If I could give Happy Tidy Cleaners more stars I would! First and foremost, they are quite the professionals. Despite the surge of customers they are probably getting during this time, they are very organized and make the scheduling process so easy. I chose to book the floor cleaning service. I have 3 animals in the house and a husband who paints for a living so my floors are often a mess. Despite the challenge, they did such a SPECTACULAR job at getting the grime build up and dried paint spots out of my floors! I can't imagine how great my wood floors would look had they been polished too! I was very pleased with my results and look forward to booking a follow up appointment!

Got my place quoted quickly in about 5 minutes, communication and keeping in contact the whole time has been pleasant, I always find communication important in businesses and services such as these. Prices are fair and I couldn't complain about the quote since it matched better prices compared to other competitors and businesses that are established.
The cleaners came in swiftly and got to working quickly, I had 3 bedrooms for guests that needed assistance haha, it came out sparkling clean and they have all the equipment and supplies needed.

Iarla is an absolute life saver! Our first experience of having cleaning people ever was amazing. We started with a quick consult, where Dimitri checked out our place and gave us a quote. He did a thorough walk through and really listened to what we wanted and didn't need.
Upon arrival, Dimitri and his team changed their shoes! Isn't that great? They vacuumed and swept and dusted for about three hours! I personally think it's pretty great when someone wants to move the fridge to ensure the cleanliness around that, you never know what kind of dirt and grime is hiding around the fridge!
The best part–eco friendly products! The place didn't smell like superficial cleaners when they were finished, but it was definitely clean and the floors and surfaces shined! We can't wait for our next cleaning appointment to keep it all maintained!

We were finally able to have MopFrog do our initial cleaning today (2/24/16), after about 2 weeks of my/our schedule not lining up. The 2 people who came today, Kim and Anthony arrived promptly when they had said that they would (in the window they gave) and were here till about 5:15 pm. 7 HOURS total (it was our initial cleaning). They said that a few people were sick/unavailable so it would be only the 2 of them. I must say they cleaned things that we didn't think were dirty!!! Now that we see them clean we can't believe it!!!! Everything is/was cleaned by them… EVERYTHING!!! The mouldings around the perimeter of our walls (baseboards) I really can't find a place to complain about if I wanted to!!! I look forward to our next and subsequent cleanings from MopFrog… The ONLY gripe, and I know it's an uncontrollable one for MopFrog, or the proprietor Dimitri is having an extra set of hands or 2 would have made their day go faster, but that is all that would have accomplished, extra hands wouldn't have made the house ANY cleaner… well maybe if the whole contingent of cleaners works as hard and as thorough as Kim and Anthony!!!! Dimitri, take care of them… they are true professionals. They even took off their shoes when going upstairs on our carpets. Little thing I know but huge to a homeowner. We do that since (A) its our house and we live here and (B) our carpets are a light beige and dirt shows easily. By no means do I ask or expect any company to do that though by any stretch. They did, ON THEIR OWN!!!!!! Well done MopFrog, WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hired DO cleaning to do a move-in/deep clean for our new house. Our house was quite large, new and had accumulated a good amount dust over the past several months. The team from DO cleaning responded promptly and offered a very reasonable price compared to other companies I searched for. They also were flexible with payment and accepted venmo which was great. 3 cleaners came to our house and worked for 4+ hours. They were all very nice and accommodating, asked for specifics when it came to cleaning the house and what we wanted to focus on, and also most importantly did a great job with the deep clean. My wife is very, very clean and she was very impressed which is definitely not easy to do. For reference, I'd say she is not impressed with about 75% of cleaners we hired in the past. We highly, highly recommend them.

I've never had professional cleaners before so I asked for quotes from a few different companies. DO Cleaning responded right away and were so kind and easy to communicate with. Today I had first home cleaning appointment with Diana & Oscar and I couldn't be more satisfied. They worked silently for about 2.5 hours leaving everything clean as we had discussed and agreed on beforehand. When I found couple of minor things during post cleaning inspection, Oscar happily re-did those areas. Apart from actual cleaning appointment, Oscar is also very diligent and prompt in terms of communication. They were flexible about the timings to suit my availability and kept me updated on their ETA. Pre-cleaning estimation appointment was a breeze too. Overall – I highly recommend their cleaning service and looking forward to having them come over again next month for cleaning.

Everything about DO has been an absolute pleasure. They came and were able to give us a quote without any hassle. They were honest and provided reasonable expectations. We set a date and they were prompt and prepared. They proved to be professional and efficient. They shampooed carpet, washed walls, and cleaned every inch of our house. We were very pleased with everything done. They didn't hit EVERY single inch, like maybe they didn't hit a wall or ceiling or two. So if you're REALLY a stickler, maybe keep an eye on them, but they were absolutely thorough enough that were pleased with the results. They were also trustworthy and we had no problems with them roaming our house without babysitting them. They used cleaners that were safe around pets and children and they didn't do any damage to anything that was delicate. Everything was immaculate when they left. We were extremely pleased with them and if we ever have to do something like this again, we will be in contact.
