This company sold me a three hour cleaning package, same-day cleaning, when I called them the day my mother died to come clean my house because my family was coming for the funeral. They sent a young woman who spent 3 hours cleaning a 4 x 7 bathroom and a small kitchen. Never touched the guest room, dining room, living room, or my bedroom. Charged me $340 which I had agreed to but I assumed they were going to surface clean (dust and vacuum) my whole apartment (1000 sq ft). I feel cheated at a time when I was very vulnerable. I reached out to them very nicely but all they offered was to send somebody back to re-clean what they had already cleaned, which makes absolutely no sense to me.

Scheduled cleaning kept being changed. When the schedule day got approached you would get the call from them saying it has to be rescheduled due to some reasons.
The two ladies did a basic deep cleaning for us in a very slowly pace, letting some areas undone.I said I was hoping to have two person to come so that it doesn't need five hours to do the job because my kid needs to sleep and they said they understood the situation and would try to have two but cannot guaranteed, which I understood. I did not know that now it became the reasons for the rescheduling from their reply. For example, the most recent rescheduling was two days before the scheduled day I was told that it had to be rescheduled because workers took on vacation, and they did apologize that they did not realize this when they initially scheduled for us.
Also, during the cleaning just one redo and the girls said okay for that. I did not asked them to redo this or that as I did not have much time staying in the house just to check. I was out for about our two hours and then I had to cook and feed my kid.

I contacted Danielle to deep clean my newly purchased house. It was vacant for about a year and desperately needed a good scrubbing. She was quick to respond with a very fair price.
The day of the cleaning, she ended up having a cancellation and asked if she could come early, which I was more than happy to oblige. She and another cleaner were here for around 3 hours – which is a long time in my tiny house! – and they did an amazing job.
I had specifically asked for extra attention to the kitchen and the hardwood floors, and they followed through! The floors were scrubbed, and the previously gross kitchen is now somewhere I would actually cook. I also warned them that the bathroom sink doesn't drain and they didn't have to clean it, but they made it shine anyway.
I'd highly recommend Danielle's Cleaning. She asked me to check their work before they left, and also mentioned that if I was interested in regular cleaning to reach out but wasn't pushy about it at all. I'll definitely keep them in mind for the future!

A team from Danielle's Cleaning came and cleaned my house this morning and I am thrilled. Before you start a recurring cleaning, they come and do a deep clean to clean up any big messes, so that's what I had done today. Danielle sent a team of 3 people who cleaned my whole 2,000 sq ft house in about an hour and a half. In addition to the standard things like floors, counter, etc. they also cleaned all the crumbs out of our toaster (which I don't think we have ever done tbh), got all the dog nose prints off the windows, cleaned inside the fridge, and vacuumed our sofa. We have a brown sofa and a tan dog so dog hair is very apparent on it, and I swear they got it all off the sofa. I am amazed and the cleaning was def worth the $300 we paid for it.

We hired Danielle's Cleaning service to do a cleaning. The cleaning itself met our expectations and the cleaners themselves were nice. However, scheduling and communication was difficult. The first cleaning had them show up an hour earlier and then afterwards we got communicated that it would be $300-400 (we only heard about the $120 cleaning). The second cleaning was rescheduled from Monday to Tuesday (Christmas Eve).
When they missed coming for a cleaning on January 13th 3PM after we confirmed, we opted not to contact them again. Unprofessional to miss communicating deep clean costs, rescheduling, and missing a cleaning appointment. We can't recommend this service.

Honestly.. we just closed on our home yesterday. For about 4000 sq ft and a lot of it carpet, after seeing it without their furniture… I cried. It was disgusting. Actually disgusting is being kind. I'm not sure what happened between going on contract and then for our walkthrough, but yeah… not good. Not good at all..
I was recommended this company though and wow. It's a different home! We were very close to ripping up all of the carpet to replace them, and we can now get at minimum quite a few more years out of them. Not only did this save us thousands, the gentleman (Chris) who cleaned them for us was very sweet, to us, our son and our pup.
He also saw our time kitchen floors as I tiredly grabbed my mop and told me they also do tile cleaning. I will be booking the first appointment available!
I wish i had before and afters, but take my word… amazing work. Highly recommend!!

I'll start by saying our household is 4 adults, 2 kids, one dog and a cat. The dog is elderly and sometimes incontinent so you can imagine that our grout was disgusting (it hadn't had a proper clean since we moved in 5 years ago)! The tile floor gets a wash 1-2 times per week, but the grout absorbs all the dirt, pet urine, grime, etc. Enter McCarthy Cleaning. When John was finished, I could not believe the results. I also had no idea the grout was not gray, but beige! We were so pleased and now we can fill in the spots where the grout has deteriorated and it's so bright and pretty!

Where to start:
I had owner, John come to my house yesterday evening to clean my Berber carpeting and stairs.We are hyper sensitive asthma ridden clean freaks and John blew my expectations away. My home is a 5yr old new home in southern nh. They made my house feel like new!

This cleaning company uses 'bumpers' for wall corners so his house doesn't damage wall corner paint and trim.
He is super respectful and sets proper expectations of what can be done along with a super work ethic.
Quality company to work with, they were professional, punctual, ethical and worked hard the minute he stepped in.

I have never hired a house cleaning service before and was a bit hesitant, but after reading Yelp reviews on several companies, decided to call Extra Care Cleaning Service. I couldn't be happier that I made that decision! I emailed them from the Yelp site and within 15 minutes, Rumaldo returned my call. We made arrangements for him to come take a look at my home for the next evening. He was promplt, polite and very professional. He even took his shoes off before coming upstairs. He quoted a fair price and since I was trying to book before Easter, he had to squeeze me in, since they were already very booked, which speaks volumes about the quality of their work.
Two days later, he and his team arrived, and were right on time.They spent a few hours in my home and I can't even describe how happy I am with the results. This group works incredibly hard is extremely proud of their work – and it shows! We called Extra Care for a move-out cleaning for a 2-story 3 bedroom house. They were responsive and followed up the day before. They showed up exactly when they said they would with just a smiley attitude – even after i forgot to leave the door unlocked and had to drive 30min to meet them. Not to be a Yelp hog but wanted to add that I moved out of Nashua. I ended my cleaning relationship with Extra Care. They cleaned my house monthly, for 5 years. Rumaldo and his team are THE BEST! I contacted them via a recommendation from a neighbor to help with all the yellow pine pollen and a deep spring clean. Rumaldo came over for a walk through and took me through what to expect. He was incredibly professional with a binder full of all the products they use and testimonials from other customers. When the day finally arrived he and his team went to work and the results were AMAZING! Now keep in mind this is a cleaning crew not a maid service so you're on your own for laundry, changing sheets, putting dishes away, etc. but the attention to detail in the cleaning was above and beyond what I expected. I Love ECCS. Rumaldo and his crew do an outstanding job cleaning my townhouse. I thought I could keep up with it myself but couldn't find the time to clean on a regular basis so I called Rumaldo. He did a deep clean of my townhouse to start and has been back 4-5 times now (every other week) and my place has NEVER looked better! It even passed the 'Mom' test when my parents came by last week and spent some time in my home. This company is the real deal. I was looking for a team that would clean my house the way I would clean it (if I had the time) and they far exceeded my expectations. Do not give in to the sticker shock-the initial cleaning is not cheap, but worth every penny! This is a perfect example of "you get what you pay for". They more than live up to their name with the level of detail in their work. My husband and I had never had a house cleaner before and were concerned that we wouldn't get the results that we were looking for, but Romaldo at Extra Care went above and beyond our expectations! We had originally planned on only getting a one time cleaning done for my son's birthday party, but have now committed to a monthly cleaning. Romaldo and his crew were great and were very friendly with our over the top dog (he jumps like crazy on anyone who comes in the house and can be a bit annoying at times). They really deep cleaned the house too- window sills, the oven, the floors, under the beds… they even folded the end of the toilet paper! I can't explain how pleased I am with Extra Care. Ramuldo and his staff came in and went immediately to work. We're moving and I needed to get ahead of the cleaning of the house before we leave. I'm a retired interior designer and can safely say Ramuldo is the best I've ever seen. My home has never been this clean. Every chandelier glove was removed and cleaned. I saw toothbrushes used. My home is now cleaned ready for a surgery to take place. No kidding! He's due to return to clean after the movers come. Wish I'd known of this company prior to moving!!!! I first hired Rumaldo and his team about 11 years ago, while recuperating from back surgery. They were so wonderful to me, right from the beginning! Rumaldo even took it upon himself to clean the snow off of my car for me! He and his wife Rosa are just the kindest, most trustworthy people. I have left money, jewelry, you name it, out and never once has anything gone missing. They have never cancelled an appointment, and even send a text message the night before to remind you they are coming. Even though they have grown so big over the years, their level of service and care has never wavered. Rosa even surprises me every so often by doing something extra. I admit, this review is WAY overdue, and they have made my life so much easier and more pleasant by keeping my home clean and beautiful. I look forward so much to coming home on Friday nights, knowing my entire apartment will be spotless, smelling fresh, and ready for a nice relaxing weekend! LOVE THEM!

Extremely well organized (they call the evening before arrival), work in a team of 3 and always leave my house very clean. Even do fans if you request it.
Much more professional than many others I hired in the last few years.
Some stains I could not get out they were able to remove.
Also very trustworthy (once gave them too much change and they pointed it out).
Not the very cheapest, but very good price, especially since they bring their own tools and cleaning agents with them .

I called Extra Care this morning after another company was a no show. I have new furniture coming in tomorrow and the house that I'm renting is filthy. It was never cleaned before I moved in and with my back injured, I couldn't do the job. I called and they pulled together a team to come out the same day!!!!!!!!! I cannot believe how nice, polite, & professional they all are. They did a PHENOMENAL job cleaning. They hit every nook & cranny, went well above what I expected them to do. I am going to contract them to clean my home once a month. They are even less expensive than the original company that was suppose to come!!!
