We've had Sasa clean our home multiple times now and she's great. She usually takes about 2 hours to do our two bed, one bath, two floor home. Her schedule seems to be flexible and pricing seems to be competitive.

I really appreciate the little details like cleaning the wheels of our stroller. She even noticed mold along a window sill we likely would have never noticed.

We started researching professional cleaning services for our one bedroom + den apartment, and I noticed two things. First, a lot of downtown condo cleaning services are very expensive given the small space we live in. Second, a lot of these services charged a flat rate based on the size of your condo and required that you book a minimum of three hours. Rosie was recommended by a friend who lives in the area. I immediately booked Rosie when I saw that they charged a reasonable price by the hour and you didn't need to book a minimum of three hours. I sent an email through the contact form, and within a few hours we had an appointment set up for the following week.

Agnes did an absolutely fantastic job of cleaning our apartment. We booked a three hour block since it was our first time having our apartment professionally cleaned, and I couldn't believe how much Agnes got done in the short amount of time. Our condo looks like a new space. A week later, we have been able to maintain the cleanliness and it still looks great. To top it all off, we were charged such a reasonable price. Agnes is going to be returning every two weeks for a two hour block – I will update my review down the road, but I don't expect that I will have anything bad to say!

This is my first time using a cleaning service so I didn't know what to expect. I don't really clean much on my own so I'd say my condo was average or below average in cleanliness.

Our cleaner, Agnes, was very professional and friendly. She arrived on time and brought with her some of her own cleaning supplies, though you still should have your own for her to use.

She was booked for 3.5 hours and, in those time, she was able to cover the following:
– Bathroom – this was a main priority for us to be cleaned as it's quite dirty and it's something I don't want to do on my own. There's so many residue, slime and grout. By the time she was done, it was pearly white!

– Kitchen – this was the second priority as there was so many residue from oil or food. She cleaned them thoroughly – counter tops, stove top, oven door, kitchen walls. She even cleaned the inside of the microwave and toaster oven!

– She cleaned the pantry, living room, work station area

– She vacuumed the pantry, kitchen, living room, hallway, work station area, one bedroom and bathroom.

– She mopped the pantry, kitchen, living room, dining area and bathroom

– She organized the pantry

– She threw out all the trash and replaced them with new bags

I was so impressed how much she did in 3.5 hours – and she cleaned it so thoroughly too! Would definitely use this service again and recommend it to anyone wanting a spotless home.

After multiple surgeries and hospital stays, my ability to help around the house has been severely diminished for a few months. So for Xmas I got my wife 6 months of cleaning service from No More Chores as she is running everything by herself and could really use the help.

After a few visits I'm really impressed by the service here. The cleaning lady who comes is really impeccable and worth every penny. She doesn't speak much english but totally gets what we need help with and does a bang up job each time.

On top of that, the customer service and response time to emails and inquiries is top notch here.

I realized they had us listed down as 3 bathrooms and 0 half bathrooms, so I emailed to say it should have been 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Within an hour I got a response saying "Thanks for letting us know, we made the changes and also set a refund for past two cleanings accordingly."

Very impressive.

These guys are pricey but worth it, folks.

Generally the cleaning itself was pretty good, although a bit complicated to schedule – the time slot you select doesn't necessarily reflect when they're able to come. I would give 4 stars for cleaning.

The 2 stars is because this company employs unscrupulous business practices to sneak in fees without explicitly stating there are additional fees, and without getting your explicit approval for said fees. I've initiated a dispute with my bank to have the additional charges reversed. If you're confident you won't get screwed, you'll get a good cleaning, otherwise BUYER BEWARE!!

I have decided to update the rating on this business after communication with the owner. Sorry it took awhile.

Mike, the owner, was quick to respond to my original review and also PM'd me to assess the issue. I told him that overall, I feel that the cleaners were polite, respectful and professional. Even though the bathroom was not cleaned well and certain area not done, I feel that this was due to the in- betweens people not relaying all the information (See original post) This was not reflected in the first post due to word limit.

Mike offered me a free clean. I was torn- if good review can be swayed by free service, then how could we trust the reviews we see on Yelp? Plus, The cleaners did a decent job, on what they were told to do anyways. What I didn't like was how the whole thing was handled, not the cleaners. To arrange another clean feels kind of troublesome. On the other hand, I think any business deserve a chance to rectify and improve their image.

In the end, I declined the free clean. However, I do appreciate Mike's effort to achieve customer satisfaction and therefore I am updating the rating and review to reflect this aspect of the business.

I asked for a regular cleaning with few extra areas (inside fridge, hand wiping baseboards, and sweeping balcony). Most areas were very clean and that's what 2 stars are for, but overall I'm unsatisfied with the service. My main issues:

– There were areas untouched or not done well enough. The fridge was left completely untouched and although it was better than nothing, baseboard were left with dust and skid marks here and there.

– The cleaner showed up by herself, saying her colleague called in sick. It took her nearly 4 hours to finish the apartment that was less than 500 sq ft with no furnitures or obstructing objects. The real issue is that I told her that I'd be at cafe nearby so if anything she can call me (or have her supervisor contact me). After being out for 4 hours I thought I should go back and check how far along she was. I ran into the cleaner in my lobby with her luggage and a garbage bag. I thought that she probably had one more trip back up to let garbage out, but instead she told me that she's all done and on her way out. Which means she left my apartment unlocked and wasn't even going to inform me.

– Obviously there were no walk over with the checklist at the end of the service to make sure everything on the request was done.

– I was in touch with Grace for the most part as she was the one who confirmed the service day before and did a follow up. She asked me to send me photos of the unsatisfactory areas. I had sent the photos to her and some more to their customer service email. I have not heard from any of them for 2 days.

– Meanwhile I was already billed with $264 when I have told Grace that few things need to be adjusted on the bill. As I said, all other areas were well done and I just wanted to make sure that I don't get charged for services that i had to go over and do it myself. I know sorting this out takes time but them going radio silent isn't a good customer service.

I have had two fabulous and one horrible clean with No More Chores. In the end, the owner did right and refunded my money for the bad experience, and was incredibly sensitive to my frustrations and concerns. He seems very genuine that they would be updating some policies and was very remorseful that I was put a busy mom into a crappy situation.

My two basic cleans from NMC were excellent, so if that's what you're after I truly recommend them. However, even if everything goes smoothly, their deep cleans still run a bit pricy, so I probably would not suggest them for those big all-over jobs.

TERRIBLE SERVICE- Avoid at all costs.

I booked a moving out cleaning for my condo with this company thinking they were a professional cleaning service; boy was I in for a rude awakening.

I actually was initially pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to arrange a cleaning for my condo the very next day. They had told me to expect the cleaners for the next day between 2-4pm. Alright, I clear my schedule and arrange to be home for that time.

3pm comes around and I get a text from the cleaners that they would be late and not arrive until 5pm. Okay, fine. Another text at 5pm saying they won't arrive at 6pm. Again, fine, things happen. I'm just mildly annoyed at this point.

Two cleaners arrive a little past 6 and confirm that they are to do a thorough moving out cleaning that will roughly take them 4 hours for the both of them. They encourage me to leave the condo so as not be in their way, okay. I trust them and leave – its a professional cleaning service right?


I come back to my condo at 9:30pm. The cleaners had already left. What do I find? A joyously clean apartment that is spotless? No.

I find a giant (about 2-3 feet) scratch in my hardwood floor (see pictures). Its right at the corner of my couch from where I assume the cleaners had moved the couch to clean behind it.

When I called the company to complain about this, they first tried to give me a run around stating that they couldn't have done it because their cleaners "don't move furniture and only sweep underneath it" -absolute bullcrap. This scratch was not there before I left for the night. Furthermore, the area behind the couch is absolutely spotless which is not achievable from just an underneath sweep.

When I raised this with them they said that they would bring in someone to assess and investigate the damage a few days from now. When I wasn't available for the given time, they said this was the only time available and I would have to make myself free.

Hang on a moment here, you're INCOMPETENT cleaners scratched my floor and now you're telling me I have to be free at YOUR CONVENIENCE for this?

At this point I'm still waiting to hear back on how they will resolve this issue.

I had No More Chores in for a clean recently. There was a little bit of confusion on the communication side that made some things get left out, but when I spoke to Mike he was awesome! He sent someone back to finish the job.The place was gleaming!

Communicating with them is immediate. No going back and forth and waiting for answers. I will definitely be having them back again monthly as it helps me to just catch up!

We had used No More Chores previously and we were so happy with their work, so when we sold our house we knew we would hire them again to clean it after we moved out. They were fantastic yet again! The house literally sparkled after they finished. It looks better than new and is now ready for the new owners. They didn't miss a thing and cleaned the house from top to bottom. In addition to all of the regular areas they also cleaned all of the baseboards, blinds, windows, inside all of the cabinets and thoroughly cleaned the appliances. No More Chores has been working for me for about three months, cleaning my midtown Toronto apartment every two weeks.
The team is pleasant, professional and gets the job done. They make my life easier.
When I called the first time to get started, Mike he asked me lots of questions to make sure he knew what my expectations were. Gail does a terrific job cleaning my place. She is pleasant, punctual and gets along great with my dog. Gail called after the first visit to make sure everything was to my liking (which it was) and the company has somebody else follow up as well (though there have been no issues to date.)

Cleaning was done okay. My apartment was very tidy going into the "Deep clean option" so I was expecting it to be very thorough. Not all baseboards were cleaned (which was one aspect of this option), and there were still dust bunnies left on the floor (gave the impression it wasn't cleaned thoroughly).

In the bedroom there was an apparent stain on the wall that was missed, while the baseboard was cleaned in the exact location. With how tidy the apartment was going into the clean, it seemed rushed.

The kitchen and the bathroom were done REALLY well, so that made it a 3 star review as the clean was still good. However for a deep clean, and the price of the clean, I expected more, not to mention the front door was left ajar when we arrived.

I am shocked at the standard of cleanliness upheld by Mike, the proprietor. Cabinet handles, door jambs and baseboards, bottoms of stair banisters…I didn't even know these things needed cleaning. It was simply amazing.

We had a slightly rocky start as our originally assigned cleaner was running several hours late, and we got a substitute cleaner. I was concerned that our job would be rushed due to the late start, but all concerns were assuaged when Mike dropped by to spot check the work.

Mike meticulously went through all the rooms of our home and asked our cleaner to revisit any spots that needed a second check. I was extra impressed when Mike joined in the cleaning effort. Both Ananda and Mike were congenial when I made small talk, and ensured the job was done *right*, and not necessarily *fast*.

Now I can see that they were running late for me because they were doing just as good a job in someone else's home. Honestly, who cares exactly what time they arrive, as long as they arrive after you've left for work and before you return from work.

Aside from my personal guilt of hiring someone to clean my own house, 100% would hire this specific company again.

The ladies did an amazing job!!! We had booked them for move-in / move-out cleaning services.
We are a bit critical when it comes to cleaning. They also took care of a few places we wanted extra attention to and when we communicated our needs, they were very friendly; did not get annoyed or upset with our comments or concerns.

We requested move in cleanup (full service including balcony and windows) but the result is totally disappointing. All corners still need to be cleaned, bathtub needs to be deep cleaned, doors need to be wiped, etc. What they did is essentially nothing more than what we could do ourselves using a vaccum cleaner and a few wipes in an hour. Definitely wasn't worth the money.

I had a bumpy start with maidstr (in terms od booking them not services) but after that was sorted out, I got the best team of husband and wife and they were awesome!
Very fast but efficient cleaning, always on time, no re-cleaning after them what else a homeowner needs?
On a side note, I found that on-line booking on the Maidstr website is a bit confusing, and to be honest pricy, but you get what you are paying for: the best service I had in years. Also the company has an automatic review request after each cleaning and if you are on a weekly service it does get annoying.

Let me say this first: We're picky folks. I think there are a lot of people who will settle for average or lackluster house cleaners as evidence by the AVALANCHE of crummy options still in business in the 416. I got the move-in/move-out package so that the kitchen cabinets were cleaned thoroughly.
The two workers were very nice and worked very long. I asked them to go back into the kitchen and clean the cabinets. After they left, I noticed they were still very dirty. So I had been on a waiting list with another cleaning company for almost a month. Then, when it came time to book with them that other company could only come during the hours I was at work. No go. So I did a bit of research and found Maidstr. It is super easy to book online (they work 7 days a week)! I like that I can sign up to receive text reminders of my booked cleanings. There are excellent options for dates and times! You can pay for things like extra deep cleaning (trust, me – do it, it's totally worth it), fridge, oven, interior windows etc. You can choose to have them use their own cleaning supplies (I did that) or your own. I had them clean the fridge interior and it looks brand new! So Fernanda and Lise showed up right on time, I showed them which areas I wanted them to concentrate on (you give all of the details and information when booking online). These women are miracle workers! They sweated and scrubbed and worked and worked. My house is sparkling clean and I'm less stressed, for sure! Fernanda and Lise made me look good! Oh, and you get the same people each time so they get to know your place etc. Super smart. I've booked them to come every 2 weeks. Oh, and guess what? The price it said I was going to pay is the price that I was charged. We love that! I can't wait to have them back! Seriously, I could not be happier! Book with them. You'll be happy you did!

Of all the cleaning services I've used, and there have been many, this has been the best one. I've used Maidstr several times now and each time, my place is spotless and the process is so easy. You can book immediately and I never have any hassle in getting a cleaner confirmed for my scheduled date (other instant-book cleaning services have failed me in that regard). I have been using maid 4 condos for 6 months now and they're a very reliable, professional service. They clean my 1bdr apt for $85 and plus they'll even use all my non toxic cleaning products without hesitation. I have a regular cleaner a bunch of time now, Silvia does a great/prompt job all in a 2hr time span. They really get to all my areas of concern in the kitchen and bathroom. It's a very easy service to use and I know they'll so up every time I have them booked.

We hired Maid4Condo for a deep clean post-move out and were very excited to use them as we had heard great reviews.

However, the quality of our cleaning was not up to par when compared to what other reviews here are describing. There was visible dirt accumulated between appliances and shelving in the kitchen, the oven glass was dirty and the outside of the microwave was left unclean. We ended up having to redo the cleaning entirely with another company, costing us another $250.

We contacted the company as soon as our listing agent informed us of the cleaning defects but it took a week, over 4 phone calls, and numerous follow-up texts to get a response. Maid4Condo only offered us a $20 rebate (off of a $240 service) and tried to turn the blame on us for not notifying them earlier (we are out of the country so are not able to take a look)…

I wanted to get a deep clean as a treat to myself before the end of the year because I always end up trying to do one around Twixmas and never end up doing a good enough job, so I figured to stop faffing around this year and just pay a professional to do it. With COVID, I had to be in my apartment working while they were working, so I got a chance to observe them and give a bit of direction.

Part of the fault and reason I wasn't totally happy with my service was they did a fantastic job on the bits that were showing, but didn't do a great job on the lower details out of the sightline. I don't think my counter's been that clean since it was installed, and my bathroom was sparkling even the bit behind the toilet that I hate cleaning. But once I got to the nitty gritty and looked at the bits that were irritating me, I noticed they hadn't gotten to those, like the oil stains on the wall beside my oven, the deeper stains on top of my glass top stoves, and none of the stains on the wall around my garbage can. Yes, it was a matter of minutes to just pull out my supplies myself and do it, but it was annoying. I asked one of the cleaners to do the tops of shelves under my coffee station, but they only did half of the shelves and left the other covered in fines (I have a Baratza grinder, they're infamous for that). Also, while I don't fault them for not making my bed, because it's in a very narrow space and I have a very heavy anxiety blanket (30lbs), I was thoroughly annoyed that they hadn't dusted my window ledges (I have several, I live in the historical part of building with period accurate windows) so I had to go in and do that myself. Also, at the end of the visit, I wasn't given any time to inspect as they were already halfway out the door and I had to chase them with the tip (wasn't that generous, but they did a good job on the bits that were cleaned).

All in all, the service was very affordable for what I got, so I can't really fault it. The last time I got my apartment deep clean, I think I paid twice the amount. I just don't know if I'd do it again.

ETA: In light of the owner's reply, I'd like to reinforce that the cleaners did a decent job, and that I did book a deep clean and paid the extra premium (along with an extra fee for the oven, which was done immaculately). Most of my niggles were attention to details which took me about 20 minutes to do on my own – I did not want to call someone in again and interrupt my day during my busiest time of year, I wanted it done right the first time. For anyone who's thinking of using their service, I recommend pointing out your problem areas ahead of your service and inspecting them as you go along. The bits I pointed out ahead of time were done well (like the one shelf), the parts I assumed would be cleaned as part of the deep clean I booked were not.

To save some time and put an end to fighting about chores, me and my boyfriend decided to give this service a try.

I liked that they were upfront about pricing and had a really slick website – and that they have their own staff and not "subcontractors". We booked the deep cleaning + oven cleaning add on.

We were able to get an appointment about a week later and Janella and Cynthia were our cleaners (two for the size of the condo). Both cleaners were prompt and professional, and communicated well. I had left special instructions for my table and they were happy to follow them!

We had never had a cleaning before so they definitely surpassed our expectations – we had left this mug in the sink that had a coffee stain we gave up cleaning years ago – and to our delight they had actually magically removed the stain! The oven also looked great! The condo had a nice clean feel on our return. I think there will always be a few nitpicks (because the cleaners can't read your mind) but I feel they hit almost every thing I would have done myself (and then a lot of things I never do haha). At the end, they left a check list of all they did during their time (and anything skipped) which I really appreciated!

While we don't know personally have a need for this service regularly, whenever we do, we will definitely use them again!

Sooo sometimes we need help tidying up our places, with this notion in mind I came across Made4Condos based out of Liberty Village to do a one time quick basic plus cleaning of my pretty sized condo for $98.00.

First Impressions: Wow their website is soooooo user friendly that I was able to blow dry my hair, brush my teeth, have my americano, and order a maid service in span of 2 minutes!! BRAVO for a user friendly website.

Secondly: I received my invoice, my time window when the maid will show up, what to expect, which areas will be clean, in span of me signing for the service. My sweet maid texted me half an hour before coming and showed up with all her cleaning supplies and gear.

Thirdly: Lara my amazing helper showed up was cheery, professional, international, so you can only imagine how great our conversation was and she did such a great job that I was able to take a selfie with my floors

I've used two other cleaning services in Toronto before. They were both okay, but they were slightly lacking in their attention to detail, so they both scored a solid "Meh" in my books.

I decided to check out to Maid4Condos since they had amazing reviews. and I'm glad that I did.

My place was in dire need of a unit-wide clean, and honestly, I've done some immediate light cleaning around the unit a couple of days before the scheduled cleaning, but I'm glad I hired them for this service.

For example, I've already wiped the kitchen counter once with cleaning products a couple of days prior, but it must have had some clear, dried up residue near the back where I don't reach and use usually. They used a small scrape to make sure that the counter top is as clean as they come, not only visually, but to the touch as well.

Also, because I only had a single Dyson vacuum to cover my two bed/two bath condo, Maria Jose and Yerilin had to vacuum certain parts of the condo, let it charge, vacuum certain other parts, and then let it charge again – even though I had it at full charge before their arrival. Regardless of this nuisance, they were very good at prioritizing and organizing their work so that they could cover the entire checklist without delay or halts.

The one point that I can't review is their timeliness, but ONLY because I selected the "Flexible arrival" option, where they could arrive any time between 9AM and 5PM. They arrived early in the day, however, gave me a great couple of reasonable hours of cleaning, and left the place in spotless condition.

I would recommend Maid4Condos to anyone who needs a thorough cleaning job done, and would even recommend signing up for a regular cleaning if you'd like to keep your place in tip top condition all the time. (I'd sign up for it if they had a bit more options on the regular cleaning frequency.)

A good (but NOT a great) cleaning! We paid extra for a 'deep cleaning' and while our home is definitely cleaner than we left it: a deep cleaning with attention detail was not done. We found small remnant splatter on our kitchen walls and dust under furniture. While I think the cleaner herself was more than qualified, the company (Maid4Condos) seems to try to save money by only having 1 cleaner work alone. Other companies we have hired used 2 cleaners for the same price (or cheaper!) so that the job is better divided and the cleaning is noticeably more thorough. Would not recommend this service as our #1 cleaning choice but also wouldn't say it was bad. We are just not fully satisfied with the service and were hoping for a better job given the price.

I love that the house smells of cinnamon when I come home. I love that the ladies are flexible with my little baby, cleaning the house in a way that doesn't disturb her daily routine. The ladies are always professional, very kind, and always finishing the house in a matter of hours instead of the entire day!

They are very responsive at all hours of the day via email and have found that when I request a "skip this week" cleaning they have no problems;with that request at all. When a cleaning is not up to my expectations, a simple email is all that is required and they send back the team to make sure you're satisfied.

I've been with Merry Maids now for almost 3 years (I think!) so clearly, I highly recommend Merry Maids!

Okay, I'm a guy, I live by myself and work anywhere between 45-60 hours a week, add on 2 hours of commute time and sleeping time, that means I barely have any time to clean my condo. I try to do it once a week, but sometimes it ends up being once every 2-3 weeks and can result in some massive chaos. That massive chaos finally made me give in and call a cleaning service.

The first one that popped up and I knew of was Merry Maids. They charge $45/hour/cleaner. They said they would arrive between 12 and 1 and arrived exactly at 1. Good and on-time. Definite plus. So here's a summary of the pros and cons:

-On time, friendly
-Did a bang up job on the bathroom. Was very impressed.
-Finally got the baseboards clean (I struggle with those)
-Even cleaned the inside of my microwave though I thought they were only cleaning the outside.
-They said "your condo isn't that bad. We've seen 10X worse". Wohoo! I'm not a total slob!!! *pats himself on the back*
-Overall, very good job

-There were two people, so it came to $90/hour. Kind of pricey imo, but I've never used a cleaning service.

Verdict: If you need to have a spic and span place for guests and are willing to shell out the dough, then go for it. Wouldn't do it weekly, but maybe monthly.

I used this Merry Maid branch services a couple of years ago and was so impressed with their service. The staff arrived at the house with their tools. They were very professional. They asked what I wanted them to do, and they sure did it well. During this first service I wanted an overall clean of the house, but didn't require them to go into closets or drawers. My house smelled so good and so clean after they were done.

Some months later I needed their services again as I was hosting an event, however, they were fully booked as I had called too late. I scrambled and found a "better deal" (read: cheaper). If I could only remember that cleaning service's name, I would write a scathing review. Anyway, the "better deal" result was terrible. Dust bunnies left everywhere, my stuff rearranged even when I told them not to. So I decided after that if I can't use Merry Maid, I won't use another cleaning service again. I might as well keep my money and do the sub-par cleaning myself.

I have put my house up for sale recently. I called Merry Maid well in advance to book an appointment after the staging was complete. The staging was taking longer than expected, so I had to keep cancelling and rebooking. Merry Maid was kind enough to accommodate this hassle and they were able to fit me in right away once I told them I was ready. I emailed them on a Sunday, and they got back to me immediately on Monday to inform me that their staff is ready to come in on the Tuesday.

I couldn't be around during the cleaning, so I had sent them an extensive list of to-dos. The managers I worked with made sure that the cleaning staff had this on hand. The manager I worked with even came to my house to make sure the staff followed my list. I love it!

Since I wasn't around, my mother in law and realtor came by to check on the house, and they were equally impressed. I was so happy when I arrived home. They certainly met my expectations. I checked all the items and I had asked them to do (and not touch). Everything was in order as we had left it. Everything I asked to be clean was cleaned very well.

It's too bad I'm moving out of Mississauga. I will certainly miss their top-notch service. I hope I find another cleaning service like them.

I am a man that lives alone, so having to clean the house on my own would be a nightmare. I love the convenience of not doing anything (except paying :)) and getting my home cleaned professionally.
Major positives: extremely convenient and overall great service. Love the feeling of coming home to a nicely cleaned house. I also enjoy the fact that they change the bedsheets with fresh ones – I hate doing it myself so this is another weight off my shoulders. I like the fact that they report anything damaged and have been able to discuss it with the managers and have it reimbursed within reason. This keeps my mind at ease especially having strangers in my house. The fact that the workers are fully bonded and insured is a big plus.
Some recommendations: Because of the speed required to go through a home cleaning, a lot of my personal items are not placed back in the same spot after being moved. It takes me 15-20 minutes when I get home to get my stuff back where it should be (I need my things in order). While I understand that doing this will take time away from a more thorough cleaning, I do prefer that my personal items will be approximately in the same spot (give or take – I don't have OCD). Occasionally some spots remain untouched, again because of the speed, but that is more rare and hasn't really bothered me too much.
Recommendation: Generally I have been very open to recommending merry maids. The main pushback I get from my friends/family is that they are still set on the old school private lady that comes in and cleans the house. Their argument is that they are cheaper (cash pay) and they take their time to go really thoroughly through the entire house. Individual private ladies have their own drawbacks, including slow service (most of them take much much longer, effectively bugging you with their presence), are not bonded and insured, and have generally not cared much if they broke anything ("was already broken"). I recommend Merry Maids to anyone because I am very pleased with the service.
