They showed up at the correct time, and immediately set to work…after checking with me on sensitive areas. They cleaned everything..including sensitive area, I have a large guitar humidity chamber/display case, and it was dusty..now clean as a whistle, and the guitars were not disturbed. I requested a quote on Wednesday and received it within a few hours and it was for a really reasonable price. Additionally, they were available right away. Amazingly thorough, EXPERIENCED, hard-working, efficient, respectful, punctual, caring and kind…those are some words that come to mind when sharing with others my experiences with the cleaning dynamos from Tucson Cleaning Professionals.
For my birthday this year, my husband gifted me with a "whole home deep clean" certificate from Tucson Cleaning Professionals. Just what every working mom doesn't know she wants! I'll admit, was secretly wishing for a GC for a massage!!Lol.
Scheduling my first home cleaning appt was easy using the TCP website…and that is saying a lot considering I currently have 10,000's of unread emails on my aol account…ANYHOW, the 3 person team arrived smiling and ON time
wasting no time to begin working their magic on my 3000 sq ft., 4 bedroom, 3 bath home while I worked outside in my garden, close by if they had any questions. 2 hours and 50 minutes later I was alerted by text that my cleaning team had completed their "deep clean"…their text invited me to check and "make sure they hadn't missed anything"…
I have to be honest, I have been disappointed by other cleaning services I've tried in the past…for a few different reasons so I wasn't expecting my 3 bathrooms to be free of ALL hard water calcium build-up in my toilets and on the shower glass doors! I didn't know the grout lines on my kitchen counter needed attention until TCP came to their rescue.
Dust gone, floors and appliances looked brand new…I started feeling a bit giddy as I realized they had placed clean sheets on my bed..(I had left clean set on foot of bed)
Well, Saturday was the second time I scheduled TCP to clean my home…a regular "basic cleaning."
2 person team stayed a little over 2 hours while I ran to post office and dry cleaners…I received text from TCP alerting me job was completed. I texted request for them to lock up and place my house key in our previously decided on location.
Upon arriving home and opening my front door, I saw my concrete floors gleaming!!!! I removed my shoes before entering my house and will place a basket there so others may do the same…I'm going to do everything I can to keep my home feeling brand new for as long as possible…especially since I've noticed a lift in my overall mood as I walked thru my house enjoying shiny, clutter free rooms.
I need to thank my husband again for my unconventional birthday gift certificate for cleaning services…it was and is better than a massage!!!
I have scheduled monthly cleanings with TCP…they are more affordable than past cleaners I have used. Plus, and it's a BIG PLUS, I don't find myself getting grumpy as I clean up after them…
I plan to give my family members gift certificates for TCP for their upcoming birthdays! If they have half as good an experience as I've had w/TCP, they will be so pleased.

Tucson's Finest Cleaners Honest Reviews
Pros: very responsive, quick scheduling/open availability, efficient cleaning
Cons: more expensive than most other Tucson cleaning services, a bit sloppy in some areas of the cleanOverall: I would probably not use this cleaning service again unless I was in a pinch. I had to go back and clean the bathroom sink after they left because it was not fully cleaned. However, they were very responsive, quick to schedule, friendly, and still got the house in pretty good shape. In the future, I would want to hire a service with either more competitive pricing or a bit more thoroughness in the clean.
We paid $150 for a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house cleaning. Other companies quoted me around $100-$110 for this job, so I feel like we overpaid a bit for the amount of work we received. We decided to go with this particular cleaning service because they had open availability for us when we needed the clean done. The 2 cleaners were kind and worked efficiently (they were only in our house for about 2 hours and 20 minutes or so). Overall, it was very nice to hire someone to help us out because it freed us up to work on other projects during the time we'd normally spend cleaning. The house looked pretty good after they left, however I did notice that there were some gritty spots on the floor and that the bathroom sink still looked grimy. I actually went back and cleaned the bathroom sink myself to make sure it wasn't staining and it came off within a minute or two of scrubbing. I'm sad that they missed that. However, they did a pretty good job in the kitchen and I noticed that the stove and kitchen sink looked clean. Most of the countertop appliances (coffee maker, toaster) did not appear to be wiped, but it looks like they did wipe the outside of the microwave. I was not sure if they were going to clean in the laundry room or not (I was hoping they would, considering the higher-than-average price), but that was not cleaned at all. This house has definitely been improved, but I personally would want to look for a more cost-effective cleaning service in the future.

I have to say i was pleasantly surprised by this company. First, Kevin responded to me right away after requesting a quote on Yelp. He was extremely professional, and was able to accommodate my request in the timeframe that i needed it. I own a rental property in Tucson but am from San Diego. I was going out there for a few days, and he was able to work his schedule to first meet with me on Friday to view the job and give me a quote. They also do outside cleanup, so they were able to do both my back and front yard, there was quite a bit of clean up and trimming to do there.
The house cleaning was great, they did the baseboards, cleaned out the fridge and the oven, etc. I had one issue with the counter tops, but as soon as i told them they fixed it. Their prices were about what i found with other companies. They were on time, communicated with me through the entire process, and were just really nice people too!
If i lived there, i would definitely hire them to do regular cleaning. I highly recommend these guys.

Guadalupe and Devante are professional, quick, thorough, reasonably priced, and friendly. We started with a deep clean, and now they clean our home every other week. We were so happy with their work and enthusiasm that we asked them to do a couple of landscape clean-up projects. Again, we were delighted with the result and added landscape maintenance to their every other visit.
Our initial bid was July 30, and they were able to schedule the deep clean the following week. We had them come back a week later, and they've cleaned our home every other week since then. I don't recall when we added the yard work, but it was probably in September. We're at a point where I don't need to tell them what to do; they just do it!
G & D have sweet personalities. It's a pleasure recommending them to friends as we know our friends won't be disappointed and that's been the case. The son of a friend used them, and word came back through the grapevine about what a great job they do!

Coleen and her team could not have done a better job in my home. As I was looking through potential companies, this one stood out not only because they use safe cleaning agents (I have small children and animals) but primarily because it already had stellar reviews. I was surprised to see as I read that only a few reviews were "recommended" by Yelp, but upon reading the hidden reviews I discovered that even those were positive. Coleen was able to schedule me on fairly short notice, shortly after Christmas which I was so grateful for. Her team arrived promptly, while I left with the kids and dogs (the makers of filth) they set to work.
I would like to take a moment to describe my home. Although we keep it neat and pretty clutter free, the dust is a never ending battle. We have an all dirt yard, with 2 large dogs and 3 cats that are in and out all day. I have kids that love to play in the mud and come inside. I also foster dogs, and recently had a mother and 7 puppies running in and out of the dog door. This lead to immeasurable amounts of dust and dirt that I felt I could never keep up with.
I was hopeful, but not set on the idea that Home Happy cleaning could drastically reduce the amount of dust in my home. What I didn't expect however, was to not find any dust at all when I came home. The team was so thorough, and I could not be more grateful.
I received a call about 30 minutes before they were finished, giving me plenty of time to finish the bath I was giving the dogs and head home. My home was sparkling, and I cannot wait to make Coleen and her team a permanent part of our household budget.
Home Happy cleaning was very reasonably priced, and even stayed extra while keeping to the original quote. I cannot say enough good things about Home Happy. If you are like me and read all of the reviews of all potential companies before deciding, let me save you some time. Home Happy is the best!

I am writing an honest and glowing review of Shawndon and Coleen at HomeHappy Cleaning Service.
I work hard, but am generally a messy person. I recently tried another cleaner that was not HomeHappy Cleaning and it was not so good. She changed the appointment time three times, including on the day of the cleaning. It was very disruptive. She also came a bit late. A nice woman, but not what I wanted. When it was done, my entire apartment had a strange smell, perhaps from dirty cleaning materials. I am not sure. She also did not bring all of the cleaning materials and did not vacuum the carpet, which was important to me.
Now, on to, HomeHappy Cleaning. I went on Yelp and looked for cleaners with positive feedback and good reviews. I have found that good reviews are the best indicator of a good service. HomeHappy cleaning had the most positive reviews (they had all five stars) and a lot of them. So, I decided to give them a try. I am very glad I did.
After I called HomeHappy Cleaning and left my number, Coleen (the owner-operator) texted me back immediately to let me know that she was driving and would call me back in a few minutes. She actually returned my call in two minutes, which was very nice. She must have pulled over to call me.
I told her what I wanted and she gave me a very fair rate, for the deep cleaning I needed. She then followed up with an email describing the exact services I would be receiving. She also agreed to have the cleaning the next day so that I did not have to wait for my place to be cleaned. She was very positive and professional.
Shawdon texted me about 20 minutes before the start time and let me know that he was on his way, which was nice. He arrived at my apartment precisely on time. He had all of the cleaning materials. He did a walk through in my apartment and went over what I needed. Like Coleen, he was very positive and such a professional. He then began the work immediately.
He cleaned everything deeply and perfectly. I was so delighted. Really. It was the best, most thorough cleaning I have ever had. I mean spotless, and my place was sort of a disaster prior to his cleaning it. He was also polite and unobtrusive, as I was working on the computer during most of the cleaning.
Coleen then checked on me the next day to see if I was totally satisfied. Of course, I was more than satisfied.
I have used home cleaning services for quite a while over my lifetime. HomeHappy Cleaning is by far the best I have ever had from several perspectives. Actually, I will only use them in the future. A clean apartment is critical for my sense of well-being and productivity. I have found the best cleaning service in Tucson, and am very grateful and relieved for it.

She was incredibly thorough and did a great job cleaning our home from ceiling fans to floors. She was even able to get out a stain on our oven that we have had since we moved in. I requested a deep clean several weeks before needing them. Before I get into what went wrong, the cleaning itself was spot on from the baseboards to the ceiling fans so I have no complaints about the actual cleaning itself
My issue is with how the day was handled. I have 4 golden retrievers who were at the groomers/day care from about 8-3. I purposely scheduled this way so they would not be cooped up and the cleaners would be able to move freely. I received a text or email the day prior stating they had a call off and could I be flexible and let them start at 11am. The issue was the dogs so I was firm with the 9am start time. I left for another appointment around 910 and no one had showed up. I called and spoke to Colleen and she said she would get someone over there right away. I went to my dental appt and received a text from my daughter stating whoever was there was rude and complaining about how far we live. OK so #1 don't be rude, customer service is your purpose. #2 really I live too far…shouldn't that have been discussed when the service was requested several weeks ago??? So I get home and Colleen is the only one there to deep clean my 2300sq foot house. Someone else was coming at 1pm. This did not make me happy at all because I had a fairly tight schedule to begin with. She again said to me how far we lived. Again, this should have been known from the first contact as I gave you my address. The next issue was the shower head, which was a very expensive one at over $100 it was a moen rainfall one, that Colleen broke. I did not have time to run to any other place other than ace so the one I bought was $30. She discounted the total cost this $30 but really it was a very expensive on you broke. At least $75 should've been taken off of the total, plus being late and causing issues with me picking up my dogs. I read all of the reviews and just don't know what happened with my service. I know I will never use them again because of this. The did not get to my house until about 1045am, appt at 9am and were there til about 330-400pm, which isn't that long but like I said I was on a tight schedule. Made the whole day terrible. Worst customer service ever.
I would think twice about using this service.

Wow! There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Coleen and her crew are. I've been working long hours and my home was being neglected. I came home to the most sparkling clean home I have ever seen. Their prices are more than fair and customer service is superb. Thank you again Coleen!

I don't usually write reviews but my home was just cleaned by Coleen and her team and I have to say I'm very impressed with their service! I requested a deep clean and they did a wonderful job! I just don't have the time to clean things like blinds and fans and I feel so happy and less stressed that I now have help with those things. I've requested a monthly maintenance clean and am very happy I found an agency that will do a great job!

I hired HomeHappy to clean my house because I just couldn't handle working full time as well as trying to keep my house clean. I was a little hesitant to hire someone but I've been very happy with them. They show up on time every time and consistently do a great job. I just moved from Hoboken, NJ to Tucson, AZ into my boyfriend's house, and I needed the house cleaned before I arrived. I asked for a deep cleaning, along the lines of a move-in cleaning, despite there being furniture and belongings already inside. There was a communication mixup in the beginning, which sent the cleaning team to the house 1 day earlier than my boyfriend was expecting, but the mixup was understandable and nobody's fault, and not likely to happen ever again. Despite that, Coleen kept calm and a great attitude, and managed to find a cleaning crew to come on the day I originally wanted. These guys did a truly phenomenal job. The job took around 11 hours for an 1800 sq. ft. mess of a house. They do offer to cap the cleaning at a certain time or budget, but I asked that they take whatever time necessary to do the full job. I'm going to set up bi-weekly cleanings with this company moving forward.

My dear brothers home is in pretty rough shape when it comes to cleanliness. I'm pretty sure that the bathroom had not been cleaned since did five or more years ago, same with the floors.
I had my brother send an "after" picture and I was amazed by how pristine it appeared. I can't thank the Squeaky Clean team enough for the super job they did. And my brother was very pleased as well, which by itself is saying a lot! I would gladly use their service again – if only I could talk my brother into regular visits.
