Healthy Home Cleaning was amazing!! I am in the process of moving out of my home and Healthy Home was able to easily accommodate my tight schedule. Also when the cleaners showed up there were boxes everywhere (issues with my moving crew) and they still were able to do a fabulous job!! The cleaners went above and beyond by moving boxes and mopping my hardwood floor on their hands and knees so they could reach every bit possible!!! Christina and Luz were friendly, diligent, and hard working! They even vacuumed the protective carpeting the packers had brought. Definitely a very bright spot in my arduous moving process! Did not do a deep clean as requested and paid for. Luckily they came back to clean again and it was better but for $275, I was expecting a true deep clean. The walk in closet, walls, ceiling, light switches, baseboard, and windows were still dirty and I had to disinfect and clean it myself. I wished the job was done properly the first time. Given we're living in a pnademic I was hoping to get a really good clean prior to my move it. I'm disappointed by the job. Would not recommend.

I absolutely love Mama's and Mops. They responded to my quote request right away, they were able to get my place cleaned right away. My floors needed some tlc and they made them shine! My bathroom sink had some weird stain that I though was just permanent damage but April was able to remove it. We were also really impressed bc the shower/tub area had a weird yellow to it, I'm assuming the last person who lived there was a smoker, but when April was done my daughter and myself were blown away that it was taken back to its normal color (minus the yellow). Another thing that I was impressed with was how well they cleaned the stove! The previous family left it with burn marks and Aprils crew was able to make it look brand new! My place was very clean, sanitized, and smelled fresh! April and her crew were professional. I will continue to use them and I will recommend them. I already sent out her card to one of my friends!!

Absolutely Fabulous House Cleaners, Deb is so nice and accommodating,. I hired them to do a deep clean before we moved into my new house. Everything was done up to par. The house and windows looked great when they were done! I also had them bring in someone to clean the carpet. Bathrooms were also very clean. My only small complaint was the floors were not cleaned other than a vacuum. We steamed the tile using a hand held steam cleaner and the pads were very dirty. But that being said the house was done very well. I would definitely use Deb again to clean my place. Thanks Deb!

As I am moving from rented house to my own house, I hired Deb to clean my new house before we move in, and to clean the house we are leaving for Move-Out.
Deb's team is actually her family, this is a family business, this is why we all should support her.
They did an amazingly great job in both houses, me and my wife were extremely impressed with Jeff's work, they estimated thw work in one of the houses to be 4 hours, they spent more than 6, and they charged me as agreed, no more.
They are very friendly, very helpful, very thorough, very flexible, and can make things happen.
It is also worth to mention, Deb is a Sterilization specialist in one of the leading hospitals in the country, why this is important? because she understands cleaning beyond the cleanliness of the surface, she gives you a clean and disinfected house.

I contracted with Deb to clean my home. On the day she and her crew were to come to my home to do the job, we waited … and we waited…and then waiting some more. As a matter of fact, we are still waiting! We tried to reach her via text and by calling her cell phone. To no avail. To this date, we have not received a phone call back, a note, NOTHING offering an explanation as to why she did not come to her appointment. Would not recommend her company to do anything for me or anyone else I know under any circumstance.

We hired Deb and hear team to do a deep cleaning since we were vacating our place after 6 years. Deb came over and did a pre-inspection and provided me a very reasonable quote for the cleanup. She and her team arrived and worked for over 4 hour in our two story, 4 bed, 3 bath, 2,100 sq foot home. She cleaned everything from top to bottom. Behind the appliances, the doors, the shelves..etc. I cleaned the windows myself, however they clean windows too. They did an excellent job and I am very hopeful that we will get our full deposit back from the landowners. I recommend her for your deep cleaning needs. They are honest and reliable.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I called because of the good reviews. I had an appointment for 2 pm on Thur. At 2:20 she was not here. I called. She said her husband would be right over. It would have been nice if she said she was sorry, but she didn't. A half hour later, he did finally show up. I was impressed with what he said so I was hopeful in spite of the rocky start. He said his wife would call me with a quote. Never heard from her. THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS – STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS UNRELIABLE BUSINESS.

She showed up the next day even though she was booked.They popped out all 30 windows, washed the screens and glass, cleaned out the drains and the air filters. *EDIT: The check did finally arrive. Leora told me she would mail it on Mon and when I didn't get it, she swore she mailed it on Tues. When I still didn't get it, she said she mailed it on Wed. When I finally did get the check, it was postmarked on Fri, so hence the lies.
Also she never showed up for 2nd appt at all. Leora claimed she came at 8:30, a half hour early, and left a little before my 9am appointed time, and that she rang doorbell and called my phone multiple times. Not possible that she knocked or rang doorbell because my dog didn't bark and I received no calls (she said her phone got run over and wasn't working right)
I also sent Leora pictures as proof of a dozen major places that they neglected to dust and when she came back and only dusted 3 missed spots, her excuse was that she didn't receive all the pictures.

I'm giving them 2 stars as yes they had maids come and clean and what they missed I would tell them the next time and they would get it done. BUT BEWARE they scratched up my brand new shutters cleaning ( yes really) and when I told them they didn't apologize only justified it as the way they clean. I asked them not to waste their time doing them bi-weekly as I could see it's just more time to bill me as they dusted brand new shutters. I noticed mold in my showers after 4 months of them cleaning and when I told them they didn't /couldn't get it out. I did it myself. How could you clean bi-weekly and my shower starts getting mold? Clearly not doing a good job. Then to top it off after a year I noticed they over charged me and when I contact them about it they try to say that's what we show for them being at your house. Find that odd as I have ring cameras that show otherwise. Also, they have trainees come to your house and while they stand around explaining to the trainee how to clean they expect you to pay for the time they are there at your home training and NOT cleaning. A simple I apologize for over charging you would if sufficed but instead they try to attack you and say after a year that maybe they need to re-evaluate the time needed. Seriously I have already proven the actual time by camera for the past year. Just be a good company and stop trying to over bill for mediocre cleaning. Find honest reputable company not these shady one.

These girls work thier butts of for little pay. The managers here do not know how to handle people- especially their employees. Trust me, these girls rely on tips to compensate for how much thier jobs run down thier personal cars and thier bodies. Really disappointed with the under compensation and mismanagement of thier maids. How ever, the maids who do work here do a great job and deserve way more appreciation than they get!

I would be careful with this business cleaning your homes. I worked with them not too long ago and one of their employees confronted them about living with a family member who had covid and asked to have some days off but they refused and told her not until she starts showing symptoms. Which isn't smart because it can still spread before symptoms. Same thing happened to me and I got terminated because I refused to potentially spread covid into peoples homes. Very selfish company. Cleans very well but doesn't care about their clients or costumers well being, just their income! I reported them to the health department and about a week after is when I got notified by a friend that they decided to change their policy to having people exposed to covid stay home. Glad they were smart enough to finally do it but also really sad it took getting reported in order to keep their clients safe.

My husband and I have been using Kat's Cleaning for several months, and I can't say enough about how amazing they are! Ashley is very thorough and makes our home look perfect every time! And this is probably particularly challenging due to our white tile, white carpet, and composite flooring.
Kat's prices are extremely reasonable, especially compared to the larger, flashier-marketed cleaning services. We paid for one of these places to clean post-remodel, and they didn't come close to the level of cleanness that Kat's provides, AND they were more than double the price.

We hired Kat's cleaning service for a move out clean of our little bungalow in Sugarhouse. We went back and forth weighing the options of a professional vs doing it ourselves and going with Kat's was the BEST decision we could have made.
She was friendly and kept me updated. She made sure to do a walk through of the home and after seeing it myself, I can see where all of the five star reviews are coming from. The fridge and stove top looked brand new. The kitchen (regardless of my efforts to keep it tidy) looked like nobody had ever used it. The baseboards were scrubbed and the floors were vacuumed meticulously. I do not know if this was a one time experience or if the reviews are written by friends of Kat, but our cleaning was subpar. Admittedly we just moved here, and perhaps our expectations of "clean" may be different than most. However, for $75 and an hour and a half, our 950 square foot apartment, which is brand new construction with us as the initial tenants, was not cleaned well. Our couch was never touched, and food remained on both the couch and in the crevices. The vinyl flooring, while mopped, had debris left and I was compelled to vacuum after our cleaner left. The bathrooms were done well, but my expectations are high for the monies spent.

Kat's Cleaning is first off, a woman owned small business that deserves support! Secondly, Kat and her staff have a very high standard of clean and are super efficient. I've learned more about how to clean hard to reach and hard to clean areas from Kat than I ever learned from my own mom! They really pay attention to little details and I especially recommend them for deep cleans (like for move-in/move-out for rentals)

Kats used to be a great service, but has majorly gone downhill. At the beginning when Kat cleaned the service was exceptional. She was very nice and did great work. Over time it has gotten much worse. Last time we used the service the house was still a mess. The girls she hires are not super trust worthy either.

We just moved in to a new place and needed an initial cleaning, which Kat arranged on short notice. She showed up and did an incredible job, at a very reasonable rate (so much so, we decide to hire her for ongoing bi-weekly service and have already referred a friend to her for his move in and ongoing services)
