I never even got the opportunity to work with them because it was impossible to reach them. I never had to try so hard to spend money with a company. I requested a quote. The manager said he would have someone call me first thing in the morning. I waited all day, no call. So I messaged again and he apologized and said one more time that someone would call me first thing in the morning. Again , no call! So I reached out again and then I got an email with a link to schedule a call. I booked a call through the link and at the time of the call- I was left waiting in the meeting room for 15 minutes. No one showed up to the call. So I sent a 3rd message and have yet to hear a response. I just took my business elsewhere.

Love this guys response. Lol. I wasn't thrilled because you did half the job lmao. Yeah this is a question on the fact that something was cleaned or it wasn't. You sent people there to clean not build a spaceship. It's either clean or it's not there's nothing in between, nothing else to figure out. Your "cleaners" didn't clean so of course you sent them back to do the job you originally promised. And you still couldn't get the place clean. The funny part is though if I sat there and pointed out dirty areas your cleaners could clean it. There's nothing to talk about because I paid you and these pictures don't lie. Lol. People can see the terrible job you do and that's okay because it's the truth.

Raquel amd team are the BEST! I am in the midst of a gut renovation and every time they come I am more impressed than the last time. The team is made up of expert cleaners who use their time well, are meticulous AND they REALLY clean. "i really like your team, but my wife was terribly upset when one of the cleaners broke a beloved music box in our boys room. Objects are objects and you cant take it to the next life but I prefer up front honesty and a loyalty if they were going to be the team to clean our house (especially if keys were given when we werent home). Just tell us what happened…dont hide it by trying to put it back together. and before you think of blaming my small children…the music box given to us by my wife's now deceased grandmother, was on a shelf 6 feet high. It was in its spot the day of, and on a lower shelf broken after the team left. It is a shame because i really liked the team. Again, i wish they were just up front and told me. I was so amazed that 1. They showed up in what can only be called a full on hazmat suit, 2. they showed up on time and with all of their gear and 3. the house was completely immaculate. I have never used a cleaning service before and the only reason I did this time, is because I moved into a new home. Because of the open houses and people coming and going, I did NOT want to take any chances. So I requested the move in cleaning, as well as the e spray service (a disinfectant cleaner that is sprayed from top to bottom to disinfect all surfaces, including the hard to reach areas). I sat in the car and studied, while they went to work. It took almost three hours, but when I walked in, it was the freshest feeling and smell! In addition, I loved the fact that their cleaners are non toxic because I have two pets. As I inspected once they left, I was amazed that my fridge (which was still empty) smelled like citrus! I am a stickler when it comes to cleaning my own home, so it was refreshing to see it as clean as I would have done it. I'm so happy with this service that, not only am I referring others, I will more than likely use them again! Oh, and the price? Unbelievably reasonable. If you need help cleaning, I would definitely use them. It was so worth it.

I have used Imperial cleaning for two years now and love the staff! They come in and do what they have to in a timely manner. The chemicals/cleaning products that they use don't have a harsh smell either. The crew is very respectful and always friendly. They don't bother anyone except when they need something. I like how they take out all their garbage and take it with them instead of leaving it here in my garbage can like the last company did! Also, they leave us extra garbage bags just in case!

I've used Imperial intermittently over the last 3 years when I'm sick of cleaning my house. They are fast, thorough and professional. I usually speak with Henry who books the appointment and he us very friendly and professional. 3 cleaners always come. They always arrive on time and ask which areas are of most importance. When they're done they insist I inspect their work and are happy to spruce up any area that I think needs more work (but that rarely happens). I would use them wayyy more often if they offered some type of deal for arranging regularly scheduled cleaning. They're not cheap but you get what you pay for and the cleaning service they offer is deep cleaning and its done fast.

Paulette cam on a Sunday and scrubbed our place until it sparkled. She was wonderful, the place looks great, and I would highly recommend them.
They quoted me a low price for the work but they had no idea what they were getting into, but Paulette stayed all day until the job was done so I tipped her nicely. It would have been worth it at twice the price.

I believe there's a flaw with most cleaning companies. Many of them make you jump through hoops just to do business with them. If I could triple the five star rating for Mamma Clean, I would in a heart beat. After an awful experience I had with another cleaning service, I contacted Ruthie after reading her reviews. We spoke several times before she came to my home to discuss what my expectations were and to look at my home to give me a fair amount of what she would charge. Ruthie was as nice, honest and professional in person as she was the many times we spoke by phone. What I liked most about Mamma Clean is that it would be Ruthie and another lady named Mariana cleaning my home, not strangers. Ruthie also offered to put together a cleaning kit for me, filled with products and cleaning supplies I would need to clean my home the weeks that she would not. Ruthie came with bags full including all the receipts. This was extremely helpful to me as my home is new with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances I never had in my former home.
The day came for Ruthie and Mariana to clean my home. They were prompt and carried in their own cleaning supplies and equipment. Several hours later Ruthie texted me they were done. I walked into my home and was speechless. My home was impeccable, shining, so beautiful I wanted to touch nothing. It smelled so fresh, my floors sparkled!! This was over the top exceptional cleaning. My toilet paper was even folded like you find in a fancy hotel and my front door was completely cleaned, something we never even spoke about. My daughter actually asked me if the light fixture in the hallway was new because it was so sparkling. I could go on and on but I just want to stress that Mamma Clean is a service above any other. There are different plans to choose from, Ruthie will accommodate as frequent or infrequent that she is needed. It's been over a week since Ruthie cleaned my home and it still smells incredible. I honestly can't wait until my next appointment!!

Unfortunately we started just before the Covid-19 scare so we only had a couple cleanings. Once they were allowed to start work again they came back, fully prepared for social distancing and wore masks and gloves. They cleaned my entire home and it looks fantastic. Then didn't show up for third cleaning after confirming 2 days before since I didn't want to pay what other companies charge cheaper, have more than 1 cleaner,and get done much quicker. She also took my cash and charged my credit card. We got in a huge fight after that. Professionally she needs to commit as well when confirming and not do a no show day of cleaning. She also should've credited my card back right away rather than have my credit card company call her. Maybe as she gains experience, shell get better overall business and professional wise. Her son joined her on some her jobs he is 16 and I was in awe of how meticulous he was. To provide some context, we have a 100 year old, 1700sq ft. house with hardwood floors and area rugs and a newborn. We've been working with the Next Level for a few months now on an every other week basis and are extremely happy with their work.
First, they do a fantastic and thorough job cleaning. The team is proactively looking for feedback, so if you don't feel something was done thoroughly, they'll definitely revisit it the next time around. Second, they are friendly and caring. My wife is typically home with our baby when the team comes and the women are respectful and they love interacting with the baby. They understand it's important to have clean floors and a house free of dust for our child. And it's generally been the same few ladies returning each week. Lastly, they are reasonably priced. This was one of my biggest concerns. I did speak to a few other companies at slightly lower prices, but did not feel as comfortable working with them. Of course, price will depend on the level of cleaning needed and the amount space. They were upfront about the initial cleaning price and then how much each week would work out to. That price has stabilized.
One final note, the team has let me know if and when they were ever going to be running late to our typically scheduled day and time. It's refreshing to know that we have a professional cleaning team we can trust.

I saw the great reviews and decided to try this at our new apartment. First, the good part: the cleaning was good and the lady helpers worked hard, and did a pretty good (although not exceptional) job overall. The other good thing was that with 5 people working, this was a lot quicker than my prior experiences, where there were usually 2 people working. Lastly, it is a woman-owned business and I do respect her entrepreneurial spirit in building it up.
On the flip side though, I had 2 main issues –
1. I found the main lady to be arrogant and frankly a bit disrespectful.
– they made me change my work plans to accommodate their schedule. But they ended up coming 45 min late. No apologies or acknowledgment of delay.– Another couple of things she said seemed to me to be unprofessional and rather rude: unprovoked statements like "are you blind?" when I pointed out a few missed spots are just a tad bit disrespectful, I would say…
2. The service was relatively pricey: my experience getting cleaning done at a slightly smaller place in New York City was about 50-60% cheaper (even for the move-out cleaning, and even in cases where I got the cleaning done after several months). My new apartment is about 10% bigger, but the price was certainly a lot higher.
All in all, while the work was satisfactory, I am unlikely to re-engage their services. Hopefully, you have a better experience with them if you try them out.

Amazing job. I needed my home cleaned last minute and the owner Roseanne was very accommodating. She was able to squeeze me in last minute on a Friday. They were running a little late and she was always keeping informed and updated via text message. The girls did a very thorough job and I was pleased with the work.
