They don't even deserve one star. Every time I remember what their company has done, I want to warn each and every person in Montréal not to acquire their services. No idea how they are still running and fooling people. They cleaned our condo horrendously. Late arrival, left towels all over our place one the cleaner was done, deep cleaning that took only 2 hrs and I was promised five. Left hair and gunk in bathrooms. Unprofessional guy on the phone sarcastically laughing about my experience and asked me to call the cleaner to come back. Why would I want to have the same service again?

Horrendous. Get away from this company if you value your money.

$7000 worth of damages by these so called "professionals". Would not trust them with anything. Not only are they terrible at cleaning, they would ruin everything the look at and still expect you to pay them cash for they "mess"ups

This is the worst cleaning service I have ever used in Montreal. So overpriced, I song even like to talk about the experience I had with them because it makes me fume. I was so dissatisfied with the service I emailed them asking for a refund.
The two men who came worked very hard, however, they were clearly not properly trained or had the appropriate supplies. In my email to the company I said the bathroom and the kitchen needed a deep cleaning. However, the cleaners didn't even have a sponge or brush, they were only using clothes. In order to scrub to remove mildew, proper cleaning materials and brushes need to be used. 
After they left, I had to go get them, bring them back, and I had to physically get into the bathtub and scrub down a corner to show them how to clean it, and how I wanted it to look (with my cleaning supplies). For 250$ I should not have to do that. They also only cleaned the kitchen and bathroom, not the bedrooms. Furthermore, after they left there was still significant mildew in the tub and kitchen sink, that I personally have needed to scrub. I paid the cleaners the full amount (300$ with taxes) as I could not get a hold of someone to give me a reduced rate. However, the job was barely worth 150$. 
Due to this incompetency, I asked partial refund or another cleaning for no charge. They said the best they could do was 15% off their next cleaning.

Paid for a "deep clean" and it was hardly even a regular cleaning job.
The cleaner that came took way too long, 3 hours total and left with the floors still needing to be mopped and the kitchen cabinets still had stains on them. When I pointed that out, he said he didn't "want to scratch the paint" .. I used a sponge the get the stains out after he left and it was not very difficult and did not scratch the paint. the tables were not dusted and the rugs had not been vacuumed.

I called to complain and their customer service was also terrible.

Now all they are offering is a discount on my next cleaning service but I obviously don't trust them to clean my home anymore!!

Save your money! I paid $180 for deep cleaning, my place was unfurnished and the cleaner stayed there for 5 hours… This is how I found my place after what they call "deep cleaning". Worst part is when I contacted the office they gave me 15% off for my next cleaning! Which is not convenient at all!! I emailed them back with the images below, they did not respond!! Very disappointing!!
