We used this company for a few months. They did a decent job but they never arrived at a scheduled time. They could arrive anytime within a 4 hour window depending on how things went with the houses ahead of us in the schedule. I considered cancelling when I was told that the workers were paid cash under the table instead of having their pay processed properly, but before I could we had an item go missing from the house while the cleaners were here. I was given excuses for why it "wasn't possible" that one of the cleaners could have taken the item and the owner actually asked me if I wanted the same cleaners to come back and look for it. A little less than a year later we still have not found this missing item and I know exactly where it was before the cleaners arrived. Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding this company and paying the extra for a true professional.

The business owner is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Emails unanswered (she advised that her computer sometimes deletes them?) Didn't show for cleaning. Her workers are very pleasant. Unfortunately they don't clean well. I.e . Used a dirty mop to clean my Kitchen floor so just spread dust around. Either dusted around any items or just didn't dust the. Didn't vacuum corners. These are a few starter items. I received the clean as a gift. I'm sorry the girls wasted their money.

I have no comparable experience with other cleaners, so I can't comment on the quality of work, but be very careful with what they charge. They visited our house, did a thorough inspection, and gave us a quote of $90. A few weeks later they came to clean, and left saying that we owe them $240! That's predatory in my books. Would never use them again

Negatives:
-Maritna, either does not fully read her emails or just chooses not to answer the questions she doesn't like. It takes 3 emails of asking the same questions to get answers to some (not all) the questions in your original emails. Again, I have a feeling that this is because she is hoping that you'll forget what you asked for (what's included in the cleaning, what isn't, whether the date you want the cleaning done is an issue etc..) so that she doesn't have to answer and possibly disappoint.
-Lots of 'misunderstandings'. Martina came in and did the appraisal, only two weeks later the basement is no longer included, even though it was part of the 1st cleaning and the appraisal.
-Cleaning is scheduled for biweekly starting the first scheduled Friday, she calls in that morning and says she has a staffing issue and has to reschedule to Monday..ok np,. 2 weeks from the Friday that was the scheduled date of the original cleaning, I'm expecting them as agreed. She says that she thought it was going to be on Monday since that was the actual date of the 1st cleaning. I stressed many time on the phone and on email that Fridays was the date we wanted the cleaning done, she said that was not going to be a problem.
Lastly, her crews do an awful job, they don't clean kitchen floors properly, don't vacuum stairs, miss areas etc…
Any ways, stay away from this company, Martina is either unprofessional or has no idea how to run a business, her cleaning crew is awful.

This is one of those online, centralized call center franchise business who leases/sells vehicles & equipment to people who would like to try the self employed approach. They do not train the employees, the company has no accountability for the service cleaners that come to your home.

Lack the training, expertise, products and product knowledge, cheap cookie cutter structured business. You'd be better off soaking your carpets with a garden hose and air drying.

Literally sprint through your house wetting the surface and sucking the water. Once over as if they have to do 300 of these jobs per day to make a living. Slave labor with made in China quality service

It's sad I have to give a 1 star when they don't even deserve it. Took two days to complete a 3 bedroom job. Light fixtures and chandeliers were covered with cob webs and dust, after Nathan stating they were just cleaned by himself. Dust/dirt all over shelves in our office. Floors are left sticky. Chrome in my bathroom is left with a white film afterwards. Very unhappy with this company. I would NOT recommend this company. They picked up a box then dropped it breaking every platter inside. Dropping crystals off my 100 year old chandelier. Leaving a checklist behind stating things were cleaned or dusted, that clearly weren't!

I used them for about 6 months. They do an ok job, your floor will be clean but underneath the bed and behind things will not be. They are inconsistent in what in your house gets cleaned and how well because every visit its a different group of ladies. I also found they would leave 15-20 mins early often and unless something was said about it the time was not made up. When you are paying $25/hour and they leave early that gets expensive week after week! I hired a new cleaner this week and she said it looked like under the beds had never been cleaned and dusting was poor! I felt it wasn't worth my time talking to the owners after I complained early on and nothing changed. Do yourself a favour and skip this company.

Very poor cleaning service. Came out to clean the main floor of my house & did a very poor job. Left without telling me they were done. Left a tap on & running in my bathroom. Didn't wash the floors in one hallway. Didn't clean under any furniture or dust any baseboards. Left tables not wiped & just did an overall poor job. It was my first & last clean with them. They seemed rush to get done so they could rush to another job. Would not recommend this cleaning service at all!

Very unprofessional. Had the exact same experience as the other reviewer. Bad service, bad excuses, poor follow up. The people running this company have very little costumer service skills. I feel they they are just ok if you want to use them for a one time service, but if you're looking for a reliable company this one is definitely not the one.
