The lady handling this issue is very helpful and accommodating. They are willing to try to fix this. This still isn't 100% resolved but twice been professional and courteous throughout and thought people would like to know.
This company has amazing customer service. I was very unhappy with the end product but they did everything in their power to keep me happy. I can't say enough about how satisfied I was with Heaven's Best. I had Ben come over and he did a fantastic job on my carpet and kitchen. I could tell he did everything he could to go the extra mile to make sure my carpets were as clean as possible. Late Tuesday night (08/22/2017) I used the online form to request a quote for cleaning the carpet in one bedroom. I received a call the next day with my quote. It was within my budget and I scheduled Heaven's Best to clean this carpet on Friday, August 25, 2017. They arrived promptly as scheduled at 1:30 pm and set about the tasks at hand. This carpet had not been shampooed ever other than me cleaning up the puke from a dog that suffered from chronic pancreatitis. This carpet was in a dirty state of wear and tear. The carpet when new was a very pale, almost white, shade of seafoam green. I wasn't expecting miracles, but I got one today. This carpet will never be in it's original and new color, but it's definitely a lot brighter than it was. Curtis and his helper, Hoover, did a great job. I'm in the process of simplifying my home and when I'm ready, I'm going to have Heaven's Best do the carpet in my formal living / dining area. Good job!

I hired this company to do a move out deep cleaning after forgetting I gave them a poor review a few years prior.
The reason why I hired them again was because the owner (?) Jeff was working on a paint job at the house I was renting. Jeff mentioned his company also does deep cleaning and since he was so professional and accommodating, I hired him.
His employees did a great job with the deep cleaning and I was able to get back all of my security deposit. The cost for deep cleaning was pricier compared to another company I had initially hired. They definitely redeemed themselves with this job.

We had a major remodel in our 3400 square-foot home. Needless to say, with 16 foot ceilings, it wasn't just a quick cleanup after 14 contractors had been working throughout the house throughout the winter.

I had two individuals come out and clean our home today. It had not been Commercially Clean's in a while. The two women that were here, Judy and Paula, were excellent. Friendly and courteous, they were all about business as they began to clean the house between them. Attention to detail and little extras would describe them well. Everything from tidying up and asking me if something was better placed in a different location to polishing the kitchen floor after cleaning it and sanitizing the house when they finished, they are well worth the investment.

I wish I'd taken before photos, so you could see the improvement! Ginger worked on my living room, hall, and stair carpets this morning, and I am very happy with the job she did. (Although the volume of cat hair she pulled out of the carpet was a bit alarming! We've been living with that? Ew!)
The service took about 2-1/2 hours, including measurements & discussing areas that needed extra attention. She vacuumed everything thoroughly, then treated all the spots, the applied the cleaner and scrubbed the floor by hand where it was especially soiled. This was also the step where she did her cat-hair-extracting magic. I think there were probably additional steps, but I was doing chores.
After all of that, she ran her extractor gizmo, pulling most of the moisture out of the carpets. The only smell left is the "fresh" scent of their cleaning solution. And the carpets look amazing … even in the closet where the litter box lives.
The service was excellent, even with a Groupon. I plan on using this service again.

Started using commercially clean several years ago while remodeling our home. The work was thorough, so we signed up for regular cleaning. I even bought a friend a gift certificate for cleaning (with old owners it did take over 3 months for her to be able to redeem it).
***New owners as of last 8-9 months, and the service is better than ever.*** Use for residential, carpet cleaning, spring cleaning and it's all consistently good. I regularly refer our friends & other business owners to use them.

We had Commercially Clean do their "move out" cleaning when we moved out of the condo we had leased.
On the positive side the carpet steaming went well and the gentleman that came in for that part of the job was very informative and pleasant. There was a stain that did not come out, but he let me know ahead of time that he was not sure if it would come out. Worth the $277 that the carpet steaming cost.
On the negative side the cleaning service was a waste of $385. When initially setting up the cleaning I was never told that the cleaning was done by the hour, I was just told that cleaning a place our size cost about $350. I recieved a call from one of the women cleaning our place that they would need more time to finish up and she explained that that would cost $35, I agreed after she said that the place would be clean and done after that. I wasn't able to oversee their work as they cleaned the place because we were unpacking at the new house and honestly I didn't think I would need to watch them.
When I got back to the condo the following day is when I realized that there was still the stain the carpet and that the walls had not been cleaned as I was told they would be. I called Commercially Clean and spoke with a nice woman that said she would have the manager Shawna call me back. Shawna and I played a bit of phone tag before I reached her the following morning. She let me know that one of the girls who cleaned my place said paint began pealing so she didn't clean the walls. She said she could send out some girls the next day to have a go at it, but she would have to charge me for it. We decided to hold off until I talked to the poperty management to see if they planned on repainting the whole place since the last tennant painted the wall with cheap flat paint and some of the walls would need painting anyways.
My wife and I went back that night to get the stain out of the carpet with a technique we learned about online and while my wife was busy with that I decided to start cleaning the walls to see what would happen. No paint peeled, the areas I took a simple wet rag to got cleaner, with minimal effort. I went back the next day and cleaned the walls for a couple of hours with a couple of rags and water. This took care of most of it. While doing that I began to notice that the whole place wasn't all that clean. When the property manager came to check the place out, he wasn't overly concerned with the wall but he made a list of places that needed cleaning that had not been touched. He also asked that I replaced the light bulbsin the bathrooms that had burnt out.
My wife, my niece, and I went back the following day to clean the list of areas that the property manager had noticed and as we were cleaning those places we realized that everywhere else that had originally looked clean were still in need of work. Especially the bathrooms, which before the the new light bulbs looked the best.
In the end, everywhere that was originally cleaned by Commercially Clean had to be redone. Which took almost as much time as cleaning all the places they didn't clean. Over the few days that we spaced out our recleaning of the house I had talked to Shawna the manager a few times to keep her in the loop of what we had to clean aferwards and after it was all over with we were given 10% off the bill to compensate. I don't feel compensated though, the reason I was willing to pay hundreds of dollars to have our place cleaned was so my wife and I could focus on getting settled into our new home and not worry about getting the place in order so we could get our deposit back.

I had commercially clean do 500 sqft and my stairs after I got a groupon. I couldn't be happier. Scheduling was a breeze and they were timely the day of the appointment. The man who did the job was super friendly. I had them add enzyme cleaner to the solution since we have 5 pets. This cost extra but it turned out so great, the carpet looks brand new, it feels great to walk on, and the whole house smells like oranges. He told us he got 11 pounds of animal hair up – and we have two rumbas that run everyday. I was floored. I will for sure have him back to do the upstairs and am seriously considering signing up to be a regular every 6 month customer because the house looks fabulous. Thanks again!

I initially hired White Lilac because I was undergoing chemotherapy and radiation for breast cancer. I was working from home & while my husband had been great support, cleaning isn't where he spends his energy 🙂 Misty has been amazing. She is so thorough & personable. She has worked around me working, being sick or tired, and has been so great at asking if I need anything extra! Even though I can't ever think of anything bc she does it all! I'm keeping the service now that I'm finished with treatment and going back to work. It's so nice to have a clean home that I didn't wear myself down to get! I was excited at first to have a real deep clean after I have physically unable to do the deep cleaning I like to do to my new , 1400sf, ranch home that I'd lived in for 1 year. I was a bit taken back by the price of $400 not including a $40 tip, but after filing out a detailed application and giving the three cleaners a detailed list of what I mean for a deep clean (lots of dusting, wiping, cleaning spots on our white floor trim, door frames, all the little things general cleaning misses) I was angry and felt very taken advantage of when what was done was not even a good standard job. Very little dusting (not tv, floating shelves in bedroom, tops of mirrors, picture frames, nor scrubbing of most places I had asked for twice) among a number of other things made me reconsider my three star rating on Google to a two star rating because they had no problem taking my money without offering at least to discount it to a standard clean job. I'm not really clear on why I had to write everything out on the application (I always write out what I want from cleaners from most important to least important) when 1/2 of it was ignored and no one asked me for clarification. They left after 3 hours which for three people can still be a decent clean but for what I or anyone else pays close to $450, you expect the best. I'm not sure if this is common place or often but I do wonder why they have over 47 five star reviews except for a couple that expressed the same concern as I did.

I'm a little skeptical of all the 5-star reviews, which definitely made me go into this house clean thinking it was going to be the best house cleaning I ever had. It was supposed to be a first-time deep clean, with extra time spent in the bathroom and kitchen. The owner assured me that this deep clean would be 'floor to ceiling.'
To me, extra time means you go the distance. You get all the crud out from the cracks in between the fridge and the cupboard (just stick a broom or duster in there, you know?). You scrub the crud off the sink with a nail brush. You scrub the base of the toilet with the same.
You do the windowsills (one got missed) and the bathroom vent (got missed. You thoroughly sweep and clean under all the furniture (or vacuum, if applicable).
These are all things that got missed. The owner does not allow the cleaners to move furniture, which I understand, and they did a good job getting under my couch. But under the coffee table had some dust bunnies and dirt. There was a small pile of dirt next to the bathroom closet door. Under the recliner, very close to the edge of the chair (ie not hard to reach) there was dirt. The counters were still dirty.
The closet door faces still had dust on them. I ended up cleaning the closet doors myself, as well as sweeping up the little piles of dirt left behind.
They did come back and clean the counters and the vent, so that's a positive.
But for the price — $265 to "deep" clean my 1,008-sq foot house, and which I saved up over the course of three months — I expected a lot, lot more.
I have another cleaning scheduled with White Lilac for July and I really hope they exceed my expectations this time as they seem to have done for other reviewers. I'm definitely nervous since this is just a regular clean at $150. If $290 (before the $25 first-time clean discount) did not deliver, how can $150??
I did appreciate that they emptied the trash and replaced bags, and I thought the window cleaning that they contract out with – Devine Window Cleaning – was exceptional and well worth the money.

With 4 kids we are so busy and cleaning house Can get a little neglected. I had heard while Lilac does a superb job so figured I would give them a try. Their attention to detail is amazing. If I could rate zero I would. I initially called and asked for prices and to set up a special circumstance move out cleaning. I was told after being transferred that she would need to get ahold of someone else for the quote but that she would block off some time for Tuesday. So I waited and nothing. I called back and was told that the lady I talked to was not in but that she would contact me. I've called a few other places but now it's to late and I can't get anyone to come out. I would give zero stars if I could. Hired to clean a 1000sf 2 bed 1 bath condo, they did a poor job in every aspect. They charged me for 9 hours of cleaning without doing the carpets in the bedrooms. Also charged me a fee to come back out to my condo with out ever letting me the owner know or asking. Please look at the attached pics and tell me that's worth $500. She was rude to me as I tried to resolve and offered to pay a reasonable rate even after the sub par job and take the high road. I feel as she is just trying to take advantage of military and vets as I am one. Before you consider hiring her contact me and I will give you much better options unless you want to get taken advantage of. Fair warning

She's an absolute crook! Broke my kitchen cabinets, used my cleaning supplies than tried to charge me $300 for 3 hours of cleaning. I agreed to pay the $40 an hour that was advertised on her Facebook advertisement, she changed the verbiage of the site and called the cops. Lucky for me I screened shot the original site and APD had my back! She's threatening to put a lean on my house, she can hug a root! She's running a scam where she tries to pressure people into paying her 2X what was expected or else she files a Lien against Your house and collects the fees at closing. For most people they just pay her costs rather than pony up legal fees, not me, I'm ready to spend thousands to expose her for the fraud she is!

This is my second experience dealing with this company and it was even better than the first. The completed cleaning of the entire house as well as painting the interior and did it quickly and efficiently. The professionals Who have come in to service various things around the house have without exception commented on the good job that was done and the attention to detail that was paid on the work they completed. HORRIBLE JOB DONE – NIGHTMARE TO WORK WITH – AVOID!
We are selling our condo, and wanted someone to do a deep cleaning. I've heard horror stories about different cleaning services in town, so didn't have any recommendations. This place had a few good reviews on another site, so decided to try them.
I talked to Irina on the phone, and her description of services were exactly what we wanted. She also mentioned that they did repairs, painting, etc. It was Wednesday, and I wanted someone to come over on Friday, as we wanted to list the place asap. Irina said that they could come over as soon as the next afternoon, which I told her no, Friday was fine. She wanted to come over right away to do an estimate, but then arrived a half hour late. Her estimate was higher than other places, but she made it sound like they were going to do above and beyond work, so we accepted it. We specifically asked about doing the carpet upstairs and woodfloors downstairs, and Irina said she could steam the carpets and make the wood floors look shiny.
We also asked her to give us a quote to only do *some* of the walls in our place- the white ones that needed to be refreshed. She said it would be no problem, and she'd give us a quote later, and threw out $600 as an example.
Irina said she was going to a lodge over the weekend, so she wouldn't be there herself, but could come back Sunday night, to check on the work, and give us the quote for painting. We said Monday morning was fine. She said people would be over at 10:30 Friday.
Friday comes and Irina's husband drops off Irina's mom at about 11 to start working, and someone else would join her at 1:30. The second person does not arrive at until 2:30 or so, and it's Irina's daughter. They didn't even bring a broom for the floors, and did not clean the floors or carpet at all. My husband gave them a broom, and they swept things into a corner and left it.
They did a good job cleaning certain things (the refrigerator, exterior of the washer and dryer), but other things were either only partially cleaned, or left untouched. This is not a large place. The downstairs half bathroom was not touched at all. This bathroom is almost never used, but I could see some residue in the sink and at the base of the faucet. It must have looked "good enough" already? The one bathtub we have- I could see soap residue on it, just by looking at the reflection of the light.
They were supposed to move the few pieces of furniture we had to clean behind them, though, and only some were moved. The baseboards were not done. Also, there are two sliding closet doors with tabs that prevent the doors from switching sides- one of those was broken off from being forced in the direction it shouldn't go.
Since they both arrived late, they didn't "finish" until late, and we felt bad for them. We assumed that Irina was going to finish the job Monday morning. Monday morning comes, and we hear nothing from Irina. I finally text her at 11:15, and she calls my husband, and says she'll be over in 2 hours. 2 hours?! Then she arrived 3 hours later, and acts completely annoyed to be there. Apparently, she was at her friend's who just had a baby. She then criticizes us for not keeping the floors clean! Um, the floors haven't even been done!
She walks around and sees that the counter is dusty, and offers to do a touch-up for $70 or something (no), and all of a sudden, the walls are a lot bigger than what she thought when she was JUST here last week, and the price to paint the white ones is $1800, will take 4 days, and can't be done until next week. Then she says she can't return to do the carpet and floors until that Thursday. WTH?!
So, my husband decides to just paint the white walls himself, and guess how long it took him? Less than a day!
Thursday comes, and guess who's late again? Completely unacceptable. Irina cleans the carpet and the floors. My husband asks her about paying her, and she said she'll just send him a square cash payment request, and he can pay by cc, no problem, and leaves.
So, the wood floors that she said were going to be nice and shiny, were NOT shiny. My husband had to go over them again, and all he used was a bottle of Bona hardwood floor cleaner, and voila- shiny and nice! The tile in the bathrooms were STILL untouched, too. Irina doesn't send the payment request until Sunday, and then is blowing up both my husband's and my phones about it – now she's a collection agency that wants to be paid immediately! She is constantly late, even late to send us the payment request, but once she does, we better pay her asap!
She sent both my husband and I a payment request, so after my husband pays it (the next day), I'm still getting reminders to my phone a week later. I text her about it, and she responds by saying that since we paid by cc, we should have added 3%. She never mentioned this, we paid by debit, NOT cc, and this is a week AFTER we paid!

Not sure about the positive reviews, my experience last week went like this: two Russian women showed up with a dirty swiffer and an old vacuum – and did nothing but push the dirt around. Not even a bucket or any cleaning supplies. Asked the owner to come look and see, she ended up being too tired to come look when we were available. Wasted my time. Now the owner is all upset about an honest review. All the owner had to do was do it right the first time and if not correct, correct it asap. Hello, you are in the service industry. Do a good job and get a good review. Waste my time and get a bad review. Oh, and threatening me with legal action for my review? WOW.
