This was the worst service. I asked for a deep clean for a place we bought and it was like they just did a simple wipe down, no elbow grease.
I had them come back out and pointed out what obviously wasn't cleaned. They kinda cleaned it, not to the fullest.
When I started unpacking my kitchen I saw all kinds of grime not touched or barely touched. I used some bleach and a scouring pad and it came off. Isn't that what I paid for???
When I sent pictures before I cleaned what the cleaners didn't and after I cleaned they still insisted I paid them for the cleaners time. Time of doing what? Not cleaning!!
I spent 8 hours cleaning caked on dust on top of cabinet doors & drawers, scrubbing off grime in cabinets, on the doors and drawers. There were several areas untouched, including the bottom oven drawer. There was a huge spill from previous owners inside a cabinet that I don't understand how they missed it.
The reason I paid for them to do a deep clean is so I didn't have to.
So hear I was, after paying almost $500, cleaning what they didn't. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

I have used this company several times for residential house cleaning. They have great options for those on a budget as well as a full all house cleaning service. They always leave my house looking clean, smelling clean and deep cleaned. I have spoke with the ladies while they were in my house and they are extremely professional and kind.
My husband and I just moved out, I have them my budget and they kept the move out clean around our budget! They also have a carpet cleaning service so we were able to hire them for both, Very helpful. I would highly recommend them if you are in the area.

Ros Elum is awesome! I have used a couple of other cleaning companies in the Cle-Elum area and none hold a candle to Ros-Elum's quality, customer service and attention to detail. We recently had a problem with the mirror in our bathroom and not only did the cleaners save the mirror, Ros-Elum promptly called a handyman to repair the mirror. I am so greatly for them!

After having construction done at my cabin in Cle Elum, I hired Ros-Elum Cleaning Services to come out and clean the carpets. Not only did our carpets have construction dirt and footprints ground in, but also regular "pathway" dirt and a few cat urine stains.
Mark, one of the owners, came out to do our job and I was so impressed with how professional the team was, their truck with all the equipment and how careful they were. I wasn't able to be there when they first arrived and from all the great things I had heard about this company, I felt very comfortable leaving the door unlocked for them. I definitely can't say that about a lot of contractors in these parts.
Anyway, they did a great job, got all the stains out and made my carpet look clean and smell fresh again. I plan on having them come out every 6 months now and I'd also like to start using their house cleaning services. Thanks Ros-Elum!

It pains me to say this, but the quality of cleaning went seriously downhill, especially after the previously-mentioned Rachel stopped working for them, and we quit using their services. I mean, I know cleaning is not a fun job (which is why we hired them in the first place), but when I'd come home and wonder what they cleaned, besides the floor (which I could tell had been cleaned), it didn't seem worth it. I had to specifically ask them to clean the mold off the shower grout, for instance, and that seemed like a pretty obvious thing to clean.
Sometimes I like posting bad reviews of businesses, but not this time, because I genuinely loved their service at first and was sad when it stopped being worth the money. We did consider talking to the boss to express our dissatisfaction, but ultimately we were not comfortable with the idea of people coming into our house when we weren't home, after they'd gotten in trouble for not cleaning our house well enough. I don't need anyone resentfully cleaning in there when I can do that myself for free.

Shauna is a very nice person, but made mistake after mistake over 12 month time cleaning my vacation rental. II had to fire her early 2018, after continually making mistakes like not cleaning toilets, not showing up, and many more very simple cleaning things, and now in 2019 I have to do the same, fire her. On the 30th of December, after texting her reminding her of a cleaning, she no showed, and did not even let me know she did not clean it. My new guests arrived and I had to refund them $338, along with giving them two free nights on a 5 night stay this summer.
I texted her, saying if it was a mistake, mistakes happen, and I can forgive a mistake, but she never got back to me. She continually had patterns of no shows, lousy cleaning, etc. It is hard to find help in the area, but I would pass on using her to clean under any circumstances.

Arrived right on time and were gone before we knew they were in the house. SUPER efficient and professional and this is the second time we have used and they made all our carpets look like new!! Very pleased with the results of getting our carpets cleaned with Heaven's Best. We had some areas with pet stains (darned Chihuahua) and the stains are gone. Promptly arrived, professionally treated by their serviceman, services explained as well as prices per item, and once that was done he started by vacuuming my carpets. He added the enzyme treatment to remove pet odors. The service guy moved the items from the rooms onto our hard surface areas, asked permission to plug in his machine in the kitchen and to use the water to fill the steamer. Once he was finished he asked if I wanted him to move everything back. I chose to do it myself because the carpets would be dry in an hour so I could wait. He was very polite the entire time as well as professional. Did an excellent job and my carpets look and smell brand new. I will use Heaven's Best again!

You cannot beat this company. Excellent cleaning skills by Chasity. I was surprised at how great of a job she did. Of course, no one is 100% in their skills but this company came pretty close. I will be using them every two weeks.
Their prices are reasonable per hour or by job. These ladies take pride in their work, not like some other companies, where it's a one time thing. I tried several other companies, but they skipped things, like mopping the floor or dusting the blinds, forgetting to take the trash out, etc.
Chasity came promptly at the designated time and stayed until the job was finished. I highly recommend this company.
