I expect a cleaning service to give reasoning as to why they are not able to service your home. Very unprofessional! They selected my friends home to service who is of a different race. We have the same size home, live in the same neighborhood and asked for the same services. They were very attentive to her needs but I did not receive the same courtesy!

They are EXCELLENT all the way around, from the office to onsite management to the workers themselves. They really took care of us.
Their estimates have always been very accurate, exceeded only when we asked them to do additional tasks that we didn't discuss.
They really did come through in terms of working until we were satisfied.
Before we found them, we used other local services. The skill level and work ethic of the workers from ECM has been far above that of other services we tried. We found them to be a real bargain because of how fast and thorough they are.
Most recently we had them clean our house for showing, sale, and then for moving out. They did such a great job, our buyers said they are going to contact ECM to have them clean for them.

Wow they were amazing. I was putting my house on the market and they came and did such an amazing job. There prices are fair. They did a walk through and offered the services. They weren't pushy sales people, they gave great suggestions and made me feel comfortable.
Two people came out and they put in a lot of work. This was during the pandemic and they were very professional. They were wearing all safety features and I felt great leaving my house in their hands.
My house never felt dirty but it was impressive after they left. I was very pleased with my work. When I move to my new place, I will have to have them come back regularly. I couldn't have been more pleased.

My wife and I needed some extra help around the house after we welcomed our second child a few months ago. After talking to a half dozen other services I chose Charrier based on three important factors: communication, attention to detail, and empathy.
Whenever I messaged they responded within an hour when I was expecting much later, and always included a detail response answering any questions I may have on their process or what is covered or what is not. I also got a call a day or two before hand to just check in on times and my preferences for the cleaners they use (mmm lavender).
I was told many times they have an eye for detail and it really showed. Without much time for spring cleaning myself they even got around all our baseboards and my oven looks great.
Having two young children and pets I didn't even have to bring up questions about what materials they used or what precautions should be taken in case cleaning the oven proved difficult, they brought these things up right away and I felt comfortable with everything they used. And since we're still waiting on a COVID vaccine for children under 5 it was nice they said they would mask without even needing to ask.
I plan to use Charriers again soon!

My parents have used the same cleaning company for, like, 20 years. But our usual service has been unable to accommodate our house as of late. We needed an emergency cleaning like nobody's business a few weeks ago and Simply Clean did not disappoint. They were very thorough and super speedy. It's also so easy to schedule a time slot promptly. I just called again yesterday and I cannot wait for them to visit us for the second time tomorrow afternoon!

We chose Simply Clean after reading rave reviews, and they were correct! The team that came to our home was efficient, thorough and SO DAMN good. I requested the "Deep Clean" service, as it had been some months since my place has been thoroughly cleaned due to Covid (my regular cleaning lady has taken a hiatus and I can't do all the details). After doing research, I chose Simply Clean as a local business with good ratings.
The young woman did a thorough job cleaning and I was satisfied with that; after she left I noticed that the plunger for the bathroom sink was split and the broken off piece remained on the sink, but this was not mentioned to me.
Overall, good cleaning service, but if something goes wrong I would like to know about it, not discover it later.

We were thrilled with the work they did. They even did work over and above what we expected. Fabulous. The crew of two ladies who showed up were right on time and wasted no time getting started. We had a couple areas requiring extra reach which over the phone they told me might not be do-able. Well, they got it done with just a little help from my ladder! We did a whole house deep clean and the price was worth every penny. The price was reasonable for the service for sure. They even found a shirt I had written off as gone forever so I know for sure they checked under every piece of furniture and crack and crevice. They even made all the beds that day and arranged stuff in the bathroom in a very organized manner.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they missed my oven, but again, over and above in many other areas. So much so I think I'm going to sign up for one of their more regular plans. I highly recommend Simply Clean!

My only reason for 4 stars is that the cleaning products that the ladies used were not natural, which is what is stated in their business description. There was the standard Lysol and Zep products in their caddies alongside Mrs Meyers Clean Day.
They arrived exactly on time and did a wonderful job cleaning our house after we moved out. The appliances are gleaming, and the wood floors glowing. They did an excellent job on the bathrooms, and stayed until the job was done (8.5 hours) for the same price quoted.
Paul had excellent communication and answered all my questions leading up to the appointment.
My only recommendation to others would be that if having green, natural cleaning products is exceptionally important to you then make sure you let them know before the appointment.
I would definitely recommend them, and if I ever need a cleaning service in our new home, I will call them first!

Scheduling was easy and they were able to fit us into a cancelation spot the next day.
John and Ben came out this morning to look at a possible mold issue in the attic of our new home. They were friendly, on-time and professional.
2 weeks prior we had another mold company come out and diagnosed us with mold and promised a quote. After following up twice, I never received a quote.
After a detailed inspection, I was assured we did not in fact have any mold and the dark stains were just water stains from before the leak had been fixed. While it would have been easy for them to quote me and charge for the previously diagnosed mold, they were honest and felt no service was necessary.
Working with any service provider is based on trust… and I can't say enough how impressed I am with these guys. They would be top of my list for any services I may need in the future.

We received really crummy news from Terminix 2 days ago. "Active mold, very dangerous, full attic restoration, $7,200," is actually the main words I heard… our insurance agent disagreed and said it wasn't a problem at all. (Both parties had something to gain)…
We called EcoClean and scheduled an assessment for the next day (today). I was wary at first bc I was having another party come in who has something to gain by telling me something that benefits them financially.
John Giza & his partner John arrived as scheduled, and gave a courtesy call an hour out. They went up, assessed and came down from the attic to tell me fairly better news. Yes, there's some mold. Active mold? Unlikely. Insulation? Fine for now.
People. Hire yourself a company that doesn't get your business by scaring the shit out of you. Like EcoClean. John offered a spray service that kills anything that might be active. He also offered to replace the insulation, but only if it was bothering myself-it wasn't necessary. I went with the spray, $650 (this is their minimum)….
They were quick, efficient and had fantastic customer service skills. EcoClean, you have great employees. Please keep up this ethical quality of service. I will refer you OVER AND OVER.

One of the best carpet cleaning companies we have ever dealt with. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the results.
We had a water leak in our basement. Not major, but significant enough. Carpet was stained, the drywall was wet, and the baseboards were damaged. Not only did EcoClean assess the damage and quote us on the spot, (they were very reasonable) they then started the drying out immediately. The stain did not come out in the first, or second, or third cleaning, but EcoClean continued coming back until we were satisfied. they replaced the baseboard, restreached the carpet, and replaced the pad underneath. Could not have been happier with John Giza, Andy, and the rest of the EcoClean team.

UPDATE:
We have continued to enlist the services of these professionals to clean our new home in Batavia. They've cleaned rugs, sofas, carpet. We've recommended them to friends all over.But most recently they cleaned our upstairs carpet and CRACKERS they did an amazing job.
Our dog hurt his paws and bled all over the carpet. Don't worry, he's ok!Nick & Sam warned me that the blood probably wouldn't completely come up. They even had a few other suggestions on hand in case this failed to work.
Got it. Blood sucks.But as they were cleaning I kept hearing them exclaim, "this is good carpet!" "What? That's ridiculous!"
When they were done, Sam escorted me upstairs, giddy as a kid on Christmas.
The blood was COMPLETELY GONE. I'll post before & after pics.
Now, I don't want to set unrealistic expectations because as far as I know, this is a very unusual occurrence. But they were just so excited about this removal that I couldn't help but share their success.

In the before photo, you can see a spot I cleaned; it's quite a bit lighter.
That's what prompted us to have it cleaned again.In a matter of 40 minutes Andrew had the rest of the carpet in the house the same color.
There was a slightly dark spot when he was done, & it was bugging him. He couldn't tell if it was a shadow or extra wet there. But he applied an additional cleaner before he left and made sure I knew that if it didn't fade, they'd come back at no charge to try something else.It did fade away.
See the photos. In person there's an even bigger difference, of course. But you'll still see it. Keep in mind this was done a month after another persons cleaning (which left the floors wet for a week.)
It's been 3 hours & it's almost totally dry already. And it's lightening up even more as it dries.
If we were staying here, I'd set this up on a regular basis. Money well spent.

We had our hallway and 2 staircases cleaned by EcoClean. The job was thorough but cost was more than expected as certain treatment for traffic areas was suggested on the stairs, but worth it. Only downside but not bad, the carpet took 2 days to dry. We also wondered why the outside edges of carpet on the front staircase was not touched on the other side of spindles. Maybe that's normal? The edges were not soiled but in need of a vacuum. Nonetheless, EcoClean did a good job. We will use them again to do our bedrooms but will be mindful of the dry time being longer than expected.

I am truly satisfied with the work that Frank and Maria of Denisse's Cleaning Services provided. I live in a 4 bedroom house in the Vernon Hills / Long Grove area and requested most, if not all of the house be swept, dusted, wiped-down, and mopped. I am not kidding when I say, I did a walk-through of my own kitchen when they left and it was sparkling. There was actual light rays reflecting from my granite counter-tops due to a thorough wipe-down.
Frank also mentioned they used germicide cleaner for showers and bathroom sinks. I was very happy to hear that.
Not only did they work fast, but they were very thorough. They completed all rooms in the estimated amount of time and added finishing touches as an added service with no extra charge. I do believe Frank and Maria want you to be satisfied so that you will be a returning customer.

Scheduled Denisse's Cleaning Services to come by and clean my condo a few days before I were to sell it to another buyer as opposed to clean it myself.

Denise and Frank are awesome! We rented a townhouse and the place was extremely dirty before we moved in. We called Frank and Denise and they came to our rescue the very next day! I booked Helping Hands for a one-time cleaning and consultation to quote reoccurring service. Booking was very easy. Overall they did a nice job cleaning but knocked a toilet off center and broke a piece of trim and did not mention either to me. I was charged nearly 40% more than quoted. This cleaning service had a lot of good reviews so I am disappointed in the results.
I hired them to deep clean an empty apartment we were moving into. For $60 an hour per person (so $120 per hour because they send a team of 2) I would have expected better quality. Things like baseboards, corners, bathtub jets, those should be spotless on a deep clean. Now looking at more reviews I see there have been complaints of quality within the last 5-7 months.
If you are being referred by someone you trust for a specific team then perhaps this service could be worth it. I did not find them worth the price for the team i received.
They also broke a shelf in our freezer and then proceeded to argue with us that it was "a little bit broken". This is after the technician admitted to my husband he dropped the shelf and it is now in two pieces.
They take credit card and scheduling was very easy. I really wanted to like this service but am overall disappointed with the quality and customer service. I hired them to make my life easier and now I have to find a replacement shelf for my freezer, and they did a lackluster job.
I would keep searching. We will not be using this service again. Which is a bummer because we were looking for a someone to come regularly if this job had gone well.

Do not waste your money using this service. I am rehabbing a property and told them I needed them to clean after putting up drywall in one unit. Two people came out. At first they told me they couldn't clean the floor because it was too hard, which was wrong. This was frustrating because I told them the circumstances when I scheduled. They didn't even have a mop, rather they just put a towel on the end of a swiffer. The floor still had a layer of dust on it after. Then I told them to clean the staircase in front and back – they only cleaned half of it. My place was still dirty even after they left. At this point, I just gave up trying to tell them to do any further cleaning, as everything was met with attitude when I requested they clean something. Even my tenant was amazed at their incompetency. I was extremely disappointed that I hired this company.

The employee that did the cleaning was named Chris. He was very nice! He made sure to verify which services I requested and asked me if there was anything else that he could do for me. I appreciated his help and attention to detail. In hindsight, there were two small things that I believe could've been done slightly better, but I can't complain – he did an overall fantastic job! They did not call when they were 30 mins out as promised
We were quoted 3-4 people working for 3-4 hours. Only 2 people showed up, worked for 3.5 hours. We tried but couldn't reach Guillermo that day.Cleaning was sub-par as follows:
1. Kitchen cabinets: Some were clean, others weren't. Dusty on outside
2. Didn't remove residue on tile floor or didn't have proper product to remove it
3. Tile grout in foyer is not clean
4. Didn't clean bugs out of light fixture
5. Top of fridge was not cleaned
6. Didn't dust light fixture in foyer.
7. Didn't clean threshold plates at the back door or at the garage door leading to the house.
8. For example, see the picture attached of the cloth when we wiped the kitchen floor AFTER the cleaning crew left.Guillermo, the DSM owner, advertises on Yelp: "Backed by our 100% Quality Service Guarantee: If you are not absolutely delighted with the service, we will re-service the area within 24 hours of notification for free." I've called twice and left messages but have yet to get a response.
