–baseboards and doorsills, windows, blinds, even the oven. They were prompt, efficient and hard working. This is my first experience with a home cleaning service and I'm very impressed. I plan to use them on a regular basis to keep my home is my happy place instead of a constant chore.

Tidy Tabithas Janitorial & Maid Services Honest Reviews
I was very happy with the service provided, they did a great job. I initially requested a quote through the Facebook page and called a few days later after not hearing back (understandably with Covid layoffs they've had to make some changes), but just call because I heard back quickly after that. The number on Yelp is incorrect, call the number from the Facebook or website page (907) 357-3949. I will be using them again!

The couple times I have had them clean the house has been awesome, and not bad cost wise.
I used them the first time when I was moving out of my apartment, and that was a little more, but still affordable, but they pretty much removed every trace of us living there so worth it.
And when I bought our home we had them clean it,
and every now and then when I want to do something nice for my wife I'll have them clean the house.
– David G.
It's nice to come home after working all day then smell and see a clean house.

Suzye's Spotless Specialies Honest Reviews
Hello, let me start with me being told that they couldn't come clean on any of the days that I had off from work. The owner looked at her calendar in her phone and they were fully booked so I took the next available time.
Well, they cancelled due to "treacherous road conditions" I've attached the weather forecast of that day and time of light rain and possible snow 1-3 inches.
The next day I was told they would be showing up because the owner was going to let them use her personal truck. They did show. Late but they showed.
They started cleaning at 11am and continued on to 6pm and I was charged $660. $30 per person per hour with a $30 travel fee.
Here is a quote from the website and you'll be able to tell from the pictures whether or not they actual do what they make you pay them to do. Again.. $660.
It is not clean as you can see below and it is not organized at all. The owner proceeded to tell me that the reason for the fact that they did not do what their website claims that they specialize in was my fault because I had them start in my front bedroom first rather than the kitchen. I don't know about you but when I am at work and I decide to do one job first rather than another that never changes the level of completion of each project. But as far as the kitchen is concerned as they were cleaning the walls they never said word one about the paint coming off yet the owner claims they left the walls covered in dust because the paint was peeling off and again, my fault because I need to paint my walls.
The house was super dirty but their website states clearly and in large print that they "specialize in hard to clean houses and offices" and just because a floor goes from awful to a lot better does NOT give a company an excuse to do a less than worth every penny of the money I paid them job. I'm 110% positive that anyone paying over $500 for ANYTHING would much rather a spotless and PROFESSIONAL whole hallway rather than a half assed job throughout.
They had so little respect for my hard work earning my money that I was spending on their services and self as a person paying for a job well done that they totally disregarded their clients very clear wishes and didn't even bother to read the expiration dates written clearly on each item in the pantry. (That was one very clear thing I asked for.. "please throw away any item in the pantry that has expired" they didn't throw away any.
My first and main thing was to have someone organize my home for me and they left trash on a side table in the living room, on the kitchen table, in a cubby where they also left a steam mob and regular mop (didn't bother even putting them in the pantry with the other brooms and mops).. they left eight pairs of boots throughout the hallway and living room instead of putting them in the hall closet on the actual shoe rack which I've provided a picture of.
Their website says right on it that they specialize in being spotless and literally bring out the toothbrush to ensure this. Well just look at the picture below of the floorboard still filthy. I paid them $660 and I have to now do the rest myself, I'm out SIX HUNDRED AND SIXTY DOLLARS and I STILL have to take my next two days off and do what they promised on their website to do and I paid exponentially to do. I make $10 an hour and saved up for months for this and got this. Yes it looks much better but I didn't save for months to pay that much for a job I could've done, I paid for a PROFESSIONAL to do it right and this is not what their website promises.
The girls who came to my house were nice and worked hard but it's plain to see that the owner doesn't demand "spotless" as advertised just wants to get paid and blame the homeowner. I'm sure that if the owner told the girls to clean each room with precision and detail as promised that they would have.
If you need a real professional who will actually leave your home spotless reach out to me. I only didn't call her this time because she's so good that she's booked all the time but well worth the wait and it certainly won't cost you $660!
I'd rather pay full price for a job done right than a half-assed job.
Wow. WOW. I wonder how many people this has happened to.
OK now I'm actually beside myself and not because this stuff is worth a lot of money because now it is clear and blatant the disregard to property and work ethic! I just went outside to our Alaska Waste green barrel for trash and opened one of the trash bags that they dumped to find one of my ball caps just thrown away, a bunch of rags that were mine that got used AS RAGS also just thrown away (instead of put in a pile with laundry), a perfectly good glass vase just thrown away and a bag of brand new LED blue outside Christmas lights still wrapped also just thrown away!!
Explain THAT?!!!!!!! Now I'm LIVID! I'm sure they never expected me to look through the trash! Also they broke the drain stop for our tub and just left it there and didn't tell me.

I had a mess on the floors from 2 very furry family members and these ladies did such a great job ridding the house of all the extra fur!!! They did a great job cleaning the house. Commercially Clean Honest Reviews
I hired this company to do a move out deep cleaning after forgetting I gave them a poor review a few years prior.
The reason why I hired them again was because the owner (?) Jeff was working on a paint job at the house I was renting. Jeff mentioned his company also does deep cleaning and since he was so professional and accommodating, I hired him.
His employees did a great job with the deep cleaning and I was able to get back all of my security deposit. The cost for deep cleaning was pricier compared to another company I had initially hired. They definitely redeemed themselves with this job.
– Tammy H.
We had a major remodel in our 3400 square-foot home. Needless to say, with 16 foot ceilings, it wasn't just a quick cleanup after 14 contractors had been working throughout the house throughout the winter.
Commercially Clean was referred to me from a friend and I am absolutely pleased with their work! The crew showed up and meticulously cleaned my home with professionalism, great attitudes and all of the right cleaning equipment (buffers, ladders and lots of great products).
What I loved about this team is that they were all very unified. They chatted and laughed while they worked, ran errands for one another and had an overall outstanding attitude. They have all been working together for years which speaks volumes and my opinion about company stability and best business practices. Kudos to you Commercially Clean… You are truly a company I will recommend to others!
– Teresa H.
Jeff did an awesome job and was very professional. I will be calling them again to comeback and do another touch up
– June K.
I had two individuals come out and clean our home today. It had not been Commercially Clean's in a while. The two women that were here, Judy and Paula, were excellent. Friendly and courteous, they were all about business as they began to clean the house between them. Attention to detail and little extras would describe them well. Everything from tidying up and asking me if something was better placed in a different location to polishing the kitchen floor after cleaning it and sanitizing the house when they finished, they are well worth the investment.
I will definitely continue to use them in the future!
– Clotilde M.
I wish I'd taken before photos, so you could see the improvement! Ginger worked on my living room, hall, and stair carpets this morning, and I am very happy with the job she did. (Although the volume of cat hair she pulled out of the carpet was a bit alarming! We've been living with that? Ew!)
The service took about 2-1/2 hours, including measurements & discussing areas that needed extra attention. She vacuumed everything thoroughly, then treated all the spots, the applied the cleaner and scrubbed the floor by hand where it was especially soiled. This was also the step where she did her cat-hair-extracting magic. I think there were probably additional steps, but I was doing chores.
After all of that, she ran her extractor gizmo, pulling most of the moisture out of the carpets. The only smell left is the "fresh" scent of their cleaning solution. And the carpets look amazing … even in the closet where the litter box lives.
The service was excellent, even with a Groupon. I plan on using this service again.
– Cindy B.
When we need a deep clean – they do an amazing job every time! Kind and a professional team! They are extremely respectful of your home and privacy – so be specific in what is you want them to do and where. Highly recommend!
– Jen C.
Started using commercially clean several years ago while remodeling our home. The work was thorough, so we signed up for regular cleaning. I even bought a friend a gift certificate for cleaning (with old owners it did take over 3 months for her to be able to redeem it).
***New owners as of last 8-9 months, and the service is better than ever.*** Use for residential, carpet cleaning, spring cleaning and it's all consistently good. I regularly refer our friends & other business owners to use them.
Owners are trust-worthy and are hiring good people: #1 criteria for me if I'm letting strangers into my home!
Office management responds quickly and is organized.
Cleaners are respectful, detail-oriented and pretty swift.
Definitely try them out
– Cj M.
We had Commercially Clean do their "move out" cleaning when we moved out of the condo we had leased.
On the positive side the carpet steaming went well and the gentleman that came in for that part of the job was very informative and pleasant. There was a stain that did not come out, but he let me know ahead of time that he was not sure if it would come out. Worth the $277 that the carpet steaming cost.
On the negative side the cleaning service was a waste of $385. When initially setting up the cleaning I was never told that the cleaning was done by the hour, I was just told that cleaning a place our size cost about $350. I recieved a call from one of the women cleaning our place that they would need more time to finish up and she explained that that would cost $35, I agreed after she said that the place would be clean and done after that. I wasn't able to oversee their work as they cleaned the place because we were unpacking at the new house and honestly I didn't think I would need to watch them.
When I got back to the condo the following day is when I realized that there was still the stain the carpet and that the walls had not been cleaned as I was told they would be. I called Commercially Clean and spoke with a nice woman that said she would have the manager Shawna call me back. Shawna and I played a bit of phone tag before I reached her the following morning. She let me know that one of the girls who cleaned my place said paint began pealing so she didn't clean the walls. She said she could send out some girls the next day to have a go at it, but she would have to charge me for it. We decided to hold off until I talked to the poperty management to see if they planned on repainting the whole place since the last tennant painted the wall with cheap flat paint and some of the walls would need painting anyways.
My wife and I went back that night to get the stain out of the carpet with a technique we learned about online and while my wife was busy with that I decided to start cleaning the walls to see what would happen. No paint peeled, the areas I took a simple wet rag to got cleaner, with minimal effort. I went back the next day and cleaned the walls for a couple of hours with a couple of rags and water. This took care of most of it. While doing that I began to notice that the whole place wasn't all that clean. When the property manager came to check the place out, he wasn't overly concerned with the wall but he made a list of places that needed cleaning that had not been touched. He also asked that I replaced the light bulbsin the bathrooms that had burnt out.
My wife, my niece, and I went back the following day to clean the list of areas that the property manager had noticed and as we were cleaning those places we realized that everywhere else that had originally looked clean were still in need of work. Especially the bathrooms, which before the the new light bulbs looked the best.
In the end, everywhere that was originally cleaned by Commercially Clean had to be redone. Which took almost as much time as cleaning all the places they didn't clean. Over the few days that we spaced out our recleaning of the house I had talked to Shawna the manager a few times to keep her in the loop of what we had to clean aferwards and after it was all over with we were given 10% off the bill to compensate. I don't feel compensated though, the reason I was willing to pay hundreds of dollars to have our place cleaned was so my wife and I could focus on getting settled into our new home and not worry about getting the place in order so we could get our deposit back.
– James K.
I had commercially clean do 500 sqft and my stairs after I got a groupon. I couldn't be happier. Scheduling was a breeze and they were timely the day of the appointment. The man who did the job was super friendly. I had them add enzyme cleaner to the solution since we have 5 pets. This cost extra but it turned out so great, the carpet looks brand new, it feels great to walk on, and the whole house smells like oranges. He told us he got 11 pounds of animal hair up – and we have two rumbas that run everyday. I was floored. I will for sure have him back to do the upstairs and am seriously considering signing up to be a regular every 6 month customer because the house looks fabulous. Thanks again!

White Lilac House Cleaning Services Honest Reviews
I initially hired White Lilac because I was undergoing chemotherapy and radiation for breast cancer. I was working from home & while my husband had been great support, cleaning isn't where he spends his energy 🙂 Misty has been amazing. She is so thorough & personable. She has worked around me working, being sick or tired, and has been so great at asking if I need anything extra! Even though I can't ever think of anything bc she does it all! I'm keeping the service now that I'm finished with treatment and going back to work. It's so nice to have a clean home that I didn't wear myself down to get! Cabinets wiped down, everything dusted, handles wiped down! And natural products too! Thank you!
– Toni A.
I was excited at first to have a real deep clean after I have physically unable to do the deep cleaning I like to do to my new , 1400sf, ranch home that I'd lived in for 1 year. I was a bit taken back by the price of $400 not including a $40 tip, but after filing out a detailed application and giving the three cleaners a detailed list of what I mean for a deep clean (lots of dusting, wiping, cleaning spots on our white floor trim, door frames, all the little things general cleaning misses) I was angry and felt very taken advantage of when what was done was not even a good standard job. Very little dusting (not tv, floating shelves in bedroom, tops of mirrors, picture frames, nor scrubbing of most places I had asked for twice) among a number of other things made me reconsider my three star rating on Google to a two star rating because they had no problem taking my money without offering at least to discount it to a standard clean job. I'm not really clear on why I had to write everything out on the application (I always write out what I want from cleaners from most important to least important) when 1/2 of it was ignored and no one asked me for clarification. They left after 3 hours which for three people can still be a decent clean but for what I or anyone else pays close to $450, you expect the best. I'm not sure if this is common place or often but I do wonder why they have over 47 five star reviews except for a couple that expressed the same concern as I did.
– Rose C.
I'm a little skeptical of all the 5-star reviews, which definitely made me go into this house clean thinking it was going to be the best house cleaning I ever had. It was supposed to be a first-time deep clean, with extra time spent in the bathroom and kitchen. The owner assured me that this deep clean would be 'floor to ceiling.'
To me, extra time means you go the distance. You get all the crud out from the cracks in between the fridge and the cupboard (just stick a broom or duster in there, you know?). You scrub the crud off the sink with a nail brush. You scrub the base of the toilet with the same.
You do the windowsills (one got missed) and the bathroom vent (got missed. You thoroughly sweep and clean under all the furniture (or vacuum, if applicable).
These are all things that got missed. The owner does not allow the cleaners to move furniture, which I understand, and they did a good job getting under my couch. But under the coffee table had some dust bunnies and dirt. There was a small pile of dirt next to the bathroom closet door. Under the recliner, very close to the edge of the chair (ie not hard to reach) there was dirt. The counters were still dirty.
The closet door faces still had dust on them. I ended up cleaning the closet doors myself, as well as sweeping up the little piles of dirt left behind.
They did come back and clean the counters and the vent, so that's a positive.
But for the price — $265 to "deep" clean my 1,008-sq foot house, and which I saved up over the course of three months — I expected a lot, lot more.
I have another cleaning scheduled with White Lilac for July and I really hope they exceed my expectations this time as they seem to have done for other reviewers. I'm definitely nervous since this is just a regular clean at $150. If $290 (before the $25 first-time clean discount) did not deliver, how can $150??
I did appreciate that they emptied the trash and replaced bags, and I thought the window cleaning that they contract out with – Devine Window Cleaning – was exceptional and well worth the money.
– Laura M.
I'm a first time customer and I'm so thankful for the wonderfully dedicated ladies that came to clean my house today. I recently had knee replacement surgery and we're also getting ready to list our home on the market, so to be able to get our house cleaned was very important to me. From the beginning it was extremely easy to get the service I wanted and needed. The ladies showed up on time and were very friendly, helpful and handled my house with extra care. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated their service and how much I love my home! Thank you for everything!
– Cristina M.
With 4 kids we are so busy and cleaning house Can get a little neglected. I had heard while Lilac does a superb job so figured I would give them a try. Their attention to detail is amazing. They went above and beyond what I expected. One of my kids is sensitive to certain cleaning products and knowing that they use a more environmentally and sensitive cleaning product happy. I now have a clean house and kids that didn't react to the product. I highly recommend them to clean. They will be back at my house weekly to keep my house looking like our should.
– Erin C.
If I could rate zero I would. I initially called and asked for prices and to set up a special circumstance move out cleaning. I was told after being transferred that she would need to get ahold of someone else for the quote but that she would block off some time for Tuesday. So I waited and nothing. I called back and was told that the lady I talked to was not in but that she would contact me. I've called a few other places but now it's to late and I can't get anyone to come out. They are VERY unreliable. I will update my rating if things change, but I doubt they will.
