The first time I used this company was about 3 years ago. My dog pooped all over my apartment because of fireworks. It was 4th of July, and I was calling people off Google. No one would come & then this amazing company agreed to come! My carpets came out amazing, you would never know my dog destroyed it hours earlier.
The next time I used them was to clean my apartment, because I was moving out. I was able to give my list of requirements the complex gave. They did such a fantastic job that I got my deposit back.
The experiences I had with them are amazing & consistent (they deliver quality service every time) that I won't use anyone else. Anytime I need professional cleaning for my apartment/home (I'm renting) I will only use them! I sent them to my mom when she asked for a recommendation, that is how amazing they are!

Jerri, Sandra & Ted are amazing people! They work with your specific needs and are fair, honest & hard-working. Our carpets in our "new-to-us" house turned out great after the cleaning. The previous owners had spilled food and makeup in a room, and 99% of the stains are gone. It was the makeup that left a bit of a stain, but not their fault, it's makeup with dye. Our "new-to-us" house needed a good once over before we moved in and after they came to clean, I felt so much better about moving in. They did a great job & I will be using them again & again! Remember, expect what you pay for. You pay for quality services & that's what you get from this team.

Hands down BEST cleaning company ever! We got new tile installed over two years ago. We have grandkids, pets and do lots of entertaining, needless to say our grout was looking horrible in some areas. Called J's and they fit us in and our tile and grout look brand spanking new again! I expected clean but they literally went above and beyond what I was expecting and did a FANTASTIC job. We moved in to a new house and tile was filthy. J's residential cleaning gave us a great quote and we had the floors cleaned. I'm absolutely in disbelief that this was the original color of my tile. Jerry and Sandra did a fantastic post move-out cleaning job of a trashed rental home for me. They removed a wallpaper border that was bleeding purple into the walls, cleaned greasy, filthy walls and baseboards, windows (including the tracks) and filthy, caked on dust blinds as well as the usual cleaning jobs of kitchen and bathrooms. In the kitchen, they pulled out the stove and cleaned the sides as well as the top and front which had years of built up grease, sink, microwave and fridge. Not cheap but fair price for what needed to be done. Will definitely call again for my next vacant rental.

Utilized these folks again as I did the last two times. Since I physically moved away from Phoenix already, I needed someone I could trust to clean my lingering apartment back in Phoenix so that it's "lease-ready" for the next tenant. That's J's Residential Cleaning Services, no other group I'd trust to clean in the area!
So, I'm on this business trip right now to Hong Kong/China, which means that my internet connectivity is severely limited. Also, due to timezones, I'm unable to actually call J's unless I stayed up into the wee hours here. Bleh!
Wife was incredibly helpful and engaged J's on my behalf and scheduled with Aura Apartments to have the cleaners show up within a certain date / certain time. They showed up, leasing agents let them in, and from what I gather, it was a wonderful success, they were in and out in under an hour!
It is a shame that I can't bring J's over to California, as I'd trust them over any other cleaning group I've used, and I've lived all over the USA so far in my short life.

Other remarks:
– They use some really cool cleaning solution that gets all that grime off of a gas or electric stove top (you know, when you spill something and don't bother to clean that up? SOMEONE has to clean that!)– They do something really cool with the air refresher after they finish a job. I won't share the secret online, but trust me, it has a lasting effect. I'll leave it up to J's if they want to share it.
– They work REALLY fast.
– They clean places you wouldn't even think about it. Like for instance, doors. Ever pushed a door open without using the doorknob? How about a greasy hand because you just grabbed a greasy cookie from the kitchen and you were too lazy to wash your hands first? We've all done it, you know what I'm talking about!
– They do something cool with the toilets when they're done cleaning them, to give the bathroom a "new" feel.
– Reasonable pricing, contact them directly! Use the good ol' phone.

I was looking for a cleaning service to come to my parents home very last minute in preparation for a party (long story with why it was needed last minute…), but Jerri came through. I was really hot about my 1st cleaning because it was not what I had discussed or ordered with the scheduler, and I had put a lot of time in preparing for the cleaning crew to arrive. But once I talked to management, PCS fixed the issue and I have been happy ever since. I now regularly schedule a once per month deep cleaning with modifications. I guess you could call them customized upgrades.
Before you request your service, actually read their website. They have listed in detail what they do clean. This way, you can figure out what they don't clean. If you want cleaning above and beyond their advertised cleanings, you have to tell them exactly what you want done so MGT can make a note of it in their purchase order. They can't read your mind.

We've hired several over the years that did a standard job, but we were moving into a house where the previous owner wasn't much of a housekeeper…..We needed a SERIOUS deep clean. The Perfectionists delivered! A crew of 5, led by Juan, worked for 7 hours and scrubbed clean every surface, nook, cranny, fan, cupboard…. The place absolutely sparkles. It's been a few months since they "so-called cleaned" my house. I wanted to wait some time so I didn't review in anger
Don't be fooled by your house will be "move in ready". I thought by this false advertisement, I would pay the extra money I didn't have so I wouldn't have to do myself because of my disability. I should have use a regular housecleaning service at a regular cost. Just because it is more costly doesn't mean it is better.
I asked them to come back and clean the things they missed and even supplied pictures. They came back. They spoke Spanish and continued to talk about me the whole time they were here. The things I brought to their attention, they would rub a cloth over it and say see here no dirt. Also no "elbow grease". My Mom cleaned houses all her life, and that was her saying when you needed to scrub. Also, "like new" doesn't have visual dirt that doesn't pick up by a cloth. I have since discovered so many more things that I wouldn't have even paid $65 and been satisfied. Things done during a normal cleaning were not even touched: fixtures, light plates, clean cabinets outside and inside, sinks, soap dishes in shower, refrigerator door, dishes ("they don't do dishes" was my answer), still things left on floor like they didn't vacuum, slide glass door handle, hardware handles not polished, ceiling vents cleaned, outside door handles not cleaned, door entry light not cleaned, etc. I could go on and on.
Now I know they clean new houses after built and have raving reviews, but let's face it, how hard can it be to clean after brand new hardware, windows, etc.
This crew should be able to clean houses again. PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED BY FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

HOUSE SPARKLES – All dust and dog hair are gone and counters / surfaces are shiny, organized and fresh smelling. House hadn't been professionally cleaned for 2 years so we had a deep clean and it couldn't have gotten any better.

I am so disappointed in the cleaning we had done. Two cleaners were here for 3 1/2 hours and I honestly don't know what they cleaned. I didn't even have them do three of our bedrooms, only the master bedroom is what I requested. I walked around after they left and couldn't believe how bad of a job it was. I don't mean to sound rude, but I just can't believe it. I'm baffled as to what they did during that time.
NOTHING was vacuumed in the house.
The Master bedroom wasn't touched. Not one piece of furniture was dusted in there. Master bathtub not touched. The shower was wet, but doesn't look like it was cleaned. Mirror not clean.
Kitchen appliances not even touched. Smudges on them still. Counters not wiped. They did clean the oven somewhat as I had requested it, although not perfect.
The floors look horrible. They were worse after they left than before. It looked like dirt streaks everywhere, as if they used a dirty mop. Even my 20 year old son said "what happened to the floors? They're all dirty." I used a Swiffer a couple hours after they were here because it was so bad and the pads were covered in dirt (see picture).
I hired professional housecleaners because we were having a party and thought it would save me the time from cleaning. I basically had to do everything after wasting my morning. Oh, also I found it odd they asked me for a broom and if I had oven cleaner.
I sent an email right away with my thoughts on the cleaning and attached pictures. I received a phone call later that day from the person in charge of the cleaners. She apologized and offered to send different cleaners to redo the job. I declined as I had things to do (with a party to finish getting ready for). She asked what I thought a good resolution would be and I said a refund. She said she'd talk to her partner and get back to me. A week after the cleaning I was refunded $100 … not even half of what I paid. I am grateful for something at least, but still upset that I paid a lot of money for a service I did NOT receive. She also offered me a discount in the future, but I will not be using this company again.

Hired this company for a move out clean, prices are reasonable, our cleaner was so sweet, but there was a lot over looked and I'm bummed about it. I'm 8 months pregnant so the things that were not done were left for me to do, I also asked for an itemized receipt because my property management asks for proof of carpet cleaning and even though I was told I would get it emailed to me, I have not received it. I got quoted for a deep clean. They were very responsive and timely with scheduling. The girl who showed up was very kind. I, however, do not feel what I received was a "deep" clean. I have dust on my blinds and banister when I specifically asked for those areas to be done. My counters and floors have spots that werent cleaned well. My house really isnt very dirty either which is why I am confused. The cleaner seemed very concerned with getting it done within 3 hours and to me that makes no sense. Either you have a flat fee for a service or you charge people hourly. I wont be using this company again.

Greg came out today to clean my living room area rug, 2 large couches and my master bedroom. My dog unfortunately started peeing and another dog got an upset stomach and threw up everywhere. I couldn't handle the smell so I called 5 different companies. I finally found valleys best cleaners. They beat out everyone's price that i called by minimum $100. (Please don't increase your prices! Haha) I was calling around on a Tuesday. There was one company that could have come out same day but they would have cost more. I waited until Thursday for them to come out and I am so happy. Besides the great job with the cleaning, we liked her professionalism, attitude, and flexibility to work with us to prioritize the areas we wanted to cover and also stay longer to make up for the missing team member. Initial communication was fantastic. It was easy to use the website and I appreciated the prompt response. I was excited that I had found a new company for my cleaning needs. Day of arrival. Again, communication was greatly appreciated even though they were late. I wasn't stressed about that because of the prompt communication. My first quote was 285. for 3 hours with 2 people!! Wow. what a great price this is great. Then I was told to clean my house top to bottom they would need 5 hr. to 6 hr. Not as excited but I was thinking I've had cleaners before, and they make my house shine in that amount of time. I called your company and booked for 5hrs. Later that day one of the cleaners called and said they were just getting downstairs at 4 hrs. To get my house all, the way done I would need 6hrs. Not thrilled but I said that's fine (thinking I wouldn't need to go back and clean this is worth it). I sent a text and was told the manager would call and collect payment. Then I got a call from one of the cleaners saying the manager had decided to give me a free hour. I was so excited and thought what a great company. They know how to get repeat clients. So, I went to the house. It's clean but nothing that was noteworthy. The girls were fantastic, but I think this is a training problem. You need to train your workers to be able to clean in an efficient amount of time. Garbage didn't get taken out, cabinets were not wiped out, laundry room didn't get mopped, baseboards in my bathroom didn't get cleaned, my shower wasn't great, I haven't even looked at the rest of the house since I had a class to get to and I needed to leave. The icing on the cake is when I get a text that I'm getting charged for 6hours and the bonus hour was something I never even asked for. So, you're telling me it takes 14 hours (since there are 2 people) to do a basic clean – (this was not even close to a deep clean) on a 3400 sq. ft home. Again, you need to train your employees better. I find no fault with the girls at the house. They were pleasant to talk with and communicated very well. This is a complete management/training problem and I feel should be addressed quickly. Someone should be walking the house after your cleaners are done. The cost of 540. is the highest I've ever paid to get my house clean. This should be a clean that you don't need to go back into the house and clean. One of the best parts of getting your house clean is coming home and having the house smell fresh and clean. This wasn't even the case with this. At best this was a 289.00 cleaning job nowhere near a 540. price tag.

They were so caring and accomplished the cleaning I desired in the areas I was concerned with. They did an outstanding job. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

UPDATE: I am the personal representative of your client, which you are well aware of. Your company has spoken to me twice, and texted me once. I sent all the pictures shown here, plus more to you. AGAIN which you are aware of. During our phone conversations, you did not offer a full refund, even after seeing the pictures, which was unacceptable. Once the full refund is confirmed received, then I will update this post. The point is: You were paid for a job that was not done. You took advantage of an elderly client which others should be aware of.

I was excited about a company that makes online scheduling so easy, but that is where my satisfaction ends. We had a team of two come out to the tune of $400. They spent ~1.5 hours and did the most superficial cleaning I've had. I didn't realize this until I actually had time to see all of the surfaces that remained dusty and the areas of the floor that were still dirty. They basically dusted lightly (didn't do any shelves and didn't remove items from tabletops to do the whole surface), vacuumed, and wiped the hard floors in certain areas. This was definitely not up to my expectations.

Blake from Queen of maids called me this morning to apologize for my unsatisfactory experience Sat. He offered either a refund or to have the job redone by another team. I still needed the job done as the house is going to be listed for sale in the next week.
Blake had a new team at the house in 30 min.
Paulina and her partner came prepared we went over what was to be done and they went to work. Ceiling fans were cleaned, shelves dusted, baseboards cleaned cabinets and indoor windows done.
Paulina asked me to check the home while she waited to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I'm glad I chose a business that owned up to a mistake and quickly rectified what went wrong. And I appreciate them getting it done today as the carpets are scheduled to be cleaned tomorrow

I booked this cleaning company 100% online on their website for a move out clean when my renters moved out. Their online service allows you to schedule date and time of the cleaning as well as customize a clean based on size of the house and condition of the house ("good condition" vs "needs some extra attention") and allows you to choose add-ons (baseboards, fridge, oven, etc.) to your needs.
I booked for "move out" + "needs extra attention" as I had renters with pets for 3 years. Their customer service agent followed up with me 2 days prior to the cleaning to make sure they had everything I needed on their ticket for the cleaners and to confirm my online scheduled time. I met with the cleaners in person day of and they were very professional and walked through the house with me to make sure we were on the same page.
The clean was great! The house was in pretty poor condition before and the team did a great job getting it back to where it needed to be. Would definitely recommend this company!

I spent 3.5 hours scrubbing as much as I could before requesting a professional company come out and holy cow Queen of Maids did not disappoint!! Not only was their customer service above and beyond, they left the place immaculate!
The rep I spoke with on the phone brightened my day with her upbeat attitude and attention to detail and took note of the areas where I had the most concern or couldn't clean myself. Queen of Maids did an excellent job cleaning my apartment after management failed to do so properly. Online booking was easy. The company confirmed via VM the day before the appointment. Cleaner showed up on time, was personable, polite and cared about their work. A lot of times as we know cleaners are unreliable, like to cancel last minute and not show. Only suggestion would be to have more supplies and a commercial quality vacuum not just a carpet vacuum especially with all the dust in Phoenix/Scottsdale. Would definitely use this service again.

Service was poor, there were still cobwebs in the corner of the kitchen and I had specifically mentioned it to the cleaner, there was a huge pile of hair in one of the bedrooms and honestly the house did not even smell like a house that was just cleaned. This for a move-in service and they charged me a bomb for it and it was a very basic cleaning not the deep clean I was promised. I am extremely disappointed and I know that when I post this review it will somehow be made to be my fault. But the fact is that they charged me a hefty fee for shoddy service.

Made an appointment for a next day service, was told on the phone If I wanted to cancel I would have to give 24 hours notice, or as long as they hadn't charged the card yet. I called back an hour or so later to cancel, the card was uncharged. I was calling to make a new appointment. as I didn't need the service so early. We hired this service to do a 'Moving In.'
Cleaners were friendly, but definitely did not do a thorough job. As I walked through, there were still tons of smudges on windows and mirrors. They went back and cleaned it when asked.
There were several cabinet shelves and drawers that had not been touched with crumbs and spilled liquids still in them. I hadn't checked all the cabinets and drawers and wasn't able to ask them to follow up.
The absolute worst were the floors. I hadn't seen them mop the floors, but areas were damp so assumed they'd completed mopping. Moments after the maids left, I walked though with clean feet and my feet were covered in dirt. It was harder to see because the floors are gray, but I was very disappointed that they hadn't made more of an effort. It looked like the floors had been given a very cursory swipe rather than a good cleaning like I'd paid for.
I would not hire this service again. Pricing was reasonable, but I would rather pay a little bit more and receive a higher quality service. This company lacks attention to detail.
*update* Shelley, one of their dispute resolution experts, contacted me. She did a phenomenal job empathizing and was willing to discuss a resolution for the work that had been missed. I appreciate that this company owned up to their mistake and that they we're willing to try and fix it. Overall, 4 stars. 2 for the cleaning, 5 for the customer service. Rounding up because I'm ultimately leaving this experience happy.

I have never had an issue with anything going missing and trust my maids alone in my house. They are even comfortable with my husky being in the home while they are cleaning which is a huge plus!
My maids are always on time and have a great line of communication. I always get a text response right away when I need something, as well as email reminders so I never forget when my appointments are. I scheduled two cleanings with this company. For the first cleaning there was a delay for the cleaning crew and I couldn't accommodate their later arrival. For the second visit, the cleaners showed up on time, were professional and quick. It was a deep clean however and I noticed several things that were incomplete (a bed not made, throw pillows piled in the corner of a room, floors not completely clean, dirty counter areas, etc.). I originally wasn't going to say anything but when I was contacted for a review I replied that I'd rather wait to see what the quality was after a second cleaning. Someone responded later in the day with a check list of items that should have been done. After reviewing the list and realizing that maybe a dozen things had been incomplete, I requested a partial refund or credit toward my next visit. I sent back a list of the items that were incomplete andI offered to provide pictures (which I did). I was then told by whomever was messaging with me that they would have to talk to "management" and I haven't heard back since. I won't be using this company again. They were super polite when asking for a review but it was a different story when they needed to address an issue which they've left unresolved.

Excessive prices. $419 to clean 900 sq ft! 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen,
2 1/2 baths!! I was not having my entire home cleaned and was leaving off 2 large bedrooms. They will not do this. They will not price the cleaning job on the square footage you want cleaned. They charge you for your entire house and they have a set $$ amount they charge for homes in that square footage. If this is your first time, they will not do a standard cleaning. They automatically charge you for a deep cleaning. For a 1,400 sq foot house, it's $419. For me, this doesn't work and the price is absurd being I'm leaving off two large rooms.I don't understand why cleaning companies are charging more per hour than my son makes who is a rocket engineer.
It took me 3 days to get a quote after leaving my email address and phone number on day one. They contacted me 3 times by text and a call asking if I accepted their quote, and 3 times I said I didn't receive a quote and to send me a quote. I contacted them a 4th time and got the info.

I had 3 services from Dirt Busters over the holidays, and they were very professional and thorough. They did an initial deep clean, followed by 2 regular visits. I had them on the most infrequent schedule, which ended up being a total of 3 visits from Oct to Dec.
The only issues I had were a billing issue, where I was incorrectly billed and charged after my first visit versus the price I was quoted. This was ultimately resolved and I appreciate the team for handling it, but the turnaround time was several weeks.
Additionally, I wish they had a bit more flexibility in their schedule. I, like most homes, have peaks of Spring and Holiday cleaning, but aside from those I maybe want the service once every 6 weeks rather than 3 or 4. Unfortunately since this is not an option, I cancelled my recurring and will reach out again when I need a deeper clean.
When I did cancel, my wife was sick, so they were very flexible in cancelling even though I was within the dispatch time. For these reasons I do recommend them.

They have become non-communicative, unreliable and their performance at even the asic tasks falls terribly short of even acceptable.
I am so so sorry if you hired them and were disappointed in me because they just aren't what they were at the beginning.
Just remember that the way they seem at the beginning of the relationship is not who they are in the middle and definitely not a the end.Not only are they flippant and dismissive, they really aren't afraid to show that.
I'm over it.
They cancel or reschedule very late in the game and send techs who are inexperienced or not trained then don't care that I had to redo or re-clean anything. Just as long as they're paid you don't hear from them.I'd move on if you don't want to get wrapped up in their drama.

We are new customers and have only had one cleaning so far but would like to say the experience has been great so far. We have a 1500 sq ft house and need the whole place cleaned. We do have one small dog and cat, and a large dog, so it's a lot of cleaning.
The booking process was easy over the phone and I am very happy with communication up to cleaning day. I received text messages when our cleaner Meko was en route on the day of our cleaning, and when she had arrived. Meko did an absolutely stellar job on the areas that she cleaned. Every single bit of pet hair and dust was gone and the house looked way better. Unfortunately there was an upcharge for the amount of pet hair she encountered but that seems reasonable for a one time charge.
I would say for the price and the amount of cleaning needed, this company offers a pretty good deal compared to other local companies. We have requested our cleaner Meko back next month as well.

Booked online and called ahead to confirm my appointment today. Was given a time frame of noon-2 pm. At 12:45, no one had showed and I received no email or text letting me know that cleaners were delayed or on their way.
Called in and spoke with someone who confirmed the names of our cleaners and that they would arrive at 1:00 pm. 45 minutes after I called in and 30 minutes beyond the agreed upon time, still no show. No response when I call back.

We just bought a new house and wanted the house deep cleaned before we moved in. I hired maid easy since I'm pregnant and not able to be near the harsh chemicals. The girls who cleaned our house came about 15 minutes late and took around 4 hours cleaning. We have a 1900 sqft house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My husband and I stayed outside in the backyard so that we didn't bother them while they were cleaning, but the girls never let us know when they were finished and just left without saying anything. I didn't get to inspect the house and ask them any questions. We began moving our things in a few days later and I finally got saw the results of the cleaning.
The refrigerator was still dirty and the cabinets were still dusty. The toilet in our guest bathroom still had stains on it. Overall I think they could've done a far better job for cleaning for 4 hours straight and having 2 of them to clean together. I've had to clean everything all over again and I spent $470 for the cleaning. I was very disappointed.

I chose this company based on the 5 star reviews on Yelp. It's hard picking a company you trust to clean your home during a pandemic. I am so disappointed in my choice.
Booking: I booked my move out clean online. I'll say, what's the point of booking online when I then received a LONG phone call going over every little detail of the cleaning before they could book my cleaning. That was weird to me. Why offer online booking if you require a phone consult?
Day of cleaning: I left my key hidden for the cleaner. I was never notified that they were on the way, or that the cleaning was completed. So I honestly had no clue if anyone even showed up. This was a move out clean, so I wasn't not living in the residence. I had to reach out to the company to ensure that someone showed up. This seems unacceptable for a move out clean. This was the beginning of my frustration.
Post clean response: I received an email back after 6pm confirming that my clean was completed. They attached one picture, and said there was a problem area in the shower. Why was I not contacted while the cleaner was there? Why did I have to contact them in order to hear about the problem? They offered to come back the next day to try to clean again. I asked if there was an extra charge- and never got a response. I really needed this done. Nobody came back the next day, and my email was never responded to.
My findings when I evaluated the cleaning: I ended up cleaning the shower myself the next day, because I needed to turn my keys in. The shower cleaned easily with a magic eraser. The walls of the shower were untouched- still had obvious soap scum. I then found both of my sinks with horrible spots around them. The outside of the kitchen cabinets still had obvious grease/food marks. I think the only thing that looked "good" was the vacuum lines on the carpet. *eyeroll*
I hired Maid Easy because I was moving across town, and didn't have the time to come back to do this cleaning. I'm so disappointed and frustrated that I paid someone a lot of money for this cleaning. I could and should have done this myself. Lesson learned.
The online reviews: They call you and email you after asking for your review. Which explains why they have so many.
The follow-up: I was only contacted about my disappointment after I filled out the email review. I then received 2 phone calls and an email immediately. They offered a partial refund. I wish I could get all of the money back I wasted on this place.

The house was pretty spotless by the time they left. Knocking off the star as I did find that they did not clean the top of the fridge. The top of the fridge is one of those obvious places that need to be cleaned so the fact that it was missed makes me question what else was missed. I didn't notice anything else and they were very professional so I would recommend this company to others looks for a great cleaning service! This review is based on the last two cleaning services we have had with this company. We had used Maid Easy off and on over the years for cleaning services and had mostly good service provided at those times, but since moving homes decided to move to a monthly cleaning schedule after the last cleaning. While that last service in itself was barely acceptable with counter tops not dusted, missed spots on the floor etc., I held off from writing a review based on previous experiences, and instead called the company to point out that there were misses that I wanted them to address before the next cleaning was performed.
First off, I had been told that the cleaning crew would have a checklist they would go through to ensure that nothing would be missed and further that they would have me sign off on this checklist and do a walkthrough once the cleaning was done. This did not happen on the first cleaning and when I pointed this out after calling Maid Easy, they assured me that the next service that I had scheduled would definitely follow this system they had setup. Not only did the cleaners the second time around not follow the checklist, things got worse. Dishes were not loaded in the dishwasher and left out in the sink and several spots in bathrooms were missed. When we handed linens to be switched out in one of the bedrooms, the new bedsheet was laid out on top of the old sheet, without the old one being removed! What was also perplexing was that the cleaners used our cleaning supplies for cleaning the surfaces in the kitchen, whereas Maid Easy policy claims that they use their own supplies. This, while not a big deal, was definitely out of the ordinary. Cleaning trash was bagged and left in the front door foyer. Once the 'cleaning' was done, the cleaners shouted a goodbye and left without a cursory question as to acceptability, let alone a checklist or a walkthrough.
I will be discontinuing my service with Maid Easy and would definitely recommend looking at other cleaners before choosing this one.
