If I could give Happy Tidy Cleaners more stars I would! First and foremost, they are quite the professionals. Despite the surge of customers they are probably getting during this time, they are very organized and make the scheduling process so easy. Aside from their magnificent prices and delivery of service, the simplicity and ease of booking an appointment contributed to my 5 star review. I have had experiences with other cleaning services and just the scheduling has been a mess so Happy Tidy Cleaners was like a breath of fresh air!
I chose to book the floor cleaning service. I have 3 animals in the house and a husband who paints for a living so my floors are often a mess. Despite the challenge, they did such a SPECTACULAR job at getting the grime build up and dried paint spots out of my floors! I can't imagine how great my wood floors would look had they been polished too! I was very pleased with my results and look forward to booking a follow up appointment!

I needed a deep clean of my moms house as she hadn't been able to properly clean her house due to hip issues and went in for a hip replacement today. They responded quickly with pricing and we're very transparent about the costs and expectations of the clean. They were also very accommodating about needing to change the date we had agreed upon and brought my mom flowers for her surgery! From the start I new this was going to be a great cleaning service with how fast Lala responded to my questions. Lala kept me informed about all services and even texted me the day of to let me know that the team could arrive earlier than planned. The deep clean of our home was spectacular. I don't think I have seen it this clean since my husband and I first viewed the rental. Cannot recommend Happy Tidy Cleaners enough. They will definitely be our go to for all future home cleaning.

I hired Happy Tidy Cleaners to fill in for my cleaning person, who has been sidelined w a medical issue. Happy Tidy Cleaners was EXTREMELY responsive. They arrived on time and did a great job. Words cannot express how grateful I am to maidorganic! I have always stayed away from cleaning companies because it either 1. Stressed me out providing all the cleaning supplies or 2. I couldn't bring myself to allow the harsh chemicals that most use into my home. Shal is so amazing to deal with, extremely responsive, and makes you feel like a valued costumer and not just a number. As a working mother of three kids, 4 and under, cleaning has become impossible to keep up with and I'm grateful for the help.

Excellent cleaning service! We were searching for a company that would consistently clean our house well and not use harsh chemicals. MaidOrganic does just that! Their products are safe for pets and the house doesn't smell like turpentine after they finish cleaning. We used their home cleaning service monthly for about two years. At first we were really happy with the performance and felt good about the products being used. I also like the staff a lot; everyone was polite and friendly. However, over time the quality of the service went down so we ultimately didn't find it a good value for our family. It was obvious less time and care was being spent and corners were being cut as one could see spaces near walls and door-frames were completely missed, and it looked like the vacuuming was being done hastily with significant spots missed.
The owners were professional in handling everything but my concern was that it wasn't the staff because they were different each time so clearly the protocols and service were changed over time.

I don't even know where to start with how wonderful this company is. They provided a few cleaning technicians to help out after a large event I organized in February, and I was SO grateful to have their help (especially after being onsite for 12 hours!). Sheila and her team were absolutely terrific and I really appreciate that they use all natural cleaning products, especially given that the event was in a museum built in the early 19th century (gotta preserve those hardwood floors!). This is the best cleaning service I've ever worked with and I've been recommending them to everyone I know! Definitely a plus that they provide residential and commercial cleaning services.

This is the first time that I have ever used a cleaning service. I've thought about it many times; but was always nervous about having people in my home while I'm at work. I heard about Maid Organic through a trusted friend and decided to get a quote. They've been cleaning my apartment for two months and I cannot say enough good things about them. Shal and her employees do great work and are super nice people. Most importantly to me, they LOVE my dog!

This is the cleaning company I now use, and they are WONDERFUL! All the products are not only Organic, but they are made by them with the highest of quality and they do not do animal testing…..
a quote from her website (since they can say it better than I can, of course) they……… "use 100% plant based all-natural, non-toxic cleaning products that are infused with essential oils. They are safe for kids, pets and the environment".
I have found the owner (Shal) and her employees that I have met to be so super nice and sweet, we trust them fully to be here even if we aren't, and they LOVE both our dogs! (I was worried with the big doggie but he loves them!), they greet the dogs every time with nice organic doggie treats, which immediately gets the dogs on their side! LOL
The prices are reasonable, especially for them to be using their equipment, their wonderful products, and our house smells and LOOKS incredible afterwards! I highly recommend these people, I am a very fussy customer when it comes to home cleaning, and they do not mess up things, or make a mess of my collectibles, and they do a PHENOMENAL job!
ps. I originally heard of this company because they were on our local am show, BETTER CONNECTICUT last year. I wrote down the info, and when we were ready to have the place thoroughly cleaned for Spring, we called them and were Soooooo happy we did! :o) If you go to the MAID ORGANIC website, you can see the video from their Better CT appearance!

Maid Organic is by far the best cleaning company I have ever used. We own a Crossfit gym and also use them there. Our members are always complimenting us on how clean out gym is. There is nothing better than walking into your home (or gym) after it's been cleaned and smelling the wonderful essential oils they use rather than harsh cleaning chemicals. They are meticulous in cleaning every room in our home. I have also noticed my allergies getting better since we have switched to Maid Organic. There is less dust in our house and less lingering chemicals, which does wonders for my allergies. They are a must try for sure!!

Where do I begin? The ladies from Maid Organic did a FANTASTIC job! Our house needed a deep cleaning in preparation for an influx of out of town guests. These ladies spent SIX HOURS scrubbing, wiping, vacuuming and the like. By the time they were finished the house was sparkling. Honestly, it looks the best it has looked in many, many years. The price was quite reasonable given the amount of work accomplished. They also made payment very easy using an online invoice system. We will definitely be using them again!

Although I found the owners to be nice, professional and accommodating, I was underwhelmed to say the least with the cleaning which was VERY overpriced. Two "technicians" came to clean our home for about 5 hours for a price of $558. Definitely not worth the hefty price tag. And although there is no way to prove it, I am quite sure the Magic Erasers they used on our kitchen cabinets took the finish off in several places. Although one of the owners came out today to look at the cabinets, his response implied that the prior owners must have done it since they clearly "didn't take care of the house" because of the grease on the cabinets. Really?! Would not recommend 🙁

I hired DO cleaning to do a move-in/deep clean for our new house. Our house was quite large, new and had accumulated a good amount dust over the past several months. The team from DO cleaning responded promptly and offered a very reasonable price compared to other companies I searched for. They also were flexible with payment and accepted venmo which was great. 3 cleaners came to our house and worked for 4+ hours. They were all very nice and accommodating, asked for specifics when it came to cleaning the house and what we wanted to focus on, and also most importantly did a great job with the deep clean. My wife is very, very clean and she was very impressed which is definitely not easy to do. For reference, I'd say she is not impressed with about 75% of cleaners we hired in the past. We highly, highly recommend them.

Today I had first home cleaning appointment with Diana & Oscar and I couldn't be more satisfied. They worked silently for about 2.5 hours leaving everything clean as we had discussed and agreed on beforehand. When I found couple of minor things during post cleaning inspection, Oscar happily re-did those areas. Apart from actual cleaning appointment, Oscar is also very diligent and prompt in terms of communication. They were flexible about the timings to suit my availability and kept me updated on their ETA. Pre-cleaning estimation appointment was a breeze too. Overall – I highly recommend their cleaning service and looking forward to having them come over again next month for cleaning.

Everything about DO has been an absolute pleasure. They came and were able to give us a quote without any hassle. They were honest and provided reasonable expectations. We set a date and they were prompt and prepared. They proved to be professional and efficient. They shampooed carpet, washed walls, and cleaned every inch of our house. We were very pleased with everything done. They didn't hit EVERY single inch, like maybe they didn't hit a wall or ceiling or two. So if you're REALLY a stickler, maybe keep an eye on them, but they were absolutely thorough enough that were pleased with the results. They were also trustworthy and we had no problems with them roaming our house without babysitting them. They used cleaners that were safe around pets and children and they didn't do any damage to anything that was delicate. Everything was immaculate when they left.
