Kari and her team did an excellent job tidying, cleaning, and organizing my cluttered, neglected house. From her first question, "When do things feel clean to you? Is it when it smells clean? Is it when surfaces are clear?…etc" I knew I was in good hands. Not all that impressed. They ignored the bedrooms – didn't even make the beds nor did they even move the coffee table to vacuum. They did come quickly and on time and swept and mopped. Replaced the trash bag in the kitchen but not the bathroom. Not a thorough job in my opinion.

We were in the midst of COVID-19 and when it came time to reopen our store, we found that our cleaning company had absolutely destroyed our VCT tile floor. It wasn't getting cleaned well, it was constantly sticky. NOT what you want to see when you walk into a restaurant! I cannot tell you how glad I am that we went with this company!!! My husband and I just bought a home and were so discouraged during our final walk through. The sellers barely cleaned. The house smelled like pets, the fridge and oven were gross, the floors were sticky, there was dog hair everywhere, there was so much dust on everything that our agent even told us to just replace all the blinds because they were so dusty. They cleaned literally every surface including vents and ceiling fans, got the epic amount of dog hair out and even deodorized every room. ICS didn't clean our house, they detailed it. Even scraping melting rubber from a balloon that had gotten stuck to a ceiling fan. This review is getting too long so you'll just have to see for yourself. They are amazing. Merry Maids supposedly "cleaned" my rental house when one tenant moved out and my roommates and I moved in. Not sure what they cleaned…there was clumps of cat hair everywhere, dead flies on the windowsills, beside the fridge was disgusting and much more. after they initially came they were called back because of the poor job they did. The second time they came they were here maybe 10 minutes, and I pinpointed what I wanted them to clean. My main thing was to pull out the fridge and clean beside it… That did not happen. It was definitely not pulled out just wipe down the left side of it (very poorly) and didn't even touch the right side. They lightly vacuumed again doing literally nothing. Not to mention one of the cleaners came in smelling like weed. I called to say that I did not want them to come back but just to tell them how nothing was cleaned even the second time around, the lady on the phone had nothing to say besides is there anything else I can do for you. Absolutely ridiculous. The photos are of what they "cleaned".

I was visiting from California to help my daughter move into her home and get settled. I had Mary Maids come to clean the house, it is a 1500 square-foot house, three bedrooms (two of which are empty), and two bathrooms. My priorities were the kitchen, living room (which was completely empty) blinds, dusting and hall bathroom. If there was time left in the two hours then they were to clean the master bedroom and bath. Well the first person showed up and I explained everything to her down to the letter. The second girl showed up they talked and she began to clean. My daughter and I were in one of the guest bedrooms with the dog so I did not see what was going on at that time. Well, the second girl cleaned the master bedroom and bathroom first, which was my last priority. She was also just standing in the kitchen doing nothing talking to the other girl for a while. I had clearly told her that I wanted everything done in two hours, which was not much to ask considering the amount of work they did not have. When they were almost done they had told me that they were mopping themselves out the door and thanked me.
What I found next was an absolute train wreck! There was dust under every cabinet the kitchen mat had not been pulled out to be vacuumed or mopped, around the front chest underneath was covered with dog hair and balls they never moved anything… And I can go on and on and on. And all the manager wanted to do was send someone back out. I had told them that I was only here for short time and I did not have time for someone to come back out. My main complaint is that someone should not need to come back out. All in all it was a terrible experience, as each day went by I found more and more things they missed. I would not recommend them and I would never use them again.

I was sucked in at the initial consultation by promises of thorough, top of the line, cleaning service. What a cruel, cruel joke it has been. I guess I put too much faith in people because I really did believe this would be a good experience and my house would be nice and clean.
They've only been to our house twice and both times, I absolutely couldn't believe how terrible of a job they did. The first cleaning was supposed to be the deep cleaning, where they do a wet clean "top to bottom" including light fixtures to baseboards. Yeah…. not a single ceiling fan or light fixture was touched, blinds were dusty, baseboards dusty, it went on and on. I walked around and made a list of everything they missed and it filled an entire page. I honestly thought, showing how naive I am, that they didn't realize it was supposed to be a deep cleaning. I called and couldn't hide my frustration when she said they knew it was supposed to be a deep cleaning. They sent another team out supposedly to do the whole thing over again, but they actually only got just a few of the things they originally missed.
On the second cleaning, I could tell immediately when I walked in the house that they had not vacuumed or mopped the tiled and linoleum floors. I was so mad. Upon further inspection, one bedroom had not been dusted. Then I read the paper they left behind saying that the two "special attention" rooms this week were the family room and the kitchen and it stated that they had soaked and cleaned the stove drip pans and wiped down the cabinet facings. I smiled and thought, well that's nice….. until I walked over to the stove and saw that the drip pans hadn't even been touched!! They still had crumbs in them. The stove hadn't been wiped at all or the microwave! I seriously could not believe what I was seeing. My husband came home and we had about a 30 minute, stressed out conversation about how much we hated this whole thing and how for $140 bucks, hell I could do a half a** cleaning every two weeks! Unbelievable. I called and told them they had to come back and finish. The manager I talked to didn't seem too happy and that she had four call ins that day and two people off and how it wasn't my regular team, blah, blah blah. Well, who cares! I don't care if it's snow white and the seven dwarves, just clean the house like you're supposed to!! I said, well isn't sweeping and mopping supposed to be done regardless of what team it is? She said well yeah. Oh. My. Gosh. I'm telling you folks, do not use these people. It is a JOKE!!!!! I'm posting this review and will post it everywhere I can to try and help others that are thinking of using this service, cause I sure wish I would've known 🙁
