I came to write for a few weeks in a friend's home and the cleaner who prepared the house left dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dark hair lining the shower walls, and dust/debris everywhere. As a going away gift to the owners, I arranged for this service to come and do a two-hour deep clean, and they did a phenomenal job. The refrigerator was scrubbed down, the cabinets were washed out, the floors were mopped and sanitized, and so much more. Owners were very rude. Cleaning was beyond unreasonable. Whatever good ethics they may have had definitely are no longer there. A close friend who has used them a few times before recommended me and was shocked. Its a very hit and miss business. Not a good business model. Our mutual friend who has a vacation rental also had a very bad experience, i don't know the whole depth of their personal issues but i would recommend looking elsewhere for cleaning services.

They scheduled me within 3 weeks. I only had to move some small items from the floor. They did the rest vacuuming then shampooing the rugs. I was really impressed that the rugs dried that same day. The vacuumed most of the water from the rugs. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They were just the best from start to finish. The scheduler and the person who actually cleaned the carpets were both professional and knowledgeable, and very pleasant. We set up a date for service, and I received a reminder a few days before. I love this company! I researched companies which don't overuse chemicals in their cleaning process, and found these guys. Spoke with the owner and he impressed me with his description of their process — they use a special light to detect pet urine, if they find a lot they go through a super thorough procedure to address it. Our carpet was SO CLEAN afterwards, and no horrible chemical smell. Price was good as well.

My wife and I were expecting new furniture on Friday. Decided on Wed night to see if we could find a company to clean two 10×13 rugs and 6×5 rug on Thursday. Found Mike on Yelp, sent a message and he worked us in for Thursday afternoon. Less than 24 hours from initial contact. His guys, Scott & Casey were very pleasant, professional and did an excellent job. So much so we asked them to try to clean an old makeup stain, 2×3, in the carpet that we had made worse trying to clean for months. Not only did Casey make it disappear, he cleaned another dark stain without us asking. One that Stanley Steamer was unable to remove a year ago. Bottom line, great job and very reasonable price. We hired Krisp N Clean Cleaning Service for weekly cleaning of our rental property in Rehoboth and were happy to be able to hire a small business. I normally do not write negative reviews, but our experience with Krisp N Clean was ultimately negative. We found this service unprofessional and unreliable. Kim's cleaning was moderately adequate, but inconsistent. Kim's communication was very poor as well and she did not like to be reminded to do things or even report the condition of the house after renters left. Furthermore, she left our front door unlocked – twice. Finally, on our change over day, Saturday, she quit without notice leaving my wife and I to scramble to get our house clean before our next renters arrived.

Used All Pro Maids for a post move cleaning prior to listing a home for sale. I moved everything out to make the cleaning as easy as possible for All Pro. Following the "cleaning", Drawers and cabinets were still dirty, floor still had cat litter on it, shower door could not be seen through and spider webs were on the wall behind pictures that were removed. I could not smell cleaning products in any of the rooms. Had to complain to get them to come back and still only the specific items I mentioned were addressed. used Kaboom to clean the shower door myself. I believe people should take pride in their work, even if that work is cleaning houses. We are paying our hard earned money for this service, so it should be done right the first time.
