I have been with this company for 3years they were doing a good job but now lately they have becoming sloppy. They came to my house to clean damaged my furniture. The owner Ryan came to try to fix it but actually made it worse,apparently they stand behind their work and if any damage is done they would compensate,but they didn,t.Ryan called me and made excuses offered me $200.00 for a $2000.00 fridge thats how they compensate you. I am no longer with them and will not recommend them to anyone.

I'd read so many positive reviews of Posh that I was absolutely stunned to experience today. We hired them for an estate cleaning. On the initial consult I discussed some issues with mold in the basement and some pet odors throughout. I actually went out of my way to make the job sound as gruesome as I could, because I needed to find a company who could do the job and I didn't honestly care who did it or what it cost. When they initially quoted me around $400 I again reiterated that it was a big job and restated the problems. They assured me these were things they could handle so we decided to use their service.

They made us wait almost 2 weeks for an appointment. We had a real estate agent scheduled, so I reiterated that I needed the clean done sooner than later and they managed to get us in today, which was the day before the real estate agent. It seemed like everything was on a tight schedule, but grand, until they showed up.

Things stated to get a little weird when they showed up at noon instead of 1:30pm which they were scheduled for. I ended up having to rush out of work to accommodate the almost insane promptness.

When they arrived they did a walk-through before explaining they wouldn't clean it because of the basement mold and pet odor which we'd discussed (multiple times) during the initial consult. I was floored. They simply drove away leaving me with a place that needed cleaning and absolutely no solution to the problem. I saw another review on here with a response from the company saying that they offered both onsite and on the phone estimates. I'll tell you right now that was NEVER offered to me. I honestly found it strange that they would quote the day of the clean, but she assured me that it would be fine and they would simply let me know if it would cost a bit more or less. An on-site estimate would have be a welcome relief, but it was never an option.

Never the less, after the girls left, I called the office, obviously angry and she apologized telling me all the things they should have done (like an onsite estimate), but at the end of the day none of that happened, and regret doesn't get the house clean.

I happily left a poor review on google (hopefully to warn other people with larger jobs about their limitations) and would have gone about my day with a new cleaning service and some aggravation, but after I posted my review, I received a call from the CEO (almost instantly), who called to explain to me that they had many "very satisfied customers". I haven't the faintest idea what telling me about their other happy customers has to do with the fact they left me standing in a driveway with no plan and no cleaning staff. Nor do I understand the outcome they'd hoped to achieve with that.

You said you do estate cleanings. You said you could handle the problems I noted during the initial consultation. You led me to believe you could be relied on, and none of those things worked out. There's little else to say, right?

He explained that with most problems like the girls forgetting to clean a room (How does that even happen?!) were easier to troubleshoot, but that he could offer me the contact info for a company who could handle my job, and I could likely get it done a little faster with his recommendation. It's not that I don't appreciate a business who can follow up, but when you tell me you can do something and you cause me to rely on you and then you can't follow through, the offer of someone else who might be able to help clean up your mess is a day late and a dollar short.

It was a time sensitive clean and I was as clear about that as the challenges of the clean itself (but clearly no one was listening). The conduct of the company just keeps getting more absurd as we go (hopefully they're done now?!). All they had to do was say "We don't do that kind of cleaning" a month ago when I first called and none of this would have ever been an issue.

In my opinion if you want your windows washed or your carpet vacuumed, the ladies that actually came to the site seemed sweet and great, so I'm sure that would be just fine, but if you have a larger project or intensive cleaning needs, I wouldn't even bother (unless you somehow enjoy finding yourself standing in a driveway without a cleaning service – which I can assure you isn't as rad as it sounds).

So my family have decided to look for a new home but first we wanted to get things super tidy and clean with our current home. I called the head office at POSH and spoke to Lisa( The Owner) right away she told me they would send someone over to quote the job because our house was 6500sqf. From my initial phone call to our site visit at our house Lisa was very clear what the job entailed and also her knowledge in the cleaning business was extensive.

So I booked with POSH they showed up to my house with the date we agreed on and let me tell you when the POSH team arrived the staff was extremely polite and professional they cleaned my house from top to bottom and it looked wonderful and smelled beautiful..!!

I would definitely call POSH again and recommend them as their services were excellent and I'm a happy customer.

Almost every clean has been excellent and the one that wasn't was fixed right away, no questions asked. Karen, the supervisor for cleaning our house, manages the team very well and we are happy with our clean home every week.

Lisa (the owner) came over to quote the house, and showed up to the first several cleans to make sure everything was just the way I like it. I'm pretty picky, but everything was super clean, from my baseboards to my lights.
