Probably the best experience we've had setting up our new business in Newmarket, NH was with Marcel and the team from Portsmouth Steam! We had them out to deep clean the commercial kitchen at the property we recently purchased in Newmarket. They were prompt, reliable, and communicative and stuck to the estimate- though the labor was way more than they anticipated. I'm very happy with the deep cleaning and paint work that they did, and will use them in the future for hood and grease trap cleanings. There was a lot of grime, smoke staining, and general nastiness to get through- and they got through it!
I really appreciate their thoughtfulness- calling us ahead of time if running a little late, keeping us updated on progress, and we did a final walk-through together. Our kitchen looks SO much better, and there is no way I could have done such a good job on my own. It would have taken me a month to do what they did in a few days. Marcel shared a lot of helpful information with us and has contacts in the industry that I won't hesitate to use in the future, based on his professionalism.

This company sent one lady on a Saturday to clean a weekly rental. This lady did a lousy job and left without finishing. I called the company and left a message. I sent an email and the response was I should find someone more reliable for the weekend. Everything she touched needed to be re-cleaned. She even put a used toilet wand pad soaking wet back in the container with the new ones. I never received a phone call from the owner. Very unprofessional and I would advise against calling them.

I've used cleaners for years and finally when I found my favorite, they moved away and I was stuck finding a company that did as good of a job. I admit I can be a little picky when it comes to a cleaner. It's a service I'm paying for and I want great service at an affordable price. Don't we all?
I tried a few different cleaners, never quite as pleased as I was with my cleaners that moved. They spoiled me! I thought I'd never find a replacement as good.
I found this husband and wife team that responded quickly off craigslist, they fit me in the very next day, had great rates, and I was ever so surprised at what a fantastic job they did.
They are not only great at what they do, they will leave your home, smelling fantastic and shining. They are also super fast yet thorough.
They are very sweet, articulate and just some of the nicest people I have met. They are punctual and I'm so pleased to have found them.
I figured it's up to me to spread the word… If you think you can't afford a housecleaner, think again!
As a side note, I found my carpet cleaning people on yelp (thanks to the others that posted great reviews, and now I can't imagine anyone else doing my carpets. Look them up as well. They do furniture and carpets (Lily's carpet Cleaners). Between "Brazilian House Cleaners" and Lily's, my house will always look fantastic even though I don't have the time.

These guys are WONDERFUL! After reviewing options on-line and reading Yelp reviews, I called them and scheduled them to come and clean three large rugs (one oriental) at my house. They were prompt, they were professional, courteous and very thorough.
Living with two chocolate labs, my rugs needed a very deep cleaning and they got it. I was amazed at how clean the rugs came out.

M&M Cleaning did a nice job cleaning a second hand sofa bed couch. The couch was at a home with a dog and two young kids. It needed a thorough cleaning to remove some stains and pet smells. Price extremely competitively!
The two young guys (Brian and Bill) were courteous and efficient… in and out in 45 minutes. Great customer service, as I received a text a few days later to make sure that I was satisfied with the work they did. Would recommend them. Can't really give them a 5 stars because they were a bit late (understand that other jobs run long) but would have appreciated a call to let me know of their ETA. I had to call to see where they were. 4.5 stars!
