weekend, no mention of price/policy/terms/etc when we picked them up. We had to help get them out of their house even. On return, they surprised us with a bill and charged us an extra day because we didn't return them before the daily cutoff time (had we known that, we would have returned them much earlier). Trying to be fair about the situation, we agreed to pay but they only accept check/cash (which we did not bring along because there was no discussion when we picked up). We left without paying but were going to send a check.

Their own "bill" (their billing accuracy and completeness is awful by the way, still not sure we even legally owe them anything) states customers have 10 days to pay but that same evening, my wife was called twice by Merle's harassing her to pay and "we're funny about payment". These calls were well past business hours. We called back the next morning, negotiated the removal of the extra day's charge, and dropped cash in their mailbox since I don't trust them with my check or credit card number.

Think hard about doing business with these folks. They seem nice but generally don't seem to understand how to run a business and will harass you outside of business hours.

The carpet cleaning itself was great. They did a very nice job. There could however, be an improvement to the customer service. When scheduling, I was told I would receive a bill via email after service. The day before our scheduled cleaning, we called to confirm the service. We were given conflicting words about how we didn't pay yet. I'm not sure who pays for a service before receiving it. But this company needs to get their payment policy straightened out. I had to explain what was originally stated about payment. It was frustrating but they did comply with the initial plan.

Don't waste your money…..I had this team of two out and I don't know who taught them to clean but OMG they were horrible. Ex….vacuumed the middle f my floors (have high pile carpet and very obvious)… did not move a thing to vacuum……when dusting….they dusted around everything, not moving a thing on my end tables, dressers, etc….my bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned….had dust balls on floor…..when I called to complain I was met with excuses and bitterness…….GF Merry Maids…..do not bother!

This company started cleaning our apartment building shortly after the 1st of the year. They are terrible. All they ever do is run down the hallways as fast as they can in one direction to vacuum. They don't dust the furniture in the common areas. They don't clean any glass windows and doors. They don't clean inside the elevator. They don't wash the flooring in the common area kitchen or the garbage scute room. They don't do anything. Our building has never been so dirty.
I wound not recommend this company for ANY cleaning job.
