I wanted someone last minute to come in and do a deep clean of my apartment before I'm out of town this weekend and come back to a new cat in my house. These guys responded immediately via Yelp and were super helpful in getting everything set up quickly even though my first message was around 9pm.

The two ladies that came worked so hard. My apartment needed a deep scrub especially the kitchen and they made sure it was sparkling. Would definitely use them again. Especially now that up keep won't be such a monumental task!

I'm not going to lie- my place was a wreck. But you would never know it now that Natalie's Cleaning was here. I had to call them last minute because the service that I was going to use flaked on me the day before an event at my house and Joao was able to fit me in the next morning. He was courteous, up front about the price and got back to me right away.

The two women, Victoria and Julisa, worked for hours, pulling furniture out and cleaning behind it, scrubbing grout and just going to extra mile. They were on time, polite, kind, and did not stop working. I cannot say enough great things about them – before they were done, I had called Joao and booked them for a weekly service.

I have used many cleaning services out there, but this will be the first one that I wholeheartedly recommend. Five stars all the way around!

I did the Yelp thing, where you send out a blast to multiple companies to get an estimate, and Natalie's was the best response I received. Instead of a generic message back, the owner actually asked what I needed and offered a good price.

After reading EVERY review, from every company, I decided to give them a try. Natalie's was able to get me in within two days and they showed up within the time frame quoted. Two people came and cleaned while I worked from home.

Towards the end I asked if they could be done in 30 minutes because I had to go to work and they were able to get everything done in time! 3 hours, which was my quote.

Overall they did a wonderful job and I'm going to be hiring them again!

Disappointed with this cleaning service. I paired $262 dollars for the cleaning they provided for a deep cleaning. The women who came were nice, but they talked the entire time about family and martial issues. The shower was not cleaned my floors were not clean and overall I say I was 70% satisfied.

After a cleaning service comes to my home I wear new white socks to see if the flowers are nice and clean. Sadly they were not. The very next morning, I contacted the company. A gentleman answered the phone and I told him my issue and that I'd like to give the company an opportunity to fix the problem before I posted my review. He thanked me and told me that he'd give me a call back to have the floors cleaned properly. It's been three weeks and NO phone call. This is why I'm giving a one star review. The lack of response to fix the issues is unacceptable.

DO NOT use these people. I have a one bedroom Airbnb in Calabasas & they completely blew me off when I had scheduled them weeks in advance. I flew into town to stay at the house & they said "we scheduled for tomorrow not today. He sat on the phone with me back to back lying & refused to take responsibility saying that we were not scheduled today. We had several conversations about this. 3rd time using this service.

Owner Joao is very responsive and has very good flexibility for my crazy schedule. Pricing reasonable. If there is something wrong or lacking during the cleaning, calling Joao will make it right. Cleaners he has sent have been friendly and hard working, and like I said, if there is a missed spot, or an area that needs extra attention, they will get it right, albeit you have to clearly communicate this to the cleaners, or to Joao. Overall great experience.

I had to fire my previous house cleaners because I found out that they were doing a very poor job, especially cleaning the floors.

So when I started looking for a new one, I was worried about finding the right one. I compared a few places on Yelp, and a few of them responded back with a very generic message. Except for Natalie's Cleaning. I requested a quote after 9pm one evening, and Joao immediately replied, and carried on a whole conversation all the way past 9:30! (Because I had so many questions and concerns). He was so reassuring and was able to accomodate my schedule. I really appreciated his clear and prompt communication the entire time.

Today was my first experience with his house cleaners. He actually had to message me yesterday to let me know that the second lady got sick so he could only send one. I was fine with that, and he sincerely apologized and cut the rate in half without me even having to ask.

The lady who came was Rocio. She was very professional and kind. I showed her around and gave her a few instructions on what she didn't need to worry about. A couple of times I found her cleaning things that I forgot to inform her that she didn't need to clean, but now I know to be more specific next time. I appreciated the extra cleaning anyway (like the oven, which I don't use that often). She worked extremely hard, all by herself. I offered her snacks and water and insisted she take breaks. And she was thankful, but kept working hard throughout the 4 1/2 hours she was here. She was very thorough and I was SUPER pleased with how she cleaned and organized. Especially the floors! Which I have high expectations about (we don't wear shoes in the house).

When she finished, Joao asked me how it went, and I really appreciate him following up immediately after. I look forward to working with them for many years to come. They are professional, caring, honest, and hardworking. I highly recommend!!!

I arranged a time and date with Joe and he was extremely professional and kind, he made the entire process very easy.

Two ladies were sent for the cleaning and did an exceptional job. They arrived 10 minutes early and got straight to work. They had to stay a few additional hours to get a deep cleaning done on the kitchen, which they did not mind at all. The two ladies were both very kind and extremely hard working. I will definitely be using this cleaning service again in the future! Highly recommended.

The worst 'cleaning' service I've ever experienced. I can believe I wasted $225 on these two ppl to sit and talk in my home for 3 hours. Nothing looks clean, these people are the most unprofessional and I feel completely taken advantage of. After it took them two hours to clean a 5×7 bathroom, I told them to just do the hard floors. There are footprints all over the place, and it's the most I've ever paid to clean my home.
Total rip off, unreasonable, crooks. I feel so disgusted for paying this horrible company, and hope that no one else has to pay them to sit around and talk in their home.

Fantastic! I reached out looking for a quick turnaround due to visitors coming into town. They were able to send two cleaners out the next day and my house has never sparkled like it has after their visit. They even took the time to clean out one appliance I had left out on my counter and organize my husband's nightstand (a task we've been delaying for months so it was a relief it was done). do not hire this company unless you want to come home to an empty house!
i've got pages of text messages and extensive video footage to prove their guilt.
they removed and stole a huge 8'x3' wall mounted mirror, an irreplaceable wall mounted towel bar that matches the rest of the homes bathroom accessories, the ring doorbell, a security camera, 3 barstools, 3 rugs, all my decorations and accessories, kitchen ware, kitchen equipment, pots and pans, vases, an ironing board, cleaning supplies from under the sink, shoe racks, drawer sets…the list goes on.

after days of back and forth with the owner, have gotten nowhere.
i demand a full refund of their sub par cleaning service and asked for them to return a few of the stolen items: the 3 barstools, the ring doorbell, the security camera and the towel bar that i can not replace.

i will be contacting the police dept, the bbb, and taking legal action if these items are not returned and we are not refunded in full for the cleaning service/ ransacking of our home!!! this is mind blowing!

Joao was very very responsive to all my inquiries. They did a great job in the time that they were here for my 2 bed 2 bath condo.
There was a hiccup on one day with the staff and he immediately rescheduled me and when there was a staff shortage, he himself came thru. This level of customer service is top notch.

He and his team helped clean my place and gave extra attention to detail in the whole place. The kitchen work was very thorough and I am happy with their service. Would recommend to any one looking to hire them. Very friendly and easy going made the interaction a lot easier.

Natalie's cleaning was beyond amazing! My normal house keeper had my been available. When she was available, I wasn't ready. I was able to schedule an appointment within 3 days. Two women came in and were Ninjas. It took an extra hour longer than my normal cleaning lady, but they went all out! My appointment at 11am and they have 11-12pm time frame to visit but they showed up at 12:30pm again. I couldn't talk to them, I called, texted, and emailed them though. Business owner, Daniella, just texted me their staff was late because of looking for her parking past my scheduled time.

I asked her to refund me because they didn't offer their service on time for their second time. She replied, "better to provide PRIVATE SPOT to park." It is unprofessional and sounds like no problems to be late.

But my main point is there's a huge parking lot next to our entrance. So, she was late not because of looking for her parking.

I've been their customer for a while. They must have known where to park too.

I have bi-weekly cleaners with Wave House Cleaning and other. They don't need deep cleaning, but some took 1 hour but a male staff took over 2 hours to finish. Be aware they send you a different staff every time. Also not show up on time either. I think their management is messed up.

I'm sad to have to write this review because I hate leaving bad reviews, but my experience was so awful with this company that I feel like I need to be honest and share.

My first cleaning with them was fine.
Not incredible, but not awful. I decided to sign up for the bi-weekly reoccurring cleanings for the reasonable price and convenience. I'm really upset I did. I came home after the second time to a very dirty apartment. Whoever cleaned barely vacuumed and they charged me extra to clean my blinds, which were left filthy. You can see in my photos.

The worst part is how they chose to deal with it, or not deal with it. I was sure the bad cleaning was a one off
and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I wrote multiple emails to give them the opportunity to at least refund me for the extra charge for the blinds that were never cleaned, but they never wrote me back. I will be canceling my reoccurring membership and will not be using them again.

I scheduled a cleaning online as was specified. The confirmation page said that we'd receive a call 24-hours before arriving, but my cleaning was for a Monday. I kept getting text updates that they were on their way and then…nothing. 1.5 hours before my move-out cleaning I received a text that they were outside. I was not onsite but when I arrived half an hour later they were not there. I returned a text message asking where they were. No response. I called and left a message. No call back. I called a second time and was told they were listed as onsite and they'd check and call me back later. Over an hour later I called again. No response. 4.5 hours after my service was supposed to begin I had to give up and find someone else since my apartment keys were due that day!

But I do hope they're ok. It's not like businesses to not respond that that and they did have great reviews. If only I'd known what had happened to my original appointment that would have helped. I did get a response after I left for a discounted cleaning for the following day, but again, that was too late.

Update: The company called me back and said they could send someone next week to clean what was missed. However, I am 38 weeks pregnant and wanted it completed this week. The company agreed to charge me for an upkeep cleaning instead of an initial cleaning.

I booked an initial cleaning with some additional services (blinds and windows) and received a quote for those services. After the house cleaner left, I noticed the baseboards, windows, and blinds hadn't been cleaned, so I called the company. They said I had only booked the initial cleaning, but the baseboards are included in that so the house cleaner would either return that day (Tuesday) or another day that I was available (Thursday). They said that they would call me back.

I then looked around the house more and double checked the list of services that are included in the initial cleaning, and the following hadn't been done: baseboards, ceiling fans, window sills, light switches, and shelves in the shower. Therefore, I sent a follow-up email with this information and pictures.

So far, I have not heard back from the company about completing the service. I have called back and left a voicemail. My credit card was charged the price for the initial cleaning even though the service was not completed or scheduled to be completed.

I gave this company a 2 and not a 1 because the things that were cleaned were done well.

The house cleaner, Adriana, came at the very end of the time window I was given. She didn't speak English and while she didn't take that long to clean (2 1/2 hrs), she was NOT thorough at all. She missed a lot of open floor and did not even wipe the outside of the any of the surfaces in the kitchen.

Worst of all, she used the same rag to wipe the floor as she did my microwave & dishes (which I had to rewash, of course). I couldn't believe it. They overcharged for a job that was incomplete.

I WILL NEVER USE WAVE AGAIN!

These reviews must all be fake. We've had 2 "cleanings" done and we couldn't believe how terrible it was. Terrible as in dining table wasn't wiped down, floors weren't even cleaned, soap scum all over the kitchen and bathrooms, basic table tops untouched. Each time the crew was done after about 1 hour for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house and it really shows. The first time, Ricardo cleaned our house and I wouldn't even really call it cleaning, my 3 year old can probably do a better job. I asked for someone else the next time, and guess who they sent?

Don't waste your time or energy with them, especially "Ricardo" and his cleaning crew.

Also called the company to confirm the crew left under an hour after checking my Ring camera…she acted surprised and said this was the first time they've had a complaint like this. The recent negative reviews here tell me otherwise. So shady and dishonest, although they did offer a complimentary clean again…I'll save my time this time and just hire real professionals to do the job.

UPDATE: After the first "cleaning", and I sent them photos of how filthy they left the house, they offered a complimentary re-clean. Guess what? We were charged $115 for that! I called and emailed them to issue a refund, and still haven't heard back. These people are SHADY – STAY AWAY!!!!

Also called and cancelled the service since it was such an incredibly huge waste of time and money and I still have an appointment setup for this week? How??? I can guarantee I will get charged, too. SKETCHY company.

Easy to book online but service was not great when I tried to call them to clarify that I needed a deep cleaning for my house and they said it would be done by when I needed. When the cleaners came, they were like your shower needs time to soak and a really good scrub (or maybe two) but there was not enough time. They said I should have told the central booking office person but that's exactly what I tried to do when I called to let them know about my timing concern (that they would not be done in time since I needed extra deep cleaning).

I reached out to Lety's Maid service via Yelp to inquire about pricing and services and Esmeralda was very responsive. I messaged her over the weekend and she was available the following week. She answered all my questions quickly.

The pricing was incredibly fair and I was quoted for only 2 cleaners, but when 3 showed up, I was still only charged for the 2 that were quoted.

They showed up within the hour window they provided and they got right to work. I was home while they cleaned and they were friendly and respectful.

I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home that's about 1000 sq. ft. They cleaned all, including the tile in bathroom, microwave in kitchen and vacuumed and mopped all the floors.

I will certainly be using their services again!

I used this business when I moved out of an apartment. Mostly Everything except cleaning supplies was moved out so it just needed a thorough cleaning. I was quoted $150, that it would take 2 hours with 2 maids so total $150. Seemed more than fair to me.

They arrived 30 min late, which was totally fine w me since I booked them last minute. What I was not ok with was- they brought a vacuum, yet they used my Dyson vacuum instead which was in my closet. That would have been totally fine if they would've just said it's a better vacuum and asked if they could use it. #2: Neither one spoke English so could not understand when I asked them to clean the vents. I also would have been fine with this if the company had told me this so that I could've communicated with someone at their office that could have communicated with them. #3- at the end of the cleaning, their cleaning supplies were outside and my Clorox bleach cleaner was there (it was specifically marked). #4: This was the worst part and probably the reason I am even writing this review- when they were done, I presented a credit card and she shook her head and said "cash only". And she told me cost was $150 even though they showed up an hour late and were only there an hour and a half. Nobody told me on the phone that they only accept cash. Luckily, I did have cash but only had two hundred dollar bills and no change. I asked lady for change and she shook her head. Then the 2nd lady went downstairs. I used the English to Spanish google conversion dictionary on the main cleaners phone to let her know I would need to go get change since they had none. After 5 min, all of the sudden the lady pulls out a $20 bill to give me. So apparently she had change but was hoping she could pocket the full $200.
Although they were quick and did an okay job with general cleaning (do NOT expect deep cleaning), I would not recommend them because they charged me for 2 hours when they were only there an hour and a half. And they demanded cash and pretended they didn't have change when they did. I think this is an agency that contracts with cleaners- so it's not people who are employed directly thru them. So most likely it's a risk on who they will send. If you do use them, just know that some may demand cash and don't let them screw you- if they only accept cash then it is their responsibility to have change, especially when they didn't state previously that this was the only accepted form of payment. And if you are not bilingual- when you first call find out who you could communicate with at the company if the maids they show don't speak English. The problem wasn't that they didn't speak English, it was that this wasn't told to me and I wasn't given a number to call to translate.

Hired them for a 1 hr 40 min/2 maid clean. The first time they came they were wonderful. The second time there was a miscommunication, but the owner remedied the situation and was communicative, which I appreciate. The crews know what and where to clean and do a good job if you just leave them be. But if you tell them exactly what areas need extra attention, the crews will listen and do a great job. They work quickly and it's good value for the time. Would definitely recommend.

1. they kept postponing their arrival time. They didn't contact me, I contacted them,

2. I was quoted $75 an hour with a minimum of $100

4. They came and said they were done after 1 hour and 15 minutes…I told them I hired them for 2 1/2 hours, they told me…OH NO, THAT'S PER MAID.

5. They wanted CASH for payment. They didn't accept VenMO.I told them I'd have to write a check. At first they told me to make it Lety's Maids. Then they told me to make it out to CASH…….which I did NOT

6. Looking at my home a little by little it appeared as thTey did NOTHING!!
They didn't clean the counters, the sink was disgusting . The same with the bathrooms. No dusting was done. The only thing they did do was floors.

Inconsistent in quality. After $200 out and 2 1/2 hrs our house still doesn't look cleaned. It's bizarre. They basically just "tidy up". They literally put a dirty suitcase on top of a pair of pants so they could vacuum. They wiped "around" things on tables. I can do that myself. This is an update from my previous review. "Letys" people have cleaned for me dozens of times and I'm finally fed up. I hope this review helps people save their time and money by staying away from this company.

I've noticed a theme with the reviews on the this page. Seems like they send out their best people and do the most thorough job their first few times with a new home/client. Then, once they've received a good review or repeat business, they COMPLETELY let go of any card for professionalism, respect and work ethic.

The first few times they cleaned my place they arrived on time or even early, and the job was done *relatively* well. Then they started sending out people that would arrive an hour or two earlier than the agreed upon time or hours late with very little to no warning or text interaction.

They've messaged me from nearly a dozen different numbers asking me the same questions over and over, like if I would move my appointment time after I I'd already scheduled and confirmed with someone on another number. Also most times when they arrive they seem annoyed, stressed and not prepared or at all happy to do their jobs.

You just never know who you're talking to or what kind of service you're going to get. Also you never know what they will ask for pricE wise. Depending on the person cleaning I would be asked to pay anywhere from $130 to $175, for a very mediocre cleaning of my small apartment.

This is absolutely the worst cleaning company ever! Their cleaners used steel wool on every single appliance and shower fixture we own (on a newly remodeled house!!). They placed our Wolf range grates on our newly installed cast iron white sink and scrubbed and scrubbed, scratching and discoloring the entire sink! They ruined our newly installed garbage disposal by getting steel wool in it. We had to install a new one! And they're not insured in a way that actually covers what you'd think it covers.m. They use an insurance company called Western World Insurance. This was the response from the insurance company when I tried to file a claim:
"There are exclusions on the policy that limit coverage. Specifically, all items cleaned by our insured that were damaged would not be covered."

Whatever you do, do not hire this company. The crew they sent did a truly terrible job. It was an empty house that needed to be thoroughly cleaned. There were hairballs left in the shower, crumbs on multiple surfaces and they didn't even touch the inside of the freezer. There were even footprints in the shower. Not sure what happened to this company but they have deteriorated rapidly!

Used them for a apartment cleaning about a year ago and were ok. They answered phone calls, they returned messages, were able to schedule appointment on same day as you called, were very responsive to customer calls and texts they did the basics.

This is 3rd time in a week contacting them. Now they use website for everyone. I used their website to book 2 appointments for a house and a apartment and all I got was automated bot text message saying they will reach out to confirm.

This was a week ago. Tried calling and leaving messages still no one answered or called back. This is trash customer service. They have 4 different numbers to contact!

How do you have a booking service on your website where it doesnt confirm appointments? How do you not call back or return messages to customers?

I'm so shocked by how unprofessional the owner of this company is. She sent a crew over that basically let water run outside of the shower from the doors onto the floor which then leaked down into our kitchen ceiling and now there are visible signs of a leak on the ceiling in the kitchen. When I reached out to complain about this, instead of being professional and polite or even apologetic she was so extremely rude and said that the picture I sent her was not enough to show her that there had been a leak. I asked her to come to the house to see the l for herself as we have a contractor there now but she now refuses to respond to my text or call me back. I would highly recommend not using this service. I used several different services over the years and I have never encountered such rude behavior from the owner before.

Their entire response is a lie. But please by all means, proceed at your own caution. Please refer to pictures of their "service". Also, have the whole incident on tape if anyone needs further proof of how this situation was handled and the truth.

So initially, I was going to give a 4 star rating because they missed spots and showed up 45 mins earlier than the time I was quote. They had to come back and still didn't do the whole job. Ok not a huge deal. But what happened next was just unnecessary and a pain. I was putting away the dishes they'd washed the next morning when I found a broken measuring spoon. I wondered why it was buried under all the dishes and where the other piece of it was. Turns out it was stuck In the garbage disposal. When I called them the guy on the phone said the maids never washed my dishes let alone turn the garbage disposal on. My fiancée was home the whole time and that was not the truth. Long story short, I asked for a refund which I received and the guy hung up on me. This was my first and last time using this company.

Esmeralda was incredibly responsive. I messaged her on a Sunday and had cleaners out by Thursday. She answered all my questions and gave me an accurate pricing.

I requested a deep clean and was quoted a fair amount for 3 cleaners for 1.5-2 hours.

Three women showed up early Thursday and were very friendly. They got right to it and I left. They called me an hour and fifteen/thirty minutes later and I came home to a very clean house.

Here is my feedback.

Bathroom, Bedroom, Kitchen, Oven, Stove, Microwave, Fridge and floors were cleaned very thoroughly and I am very happy for that.

Things that were missed:
-I asked if they cleaned the blinds and they said they did, but not the bedroom ones, so they went and did those while I was still there. Once they left I started to reset everything (they had the windows open to air out, and I noticed they had not cleaned my two kitchen window blinds.
-The kitchen cabinets (outside) had not been cleaned.
-The top of the fridge was untouched.
-They missed a corner on the floor, where they did not sweep or mop and just behind the tv and couch they did not vacuum. (This might be a stretch as you would have to pull the couch away from the wall and the table the tv is on, but neither are heavy and it's doable).
-And there is an entry table that they didn't move or vacuum/sweep/mop around.

This is the first time I have had a maid service, so I didn't walk them through every little detail as I was hoping a deep clean meant all the above, but I am not angry about it either. I know next time to be very specific, and again, I feel like my apartment is very clean and the process was very easy.

We could not be more impressed with this service. They were easy to work with, very responsive, and did a great job. The 3 ladies who arrived apparently did not get the memo that they were only cleaning 3 rooms, and by the time I realized they were cleaning the whole house they were almost done. I am still finding surprises where they were able to clean and make the home sparkle, and in such a short amount of time!

Booked a deep cleaning for my apartment. I left the window to my place open to let fresh air in while I was out of town. I can't even begin to explain the amount of dust that settled into my apartment. On top of that I went camping and feel like I brought back half the Sequoia mountain with me.

Group 9 came in for 1.75 hours and did a fantastic job! They even went above and beyond, cleaning the inside of my dishwasher and leaving their personal touch of folding the paper towels and bathroom towels with a origami design like they do in hotels.

Definitely will be using their services again for future cleanings. A spotless and organized apartment does wonders for my mental health!

We are so happy with this service! With the basic clean, a team of three arrives and is able to make your house livable again in two hours. It's perfect when you are working from home. And the teams are always friendly, respectful, they listen to your specific needs. The communication with our booker, David, is always timely and efficient. He's lovely. We asked Kleen to come in and just clean our kitchen and bathrooms. They really did a great job! I was concerned because the bathrooms tend to be cluttered, but they worked around that. The bathroom shower doors, which overlap and have always been a nightmare to clean, look brand new. Same for the stove burners; they literally look like we've got a new stove. The team lead, Maria, was very personable, very easy to communicate with, and got everyone working as soon as they stepped foot in the house. Overall these people just did such a great job that I'm sure we'll call them again. I hope future teams are as good!

I had never used a cleaning company before so I was curious to see how they worked. The 3 ladies who came spent almost one hour in the master bathroom which I thought was way too long, and then told me they would need more time to do the rest of the house which I agreed to. After 3 1/2 hours I thought they did an OK job, not great, not terrible , but they "forgot" a few areas and did not really wash the floors all over. The kitchen which was done last was done very quickly and not very thorough. At the end they charged me for 3 1/2 hours plus 5 minutes ?

This is the best cleaning my house has ever had. I've had two months, two different crews, both squeaky clean fantastic. After trying a few other companies that just send one person, I knew I needed a crew. My husband and I both work from home and we just can't have someone here cleaning for 6-7 hours. The ladies who came were very cordial, upbeat and enthusiastic about their job ahead of them. When they were finished, they asked us to look over their work to see if we were satisfied and if there was anything additional that needed to be done.
This company was accurate with the time needed to clean our home and did not add on additional hours trying to pad the cost. They allowed us to pay either by check or charge to the credit card we had on file to schedule the appointment.

I get that business is business, but when I was moving out of my townhome, they didn't fully explain they would dump all the contents of your bathroom into a plastic bag. It's not my problem that they don't take the time to share the disclosure agreement and review exactly what the cleaning includes. My house was mostly cleaned out, but I had some remaining items underneath my sink to pack up.

$400 worth of personal items was destroyed/compromised by a spilled soap dispenser, and the owner pressured ME into believing it was my fault for not reading the website. They also removed the knobs from my stove and broke one of them. They only offered to pay for materials, and I was left with a clean house and broken items right before closing escrow.

It took me 14 months to write this review because I am now in a healthy place to identify that this is not decent business practices. The owner takes advantage of people in compromised situations and doesn't apologize for his employees actions. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

They claim to be using organic staff. However they use tons of bleach, eventually, they spill chemicals on my marble floors.

I contacted them, their management team was too busy to even take a look at it in person. They sent their cleaning crews again. Then they used lemon, and tried to fix my sealed marble floors. They knew they screwed it, damaged almost 500 sqft, and their company is still too busy to come.

After a month, they still didn't come, until I forward a quote from a stone restoration company, $1950. Kleen literally told me:"Only as the estimate is about 8 times what we typically pay for marble repolishing."

Then they showed up. Took pics, will get back to you. Im still waiting.

Today, they had a cancellation. Normally they came in the afternoon. Texted me around 8, and asked me to come between 9-10, I said no. 11 works. They went back and said my slot was reversed between 10-12. If that was true, then you were late every single week in the past couple months.

Can't I say come in at 11 even if my slot was in 10-12? Isn't 11 in between the slot? Are you servicing customer? Or customers are begging to be served? We only have on time service when someone cancels their service? Is that how you run your business?

Maid is a service people buy to make their lives easier. Working with you, it has been a real headache, your team always tell me you are busy, basic request cannot be accommodated. Management team is so arrogant to even try.

For current customers, be careful.

Punctual, friendly, and meticulous!

Just used Kleen's deep cleaning services today for our house and it was wonderful! Never knew our house could look so great. Most of the time it looks like a tornado trespassed through.

The ladies arrived 8 AM sharp; I showed them the rooms and they started ASAP. Other than the standard vacuuming, floor cleaning, they folded all the towels in the bathroom, laundry room, etc., and organized all the clutter on the counters as well.

Our kitchen is now pristine and I'm afraid to touch it and have it revert back to its sordid state. They definitely used some sorcery to have our place look like a model home.

Will definitely be calling Kleen again in the future.

We had a very bad experience with Little Monkey Cleaning. We told them we had our stagers scheduled to come to our house a particular day, so it was important we had the cleaners come on schedule. I was booking several days in advance to make sure I was prepared, and they assured me they could come on the particular day I needed them with their workers to get the job done. The day before, I texted them to confirm, and didn't receive a reply all day. Then, late at night, I get a text message that they had an emergency and needed to cancel. They said "I'm in the hospital I don't feel well" and immediately sent a picture of them in the hospital. It felt very much like they've done this before, and also, what happened to the other "workers" you had with you? Are you all in the hospital? It was extremely frustrating, and they put us in a very bad spot to figure out. Needless to say, we will not be using them going forward, and can't recommend them as a reliable cleaning company.

When I called them to repeat business for a move out clean Ivan scheduled for today at 1030 am.

When I arrived at 1030 am there was no communicating they would be late. When I finally called at 1059 am almost 30 min late I was told they had traffic.

How unprofessional and unreliable is that?

I have professional carpet cleaning scheduled according to this time and now my whole day is out of order because of this inconvenience.

So I was moving out of my place and really being a slacker on getting things schedule, movers, storage, cleaners…you get the point. I moved out Monday and wanted my place cleaned on Tuesday. I was calling around looking for someone to squeeze me in and clean my place.

I got a hold of Ivan and he was able to squeeze me in the next day. I was not expecting much but enough to get my deposit back. Needless to say, Ivan and his team did an amazing job on cleaning my place. They really made sure to pay attention to all details. While they were cleaning I went out to run some errands. When I came back he made sure to walk me through the entire place and do the white glove test in front of me. You can tell they take pride in what they do and they want to make sure that the customer is happy, and I was.

I reached out to Little Monkey Cleaning Services with some skepticism yesterday coz I needed a deep cleaning ASAP due to an upcoming parent stay. Despite several quotes, somehow or other, nothing had ended up being finalized. Destiny! As soon as I left a voice msg, Ivan contacted me. He sounded friendly, sincere, gave an amazing price & was available to come the very next day! Thats it! In 5 minutes, everything was fixed!
Today he & Maria, along with 2 other helpers came over & worked for nearly 5 hours to thoroughly deep clean up my home. They texted in the morning to share that they could actually come some hrs. earlier & since my husband & I were home, we were only too happy. A truly dedicated, hard working, & pleasant team to have in your home! We personally don't like to hover around or interfere much once someone starts cleaning but Ivan himself repeatedly called us over to show over a cleaned bathroom or room, politely requesting further inputs, making it clear that he wanted us to be happy. We absolutely loved his humility & simplicity! The team left us a home that is sparkling more than it ever has in a VERY long time- floors, grubby wall areas, chimney, everything taken care of! I wondered why they didn't have many more reviews left on yelp & that might be coz Ivan said he doesn't always work through yelp. This is my first time hiring cleaners for my home and I was blown away at how wonderful the process was. I'd reached out to a couple of different cleaners that had been recommended by associates and they were either not responsive or not communicative. Pleased to say that wasn't the case with Aya at all.

They replied to my request and were very helpful in explaining the process (like I said, this was my first time). The two cleaners they sent (Thiago and I'm so sorry, I can't remember the lovely woman's name) were absolutely delightful.

They were polite, efficient, pleasant, and just all-around joys. They worked so hard and I am so impressed with how spotless my space is now. I pointed out a problem area (landlord didn't clean after the renters before me and that was partially the reason for the clean) and they took care of it and my jaw literally dropped open when I saw the difference.

I wanted to leave a little note about Aya Home Care to share how wonderful they are. I text Thiago this morning to see if he had any appointments for today. Thiago responded within 5mins with the good news that he had one spot open at 5pm today. I took it! Then I started working (teleworking) that is. Around 3 pm Thiago text me to let me know that Leo finished up earlier and could be at my place by 4:20pm if I wanted him to come earlier. I said yes. Then I met the amazing Leo and I have to say he's so sweet, detailed and very organized. He cleaned my entire apartment with care. Leaving my apartment clean, smelling fresh and ready for the weekend.

Was happy they were able to schedule me quickly. Had common areas and two bathrooms cleaned on first floor of home only.

Two ladies showed up, very nice.

The three stars are for slow service and missed areas.

They arrived about 30 mins late, no big deal really. But they worked so slow and one was on her phone quite a bit during her time here. My mother thought she may be having a troubled day so didn't say anything about it.

My mother and I joked that they prob didn't want to clean any more houses today because they were moving so slow.

They missed emptying the trash in bathroom; didn't do adidn't clean bathroom floor; didn't move rug in living room and clean hardwood floor; didn't wipe off trashcan in kitchen; didn't clean sinks; broke light in refrigerator didn't mention; stood on furniture to clean windows.

Overall they did an OKAY job. When I brought my concerns up to the owner I was provided many excuses. I didn't request a discount but was merely providing feedback about my experience.

She charged me over the quoted amount and said it was because the cleaners were here for so long. Wow! I would hate to see how long they take to clean a dirty house…

She asked me not to give a bad review. I paid full price for sub standard service so an honest review is what you get.

Maybe it just wasn't my day to try this service.

Vanessa and her team have been cleaning my apartment for over a year now and every time they do an excellent and very thorough job. I have used apps like task rabbit to have people clean before and the difference is night and day. Fresh Nest was recommended to me by an associate, as I was looking for a crew to do a deep cleaning and sanitizing of a home prior to us moving in. Vanessa coordinated the service via text and was highly responsive. I was price shopping around with different agencies and while Fresh Nest was the highest quote I got by far, we decided to go with them mainly because the fee was not by the hour, but 'until the job is done.' Every other agency I looked at gave a quote for 3-4 hours, but Vanessa quoted us a price range with unlimited time (with a difference of $100 from the low end to the high end of the quote). It was a crew of 4 people, and she said they would work until it was done. The details she provided on what would be done were some things I didn't even think of. In terms of the clean itself, they arrived on time and were remarkably thorough. I would look in from time to time and saw them cleaning every nook and cranny of the house. It did take a VERY long time — far longer than I anticipated (they were there from 10:00AM – 5:00PM… four people took 7 hours to clean a 4 bedroom house!!!) but they were cleaning baseboards, ceiling lamps, drawers, etc and even cleaned scuffs off the walls with a magic eraser. Overall, I am very impressed with the service, and though we paid more than we would have with other agencies, the detail-oriented and thorough job made it well worth the price. In the middle of a pandemic, I would gladly spend more to ensure a place is completely cleaned and sanitized.

Cleaning with so much heart.
I Yelp messaged Fresh Nest at 10pm, not expecting an answer till the next day. Vanessa responded within the hour. (!) I was able to have somebody clean my Airbnb the next afternoon. The first wow.
I normally do my own cleaning and I'm extremely meticulous. This week was super busy, and our last guests had a big hairy dog, so I knew I needed some backup. I was expecting to need to do a follow up clean after Fresh Nest LA came through, like I do with every other cleaning service I've tried.
But… no!
The next afternoon, Camilo showed up, on time, with a warm smile and a ton of supplies. And I was completely blown away. I've never, ever seen somebody clean my space with as much care and attention as I would put into it. I've gotten close. But not like this. Especially with all the dog hair that had been left in there. Like I said, I'm a meticulous Airbnb host. I didn't find one dog hair in there after he was done. From laundry to cleaning the windows, to even hosing down the patio (nobody has ever done that before), Camilo did it all. He even let me know what supplies I was running low on, so that I could do what I needed to do to prep for my next guests.
I am so excited to work with Fresh Nest LA moving forward, because I've finally found what I'm looking for.

Do NOT waste your time. I used this company once before ONLY because my normal company was is booked for the next 2 months, I have a 3000sq ft home and it took 2 ladies about 8 hours to complete a normal cleaning… seemingly a long time but the job was decent and cheap $290. I asked if they would be able to come back sometime in December. He (assuming the owner) told me the 23rd at 9:30am the same ladies would be back, we confirmed. Today is the 23rd of December at 9:40 I sent a message on Yelp, remembering I had their phone number I called and left a message at 10:05, at 10:50 I send a text. It is not until 11:15 I receive a response telling me they won't make it. ARE YOU KIDDING. I HAD TO HUNT YOU DOWN FOR YOU TO FINALLY RESPOND TO SAY YOU ARE NOT COMING. It is practices like this why business do not survive. There is nothing more that I hate than wasting my time. If I was given the proper canceling time I could have found another company. Find yourself another company.

Poor maid service , doesn't use broom , uses vacuum only. Floors are still dirty after they mopped , Kitchen wasn't touched , Spider webs were hanging from the room , stove was uncleaned and tries to threaten to show power they don't have . Worst cleaning service in The LA area . They try to threaten me i wasn't going to post anything but they will try to manipulate you when they're obviously the poor cleaning service . This is my favourite cleaning company, they are Eco conscious and friendly. They use wonderful non toxic natural products for cleaning that smell great and do a great job. TRASH TRASH TRASH. they were at the location for 6 hours ish and still left it dirty. I asked for a deep clean to be able to show off for rent. When I showed up the place was still so dirty! I had to hire another maid to clean and mop everything up agian. Definitely not worth the $64 an hour. Id give them $10 an hour for this trash work. They did the bare minimum! BEWARE!

The last time I hired a cleaning service off of Yelp I wasn't impressed so after doing some searching for another option I booked an appointment with Casa Fantastic. They were super easy to deal with in booking the appointment.

As for the cleaning service itself, they did a good job. Missed a few minor things, but were good about rectifying them when we pointed them out. Overall our house looks GREAT!

One thing that did kind of bother me was that the cleaners were 15 minutes late, and yet I was charged for a full 3 hours of cleaning. Not a huge deal as I just took that out of the tip, but it kinda rubbed me the wrong way (not to the point I'd rate less than 5 stars though). Beyond that I had no issues and would certainly consider Casa Fantastic next time my apartment needs a deep clean.

The service was okay. I had a team of two people come in for 3 hours. I do recommend the bathroom cleaning service, that I was happy with. The other person was in the kitchen for 3 hours and I didn't notice a difference afterward in the kitchen, aside from new scratch marks on the appliances and scratches on top of the kitchen stovetop

She provided great information upfront about the estimated cost and estimated time needed for my space. I connected with her on the phone and she was professional, friendly, and thorough getting my appointment booked and a deposit put down. They were very communicative on the day-of about when exactly the cleaners would arrive (they were on time). The cleaners did an excellent job and were very professional. Payment was also very easy and I appreciated not having to have cash on hand for the payment and tip. I will definitely be using them in the future!

I had a wonderful experience with Casa Fantastic. I needed a last minute deep cleaning of my house due to a foster animal having ringworm. They were very understanding and found me a team to come help right away. Azuri and Laura were very understanding of some of the specifics I needed done. They work quickly and made everything sparkle. They were careful to close off areas to avoid my other animals coming in contact with the cleaning products. The house looked so beautiful when they left. Little touches made it special ( the toilet paper having a little flower, the couch was arranged beautifully). I will definitely be calling them again.

I am so happy with the job that Casa Fantastic did for my post-construction cleaning. It was not an easy job as the home was furnished and everything was covered in dust but the ladies did an amazing job. I first spoke with Gabby, who is such a joy! She explained to me how the company works, pricing, then Gabby actually scheduled me for the next day! Two ladies came, Andrea and Rebecca, and they were absolutely Amazing!! The house looked incredible when they finished. I was so happy that I had them come back the following week.

Azuri and Laura showed up on time as promised and did amazing job cleaning the house. From baseboards to bathrooms they didn't miss anything. The kitchen probably looked better than it did the day we moved in! Based on that experience, we've signed on for Azuri and Laura to come out every two weeks.
